Find the right place for common DreamPress questions. The links below take you into the app for writing, managing your stories, reviewing plans and changing your account. You can create multi-chapter stories with characters, covers and images, listen to narration, chat with AI characters, and decide whether a story stays private or appears in Explore. If something concerns public content or another account, use the safety and policy links so the report reaches the appropriate workflow. For a sign-in problem, start from the account section or open the authentication screen again.
Getting started
Begin on the DreamPress home page with a short premise. The creation flow proposes characters, cover options and a plot before generating the first chapter. Edit the chapter, then choose or write what happens next. Your saved projects appear in the library, while public stories and chats can be found in Explore. If you are signed out, use the main button on this page to open authentication and then return to the app.
Credits and DreamPress Pro
Free accounts receive daily credits. DreamPress Pro includes unlimited writing on the standard model and a monthly allocation of credits for images and premium-model generation, with optional credit packs also available. Open the pricing page to see the current plan, price and included amounts before purchasing. The credit meter reflects the available pool for your account. Billing details and subscription controls are shown in the account area rather than on this help page.
Publishing, Explore and your library
A story can remain a private draft or be published for discovery. Use the library to return to your own work and Explore to browse public stories and chat setups. Public stories can receive social activity and may be remixed when available, with lineage retained. Review the title, synopsis, cover and chapters before publishing. Chats stay private to your account.
Safety and reporting
DreamPress uses post-moderation for public content and provides reporting for stories, characters, comments, users and chats. Read the policies and content monitoring policy for the rules and reporting context. Mature fiction between adults is allowed on the web app, with three firm lines: every character must be 18 or older, in any story; no real, identifiable people in published mature stories; and no bestiality. Use the in-app report option on the relevant public item when available.
Account and sign-in
Open account settings to manage profile and account information. DreamPress supports sign-in by email through its authentication flow. If a page asks you to authenticate, open sign-in and follow the email instructions shown there. Your profile can include a display name, unique username, avatar and bio. Subscription status and account controls also live under the account area.
Coming from the classic DreamPress site?
Sign in with the same email address and request the magic link from the current authentication screen. Your classic content syncs on first login. Billing is now managed in this DreamPress app, so review account settings and the pricing page after signing in. If the expected content is not visible after the first login has finished, check that the email address matches the one used on the classic site before creating another account.
