Chapter 3: Rising Action
A 19 year old man named Bert was running scared in the woods from someone chasing him. The clowns watched Bert run, laughing and jeering. Bert was trying to escape from them, but it was no use. They were faster, stronger, and seemed to know the woods better than he did. He could hear their laughter behind him, echoing through the trees, mocking him.
"Come on, Bert, you can't outrun us!" one of them taunted, his voice high-pitched and eerily cheerful.
Bert's lungs burned, his legs ached, but he pushed on, desperation fueling his flight.
He didn't know where he was going, only that he had to get away from those... things. He'd stumbled upon them by accident, while exploring the old, abandoned circus tent on the outskirts of town. He'd thought it would be fun, a thrill, to sneak in and see what he could find. But he'd found more than he bargained for.
The clowns had been there, waiting, their painted faces leering, their eyes filled with a hunger that both terrified and aroused him.
He'd tried to run, but they were everywhere, their laughter echoing through the tent, their footsteps thundering behind him. He'd managed to escape, bursting out of the tent and into the woods, but they were hot on his heels.
Now, as he stumbled through the underbrush, his heart pounding in his chest, he couldn't shake the feeling that he was being herded, that they were allowing him to run, toying with him like a cat with a mouse.
He found an lodge that's vacant and ran in and locked the door.
He could hear the clowns laughing outside, knowing he was trapped. He sat on the floor, panting, trying to catch his breath. He heard a knock on the door, and a voice called out, "Bert, we know you're in there. Come out and play with us."
Bert's heart pounded in his chest. He knew he couldn't outrun them forever. He needed a plan. He looked around the lodge, his eyes landing on a fireplace set with logs. An idea began to form in his mind.
He stood up, walked over to the fireplace, and picked up a log.
He saw two men in clown makeup out the window.
They were tall and muscular, their faces painted with grotesque smiles and beady eyes. They pressed their faces against the glass, their breath fogging it up, and laughed. Bert's blood ran cold, but he refused to give in to fear. He had a plan, and he was going to stick to it.
He backed up and bumped into one of the clowns and caught him, the clown opened the door and let the other clowns in .
The clowns entered the lodge, their eyes gleaming with amusement and malice. Bert's heart raced as he clutched the log, trying to hide his nervousness.
"Well, well, well," the tallest clown, his face painted with a cruel smile, said. "Look what we have here. A little birdie trapped in our nest."
The other clowns chuckled, their eyes never leaving Bert. He could feel their hunger, their desire, and it both terrified and excited him.
"What do you want from me?" Bert asked, trying to keep his voice steady.
"Why are you doing this?"
The tall clown, the one who seemed to be the leader, stepped closer, his eyes never leaving Bert's. "Why, Bert? Because we can. Because you're here, and you're... delicious." He leaned in, inhaling deeply, as if savoring Bert's scent. "You smell like fear, Bert. And it's intoxicating."
Bert's grip tightened on the log, his knuckles turning white. He knew he had to keep them talking, keep them distracted if he wanted any hope of escape. "You're not... normal. None of you are.
You're... monsters." Bert's voice wavered, but he held his ground, the log still clutched tightly in his hand.
The leader clown threw his head back and laughed, a sound that echoed through the lodge like thunder. "Monsters, huh? Well, Bert, I suppose that's one way to put it." He leaned in closer, his voice dropping to a low rumble. "But you know what, Bert? We don't really care what you think. We only care about one thing."
Bert swallowed hard, his heart pounding in his chest.
He couldn't back down now, not with the clowns so close, their eyes gleaming with hunger and amusement. He had to keep pushing, keep fighting.
"So, what's your thing, huh?" he spat, trying to sound braver than he felt.
The leader clown's smile widened, revealing a row of perfectly white teeth. "Oh, Bert, always so eager to please. We want... everything. Your fear, your pleasure, your pain. We want to consume you, body and soul."
Bert's blood ran cold, but he refused to show it.
The clowns lead him to the bedroom and locked the door, they pushed Bert onto the bed and held him down.
The leader clown, his face a grotesque mask of paint and malice, reached out and cupped Bert's chin in his hand, forcing him to meet his gaze. "You're ours now, Bert. You belong to us."
Bert tried to jerk his head away, but the clown's grip was ironclad. "I belong to no one," he spat, his voice shaking with defiance.
The clown's smile widened, and he leaned in, his breath hot and humid against Bert's face. "Strong words from such a small, fragile thing.
I like it," the leader clown purred, his thumb stroking Bert's cheek in a gesture that was almost tender. Almost. "But it won't change anything. You're ours now, to do with as we please."
Bert glared at him, his breath coming in short, angry puffs. "You're sick. All of you. You need help."
The leader clown threw his head back and laughed, a sound that sent shivers down Bert's spine. "Help? Oh, Bert, we don't need help. We're exactly the way we're meant to be.
And you, my dear Bert, are exactly where you're meant to be, too." The leader clown's eyes gleamed with a dangerous light, and Bert felt a chill run down his spine. He knew he had to keep his wits about him, to play this game carefully if he wanted any hope of escape.
"So, what now?" Bert asked, his voice steady despite the fear churning in his gut. "You're going to... what? Torture me? Kill me?"
The leader clown chuckled, a sound that was equal parts menacing and seductive. "Oh, Bert, always so dramatic.
No, we're not going to kill you. At least, not yet." The leader clown's grin was predatory, and Bert felt a shiver run down his spine. "We have other plans for you. More... enjoyable plans."
Bert glared at him, trying to hide the fear that was beginning to creep in. "Enjoyable for who? Not for me, I'm sure."
The leader clown laughed, a sound that echoed through the room like thunder. "Oh, Bert, you have no idea. But you will. You will." The leader clown, whose face was painted with a cruel smile, leaned in closer, his voice dropping to a low rumble. "You see, Bert, we're not just going to take what we want from you. We're going to make you want to give it to us."
Bert scoffed, trying to hide the uncertainty he felt. "You think I'm going to just roll over and let you do whatever you want? Dream on, freak."
The leader clown chuckled, his eyes gleaming with amusement. "Oh, Bert, always so defiant. I like that.
The clown leader licked his cheek , his tongue rough and wet against Bert's skin. "You taste... delicious," he murmured, his voice low and gravelly. "I can't wait to explore every inch of you."
Bert shivered, a mix of fear and excitement coursing through him. He tried to push the clown away, but the others held him down, their strong hands pinning his arms and legs to the bed.
"Let me go!" Bert struggled, trying to break free from their grip.
The leader clown chuckled, his breath hot on Bert's ear. "Not yet, Bert.
We're just getting started," the leader clown whispered, his voice laced with amusement. He sat back, allowing the other clowns to take the lead. The blue-faced one moved closer, his hands roaming over Bert's chest, exploring every contour and dip. The yellow-faced clown, meanwhile, had taken Bert's legs, his strong hands massaging Bert's calves, working his way up to Bert's thighs.
Bert tried to squirm away, but the clowns' grip was unyielding. He could feel their strength, their power, and it both terrified and exhilarated him.
The clowns took off his shirt and threw it on the floor, leaving him half-naked and vulnerable. Bert's chest heaved as he tried to catch his breath, his heart pounding like a drum in his ears. He was at their mercy, and he knew it.
The leader clown watched, his eyes gleaming with amusement and hunger, as the other clowns explored Bert's body. The blue-faced one's hands were cool and smooth as they traced the lines of Bert's muscles, sending shivers down his spine. The yellow-faced clown's hands were rough and calloused, his strong fingers kneading Bert's thighs, making him gasp.
The clown leader licked his chest with his tongue , slowly, lingering on his nipples, causing Bert to arch his back.
Bert tried to suppress a moan, but it escaped his lips nonetheless. The clown leader chuckled, his breath hot on Bert's skin. "Feels good, doesn't it, Bert?" he murmured, his voice low and seductive.
Bert bit his lip, his eyes fluttering closed as the clown leader's tongue continued its torturous exploration. He knew he should fight, should resist, but his body betrayed him, responding to the clown leader's touch with a mind of its own.
His nipples hardened, his breathing grew ragged, and he could feel the heat building between his legs. The leader clown noticed, his eyes flicking down to Bert's growing erection, a smirk playing on his lips.
"Looks like someone's enjoying themselves," he said, his voice laced with amusement. "Maybe you're not such a fighter after all, Bert."
Bert bit back a retort, his brain foggy with desire. He couldn't deny the effect the clown leader was having on him, but he refused to give him the satisfaction of admitting it.
