Chapter 1: Chapter 1

It starts with a simple greeting.

"Hey," I say to him, and he returns the greeting with a simple, "Hey back. We're both wearing headphones, so we don't hear each other, and I wonder what he thinks of my outfit.Does he think it's too much? Too little? Does he think I'm trying too hard to be sexy? Does he think I'm sexy? I trail off as his eyes drop to my chest and he smiles, and I feel my cheeks flush. What is it about this guy that makes me so nervous? It must be the way he carries himself.
