After a strange night, Adam Miller wakes up in bed the next morning with a splitting headache.

Chapter 1: Introduction

The world came back in fragments—like a sketch drawn with a shaky hand.

First, there was the ceiling. Peeling paint curled at the edges like the brittle pages of an old book, and a single dust mote drifted across the light from the window, catching in the air like a slow-falling star.

Then came the smell: lavender, sharp and synthetic, layered over something older, something metallic, like old pennies left too long in a rain barrel. It clung to my tongue, bitter and unfamiliar.

I groaned, my head throbbing like a bass drum at a heavy metal concert. I lifted a hand to my temple.

What the hell happened last night?

The last thing I remember was walking home from school, the sun dipping low, casting long shadows that danced on the pavement. I'd been lost in thought, my head filled with memories of science fiction adventure films and girls, when suddenly—

A blinding white light. A deafening roar.

And then... nothing.

My eyes fluttered open, squinting against the morning light filtering through the half-drawn curtain. My bedroom was a cluttered sanctuary of half-read books and empty coffee cups, a testament to my life as a socially awkward nerd. The alarm clock on my bedside table read 8:30 AM.

I was late for school.

"Shit," I muttered, throwing off the covers and swinging my legs out of bed. My pajamas were rumpled, my hair a mess, and my head still pounded like a drum. I stumbled to the bathroom, flicking on the harsh fluorescent light. I blinked at my reflection in the mirror. My eyes were bloodshot, and my cheeks pale. I looked like I'd been on a three-day bender.

What the hell happened?

My head pounded like a bass drum at a metal concert, but I didn’t have time to think about it. I was late for class. I yanked on the first clean shirt I could find—a faded graphic tee with a half-buried Star Wars quote—and grabbed my backpack, knocking over a stack of textbooks in the process. Papers scattered across the floor, but I didn’t stop to pick them up. My sneakers squeaked against the linoleum as I bolted down the stairs, the banister creaking under my grip.

The smell of burnt toast wafted up from the kitchen, a familiar aroma that usually brought comfort, but today it only added to my growing unease.

"Adam?" I heard my mother's voice, sharp and concerned, as I dashed past the kitchen doorway. "You're still here? Don't you have class?" she asked, poking her head through the doorway, her eyes widening at the sight of me.

"Yes," I answered, not slowing down, my hand already on the front door handle. "I'm going, I'm going," I called back, the words tumbling out in a rush. I could feel her gaze on my back, a mixture of worry and exasperation, but I didn't have time to reassure her. I was already late.

---

I missed it. I missed my class. By the time I arrived at school, the class was more than halfway over. There was no point in joining now.

I leaned against the wall, my backpack slung over one shoulder, my fingers tapping nervously against the strap. The hallway stretched before me, a long, narrow corridor lined with bulletin boards, their contents a blur of faded posters and schedules.

I looked at my smartwatch, the digital face glaring at me like an accusing eye. 9:45 AM. The 9:00 AM classes end in five minutes.

I had fifteen minutes until my next class. I could use the time to grab a coffee from the vending machine. Maybe the caffeine would help clear my head.

I pushed off from the wall, my sneakers squeaking softly on the linoleum, and started down the hallway.

---

I picked up my cup of coffee, the steam curling around my fingers like a ghostly hand. The caffeine was a lifeline, a promise of something resembling normalcy. I took a sip, the bitter liquid burning my throat, but it was a welcome sensation, grounding me in the present.

I looked up, just as the classroom doors swung open, and students began to spill into the hallway. The sound of their chatter was a cacophony of voices, a symphony of teenage banter and laughter. I leaned against the wall, watching as the crowd surged past me, a river of bodies flowing in both directions.

Suddenly, a familiar face caught my eye. Jed, one of the jocks who made my life a living hell, was striding down the hallway, his letterman jacket a beacon of his status. He was flanked by Brad and Johnny, his loyal sidekicks, their faces etched with the same smug grins. They were headed straight for me.

I tensed, my grip tightening on the coffee cup.

I hoped they wouldn't notice me.

No such luck.

"Hey, Miller," Brad called out, his voice echoing down the hallway. He pushed through the crowd, Jed and Johnny close on his heels.

The hallway seemed to narrow around him, the fluorescent lights buzzing overhead like a swarm of angry wasps. Brad's smirk faded into something sharper, his eyes narrowing like he’d just caught a rat in his trap. He opened his mouth, the words already forming on his lips—something about my hair, or my shoes, or the fact that I’d been standing there like a statue while everyone else moved—when he saw me.

I watched as he approached me. He started to say something he thought was funny and menacing.

Oh, no. Not again.

'Leave me alone,' I thought.

Brad stopped mid-sentence and froze to the spot. A confused look appeared on his face, his jaw working silently as if he’d swallowed a wrong word.

The hallway seemed to hold its breath.

Jed and Johnny, oblivious, kept walking, their laughter carrying past us like a distant echo.

Brad blinked, his eyes flicking past me at Jed and Johnny, his face twisting into something between confusion and annoyance. "Hey, guys! Wait up!" he called out, his voice sharp enough to cut through the usual din of the hallway.

I watched as he ran past me, his face a picture of confusion. Jed and Johnny turned, their laughter fading as they noticed Brad's odd behavior. They exchanged a glance, shrugged, and followed Brad, leaving me alone in the suddenly quiet hallway.

I let out a breath I didn't realize I'd been holding, my heart pounding in my chest like a kick drum.

What the hell just happened?

I looked down at my coffee cup, the liquid inside sloshing gently with the movement. My hand was shaking. I took a deep breath, trying to calm my nerves.

I needed to get to my next class.

It was one class I never wanted to miss.

---

I entered the classroom amid several other students five minutes before class started.

I found my usual seat, a worn-out desk in the second row, and looked up to see Professor Hayes already at the front of the room, writing on the board.

Her class was always popular, and for good reason. Professor Hayes was hot.

She was dressed in her usual professional attire—a white blouse, a tailored blazer, a long, tight skirt that hugged her curves, and heels that clicked softly against the floor as she moved. Her dark blond hair was pulled back into a neat bun, and she wore black-rimmed glasses that gave her an air of intellectual elegance. She was the epitome of a sexy teacher cliché, and I wasn't the only one who noticed.

Whispers and hushed giggles filled the room as students took their seats, but Professor Hayes seemed oblivious to the attention. She was always so focused, so professional, it was like she had a force field around her that repelled any attempts at flirtation or innuendo. I admired that about her, even if it meant I had no chance with her.

I opened my notebook, the pages still crisp and unused, and uncapped my pen. I was ready for class, eager to lose myself in the world of calculus. Numbers were predictable, logical. They didn't laugh in your face or push you into walls to impress the cheerleaders.

Professor Hayes turned to face the class, her eyes scanning the room. She smiled, a small, professional curve of her lips, before addressing the class. "Good morning, everyone," she said, her voice carrying a soft English accent that made even the most mundane words sound like poetry. "I trust you're all ready to dive back into the world of calculus?"

A chorus of murmurs and nods answered her, and I found myself smiling back at her, my earlier encounter with Brad already forgotten. Professor Hayes had that effect on me. She made me feel at ease, like I was just another student, not the socially awkward nerd I was in the rest of the world.

"Excellent," she replied, turning back to the board. "Now, where did we leave off last time?" Professor Hayes asked, her back to the class as she wrote on the board.

I couldn't help but admire the way her tight skirt shaped her ass, accentuating her curves. I felt a stirring in my pants, a familiar response to her presence.

'Drop the chalk, bend over to pick it up, and wiggle your ass,' I thought. It was a wish. A thought that just entered my mind when I saw the shape of her butt.

Suddenly, the chalk slipped from her fingers, clattering to the floor. My heart skipped a beat, and I held my breath.

She bent down to pick it up, her skirt riding up slightly, revealing a hint of thigh.

The fabric clung to her curves as she wiggled her ass just enough to steady herself, the movement fluid and deliberate. The classroom fell silent, the air thick with the kind of tension that wasn’t quite embarrassment, but something sharper—something electric.

Professor Hayes straightened back up, her posture rigid, but her cheeks flushed just a fraction, the only sign of what she’d just done. She turned back to the board, her voice steady as she picked up where she’d left off, but her fingers trembled slightly as she wrote the next equation.

What the fuck?

Did I do that?

Did I just make that happen?

I looked at the guy sitting next to me, a lanky kid with glasses and a mop of curly hair, his nose buried in a textbook.

'Scratch your nose,' I thought at him, my eyes narrowing slightly as I focused on him.

As if on cue, he reached up and scratched his nose.

Oh, fuck!

Does this have anything to do with what happened last night?

Fuck!

I needed to get a grip. I couldn't go around making people do things with my mind. That was crazy. It had to be a coincidence. Right?

I looked at another student sitting in the class, a girl with short, spiky hair and a nose ring, her eyes fixed on Professor Hayes. 'Tap your pen against the desk,' I thought at her. I held my breath, waiting for something—anything—to happen.

The girl's pen, a bright pink ballpoint, began to tap against the desk in a steady rhythm, like a metronome counting out the seconds. The sound was soft, almost imperceptible, but in the quiet of the classroom, it was as loud as a drumbeat.

Professor Hayes turned slowly, her posture rigid as she fixed her gaze the girl with the spiky hair and the nose ring. The chalk still gripped in her hand, she waited, her dark-rimmed glasses catching the light just enough to make her eyes seem like two deep pools of shadow.

"Sarah," she said, her voice smooth but with an underlying note of quiet authority. The name hung in the air, heavy with expectation.

"Yes?" Sarah asked as she looked up at Professor Hayes, her spiky hair catching the light. The classroom’s quiet hum seemed to thicken around her.

"Your pen," Professor Hayes replied, her tone calm but unmistakably observant.

Sarah looked down, her eyes widening as she realized what she was doing. Embarrassment flushed her cheeks, and she quickly stilled her pen, the sudden silence echoing in the classroom. "Sorry," she muttered, her voice barely audible.

Professor Hayes nodded, a small, understanding smile playing at the corners of her mouth. "No harm done, Sarah. Let's just try to keep the noise to a minimum, shall we?" she said, turning back to the board.

I let out a breath I didn't realize I'd been holding, my heart pounding in my chest. I had done that. I had made Sarah tap her pen. I was sure of it.

I had made Brad stop in his tracks. I had made Professor Hayes drop her chalk.

I was scared, but there was a thrill coursing through my veins, a sense of power I'd never felt before.

I looked at Professor Hayes' ass as she continued to write on the board.

Maybe this isn't a bad thing.

Maybe it could be fun.

What else can I do?

'Sway your hips as you write on the board,' I thought at her.

Her hips began to sway more noticeably, a subtle, rhythmic movement that made her skirt hug her curves even more. The classroom fell silent, the air thick with a tension that was almost palpable. I could feel the eyes of my classmates on her, their confusion and surprise mirroring my own. I knew they were wondering what was happening, why Professor Hayes was suddenly moving like that.

I smiled.

---

As the class continued, the weight of my newfound power settled over me like a second skin.

It reminded me of an old episode of The X-Files.

The one where the guy could make people do anything he wanted.

He "pushed" them.

That seemed to fit what I was able to do.

Push.

That was the word for it. I pushed Brad, and he stopped. I pushed Professor Hayes, and she bent over. I pushed Sarah, and she tapped her stupid pen like a woodpecker in heat.

The word settled into my bones like a key turning in a lock. Simple. Clean. No magic wands, no incantations, no glowing lights. Just a thought—a focused, hungry thought—and the world bent to my will.

I watched as Professor Hayes continued to sway her hips until the end of class. Her hand moved across the board, chalk scratching out derivatives and integrals, but her lower body moved like water, like she was dancing to a song only she could hear. The tight fabric of her skirt pulled and released with each motion, a slow, hypnotic wave that made my mouth go dry.

"That's all for today, class," Professor Hayes said, her voice steady. She set the chalk down on the metal tray with a small click, her fingers lingering a moment longer than necessary. "Don't forget to review sections four-point-three through four-point-seven for Monday's quiz."

A collective groan rippled through the room, but I barely heard it.

Students began to shuffle around me, backpacks zipping, chairs scraping against the floor. Conversations bubbled up, filling the space that had been hers just moments ago.

I needed to leave. I had another class. But I wanted to do one more thing.

I kept my seat, watching as the last of the students filed out of the classroom, the sound of their chatter fading into the hallway. Professor Hayes remained at the front of the room, gathering her notes, her heels clicking softly against the linoleum floor as she moved. She seemed in no hurry to leave, her movements precise and methodical, like a dancer executing a carefully rehearsed routine.

I looked at her and pushed.

Without a word, Professor Hayes pulled the pins from her hair. The dark-blond bun unraveled, strands tumbling down her shoulders in a slow, deliberate cascade. She reached up, fingers threading through the loose waves, and gave her head a little shake—just once—as if testing the weight of her own hair.

The classroom lights caught the strands, turning them into liquid gold. She turned her head slightly, catching my gaze in the corner of her eye. Her lips parted, just for a second, like she was about to speak—but she didn’t. She just stood there, hair down, back straight, the blazer still snug over her blouse.

I smiled as I exited the class.

I paused in the doorway.

The hallway stretched before me, wide and sunlit, students rushing past like schools of fish in a feeding frenzy.

It was almost summer. The girls were wearing shorts now—denim, pleated, frayed at the edges—each hem riding high enough to flash sun-warmed thigh. Short skirts—pleated, rip-stop, lycra—snapped and swished with every step, knees bending like pistons. Short-sleeve blouses in sherbet colors cleaved to collarbones, shoulders, the soft V of cleavage. T-shirts everywhere: vintage concert tees, striped rugby knits, one that read “Future Astronaut” in faded block letters.

No tank-tops yet; the air still carried the chill of late April mornings, a coy hint rather than a promise.

I had a wicked idea.

A terrible, wonderful idea.

I pushed every girl I saw.

Not hard. Not cruelly. Just enough to make them sway. To make their hips wiggle. To make their butts bounce as they walked.

As I pushed each one, the hallway transformed. Girls who had been marching with the efficient strides suddenly swayed their hips, a languid, deliberate motion that made their skirts flare and their ponytails bounce. A girl in frayed denim shorts—one frayed thread catching the light—began to sashay, her thighs brushing together with every step, her shoulders rolling like a dancer’s.

I kept walking. The push was invisible, whispered rather than spoken. The girls didn’t know they were being altered. They only felt their bodies move on their own, as if responding to a song only they could hear.

I arrived at my American History class with thirty seconds to spare.

"Cutting it close, Mr. Miller," My professor said with a dry chuckle, not looking up from his notes.

I dropped into a seat in the last row. I looked around, looking for inspiration. My eyes landed on Kate Buchanan.

She sat a few rows in front of me, her black hair pulled into a high ponytail that swung slightly as she laughed at something one of her friends said. Her blue eyes sparkled, her perfect teeth glinting as she smiled. She looked effortlessly cool, like she didn't even have to try, like the sun itself orbited around her.

She's not what you would call a nice girl.

She doesn't waste her time talking to people like me. I know this because I've watched her for years—the subtle flick of dismissal in her gaze, the way her friends always laugh at her jokes but ignore everyone else.

She wouldn't be caught dead talking to the guy who wears graphic tees with nerdy quotes, who smells like coffee and old books, who trips over his own feet when the hallways get crowded. I'm invisible unless someone needs a punching bag.

I had an idea.

It would be my most complicated push—a series of commands, really—but if it worked... It'll be amazing.

I stared at the back of Kate Buchanan's head and pushed.

It took longer than when I pushed Brad, Professor Hayes, Sarah, or the girls in the hallway. Those were simple commands.

This one took longer—longer to formulate, longer to execute.

When I finished, I waited with bated breath. My fingers dug into the edge of the desk.

I watched as she turned around and nodded at me.

Yes! That was a good sign that it was working. I wouldn't know if it really worked until tonight.

---

I paced the foyer of my parents' house, my sneakers making quiet squeaks against the hardwood floor. The grandfather clock in the living room ticked steadily, each chime a countdown to something I couldn’t name yet. My hands kept tangling together, then springing apart like nervous animals seeking escape.

It didn’t help that the house smelled like my mom had been baking all afternoon—vanilla and cinnamon clinging to the air like a reminder that normal people still lived here, baking things and watching TV and not caring about powers or invisible pushes or girls who would never look twice at them.

I checked my watch for the tenth time: 7:50 PM.

Ten more minutes.

Ten long, unbearably slow minutes.

I could feel the weight of the house around me—the way the walls held their breath, the way the second-floor hallway creaked like an old man stretching, the way the kitchen fridge hummed just loud enough to ruin the silence. My phone buzzed in my pocket, a notification from some gaming app I hadn’t opened in weeks. I swiped it away without looking. Not now. Not ever.

I heard tires roll onto the gravel driveway.

I looked at my watch.

7:59 PM.

My head snapped toward the front door.

A beat. Two.

Then—three sharp knocks.

Not the casual tap of a friend. Not the hesitant scratch of a door-to-door salesman. These were deliberate and confident.

I knew immediately who stood on the other side of the door.

It was her.

My pulse hammered in my throat like a trapped bird. I swallowed hard, my mouth suddenly dry, my palms slick against my jeans. I forced my legs to move forward, telling them not to trip, not to hesitate, even though every instinct I had was screaming at me to bolt upstairs and hide under my blankets until this moment passed.

I reached the door, my fingers trembling as they curled around the brass handle. I took a deep breath, the scent of night jasmine drifting through the screen door, a scent I associated with her—the way she smelled like expensive perfume and a hint of something wild, something untamed.

I pulled the door open, and there she stood, Kate Buchanan, bathed in the glow of the porch light, her black hair cascading over one shoulder like a waterfall of ink, her blue eyes locking onto mine with an intensity that made my chest tighten. She was wearing a fitted black dress that hugged her curves in all the right places, the fabric shimmering under the soft light. A silver necklace glinted at her throat, catching the light like a tiny star.

"Do I know you?" She asked, her voice smooth as polished marble with the faintest edge of amusement cutting through.

I opened my mouth. Nothing came out.

I swallowed hard. "Adam. Adam Miller," I said, my voice barely a squeak. I cleared my throat and tried again, louder this time. "I'm Adam Miller. We're in American History together."

She tilted her head slightly, her expression shifting from polite confusion to something sharper—like she was recalibrating her assessment of me based on this sudden, unexpected conversation. The porch light caught the curve of her lips, and for a split second, I thought I saw the ghost of a smirk.

"Adam Miller," she repeated, as if committing the syllables to memory. "Why am I standing on your doorstep, Adam Miller?"

"What do you mean?" I asked, my voice steady despite the storm inside me.

"I don't know why I'm here," she admitted quietly, her fingers twisting the silver necklace at her throat. "I just had to put on this dress and come to—to this place. It pulled me."

"Would you like to come inside and talk about it?" I asked, my pulse thrumming in my ears.

"This is insane," she said as she exhaled through her nose, making a sound almost like a laugh but without any humor in it. "I don’t randomly go to a stranger's house in my sexiest dress."

"I'm not a stranger," I clarified, shifting on my feet because she did have a point. "We've been going to the same school for three years. We've been in several classes together."

Kate’s eyes narrowed, her fingers still playing with the silver chain at her throat. "No, you don't. I'd remember you if you did," she said with a sweet laugh that didn’t reach her eyes.

"Would you?" I said as a challenge. "Name one guy you know who wears nerdy t-shirts."

"Nerdy t-shirts are gross," Kate snipped.

"You never talk to people who wear graphic tees with science fiction quotes. People who like books. People who trip over their own feet when hallways get crowded," I said, my voice quiet but steady. "People like me."

"Ugh! Why am I here?" She crossed her arms under her chest, pushing them higher, making the fabric of her dress dip in just the right way. I forced my eyes up to meet hers before she noticed me staring. Her lips twisted into a scowl.

I leaned against the doorframe, letting the screen door sag a little on its hinges.

I pushed her—gently, carefully, like guiding a reluctant thought into her mind—and spoke at the same time.

"You're here to watch a movie with me."

Kate smiled. It was a real smile, not the kind she reserved for her friends when she wanted something. This was softer, less calculating, and it made her eyes crinkle at the corners. "Oh, yeah," she said, nodding slowly. "That’s right. We’re doing that."

The tension left her shoulders like a held breath finally released. She took a step forward, and I automatically moved aside, holding the screen door open so she could step past me into the foyer. The screen door swung shut behind her with a soft click, and the moment she cleared the threshold, the scent of her perfume wrapped around me—something dark and floral, like night-blooming jasmine mixed with a hint of vanilla. It was intoxicating.

The foyer was narrow, the wood floor polished to a dull shine under the dim overhead light. Kate paused just inside, her heels clicking softly against the floor as she looked around.

"My parents are out for the night," I explain as I lead her to the living room.

I watch the way she moves—smooth, confident—the black dress hugging her hips as she walks.

She sat on the couch and crossed her legs, the hem of her dress riding up just enough to show the smooth curve of her thigh.

I sat down beside her, trying not to stare but failing miserably.

"Would you like something to drink?" I asked, my voice coming out higher than intended.

Kate turned to look at me, her blue eyes scanning my face before dropping to my lips for just a second too long.

"Do you have any wine?" she asks, her voice softer now, almost intimate.

"Sure. Red, white, or mix?" I asked with a smile.

She laughed, and I felt my heart skip for a strange reason.

"Red," she answered with a voice like velvet.

I nodded and walked toward the kitchen. I felt her eyes following me, and that made my heart beat faster.

The kitchen was a chaotic mess of dirty dishes and half-empty mugs, the remnants of my mother’s hasty baking project earlier. I pushed a stack of plates aside to make room for the wine glasses, my fingers brushing against the condensation on a bottle of merlot we’d gotten for some family occasion last year.

It would have to do.

I uncorked the bottle with a loud pop, the sound echoing through the empty kitchen like a gunshot. I poured two glasses, the merlot sloshing against the sides in dark, rhythmic waves. I took a deep breath, steeling myself before turning back to the living room.

Kate hadn’t moved. She sat exactly as I’d left her—legs crossed, dress riding just high enough to tease, her posture relaxed but alert, like a cat waiting for a pounce. The flicker of the television screen painted her face in alternating gold and blue, highlighting the sharp angles of her cheekbones and the way her bottom lip caught between her teeth when she wasn’t speaking.

I handed her the glass, our fingers brushing for just a second, the warmth of the wine already seeping into my skin through the glass.

“Thanks,” she said, her voice low and smooth, tilting her head to take a sip. The way she held the glass—fingers curled around the stem, thumb resting against the bowl—was so natural, so effortless, that it made my chest tighten. “This is good.”

I nodded, my throat suddenly dry. “My mom bought it for my dad’s birthday last year. He never even opened it.”

Kate raised an eyebrow, her gaze flickering to me before she took another sip. “You’re not exactly the wine-drinking type.”

I shrugged, my fingers tightening around my own glass. “I don’t know. I like it.”

“Hmm.” She set the glass down on the coffee table with a delicate clink, the sound sharp in the quiet room. “You’re weird, Adam Miller.”

I almost laughed. Almost. Instead, I leaned back into the couch cushions, letting the fabric swallow me whole. “Yeah. I know.”

I hit play on the remote, the opening credits of Captain America: The First Avenger filling the screen. I thought seeing Chris Evans without his shirt on might help her get into the mood.

I was wrong. Kate's nose scrunched up as she watched Captain America's origin story unfold on the screen. "This is so cheesy," she said, taking a sip of her wine. "Super-soldier serum? Really?"

I chuckled, "Well, it's not exactly realistic, but it's fun."

She rolled her eyes, "Fun for who? Little kids?"

I nudged her playfully, "Hey, don't knock it till you've tried it. Besides, you're the one who agreed to watch a movie with me."

Kate smirked, "I did, didn't I?" She took another sip of her wine, her eyes never leaving the screen.

I pushed her.

Not hard, just enough to make her hand move on its own, to make her fingers rub against the fabric of my pants, to make her palm press against the growing bulge there. She didn't even notice, her eyes glued to the screen, her body language screaming 'oblivious' as she sat there, rubbing me through my pants, her hand moving in slow, steady circles.

I tried to focus on the movie, I really did. But it was damn near impossible with Kate's hand on me, her touch sending jolts of electricity through my body with every stroke. I could feel my heart pounding in my chest, my breath coming in short, shallow gasps. I shifted in my seat, trying to find a more comfortable position, but there was no escaping the sensation of her hand on me.

She was so focused on the movie, so completely absorbed in the story unfolding on the screen, that she didn't even realize what she was doing.

"Oh, that feels good," I moaned, my voice rough and unintentional, my head falling back against the couch as her hand moved in slow, deliberate circles over me. The sound of my voice cut through the quiet of the room like a knife, sharp and unexpected.

Kate’s head snapped toward me, her eyes wide and confused at first, then narrowing into something sharper, sharper than I’d ever seen before. Her hand stilled on my thigh, her fingers freezing in place as she looked down, her blue eyes darkening with realization.

"What the fuck?" she hissed, her voice low and sharp, her fingers quickly pulling away from me as if she’d been burned.

"What?" I asked innocently, trying to play it cool, but my heart was pounding like a drum in my chest. I could feel the heat rising to my face, and I knew I was blushing. "Why'd you stop?"

"Oh, my god," Kate said, her cheeks flushing a deep red. "I can't believe I was rubbing your... I can't even say it. I can't believe I was doing that."

I shrugged, trying to play it off. "It felt good."

She looked at me, her eyes wide with shock. "I think I need to go," she announced, her voice tight, her fingers fumbling with the hem of her dress as she began to stand.

I pushed her—just a whisper of force, a gentle nudge into the back of her mind that made her pause mid-motion, her body going rigid for a split second before she exhaled sharply and sank back onto the couch. The wine glass in her hand trembled slightly, the red liquid sloshing against the sides.

"We're more than halfway through the movie," I said, my voice barely above a whisper, my eyes locked onto hers. "Just stay and watch a little more. It’s almost over."

"Okay," Kate said, her voice barely a whisper, her fingers still clutching the edge of the couch as if she were trying to anchor herself to reality. She looked at me, her eyes wide and searching, like she was trying to decide if I was real or if she was still dreaming. She sat down. "Just a little more, then I’ll go."

I nodded, my throat tight. "Okay."

The movie played on, and I pushed her again.

Not with force, but with precision—just enough to make her fingers twitch, her left hand moving on its own, sliding across the space between us. The screen glowed as Captain America invaded a Hydra base.

Her fingers brushed my thigh, then my knee, then higher—her left hand unbuckling my belt without conscious thought, her fingers fumbling with the button of my pants, the zipper sliding down with a quiet hiss. She didn’t even look at me as she pulled my boxers down.

I swallowed hard, my breath hitching as her fingers slid under the fabric, her palm wrapping around my cock. She was so absorbed in the movie, so completely lost in the story unfolding on the screen, that she had no idea what she was doing to me.

Her fingers were warm and firm, her touch sending a wave of pleasure through me unlike anything I had ever felt before.

"Fuck," I breathed out, my voice barely audible, my head falling back against the couch as her hand moved in slow, deliberate circles over my cock.

Kate didn't notice. She continued to watch the movie, her fingers moving with practiced ease, her touch sending jolts of pleasure through me. The way she stroked me, the way her fingers glided over my length, was so natural, so instinctive, that I felt my cock twitch in her hand.

"Oh god," I moaned softly, my voice barely audible, my eyes fluttering shut for a moment. "You're so good at that."

Kate’s fingers tightened around me, her grip firm and deliberate. She didn’t respond, her attention still on the screen, but her hand moved faster, her strokes becoming more insistent, more demanding.

I pushed her again.

She leaned forward without conscious thought, her body bending over me like she was reaching for a soda straw. The screen flickered with Captain America’s fist connecting with a Hydra soldier’s face, but Kate’s focus never wavered as she lowered her head, her lips brushing the tip of my cock.

She had no idea what she was doing. Her eyes were glued to the screen while her mouth was on me, her tongue flicking out to taste me, her lips parting to take me in. I could feel her breath, hot and steady, as she took me deeper, her hand moving in time with her mouth, her fingers wrapped around the base of my cock, squeezing and stroking in rhythm with her lips and tongue.

"Fuck, Kate," I groaned, my fingers tangling in her hair, my hips lifting off the couch to meet her mouth. "That feels so fucking good."

She never took her eyes off the screen , her lips wrapped around my cock, her tongue swirling around the head like she was tasting something forbidden. Her hand moved in perfect sync with her mouth, her fingers squeezing the base of my shaft as she bobbed up and down, her lips sliding over me with wet, obscene sounds.

"Oh, god, Kate," I groaned, my fingers digging into the couch cushions, my body arching off the seat as her mouth took me deeper.

She didn’t stop. She didn’t even seem to realize what she was doing. Her lips were sealed around me, her tongue swirling around the crown of my cock, her hand moving with a rhythm that made my breath catch in my throat.

I could feel the heat of her mouth, the wetness of her tongue, the way she took me deeper with each stroke. I could feel my cock throbbing in her mouth, my balls tightening as the pleasure built inside me. "You're gonna make me come if you keep doing that."

She didn't respond, her eyes still glued to the screen, her mouth working me with a hunger that was almost primal. I could feel the tension building in my body, the pleasure coiling in my stomach like a snake ready to strike.

Kate's mouth was hot and wet, her tongue swirling around me with a skill that belied her apparent lack of awareness.

I could feel her throat tighten around me as I pushed deeper, my hips jerking forward with a desperation I hadn’t known I possessed. "Fuck, Kate," I groaned, my fingers tightening in her hair as my body tensed, the pleasure building like a storm inside me. My cock throbbed in her mouth, the pressure intense and overwhelming, and then—

I came.

My body jerked violently as I spilled into her mouth, my cum shooting out in thick, hot pulses that filled her throat. She didn’t pull away, didn’t gag or even seem to notice as she swallowed me whole, her throat working around me with a rhythm that was almost hypnotic. The sound of my cum hitting the back of her throat was obscene, the wet, sloppy sounds mingling with the low moans escaping my lips.

Kate’s throat worked around me, her lips still sealed tight as she swallowed every last drop. When I finally stilled, my body trembling with the aftershocks, she pulled away, her mouth still glistening with my release.

"Mmmm. That was delicious," Kate said, her voice low and breathy. She looked down at me—at the sticky mess of my cum dripping from her lips, the way my dick was still half-hard, the way her hand was still wrapped around the base of my shaft as if she couldn’t let go. "Wait? Did I just…" She swallowed hard, her eyes flickering up to mine, her face flushed with a mix of shock and something darker, something hungry. "What the hell is happening?"

"Shh. Shh. Everything is okay," I said, my voice soft and soothing, my hand still cupping Kate's cheek. "You didn't do anything wrong, Kate. You just sucked my cock, and you enjoyed it," I said while pushing her.

"I enjoyed it," she echoed, her voice distant, her eyes still on the screen, but her body turned towards me. "I enjoyed sucking your cock, Adam."

I pushed her again, and she reached out, her fingers wrapping around my still-hard dick. She looked at me, her eyes filled with a hunger I'd never seen before. "I want more," she said, her voice low and sultry.

I didn't need to be told twice. I stood up, my cock bobbing in front of me, and held out my hand to her. "Come with me," I said, my voice firm.

She took my hand without hesitation, and I led her upstairs to my bedroom.
