Daniel and Reece are 24 year old anesthesiologists. Kennedy is their 22 year old friend. Kennedy wants them to fuck her mouth and rub their cocks on her feet while she’s under anesthesia. Kennedy wants them to be dominant. They do this in an operating room. She wants them to tell her what they’re doing as they administer the anesthesia to make her unconscious in lots of detail. They’re very playful, flirty and horny during the whole thing. they explicitly consent.

Chapter 1: Conscious Seduction

The air in Operating Room 4 tasted like sterilized metal and synthetic lemon. Overhead lights cast a cold, unforgiving brilliance, reflecting off stainless steel trays and the smooth white linoleum floor. The only warmth came from the three figures clustered around the central table, a stark island in the clinical sea. The rhythmic beep of the heart monitor provided a steady, almost hypnotic counterpoint to the low thrum of the anesthesia machine.

Kennedy lay back, the thin paper gown crinkling under her. Her vibrant red hair fanned out against the sterile blue drape, a shock of fire against the ice. Her skin looked luminous under the harsh lights, her green eyes wide and bright with a mixture of adrenaline and unwavering focus. She wasn’t nervous. She was calculating.

Daniel leaned over her, his tall frame bending easily. His dark hair was neatly combed back, a playful smirk playing on his lips as he traced the IV line taped to the inside of her elbow with a gloved fingertip. The touch was light, almost teasing. "Comfortable, Ken? Pillow okay? Temperature good? We aim for five-star service here," he quipped, his voice a low rumble that vibrated through the quiet room despite the ambient noise.

Reece stood at the head of the table, adjusting the flow of clear fluid in the IV bag. His movements were precise, economical, the practiced ease of someone who commanded life and breath with calibrated precision every day. He looked up, his intense blue eyes meeting Kennedy’s. Unlike Daniel’s open flirtation, Reece’s gaze held a simmering heat, a quiet intensity that promised something deeper, more deliberate. He flicked a switch on the sleek monitor displaying Kennedy's EEG readings – the BIS monitor, its numbers flickering in the 90s. "Vitals are perfect," he stated, his voice lower, rougher than Daniel’s. "You’re all set."

Kennedy grinned, a flash of white teeth. "Stop fussing, Danny. It's just another Tuesday. Well," she amended, her gaze sliding between the two men, "maybe not just another Tuesday." Her confidence was palpable, a force field.

Daniel chuckled, picking up the clear anesthesia mask connected to the machine by a corrugated tube. He held it loosely, not yet bringing it near her face. "So, Ken. The question remains." He leaned in conspiratorially. "You absolutely, positively sure you want us to... narrate?" His smirk widened. "Like, narrate narrate? Every delicious, devious little detail?"

Kennedy didn’t blink. "That's the point, genius. The whole fantasy." She shifted slightly, the paper rustling loudly in the quiet room. "The anticipation. Not knowing when you’ll start, just hearing your voices... painting the pictures." She looked pointedly at Reece, who was now holding a syringe filled with milky white propofol. "Especially yours, Reece. That low voice... does things."

Reece’s lips twitched in what might have been the ghost of a smile. He moved to her side, opposite Daniel. His gloved hand, large and sure, rested lightly on her bare forearm, just below the IV site. His touch was grounding, different from Daniel’s playful tracing – solid, possessive. "And you trust us?" he murmured, his voice dropping another octave, intimate, meant only for her ears despite Daniel standing right there. "Completely? While you're under? While we tell you exactly what we're thinking? What we’re going to do?"

The air crackled. The beep of the monitor seemed louder. The scent of antiseptic felt sharper. Kennedy’s breath hitched, just for a second, a tiny crack in her bold facade showing the raw thrill beneath. She met Reece’s unwavering blue stare. "Yes," she breathed. "Completely. Tell me everything."

Daniel watched the exchange, his own smile turning predatory. "Oh, we will, Red. Every. Single. Thing." He finally lifted the clear plastic mask, holding it a few inches above her nose and mouth. The scent of fresh plastic and the faint, medicinal odor of oxygen drifted down. "The way we’ve imagined this. The way we’ve planned it. For months." His eyes locked onto hers, playful flirtation replaced by a focused intensity that matched Reece’s. "The way your skin feels. Where we want to touch you first. How slow... or how fast... we want to take it."

Reece raised the syringe, the tip poised near the injection port on her IV line. His thumb rested lightly on the plunger. His gaze never left Kennedy’s face, watching for the slightest flicker, the most minute change in her breathing. "This is your last chance to back out, Ken," he said, his voice a deep, resonant hum that vibrated in her bones. "Once I push this... you're ours. For the duration. You’ll hear us. You’ll feel... something. But you won't be able to move. Not a muscle. Just... drift. And listen."

Kennedy’s chest rose and fell faster now. The BIS number dipped slightly: 88. Excitement, not fear. A flush crept up her neck, visible even under the bright lights. Her green eyes blazed, fixed on Reece. "Do it," she whispered, the words barely audible over the monitor’s steady beat. "Push it. Tell me a story." Her gaze flickered to Daniel, then back to Reece. "Make it filthy."

Reece’s intense blue eyes held hers for one final, electric moment. A silent understanding passed between them, thick with history and the promise of the forbidden. He gave the faintest nod. His thumb pressed down on the plunger.

The milky liquid flowed into the IV line. Kennedy’s eyes remained locked on Reece for another second, wide and bright. Then, a subtle shift. A softening. The fierce focus in her gaze began to blur at the edges, like ink spreading in water. Her eyelids grew heavy, fluttering once, twice. The tension visibly seeped out of her body, her limbs relaxing into the table’s padding. The rise and fall of her chest slowed, deepened.

Daniel watched, the mask still hovering, his playful smirk vanished, replaced by an expression of rapt fascination. "There she goes..." he murmured, his voice hushed with awe and anticipation.

Reece kept his hand on her arm, a steady anchor. The BIS monitor dipped steadily: 85... 80... 75. Her breathing became rhythmic, deep. Almost peaceful. Her eyes closed completely, long lashes brushing her cheeks. The vibrant, confident Kennedy was still there, but submerged. Accessible only through sound. Through their words.

The operating room hummed. The machines sang their sterile lullaby. The scent of propofol mingled with the antiseptic. Reece leaned down, his lips close to Kennedy’s ear, his voice a low, intimate caress that cut through the mechanical sounds. "Can you hear me, Ken? Just a whisper in the dark..."

Daniel lowered the mask gently onto her face, securing it. He adjusted the oxygen flow, his fingers brushing her temple. He leaned close to her other ear, his breath warm against her skin. "We can hear you breathing," he whispered, his voice rough with promise. "Slow and deep. Perfect. Just like we wanted you."

Reece’s thumb stroked a slow line down her forearm. "First thing I notice," he murmured, his voice vibrating against her ear, "is how warm your skin is. Here." His finger traced the sensitive dip of her inner elbow, just above the IV line. "Like silk over fire." His hand slid higher, a whisper of latex against her bicep. "And here... the muscle tenses... just a fraction... when my fingers brush it. Even now. Can you feel that? A little echo?"

Kennedy didn’t move. Her face was serene, slack. But the heart monitor betrayed a tiny, almost imperceptible flutter in the steady rhythm. Beep... beep-beep... beep...

Daniel grinned, a flash of white in the clinical light. He traced the line of her collarbone above the paper gown with a fingertip, a feather-light touch. "Forget the gown," he breathed. "We know what’s underneath. We've pictured it. Every curve. Every freckle." His hand drifted lower, hovering just above the swell of her breast beneath the thin paper barrier. His voice dropped, thick with intent. "Right here... this spot... Reece is thinking about how it would feel under his tongue. How it would taste."

Reece made a low sound in his throat, agreement, desire. His hand slid down Kennedy’s arm, over her wrist, his fingers interlacing loosely with hers where they rested on the
