Chapter 1: Chapter 1
Josh knew his last recording on the dictaphone would quickly solve that, but he wanted to make things a bit more interesting so he added some details to his wish.
"The reason that Caley is going to change is a new ability that has just awakened inside her. Nobody but me is aware of it and nobody will be able to discover it by any means. If anyone thinks its effects are unnatural, the cause will remain mysterious." He didn't want anyone putting the pieces together and he definitely didn't want her being experimented on by scientists trying to figure out her 'condition'.
"Her ability is that whenever she feels bullied or picked on, her body unconsciously defends itself and turns the tables on her attacker. From the moment her ability triggers, the bully's body will stop developing and any beauty, curves, sensitivity, sexiness or growth that makes them more attractive which the bully would have gained instead happens to Caley."
Josh went to bed that evening thinking about school the next day and fantasising about Caley. The problem was that he only knew how she looked as a painfully skinny, short, plain-featured, below average girl and couldn't really picture her becoming super sexy, although that just made him more excited to actually see it. He went to sleep with a smile on his face.
When he arrived at school, Josh realised he had a problem in making contact with Caley: he literally didn't know anything about her except her name. Still, with unlimited power over the fabric of reality, there was no such thing as a problem for him. He found a quiet spot where he could be alone for a few minutes and made a few recordings.
"The dictaphone is impervious to damage.
Nobody but me can see or touch the dictaphone.
Nobody notices me holding the dictaphone or hears me recording anything with it. Instead they just imagine me doing or saying something normal and unremarkable.
If I am ever away from the dictaphone I can make it appear in my hand just by willing it."
That should do for starters, he thought. That way he could always use it whenever he wanted or needed to. He could use it in public or right in front of someone and they wouldn't notice. Nobody could take it from him because they either couldn't see it, or he could just summon it back whenever he wanted. Now that he had a few safety measures in place, he went on with the next stage of his plan.
"This morning, before the first class of the day starts, I will have an encounter with Caley that will make her notice me and become interested in me.
"
