"I've never seen a boy like you before," said Teodora, gazing up at him. "Are you from another planet — or another dimension? — because you don't look like any boy I've ever seen."
The boy blushed and stammered an apology, but she cut him off."Don't apologize. It's not your fault. It's just...a different dimension." She stopped herself from adding, "and you're from another dimension, too," because that would make her sound insane. "Anyway, there are no boys like me in this dimension, so you have nothing to apologize for.
