Regulus wakes up 18 years after his supposedly death. After he drowned in the cave, he thought it was the end, but for some reason, he didn’t die

Chapter 1: Chapter 1

March 24th, 1979.

When his ankle was grabbed he knew it was over, tho he tilted his head upwards to prevent his breath from stopping. He could feel the cold water fill his ears, he knew it was over, he knew he had lost, why bother fighting a fight you could never win? As he took his last breath, his mind went to James, James potter, never in a million years would regulus had thought his last sense of self would think about James potter. As his head slowly got dragged into the darkness he told himself, it was the right decision he had made.

June 17th, 1997

It was dark, Black, Lifeless, but He was awake, tho he couldn't open his eyes. He slowly started to feel his body, winning his strength back, he opened his eyes.

He was in a small room, no bigger than his room in the black household. The walls were made of dark wood, probably walnut, the bed he was laying in was a double, way too big for the room in his opinion, but it reminded him of Sirius.

His mind was a haze, he couldn't remember much, the last picture in his mind was the Horcrux.

As his strength came back, bit for bit, he sat up in the bed, eyes followed from the window and over the dark wood walls, as his eyes wandered over the walls he saw something that looked like a calendar. He quickly swung his legs over the side of the bed, and stood up as fast as his tired body allowed him to.

The few steps regulus had to take, were the hardest steps of his life, he had never, in his 18 years of life, felt this weak. As he approached the calendar, he read the date. 1997, June, 17th.

"What"

Regulus went in the water in 1979, and woke up 18 years Later. Now in1997.

A piece of paper was on the wall beside him, he grabbed it, and began to read.

" You have been dead for eighteen years, I have had to keep you frozen so that your brain wouldn't try to reboot itself. I'm afraid you can't remember anything because of how our memory works. It's not capable of storing everything you want it to.”

Regulus looked down at the paper, he looked back up at the calendar. "What day is it?" He thought.

His brain tried to recall what happened in the cave, but he couldn’t remember. As he was trying to recall what happened, he collapsed. The piece of paper was now lying on the floor next to him.

His leg gave out and he felt himself falling more. The last thing he remembered was James's face.

But then there was darkness,

pain,

cold,

And silence.

Regulus looked around him, trying to pull himself together. He was in some sort of room, with fourWalls that were giving off a low hum. He was able to sit up, though when he did, a lot of pain came with it. His head was spinning. He tried to stand, but fell again. His hands were trembling. He was now sitting in a chair, with his hands tied to it.

The door opened and two people walked in. "Hello, Regulus," said the woman that was walking in. She had dark hair in a very pretty style. "My name is LexiI'm going to be helping you today. Okay?" He nodded.

The man that was walking in behind her was tall and broad. He had dark hair, a neat beard, and wore a white shirt. "I'm Jack," he said. "I'm going to be assisting Lexi"

"Did you receive all the information that was sent with you?" Lexi asked. She was taking out a box from her purse and opening it. She took out a blue handkerchief andhanded it to him. He wiped his forehead.

"Yes," Regulus said. He took a deep breath. "I'm ready."

"Great," Lexi said. She moved to a storage closet and pulled out several boxes. "Let's get started."

She handed Regulus one of the boxes. "Open this and we'll get started."

Regulus opened the box and began dumping out various items. First, he put several outfits into the box, then he put his books in, followed by his laptop. When he was finished, he had a pile of items on the floor in front of him.

"I'll be back in a moment," Lexi said. She left the room and closed the door

I have no idea where this is going, and I’m definitely not gonna use this in my actual book, but the start of it was great. (I wrote everything until “now in 1997) please go and read the actual thing “time fly’s by” on Wattpad by aexring
