Chapter 1: Introduction
The fluorescent lights in the classroom hummed softly, casting an eerie glow over the sea of desks and chairs. I slouched in my seat, watching our professor, Dr. Harper, as she paced back and forth at the front of the room. She had that look in her eyes—the one that said, "I've got something up my sleeve, and it's probably going to suck."
"Alright, class," she began, stopping in front of the whiteboard. "Today, I'm going to assign your final group projects for the semester."
Groans filled the room.
I rolled my eyes. Final projects were always a pain, but I had to admit, I was curious to see who I'd be stuck with. Dr. Harper picked up a stack of papers from her desk and started walking down the aisles.
"First up, we have... Kyndal, Valentino, and Chloe," she said, handing me a sheet with our names and the project details. I glanced at it briefly before tucking it into my bag. I knew Chloe from a few of our shared classes, but Valentino was a new face. I looked around the room, my eyes landing on a guy a few rows ahead, leaning back in his chair with a smirk on his face.
He had dark hair, a strong jawline, and a body that looked like it belonged on a magazine cover. He caught me staring and winked, making me roll my eyes. I turned back to the front, trying to ignore the flutter in my stomach. I didn't need this kind of distraction.
"Kyndal?" Dr. Harper's voice snapped me back to reality. I looked up, realizing she was waiting for me to confirm. "Yes, ma'am," I said, standing up and taking the paper from her. I walked back to my seat, passing Chloe on the way. She was sitting there, her eyes wide and her cheeks flushed.
I couldn't help but notice the way her gaze flicked from me to Valentino and back again. I sighed internally. This was going to be interesting.
"Hey, Kyndal," Valentino said, his voice smooth and confident as I sat down next to him. "Looks like we're in this together." He flashed me a grin, and I couldn't help but smile back. Despite his self-centered nature, there was something about Valentino that made it hard to stay annoyed with him for long.
"Yep," I replied, pulling out the project details and skimming over them. "Looks like we've got to analyze the impact of social media on modern relationships.
Should be a breeze, right?" Valentino said, leaning back in his chair and stretching his arms behind his head. I raised an eyebrow at his nonchalance. This was a big project, and he was acting like it was a simple homework assignment.
"Easy for you to say," I muttered, flipping through the project guidelines. "I've got a feeling this is going to take more than a few late-night study sessions."
Valentino chuckled, "Well, you know what they say, 'The more, the merrier.' Besides, I'm sure Chloe will be more than happy to help out." He nodded towards Chloe, who was still sitting a few rows ahead, her eyes darting between us.
She blushed again when she realized we were looking at her, and I couldn't help but feel a pang of sympathy. Valentino was a charmer, but he was also a bit of a player. I didn't want to see Chloe get hurt.
"Yeah, well, I'm sure she'll be great," I said, trying to keep the sarcasm out of my voice. "But I think we should focus on the project first. We've got a lot of ground to cover."
Valentino leaned in, his voice low so only I could hear. "Relax, Kyndal. I'm sure we'll all get along just fine. Besides, I could use some help with the research. "whatever lets go to my house to start" I said, trying to keep my voice casual. I didn't want to seem too eager, but I had to admit, the thought of spending more time with Valentino was... intriguing.
Valentino's eyes lit up, and he flashed me that smirk again. "Sounds like a plan, Kyndal. I'm always up for a good time."
I rolled my eyes, but I couldn't help but smile. "It's a project, Valentino. Not a party."
He laughed, a deep, rich sound that made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. "Well, where's the fun in that?"
I shook my head, turning my attention back to the project details. We walked out to my convertible and i got in the driver seat and put the top down . Valentino got in the passenger seat and I started the car. The engine roared to life, and I pulled out of the parking lot, heading towards his house.
"So, Kyndal," Valentino said, looking out the window as we drove. "What's your story? I don't think I've seen you around campus before."
I glanced at him, surprised by the question. "I'm a transfer student," I explained. "I came from a small town up north. I wanted a change of scenery."
Valentino nodded, his eyes still on the road. "Well, you've certainly found it here. I mean, look at this place.
It's like a whole different world."
I couldn't argue with that. The city was a far cry from the quiet, peaceful town I'd grown up in. But there was something about the energy here, the constant hum of activity, that made me feel alive.
"Yeah, it's definitely... something," I said, turning onto Valentino's street. His house was a sprawling, modern affair, with a sleek black front door and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
As we pulled into the driveway, I couldn't help but notice the way Valentino's eyes lit up when he saw his home. It was clear that he took pride in his surroundings, and I had to admit, it was impressive. The house was immaculate, with a perfectly manicured lawn and a pool that shimmered in the sunlight.
"Nice place," I commented, turning off the engine and unbuckling my seatbelt. Valentino grinned, opening the door and stepping out onto the driveway.
"Thanks," he said, walking around to my side of the car. "It's not much, but it's home."
I raised an eyebrow at his modesty. "Not much? Valentino, this place is huge."
He shrugged, "Well, it's just a house.
It's what's inside that makes it a home, right?" He flashed me a smile, and I felt my cheeks flush. There was something about the way he said it, so casual and yet so genuine, that caught me off guard.
"Come on," he said, gesturing towards the front door. "Let's get started on this project. I've got a feeling it's going to take more than just a little bit of effort."
I followed him inside, my eyes taking in the sleek, modern decor. The living room was spacious, with a large, plush couch and a massive flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. Valentino led me down a hallway and into a room that was clearly his office.
It was filled with bookshelves, a large desk, and a comfortable-looking chair. A laptop was open on the desk, and I could see that Valentino had already started working on the project.
"Make yourself at home," he said, gesturing to the couch. "I'll just grab a few things and we can get started."
I sat down on the couch, trying to ignore the way my heart was pounding in my chest. I couldn't help but feel a little nervous, being alone with Valentino in his house. But I pushed the feeling aside, focusing instead on the task at hand.
Valentino returned a few minutes later, carrying a stack of books and a notebook.
He sat down at his desk, flipping through the pages of one of the books before looking up at me.
"So, where do you want to start?" he asked, his voice casual but his eyes intent.
I shrugged, "I don't know. We could start by brainstorming some topics. What do you think?"
Valentino nodded, "That sounds like a good idea. Let's see... what are some of the main issues we should be looking at?"
I thought for a moment, then began to list them off. "Well, there's the impact on relationships, obviously. "We cant forget about chloe shes in the room too" Valentino said, leaning back in his chair and smirking. I rolled my eyes at his attempt to flirt, but I couldn't help but smile.
"Right, of course," I said, trying to keep my voice steady. "We should also look at the effects of social media on mental health, and how it's changing the way we communicate with each other."
Valentino nodded, jotting down notes as I spoke. "Good point. And what about the role of social media in politics? How it's changing the way we consume and share information?"
I nodded, impressed by his insight. "That's a great angle. He scrolled on his phone and i crossed my arms looking at him
. "What are you doing?" I asked, a hint of annoyance in my voice. Valentino looked up, a mischievous grin on his face. "Just checking if Chloe's online. I thought she might want to join in on the brainstorming session." I rolled my eyes, but before I could respond, Chloe's voice came through the open window. "Hey, guys! I'm here!" We both turned to see Chloe walking up the driveway, her arms laden with books and notebooks. Valentino stood up, a charming smile on his face. "Chloe, welcome to the party. Possessively i sat on his lap crossing my arms glaring at chloe . Valentino chuckled, "Kyndal, always so territorial. Don't worry, Chloe, there's plenty of room for all of us to work together." Chloe blushed, setting her books down on the desk and taking a seat on the couch next to me. I couldn't help but feel a pang of guilt at my behavior. I didn't want to be rude, but there was something about Valentino that brought out the worst in me.
"Thanks, Valentino," Chloe said, her voice soft. "I really appreciate you guys letting me be a part of this."
Valentino waved a hand dismissively, "Of course, Chloe.
We're all in this together, right?" He glanced at me, a playful smirk on his lips. I rolled my eyes, but I couldn't help but smile back. Despite my initial annoyance, I had to admit, Valentino had a way of making people feel welcome.
"So, where were we?" I asked, turning my attention back to the project. Chloe looked down at her notebook, flipping through the pages until she found what she was looking for.
"Oh, right," she said, her voice eager. "I was thinking we could look at the impact of social media on body image and self-esteem.
You know, how people compare themselves to others based on what they see online," Chloe suggested, her voice hesitant but hopeful.
Valentino leaned back in his chair, considering her idea. "That's a great point, Chloe. It's definitely something we should explore. What do you think, Kyndal?"
I nodded, impressed by Chloe's insight. "That's a fantastic angle, Chloe. It's something I hadn't even considered." I said sarcastically , "Thanks for the brilliant suggestion, Chloe. You've just made this project a lot more interesting."
Chloe blushed, but her eyes sparkled with excitement. "Really? You think so?"
"Absolutely," Valentino chimed in, his eyes never leaving Chloe. "You've got a knack for this, Chloe. I can see why you're so passionate about it."
Chloe beamed at him, her cheeks turning a shade of pink that matched her hair. "Thanks, Valentino. I just really care about this stuff. It's important to me."
I watched the exchange, a mix of amusement and irritation bubbling inside me.
Valentino was being his usual charming self, and Chloe was eating it up. I couldn't blame her; he had a way of making people feel special, even if it was just for a moment.
"Alright, so we've got our first topic," I said, trying to steer the conversation back to the project. "Let's start by researching some statistics on body image and self-esteem. Chloe, you can start with that. Valentino and I will look into the political aspects."
Chloe nodded eagerly, pulling out her laptop and opening a browser. Valentino, meanwhile, had already started typing away on his keyboard, his fingers dancing over the keys with a practiced ease. I got off his lap and walked out the room annoyed by chloe 's presence. I went to the kitchen and grabbed a bottle of water from the fridge. I could hear Valentino and Chloe's laughter from the other room, and I couldn't help but feel a pang of jealousy. I took a deep breath, trying to push the feeling aside. This was supposed to be a group project, not a competition for Valentino's attention.
I returned to the office, bottle in hand, to find Chloe and Valentino deep in conversation. They were laughing about something, their heads bent close together over Chloe's laptop. I couldn't help but notice the way Valentino's hand rested on Chloe's shoulder, his thumb brushing against her collarbone in a gesture that was almost... intimate. I cleared my throat, trying to hide the irritation that was bubbling up inside me. "So, what have you guys found out so far?" I asked, trying to keep my voice casual. Chloe looked up, her eyes bright and excited. "Oh, hey, Kyndal. We were just talking about how social media can be a double-edged sword. It can be really empowering for people to share their stories and connect with others who have gone through similar experiences, but it can also be really harmful if people start comparing themselves to others and feeling like they're not good enough."
Valentino nodded, his hand still resting on Chloe's shoulder. "Exactly. And it's not just about body image.
It's about validation, too. People crave likes, shares, comments—anything to show that they're seen, that they matter," Chloe added, her voice taking on a more serious tone.
Valentino's thumb continued to brush against Chloe's collarbone, and I couldn't help but feel a growing sense of unease. I cleared my throat again, trying to break the spell they seemed to be under. "That's all well and good, but we need to stay focused on the task at hand. We've got a lot of ground to cover, and we can't afford to get sidetracked." "Ima go take a walk" i said wiping my tears away. "I'll be right back." I walked out of the office, leaving Valentino and Chloe to their conversation. I needed some fresh air, and I needed to clear my head. I walked out of the house and onto the porch, taking a deep breath of the warm, summer air. The sun was beginning to set, casting a warm golden glow over the neighborhood. I leaned against the railing, looking out at the street below. I could hear the distant hum of traffic, the laughter of children playing in their yards. It was a peaceful scene, but my mind was anything but at ease.
I couldn't shake the feeling of jealousy that had been building inside me all day.
It was ridiculous, I knew, but there was something about seeing Valentino and Chloe together that made me feel... possessive. This was a group project, and I needed to act like it. I walked back inside, my steps echoing through the quiet house. The office door was slightly ajar, and I could hear the soft murmur of voices coming from inside. I pushed the door open, revealing Valentino and Chloe sitting close together on the couch, their heads bent over a notebook. Valentino's arm was draped casually over the back of the couch, his fingers brushing against Chloe's shoulder.
She was leaning in, her eyes focused on the notebook in her lap, her cheeks flushed with excitement. "I might go home i called my mom to come pick me up " I said, walking back into the room. Chloe looked up, her eyes meeting mine, and I could see the surprise and hurt in them. "What's wrong, Kyndal?" she asked, her voice soft. "I'm just... I need to go," I said, my voice tight. I could feel Valentino's eyes on me, but I couldn't bring myself to look at him. "Kyndal, wait," he said, his voice low and steady. "What's going on?" I shook my head, my heart pounding in my chest. "Nothing. I just... I need to go." I turned and walked out of the room, leaving Chloe and Valentino behind.
I could hear Valentino's footsteps following me, and I quickened my pace, not wanting to talk to him right now. "Kyndal, wait up," he called after me, his voice firm yet gentle. I ignored him, grabbing my bag from the kitchen counter and heading for the front door. Valentino caught up to me just as I was about to open it, his hand closing over mine. "Hey, talk to me," he said, his voice low. I looked up at him, my eyes blazing with anger and hurt. "What do you want, Valentino?" I snapped. "I want to know what's going on with you.
You've been acting weird all day," Valentino said, his eyes searching mine. I could feel the heat of his hand on mine, and I had to force myself to pull away. I took a deep breath, trying to calm the storm of emotions inside me.
"It's nothing," I said, my voice barely above a whisper. "I just... I need some space, okay?"
Valentino's eyes narrowed, and I could see the frustration building in them. "Space? Kyndal, we're supposed to be working on a project together. We can't just take off whenever we feel like it."
I rolled my eyes, "Well, maybe I don't feel like it right now.
I need to clear my head, okay?"
Valentino's expression softened, and he sighed. "Look, I'm sorry if I did something to upset you. I didn't mean to make you feel uncomfortable."
I hesitated, taken aback by his sincerity. "It's not you," I said, my voice softer now. "It's just... I don't know. I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed, I guess."
Valentino nodded, understanding in his eyes. "I get it. Sometimes, it's just easier to take a step back and regroup. Why don't you go for that walk, and I'll stay here with Chloe." "Valentino can you walk with me" I asked him. "Sure, let's go." He grabbed his keys and we walked out of the house. We walked down the street in silence for a few minutes, the sun dipping lower in the sky, casting long shadows across the pavement. I could feel Valentino's eyes on me, waiting for me to say something. I took a deep breath, trying to find the right words. "It's just... seeing you and Chloe together, it made me feel... jealous," I admitted, my voice barely above a whisper. Valentino stopped walking, turning to face me. "Jealous?" he asked, surprise in his voice. I nodded, my cheeks flushing with embarrassment. "I know it's stupid.
I mean, we're just working on a project together, right? But there's something about you and Chloe... it just makes me feel... possessive," I confessed, my voice barely above a whisper. Valentino's expression softened, and he reached out, gently tucking a strand of hair behind my ear. "Kyndal, look at me," he said, his voice firm yet gentle. I looked up, meeting his gaze. "I promise you, there's nothing going on between me and Chloe. She's just a friend, and I value our friendship. You know that, right?" I nodded, the tension in my shoulders easing slightly. "I do," I said, my voice steady. "Look i like you and i didnt know what to do" I said looking down at my feet. Valentino's hand cupped my chin, tilting my face up so that I was looking at him. "Hey, look at me," he said softly. "I like you too, Kyndal. A lot. And I'm sorry if I gave you the wrong impression. That was never my intention." I felt a warmth spread through me at his words, and I couldn't help but smile. "Really?" I asked, my voice barely above a whisper. Valentino chuckled, "Yes, really.
I mean, look at us. We've been friends for years, and I never realized how much I cared about you until now." He leaned in, his eyes never leaving mine, and I could feel the heat of his breath on my face. "I'm sorry if I've been a jerk about it. I didn't want to make things awkward between us." I swallowed hard, my heart pounding in my chest. "You're not a jerk," I said, my voice barely above a whisper. "You're just... you." Valentino's eyes crinkled at the corners as he smiled, and I could feel the tension between us shifting.
"So, where does that leave us?" he asked, his voice low. I took a deep breath, considering my words carefully. "I don't know, Valentino. I guess were dating" I said, my voice barely above a whisper. Valentino's eyes widened in surprise he pulled mymy chin up. "Dating it is" he said with a grin. "I like the sound of that." He leaned in, his lips brushing against mine in a soft, gentle kiss. I melted into him, my heart pounding in my chest as his arms wrapped around me, pulling me closer. The kiss deepened, his tongue exploring my mouth as I wrapped my arms around his neck. I could feel the heat of his body, the hardness of his muscles beneath his shirt. He tasted like mint and something uniquely him, a combination that made my head spin. I pulled away, my breath coming in short gasps, my cheeks flushed. Valentino's eyes were dark with desire, his chest rising and falling rapidly. "Wow," he said, his voice rough.
"That was... unexpected." I couldn't help but smile, feeling a flush of excitement and satisfaction. "Unexpectedly good, I hope." Valentino chuckled, his hand reaching up to tuck a strand of hair behind my ear. "Definitely. But we should probably get back to the house. Chloe's probably wondering where we are." I nodded, taking a deep breath to steady myself. "Yeah, you're right. Let's go." We walked back to Valentino's house in silence, our hands brushing against each other occasionally. The air was thick with tension, and I could feel the heat of Valentino's body next to mine. I held his hand as we walked back to his house, our fingers intertwined. I couldn't believe how much had changed in just a few short hours. I had gone from feeling jealous and frustrated to... this. To whatever it was that was happening between us now.
As we approached the house, I could see Chloe through the window, her head bent over her laptop. Valentino squeezed my hand, and I looked up at him, a question in my eyes. "What do we tell her?"
Valentino hesitated for a moment, then sighed. "I don't know. I guess we should just be honest with her.
We're adults, and we don't owe her an explanation, but I don't want to lie to her either." I nodded, appreciating Valentino's honesty. "You're right. Let's just tell her the truth." We walked into the house, hand in hand, and found Chloe still engrossed in her laptop in the office. She looked up as we entered, her eyes widening slightly at the sight of our intertwined hands. "Hey, guys," she said, her voice hesitant. "We were just about to come find you," Valentino replied, his voice casual. "We went for a walk to clear our heads." Chloe nodded, but I could see the curiosity in her eyes.
"So, what did you guys talk about?" Valentino glanced at me, a playful smirk on his lips. "We talked about a lot of things," he said, his voice low. "But mostly, we talked about how much we like each other." Chloe's eyes widened in surprise, and she looked from Valentino to me, her mouth agape. "You... you like each other?" she stammered, her cheeks turning a shade of pink that matched her hair. I nodded, a small smile playing on my lips. "Yeah, we do," I said, my voice steady. "And we're...
dating," I added, my voice barely above a whisper. Chloe's eyes widened even further, and she looked from Valentino to me, her mouth agape. "Dating?" she repeated, her voice barely audible. "But... but I thought... I mean, I thought you two were just friends." Valentino chuckled, his arm wrapping around my waist, pulling me closer to him. "We are friends, Chloe. But sometimes, friendships can turn into something more," he said, his voice soft. Chloe looked down at her hands, her fingers fidgeting with the edge of her notebook. "I see," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.
"I'm... I'm happy for you both." She looked up, her eyes meeting mine, and I could see the hurt and sadness in them. "But I thought... I thought you liked me, Kyndal. I thought we had something." I felt a pang of guilt, knowing that I had led her on in some way. "Chloe, I'm so sorry," I said, my voice soft. "I never meant to hurt you. I didn't know how to tell you the truth." Chloe nodded, her eyes filling with tears. "It's okay," she said, her voice trembling. "I understand." "I just liked valentino and i still do" she said smiling "If hes willing to give us a chance" she said looking at me. I looked at Valentino, who was watching the scene with a mix of amusement and concern. "Chloe im dating kyndal sorry" he said. Chloe nodded, her eyes still glistening with unshed tears. "I understand. I really do. I need some time to process this." She stood up, her chair scraping against the floor. "I think I should go home. I need to think." Valentino and I exchanged a glance, and I could see the worry in his eyes. "Chloe, wait," he said, his voice gentle. "We don't want you to leave like this. Why don't you stay for dinner? We can talk more about it then." Chloe hesitated for a moment, then nodded. "Okay.
Dinner sounds nice," Chloe said, her voice a little shaky. She sat back down on the couch, her fingers fidgeting with the edge of her notebook. Valentino and I exchanged a glance, and I could see the concern in his eyes. He walked over to the kitchen, grabbing a bottle of water from the fridge and handing it to Chloe. "Here, drink this," he said, his voice gentle. "You look like you could use it." Chloe took the bottle, her fingers brushing against his as she accepted it. "Thanks," she said, her voice soft. "I'm sorry, Chloe," I said, my voice steady.
I really like you, and I value our friendship. I didn't know how to tell you about Valentino and me." Chloe took a deep breath, her eyes meeting mine. "It's okay, Kyndal. I understand. I need some time to process this. It's a lot to take in." Valentino nodded, his hand still resting on my waist. "Of course, Chloe. We're here for you, okay? Whatever you need." Chloe managed a small smile, her eyes flickering between Valentino and me. "Thanks, guys. I appreciate it." Dinner was a tense affair. I sat on his lap facing him , while Chloe sat on the couch across from us. Valentino's arm was wrapped around me, his fingers tracing circles on my thigh, while Chloe picked at her food, her eyes downcast. The room was filled with an awkward silence, punctuated only by the clinking of cutlery and the occasional rustle of paper.
After dinner, we moved to the living room, Chloe perched on the edge of the couch, her hands folded in her lap. Valentino and I sat on the floor in front of her, our backs against the couch. He had his arm around me, pulling me close, and I could feel the warmth of his body through my shirt. I leaned into him, my head resting on his shoulder, and I could feel his breath on my neck. Chloe watched us, her eyes filled with a mix of sadness and longing. I could see the wheels turning in her head, and I knew she was trying to process everything that had happened. Valentino, sensing the tension, cleared his throat and spoke up. "So, Chloe, how's your family doing? I haven't seen them in ages." Chloe looked up, surprised by the question. "Oh, they're good," she said, her voice soft. "My little sister just started college, so they're really proud of her." Valentino nodded, "That's great.
I remember when you were just a little kid, always following her around. She was the cool one, and you were the cute little sister." Chloe smiled at the memory, her eyes lighting up. "Yeah, she was always the cool one. I was just the tagalong." Valentino chuckled, "Well, you've grown up to be pretty cool yourself, Chloe. You've got a lot of passion and drive. I can see why Kyndal and I were drawn to your ideas for the project." Chloe blushed at the compliment, her eyes flickering between Valentino and me.
"Thank you, Valentino. That means a lot coming from you." She took a deep breath, her fingers fidgeting with the edge of her notebook. "So, what happens now?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper. Valentino looked down at me, a question in his eyes. I nodded, understanding his unspoken request. "Well, Chloe, we were hoping that you could still be a part of the project with us," I said, my voice steady. "We value your input and your ideas. We just... we just need to figure out how to make this work." "But...
but what about me?" Chloe asked, her voice trembling. "I don't want to be just a part of the project. I want to be a part of your lives." "Chloe, we want you to be a part of our lives," Valentino said, his voice gentle. "But we need to figure out how to make this work. We don't want to hurt you, and we don't want to make you feel uncomfortable." "I know," she said, her voice soft.
I don't want to be a third wheel. I don't want to be the one who's always left out." Valentino's expression softened, and he reached out, gently tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. That possessiveness in my DNA kicked in when he did that , but I pushed it down. "Chloe, we care about you too. And we want you to be a part of our lives, but we need to figure out how to navigate this new dynamic," I said, my voice steady. "I know. I just don't want to lose you both. You're my friends" "Im not" i mumbled under my breath . Valentino looked at me, a question in his eyes. "What was that?" I shook my head, "Nothing." "Kyndal your lying what did you say?" Chloe asked, her eyes narrowing in on me. I sighed, knowing I had to come clean. "I said, I'm not your friend, Chloe. I'm sorry, but I never saw you as more than an acquaintance. I was only nice to you because Valentino asked me to." Chloe's eyes widened in shock and hurt, and I could see the tears welling up in them. "Why would you say that?" "I'm sorry, Chloe. I didn't mean to hurt you. But I can't lie to you anymore.
I'm sorry if this hurts you, but I need to be honest with you. I never saw you as more than an acquaintance, and I was only nice to you because Valentino asked me to." she whispered, her voice trembling. I never felt that way about you. I thought you were a nice person, but I never saw you as more than a friend." Chloe's face crumpled, and she let out a soft sob.
Valentino's grip on me tightened, and I could feel the tension in his body. "Chloe, I'm so sorry let me talk to kyndal in private" he said pulling me out the room . We walked to his room and closed the door behind us. "What the hell was that?" Valentino hissed, his eyes blazing with anger. "I'm sorry, Valentino. I didn't mean to hurt her. I couldn't lie to her anymore." Valentino ran a hand through his hair, his frustration evident. "I know, Kyndal. I know. But you didn't have to be so harsh. She's a good person, and she deserves better than that." I sighed "Shes hurt me in the past i cant be her friend" I said, my voice steady. Valentino looked at me, his expression softening. "I understand, Kyndal. I do. But you don't have to be her friend to be kind to her. She's hurting right now, and she needs us to be there for her." "Shes hurting? Yeah ok lets forget about the time she lied to me and then spread rumors about me and used me" I said, my voice cold. Valentino sighed, running a hand through his hair. But that was in the past. She's not the same person she was then. She's changed, and she's a good person now. You can't keep holding onto that grudge forever." I looked at him, my expression softening. "I know, Valentino. I just need some time to process this. Valentino nodded, his expression understanding. And I'm here for you, okay?
Chloe nodded, her eyes meeting mine, and I could see the hurt and sadness in them. Valentino had stood behind me forcing me to apologize "Im so- yeah no i cant apologize" I said looking at Chloe. "Kyndal, please," Valentino said, his voice firm yet gentle. "I know you're upset, but we can't just leave Chloe like this. She's hurting, and we need to be there for her." I took a deep breath, considering his words. I knew he was right, but I still couldn't bring myself to apologize for something I didn't feel. "I can't, Valentino. I'm sorry. I can't." "Okay, I understand. But we can't just leave her here like this. Let's go talk to her, okay? "Chloe im sorry" i said rolling my eyes . "I know you are but you need to say it" Valentino said. I sighed, knowing he was right. I walked back to the living room, Chloe still sitting on the couch, her eyes red from crying. I took a deep breath and sat down next to her. "Chloe, I'm sorry," I said, my voice steady. "I didn't mean to hurt you. I just needed to be honest with you." Chloe looked up at me, her eyes filled with tears. "I understand," she said, her voice soft. I just need some time to process this." "Take all the time you need, Chloe," I said, my voice gentle. She went outside and i did too to apologize to her and she grabbed me by my hair hurting me . "I hate you" she said "I hate you both" she said. I was shocked by her reaction. I had never seen her like this. "Chloe, please stop. You're hurting me," I said, my voice steady. Valentino walked outside shocked by Chloe's reaction. You're hurting Kyndal," he said, his voice firm yet gentle. Chloe looked up at him, her eyes filled with anger and pain. "I hate you both," she spat, her voice shaking with emotion. "You're both selfish and cruel. I thought you were my friends, but you're nothing but liars and manipulators." Valentino's expression darkened, and he took a step towards her, his hands clenched into fists. "Chloe, that's enough. We didn't mean to hurt you. We just wanted to be honest with you." Chloe scoffed, her eyes narrowing. "Honest? You call that honesty?" She hit me with her fist causing me to faint . I woke up in Valentino's bed, my head throbbing. I looked around, disoriented, trying to remember how I got there. Valentino was sitting in a chair by the bed, his elbows on his knees, his head in his hands. He looked up as I stirred, relief washing over his face. "Thank god you're awake," he said, his voice rough. "What happened?" I asked, my voice groggy. "Chloe happened," he said, his voice dark. "She attacked you, Kyndal.
She hit you so hard that you blacked out. I found you on the ground, and I had to carry you inside. You're lucky you didn't hit your head on the pavement," Valentino explained, his voice filled with concern.
I winced as I tried to sit up, my head still throbbing. "I can't believe she did that. I never thought she had it in her," I murmured, still in shock.
Valentino's expression darkened. "She's hurt, Kyndal. And she's lashing out. We should have handled this differently."
I looked at him, my eyes narrowing. "You mean we should have lied to her?
Pretended that we didn't feel anything for each other?" I asked, my voice laced with sarcasm. Valentino sighed, running a hand through his hair in frustration. "No, that's not what I mean. I just think we could have handled the situation with more care. We should have been more sensitive to her feelings."
I rolled my eyes, a bitter taste in my mouth. "Sensitive? Valentino, she's the one who lied to me and spread rumors about me. She's the one who used me." "I think..i think we need to take a break...from us ... from each other" I said crying and fell to my knees . Valentino came to me and held me in his arms. "Shh, it's okay. I'm here. We'll figure this out together," he murmured, his voice soothing. I clung to him, my tears soaking his shirt. "I don't want to lose you, Valentino. I can't lose you," I sobbed. Valentino's grip on me tightened, and he pressed a soft kiss to my forehead. "You won't lose me, Kyndal. I promise. We'll get through this, together." I took a deep breath, trying to calm myself down. "Okay," I whispered.
"Okay, we'll figure this out together." Valentino helped me to my feet, his arm wrapped protectively around my waist. "But first, we need to call the police. Chloe attacked you, and we can't just let that go." I hesitated, not wanting to cause Chloe any more pain, but knowing that Valentino was right. "Okay," I agreed reluctantly. Valentino pulled out his phone and dialed the number, his voice steady as he explained the situation. I listened, my heart heavy, as he recounted the events of the evening. After he hung up, he turned to me, his expression soft. "They're on their way." He stood behind me and wrapped his arms around me and kissed my neck whispering dirty things in my ear like
"I want to fuck you so bad" "I want to make you scream my name" "I want to make you come so hard" "I want to make you mine" I was getting turned on and I wanted him so bad . "Valentino, stop" I said breathless "The police are coming" "I don't care" he said and turned me around and kissed me hard and deep . I melted into him, my body pressing against his, feeling his hardness through his jeans. He picked me up and carried me to his room, kicking the door closed behind us. He laid me down on the bed and climbed on top of me, his hands roaming my body, his lips finding mine again.
I could feel his heart racing against my chest, his breath coming in short gasps. I wrapped my legs around him, pulling him closer, my hands tangling in his hair. He groaned, his hips grinding against mine, his hardness pressing against me. I could feel the heat building inside me, my body aching for him. "Valentino," I gasped, my voice barely above a whisper. "Please." He looked at me, his eyes dark with desire. "Please what, Kyndal?" he asked, his voice low and husky. "Please punish me" i said . He smiled a wicked smile and pulled away from me , leaving me breathless and wanting. He stood up and walked over to his closet, pulling out a silk scarf. He walked back to me, his eyes never leaving mine. "I'm going to punish you, Kyndal," he said, his voice firm yet gentle. "You've been a bad girl, and you need to be taught a lesson." I bit my lip, my heart pounding in my chest. "And what if I don't want to be punished?" I challenged, my voice steady.
"What are you going to do about it?" Valentino's eyes flashed with a mix of surprise and amusement. "Feisty, aren't you?" he said, a smirk playing on his lips. "I like it." He climbed back onto the bed, straddling me, the silk scarf still clutched in his hand. "You want to play games, Kyndal? I can play games." He leaned down, his lips brushing against my ear. "But I always win." I shivered at the feel of his breath on my neck, my body betraying me. "We'll see about that," I said, my voice barely above a whisper.
Valentino's smirk widened, and he leaned back, his eyes never leaving mine as he slowly wrapped the silk scarf around my wrists, binding them together. I could feel the soft material against my skin, the gentle pressure of his touch as he secured the knot. My heart raced, a mix of anticipation and nervousness coursing through my veins.
Valentino sat back on his heels, his eyes roaming over my body, taking in the sight of me bound and vulnerable. I could see the desire in his eyes, the hunger that matched my own. He reached out, his fingers tracing the line of my jaw, his thumb brushing against my bottom lip.
"You look so fucking beautiful like this," he murmured, his voice low and husky. "Bound and at my mercy." I bit my lip, a shiver running down my spine at his words. "And what are you going to do with me, Valentino?" I asked, my voice steady despite the butterflies in my stomach. Valentino's smirk widened, and he leaned down, his lips brushing against my ear. "Whatever I want," he whispered, his voice sending a jolt of electricity through me. He sat back up, his eyes never leaving mine as he reached for the hem of my shirt.
He pulled it up and over my head, tossing it aside, leaving me in my bra. His eyes darkened as he took in the sight of me, his gaze lingering on my breasts. He reached out, his fingers tracing the lace edge of my bra, making me shiver. He leaned in and started sucking my tits as a punishment
. I gasped, my back arching as he took one nipple into his mouth, his tongue swirling around it. He moved to the other, giving it the same attention, his hands roaming my body, squeezing my breasts, pinching my nipples. I could feel the heat building inside me, my body aching for more. "Yum yum yum" he said as he licked my tits. "You taste so good, Kyndal," he murmured, his voice low and husky. He looked up at me, his eyes dark with desire. "Do you like that, baby? Do you like me sucking on your tits?" I nodded, my breath coming in short gasps. "Yes," I whispered, my voice barely audible. Valentino smiled, a wicked glint in his eye. "Good girl," he said, his voice firm yet gentle. "Now, let's see how you taste everywhere else." He kissed his way down my stomach, his hands roaming my body, his fingers hooking into the waistband of my jeans.
He looked up at me, his eyes filled with a mix of desire and mischief. "Can I?" I nodded, my heart pounding in my chest. He unbuttoned my jeans, his fingers brushing against my skin, sending shivers down my spine. He pulled them down, along with my panties, leaving me completely exposed to him. He sat back on his heels, his eyes taking in every inch of me, a slow smile spreading across his face. "Fuck, Kyndal. You're so fucking beautiful," he murmured, his voice filled with awe. I blushed at his words, my body aching for his touch.
Valentino leaned in, his lips brushing against my inner thigh, making me shiver. "You're so responsive, Kyndal," he murmured, his voice low and husky. "I love it." He kissed his way up my thigh, his fingers tracing patterns on my skin, making me squirm. He paused at the apex of my thighs, his breath hot on my most sensitive spot. I could feel the anticipation building inside me, my heart racing, my breath coming in short gasps. "Valentino, please," I begged, my voice barely above a whisper. He looked up at me, a wicked smile playing on his lips. "Please what, baby?" he asked, his voice low and teasing.
I blushed, my heart pounding in my chest. "Please, Valentino. Please touch me," I begged, my voice barely above a whisper. Valentino's smile widened, and he leaned in, his tongue flicking out to taste me. I gasped, my back arching as he licked me, his tongue exploring every inch of me. He groaned, the vibrations sending waves of pleasure through me. "You taste so fucking good, Kyndal," he murmured, his voice low and husky. He continued to lick and suck, his fingers joining in, slipping inside me, curling up to hit that perfect spot. His tongue slipped inside fucking me with his tongue while his fingers fucked me with his hand. I was a mess, moaning and writhing, my body on fire. "Fuck, Valentino," I gasped, my voice hoarse with pleasure. "You're going to make me come."
He looked up, his eyes dark with desire. "Not yet, baby. I want to make you beg for it." He pulled his fingers out, leaving me feeling empty and desperate. I whimpered, my hips bucking up, seeking his touch. He chuckled, a low, sexy sound that sent shivers down my spine. "Patience, Kyndal.
We're just getting started," Valentino said, his voice a low rumble. He sat back on his heels, his eyes never leaving mine as he slowly unbuttoned his shirt, revealing his toned chest. I licked my lips, my eyes roaming over his body, taking in every inch of him. He smirked, knowing the effect he had on me. "Like what you see?" he asked, his voice teasing. I nodded, my voice caught in my throat. He stood up, his eyes never leaving mine as he unbuckled his belt, unbuttoned his jeans, and let them fall to the floor. He stood before me in nothing but his boxers, his hardness straining against the fabric.
I could feel my heart pounding in my chest, my body aching for him. He climbed back onto the bed, straddling me, his hands on either side of my head. He leaned down, his lips brushing against mine in a soft, teasing kiss. "You want me, Kyndal?" he whispered, his voice low and husky. I nodded, my breath hitching. Valentino's smirk widened, and he sat back up, his eyes never leaving mine as he slowly hooked his fingers into the waistband of his boxers, pulling them down, revealing himself to me. I gasped, my eyes widening as I took in the sight of him.
He was hard, his length standing proud and ready. Valentino chuckled, a low, sexy sound that sent shivers down my spine. Valentino's smirk widened, and he sat back up, his eyes never leaving mine. "Say it, Kyndal. "I want you inside me pounding me until I cry"
I said, my voice breathless and desperate. Valentino's eyes darkened with desire, and he reached between us, his fingers wrapping around his length. He guided himself to my entrance, rubbing the head against my wetness, teasing me. "You want this, baby?" "I want you to fuck me, Valentino. I want you to make me feel good." He groaned, his hips jerking forward, pushing the head of his cock inside me. I gasped, my back arching as he filled me, stretching me. He paused, giving me a moment to adjust, his eyes never leaving mine. "You okay, baby?" he asked, his voice gentle.
Valentino's smirk widened, and he slowly pushed inside me, inch by inch, filling me completely. I gasped, my nails digging into his back as he stretched me, my body adjusting to his size. He paused, giving me a moment to get used to him, his eyes never leaving mine. "You feel so fucking good, Kyndal," he murmured, his voice low and husky. "So tight and wet." I bit my lip, my breath coming in short gasps. "Fuck me, Valentino," I begged, my voice hoarse with need.
"Fuck me hard." Valentino's eyes darkened with desire, and he began to move, his hips thrusting forward, his cock sliding in and out of me. I moaned, my back arching as he filled me, stretching me to my limits. He was relentless, his hips moving in a steady rhythm, his cock hitting that spot inside me that made me see stars. "You like that, baby?" he growled, his voice low and husky. "You like feeling my cock inside you?" Valentino grunted, his voice thick with lust as he pounded into me. "You like it when I fuck you like this, Kyndal?" His hips moved with a ferocity that made my body sing, his cock hitting that spot deep inside me that made my toes curl.
I could only moan in response, my body on fire, my mind consumed by the sensation of him inside me. "Yes," I gasped, my voice barely audible. "Fuck yes, Valentino. I love it." I gripped the bedsheets crying and moaning "Mmmm baby I have something to tell you and why I deserved this" "I fingered myself when you were in the bathroom"
Valentino's eyes widened in surprise and he stopped fucking me "You did what?" he asked, his voice laced with disbelief. "I fingered myself while you were in the bathroom, Valentino. I was so turned on watching you, I couldn't help it." I admitted, my voice breathless. Valentino's eyes darkened with a mix of surprise and lust. "You little tease," he growled, his voice low and husky. "You fingered yourself while I was in the bathroom?" I nodded, my cheeks flushing with embarrassment and excitement.
"I couldn't help it, Valentino. I was so turned on watching you, I just had to touch myself." "You fingered yourself while I was in the bathroom? You know what that means, don't you?" "What does it mean?" "It means I'm going to fuck you until you lose your voice and are crying" "Please" I begged "Please fuck me" Valentino's eyes flashed with a dark intensity, and he grabbed my hips, flipping me onto my stomach. He pulled my hips up, positioning me on my knees, my ass in the air. He ran his hands over my ass, squeezing it, his thumbs brushing against my hole. I gasped, my body tensing at the unexpected touch. "Valentino," I said, my voice filled with uncertainty. "Relax, baby," he murmured, his voice low and soothing. "I'm not going to hurt you.
I just want to touch you everywhere," he said, his voice gentle yet firm. I took a deep breath, trying to relax, trying to trust him. Valentino's hands roamed over my ass, his thumbs still brushing against my hole, sending shivers down my spine. "You're so fucking beautiful, Kyndal. Every inch of you," he murmured, his voice low and husky. I could feel my body responding to his touch, to his words, my pussy throbbing with need.
Valentino's hands moved to my hips, holding me in place as he positioned himself at my entrance.
I could feel the heat of his body behind me, the hardness of his cock pressing against my wetness. He rubbed the head of his cock against my clit, making me gasp and moan. "You're so fucking wet, Kyndal," he growled, his voice thick with lust. "You're so ready for me." Please fuck me." "Patience, baby. I want to make this last." He continued to rub the head of his cock against my clit, making me squirm and moan.
"Valentino, please," I begged, my voice hoarse with need. "I need you inside me. Now." "You're so eager, baby. I like it." He paused, his voice turning serious. "But I want you to beg for it. I want you to tell me exactly what you want." I took a deep breath, my body aching with need. I want you to fuck me hard and deep. I want to feel your cock inside me, stretching me, filling me. I want you to make me come, over and over again. I want to feel your cock inside me, pounding into me, making me scream your name. I want you to fuck me so hard that I can't walk straight. I want you to make me yours, Valentino. I want you to claim me, to own me, to make me yours completely.
Valentino groaned, his grip on my hips tightening. You have no idea how much I want that too." He positioned himself at my entrance, the head of his cock pressing against me. I pushed back, trying to take him inside me, but he held me in place, his grip firm. I want this I want to make you feel every inch of me, every thrust, every movement. I want you to remember this, Kyndal. I want you to remember what it feels like to have me inside you, to have me claim you." Valentino slowly pushed inside me, his cock stretching me, filling me completely. I gasped, my back arching as he bottomed out, his hips pressing against my ass. Your pussy is gripping my cock like a fucking vice." He grunted, his hips slamming into me, his cock hitting that spot deep inside me that made me see stars. "You like that, don't you, baby? He collapsed on top of me, his body shaking, his breath coming in ragged gasps. We lay there for a moment, our bodies entwined, our hearts racing in sync. "Baby wait did you use a condom?" I asked him as he pulled out of me. "Fuck no" he said as he pulled out of me. "I didn't want to wear a condom, I wanted to feel you bare" he said. "Fuck" I said as I felt his cum dripping out of me. "We need to get you on the pill or something" I said. "I don't want to take birth control" he said. "I want to feel you bare" he said. "I want to feel you get pregnant" he said. "But what if I get pregnant?" I asked him. "I want you to get pregnant" he said. "But my mom" I said. "She can't find out" he said. "She won't" I said. "I don't want to disappoint her" I said. "You won't" he said. "You'll be my little secret" he said. "I like that" I said. "I want to be your little secret" I said. "Good girl" he said. "Now let's get cleaned up" he said.
