I was a warrior. I was strong. I was fast. I could kill with my bare hands. I could run through a forest faster than any man I've ever seen. That was my life. Until today. Today I woke up as a human. Not a creature of war, but a creature of peace. And it was a beautiful thing.I'd never seen anything so beautiful in my life. The sky was so blue, the trees so green, the animals so...animals. I d never seen anything so beautiful that I couldn't stop staring at it. It was like a painting come to life. And as I stared at the beauty around me, I felt something inside me change. My skin tingled.My bones ached. I felt pain, but it was a beautiful kind of pain. The kind that made you want to live. The kind that made you want to feel the sun on your face, the wind in your hair, the kiss of a butterfly, the caress of a hummingbird's wing.
