"Hey, Steve. Long time no see."
The familiar voice jerked him out of his thoughts. Nancy waved to him from across the bar, her brown hair fluttering around her shoulders. He smiled as he watched her order another drink, her eyes lingering on the bartender as he poured it."Yeah, it's been a while, Nancy. How've you been?"
She raised her glass, saluting him with a cheers. “I've been better. You?”
"Me? Oh, you know me. Drinking and chasing boys like there's no tomorrow."
"Chasing boys? I thought…you and Byers were still together?” He said in confusion.
