Rein is a man who has a small penis and is looking for a way to make it larger. He is contacted by an old friend, Chel, who has a cure. Her cure is her futanari semen. By fucking him in the ass, she makes his penis larger and harder. However, the side effect is that he becomes a futanari as well.

Chapter 1: Old Friends

Rein stared at the row of little blue pills lining the top of his bathroom counter, each one promising to grant him the size and confidence that had always eluded him. It was stupid to think that this was the solution—that these unassuming, overpriced things could somehow fix his insecurity. He sighed, pressing a thumb and index finger against his closed eyes until he saw flashes of bright light behind his eyelids.

At twenty-eight, you would think Rein would have made some progress in his personal life.

He was smart, had a decent job at a small tech company, and even managed to make a few acquaintances in his apartment building. But deep down, he was still the same shy, awkward boy who had never felt attractive enough to be loved.

And it was all because of his penis.

Rein stood in front of the mirror, hating the way it looked: so small, so insignificant.

He ran his fingers over its length, wishing with every fiber of his being that it could be just a little bit bigger, a little bit more substantial. But it was what it was, and no amount of wishing was going to change that.

He let out a heavy sigh and dropped his hand to his side. There had to be a solution—there had to be something out there that could give him what he wanted. It was just a matter of finding it. But reinforcements had arrived in the form of an unexpected visitor.

Rein was sitting at a corner table, sipping on his usual cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso, when the jingling of the coffee shop doorbell broke through his thoughts.

His gaze wandered from his mug to the entrance, his caffeine-spiked brain barely registering the newcomer before his jaw dropped open.

"Chel?" he croaked, incredulous.

She wore a smug smile as she sauntered towards him, her hips swinging with each step.

A mass of black curls framed her high cheekbones and made her amethyst eyes pop. Rein blinked, wondering for a moment if he was hallucinating. But no, there she was, all six feet of her, looking more radiant than ever.

"Well, if it isn't the boy who used to follow me around like a lost puppy," Chel mused, settling into the chair opposite Rein.

Her smile was warm, but there was a teasing light in her eyes that brought heat to Rein's face. God, he had been such a pain back then, revering her from afar as the epitome of coolness. He tried his best not to cringe at the thought, focusing instead on Chel, who seemed to be waiting for him to speak.

"I-it's been a long time," Rein finally said, feeling like an awkward teenager all over again. "How have you been?"

"Can't complain," Chel replied with a shrug.

"Busy as ever. How about you, Rein?"

Rein looked down at his hands, twisting the now cold dregs of his cappuccino between his fingers. "I've been okay," he said softly. "Just work and, well... other stuff."

Chel's eyes narrowed slightly, and Rein braced himself for the impending barrage of questions. But to his surprise, all she did was hum in understanding. "Something's gone wrong, hasn't it?" she asked gently.

Rein hesitated, torn between spilling his guts to the only person he'd ever trusted and maintaining some semblance of pride. He hated to lie to her, but perhaps he could tell her when they had some privacy.

"It's nothing, just some medical stuff, you know. A-anyway, what have you been up to these days? I remember you posted something about a cruise to the Bahamas some time ago." Rein managed to say, evading the guilt in his mind.

Chel nodded, picking up on his intention to divert the conversation. "Damn right I did! I went out on a cruise with my sister for some way overdue R&R. We went shopping, got our tans done, went bar hopping, even picked up a few girls and boys one night. Those island girls, they have some of the finest asses, you know? God I wish I could have stayed on that ship, but life isn't always party cruises and hot babes."

Rein felt disheartened by her story, his pride taking a small dent upon hearing how easily his friend was able to get laid.

Maybe she could show him a thing or two. That was when the thought hit him. The futanari thing was surely just a rumor or perhaps she had been toying with him all through high school. But even so, she might have some advice for him.

"Chel, can I ask you something kind of personal?" Rein asked hesitantly, his voice barely over a whisper.

She raised one delicate eyebrow at him in question, her gaze curious.

"Sure, Rein. Fire away. I don't think there's much that can shock me anymore."

Rein swallowed hard, the heat in his cheeks spreading to his ears and neck as he stammered, "Y-you said girls and boys. Does that mean you... you know... did them both? A-as in... you have a dick?" Hs last words were barely a whisper, his eyes darting around the nearly empty café to make sure nobody heard him.

Chel bent forward, leaning in closer to him, her curiosity piqued. "Yes, Rein, I do. I'm what's known as a Futanari—half woman, half man. And I must say, it's given me an advantage or two when it comes to..." She leaned even closer, lowering her voice to a conspiratorial stage whisper. "Let's just say I don't lack confidence in the bedroom."

Rein gawked at her, his breath caught in his throat. He swallowed hard, his face becoming flushed as the next question slipped out of his lips. "How big is it?" He covered his mouth in surprise, blushing profusely at his own words.

Chel gave him a devious smirk, sliding closer in her seat.

"Big enough to satisfy, Rein." She lowered her voice to a whisper, "I never measure it, but some girls say it's somewhere around thirteen inches. I believe them, since it makes them stretch oh-so much when I put it in." She held his gaze as she let those words hang in the air, leaving Rein to feel the double impact of both surprise and envy. It was hard to believe it was that big, but just the sheer mention made Rein feel hot and bothered in places he didn't want to admit.

"Wow." Rein uttered softly, both envious and in awe. "How could you... Well, manage something so big?" His cheeks were burning, but this time it wasn't just due to embarrassment; the idea of Chel with such a large part between her legs made him curious, almost excited.

Chel noticed Rein's discomfort and saw the desire lurking in his eyes. She gave a soft chuckle and leaned back in her seat, watching him squirm. "Well, where's the harm in a little confession, Rein? If I can't tell you my secrets, who can I tell? You've always been special to me, you know."

Rein's breath hitched, feeling a sudden rush of admiration for Chel. "You mean that?"

She smiled, her eyes filled with warmth. "Of course, my sweet boy.

I've always thought of you as a dear friend, and I still value our bond more than anything." She leaned back in her chair, studying Rein's anxious expression. "The truth is, I like to tuck it away into my own pussy, balls and all. I've heard some people say that it's weird or gross, but honestly? It feels great. I can't get enough friction in there to get off, but it does make sure when I slip it out I'm lubed up and ready to go." Chel said, watching as Rein's eyes widened at her words.

Rein felt his cheeks burning and shifted in his seat, uncomfortable with the flood of imagery overwhelming him. But at the same time, he couldn't help but feel a sense of longing in his chest. To be like Chel, so confident and unafraid in her own body. To feel empowered and desired, regardless of how unconventional her anatomy may be.

Chel leaned in closer with a glint in her eye, "You know, I'm a bit surprised you asked. I thought you used to have a pretty big package yourself? Weren't you mister big dick of the science club?"

Upon her words Rein became crestfallen, his pride taking a bullet at the reminder of his former ego. He became despondent and picked up his coffee, sipping it and not offering a reply.

She noticed his discomfort and a look of regret washed over her. She reached a hand forwards and placed it over Rein's, offering him a sorrowful look. "Rein? what's wrong?" Chel asked, her voice soft.

Rein couldn't meet her gaze, so he focused on the deep amber color of his coffee. "It's nothing," he lied, shifting uncomfortably in his seat. "I just... I had a bit of a problem a while back and now... now I'm not that guy anymore. That's the medical stuff I mentioned... it's..." Rein struggled to finish his sentence, eventually giving up and casting his gaze to the coffee shop floor.

He could sense Chel's confusion, but he wasn't ready to share his insecurities just yet. So, instead of opening up, he forced a smile and said, "I'm just gonna go to the restroom really quick. Be right back, promise."

Rein stood up, leaving his barely touched coffee on the small table. As soon as he had walked a few steps away from their table, he felt Chel's eyes on him. The weight of her stare bore into him, but he kept his pace steady until he had made it to the restroom.

Once inside, Rein splashed cold water on his face, trying to compose himself. He wasn't ready to talk about his personal issues just yet. It had taken him months of therapy to even accept his own shortcomings, to come to terms with the fact that he had a micro penis and a feminine build. It had taken a toll on his self-esteem, making him feel inadequate, unworthy, and forever insecure about his worth as a man.

But Chel didn't need to know any of that.

All he needed to do was keep it together long enough to get through the day, to pretend that everything was fine and dandy. At least until he could find a solution, or a way to reclaim some measure of confidence in his own body.

As he dried his face with a paper towel, Rein couldn't help but feel a nagging sense of guilt. Chel was his best friend, the one person he could trust with anything. She had kept her gender a secret for a long time, and at one point she was quite shy about it, but with his help she had gone on to become such a successful woman. He never saw her dick, but he still offered her emotional support despite never having any proof to her claims of being a futa.

Yet here she was years later, offering him some comfort. He felt so relaxed by this fact and wanted to be truly honest with her, so he finally mustered up the courage in his heart to really let her know. Opening the bathroom door, he went back to the table and sat himself back down, being greeted by her warm smile.

They exchanged pleasantries, catching up about their lives as he let his guard down and talked freely about his work, his family, and his latest hobbies. She listened attentively, nodding and occasionally contributing to the conversation, her demeanor uncharacteristically gentle and empathetic.

As they got deeper into their discussion, Rein's mind slowly began to wander back to the topic that had caused their last meeting - his insecurities about his physical appearance. He tried to keep a casual conversation going, and it was working, until they started talking about men and their relationships.

"So Rein... I wanted to ask how you're doing in the dating field. I heard you and Mary broke up two years ago. Was that because of this medical thing?" Chel asked, her eyes offering Rein a calming stare.

Rein was hesitant to answer, but his resolve he had mustered up didn't crumble. He took a deep breath, and placing both hands in his lap he stared her in the eyes and spoke slowly. "Yeah. I got this condition and... Mary didn't support me through it. She and I had plans... but then things didn't work out and... it fucked me up. I still feel like I've got this hole in my chest, but I'm managing it. Sorta."

Chel remained silent for a moment, processing his words in her mind. Resting her chin on her hand, she mused over what she could do to help. "Hey Rein. Do you wanna go back to my place and talk a bit more about this? I know you might be busy or something today, but my schedule is free. We can just chill on the couch or have some... well, I would say tea or coffee, but all I have is sports drinks back home. I want to know more about what happened, but if this place is too public then maybe my crib would be better. What do you say?" Chel asked, her expression full of genuine concern. Rein hesitated, considering the offer. He didn't want to burden his old friend with his issues, but at the same time, he couldn't deny the allure of having someone to confide in. Someone who wouldn't judge him or laugh at his insecurities.

"Alright," Rein finally said, giving Chel a small smile. "I could use a change of scenery anyway."

Chel beamed, clearly pleased with Rein's decision.

She quickly downed the rest of her iced coffee and stood up, gathering her belongings. "Awesome! Let me just settle the bill here, and then we can head out."

Rein nodded, watching as Chel approached the counter to pay for their drinks. He couldn't shake off the feeling of unease in his stomach, as if he was about to jump out of an airplane without a parachute.

The thought of airing out his deepest fears to Chel, his childhood friend and confidante, both excited and terrified him. What if she saw him differently after learning about his inadequacies? He had always admired her for her strength, her unwavering confidence, and her sex appeal. And now, he felt vulnerable and exposed, as if he was about to tarnish their long-standing bond with his own insecurities.

But as Chel sauntered back towards him, a soft smile on her face, Rein's doubts started to recede.

Maybe she wouldn't see him differently after all. Maybe their friendship was strong enough to weather this storm.

"Okay, let's get out of here," Chel said, wrapping a slender arm around Rein's shoulders and guiding him out of the coffee shop.

The sun was still bright outside, blinding Rein momentarily as they exited the dimly-lit café. Chel led him down the street, her quick strides easily matching his longer ones. They turned a corner and stopped in front of a nondescript brick building.

Chel paused for a moment, taking a deep breath before turning to Rein with a shake of her head. "This is me. Welcome to my humble abode."

Rein was surprised by the simplicity of Chel's living arrangement; he had always assumed that she would live in a swanky penthouse downtown or a sprawling mansion on the outskirts of town. The thought of her in such a modest dwelling seemed almost absurd, but he couldn't help feeling a pang of affection for her nonetheless.

Chel opened the front door and ushered Rein inside.

The apartment was small but cozy, with a soft-lit living room that was tastefully decorated with a mix of modern and vintage furniture. The aroma of vanilla and cinnamon hung in the air, making Rein feel at ease as he stepped inside.

"Make yourself comfortable," Chel said, gesturing towards the plush sofa. "I'll go grab us some drinks."

Rein nodded, settling down onto the couch as Chel disappeared into the kitchen. He took a moment to look around the room, his gaze settling on a framed photo that rested on the coffee table.

It was a picture of Chel and a group of friends, all of them grinning and making bunny ears behind each other's heads. Rein recognized himself in the photo, standing next to Chel with a goofy smile on his face.

Chel returned from the kitchen with two cold bottles of sports drink in her hands. She handed one to Rein before sitting down next to him. "So," she began, taking a sip of her drink. "You were saying something about a medical condition?"

Rein took a deep breath and let it out slowly. "Yeah." He paused, gathering his thoughts.

"After I broke up with Mary, I went to the doctor to try and figure out what was going on, what was causing me to lack in, uh, the sack area. I got some tests done and everything, and they discovered that I had some new disease called Ghendrensile's."

Chel frowned at the word, making an awful face. "That sounds like an old dude's name. What's it do?"

Rein pursed his lips as he remembered how the doctors described it, hating all of the words they used to dance around the issue without telling it to his face. "It... it means my dick is shrinking. And it's not gonna stop until it's all gone." Rein finished with a somber tone, his eyes never leaving Chel's concerned gaze.

Chel's eyes narrowed in understanding. "Jesus fucked. Are you serious? I had no idea. I'm so sorry, Rein."

Rein shrugged, taking another deep breath. "It's alright, honestly. The doctors told me there's no known cure yet, and I've accepted it. But... It's tough sometimes, especially when you're trying to date.

I mean, who would want to be with a guy who has a shrinking dick?" Rein said, looking down at his hands.

Chel's eyes softened as she listened to her friend, her fingers tracing along the rim of her sports drink bottle. "Rein, no matter what your situation is, you are still a good person and a great catch. I'm sure that once you find the right person, they won't care about your condition and love you for who you are."

Rein nodded, trying to believe Chel's words.

But deep down, he felt like his chances of finding love were getting slimmer and slimmer with each passing day. "I hope so," he said, looking up at Chel with a small, grateful smile.

Chel smiled back, taking another sip of her sports drink. "Of course, you will. You just need to keep putting yourself out there and being open to the possibility of love."

Rein knew she was right, but it was hard to stay positive when he felt like he was constantly being rejected. "I'll try," he said, letting out a sigh.

Chel's eyes sparkled as she smiled warmly at him, reaching out to gently squeeze his hand. She let out an awkward sort of cough, then with her eyes turned away she asked a rather bold question. "So... how much do you have left?" Rein blinked, her question taking him by surprise. He looked down at himself and felt a pang of embarrassment. "I-I don't know," he stammered, his voice barely above a whisper. "It's been getting smaller and smaller, but I don't have the heart to measure it."

Chel's face softened, and she reached out to place a comforting hand on his shoulder. "Hey," she said gently. "It's okay. You don't have to be embarrassed about it with me. I was just asking cuz... you know... maybe you've still got enough for... something..." She said in a dodgy manner, avoiding saying something outright.

Rein was surprised. He never imagined that Chel would tread carefully. But he knew she would have his best interest at heart. He couldn't help but feel touched by her concern. "Enough for what?" Rein asked, playing coy.

Chel looked at him straight in the eyes, and in one swift moment, Rein felt like he was seen through and through. Then she let out a small breath, as if gathering her resolve. "Enough to have a little fun." Chel's voice dropped into a sultry whisper that rippled through Rein like an electric shock. Her eyes gleamed with an intensity that both intrigued and intimidated him.

"I-I don't know what you mean," Rein stammered, unable to tear his gaze away from Chel's fiery stare.

Chel shifted on the couch, closing the distance between them. She reached out a hand and gently brushed her fingers along the nape of his neck, sending shivers down his spine. "Don't play coy, Rein. I know you've been curious.

I can see it in your eyes. And I want to help you, Rein. I know we're not like that, but I care about you, and if there's a way I can help you be more confident in your body, I want to do that for you."

Rein's heartbeat quickened at Chel's words, and despite himself, he couldn't help but feel a spark of hope. Could it be possible? Could Chel really have the power to help him?

"But Chel," Rein began hesitantly, "I don't know if... if this would... if I can even satisfy you." Rein's voice trailed off, his eyelids dropping as he tried to wrap his head around her proposition.

Meanwhile, Chel's nearness was too much to ignore; he could smell her perfume, a sensual mixture of amber and musk that made his heart flutter.

"Rein, I'm a futanari. My experiences with sex transcend what normal men and women are accustomed to. I'm not asking for your typical satisfaction; instead, I want to help you heal past your insecurities through pleasure - as much as is needed." she responded, a warm smile spread across her face.

Her fingers drew lazy patterns on his neck, causing his heart to pound louder and faster. "I'm not a normal woman, and you're not a normal man. But we have a chance here to help each other out - you can help me feel gratified, and I can help you find confidence."

"Chel," he murmured, finally meeting her gaze. He hesitated, unsure of what to say to such a reassuring offer. However, before he could formulate any words, she leaned in closer and whispered in his ear, her breath hot.

"We can satisfy each other, Rein.

I promise, you have more than enough for me," Chel whispered, her voice sultry and full of confidence but also incredibly comforting. She ran her hand through his hair, soothing him in a way that he never thought possible.

Rein's heart fluttered, and a rush of warmth filled his chest. He suddenly realized that he might have underestimated both Chel and himself. Maybe, just maybe, he could do this. He could regain his confidence and even enjoy himself in the process.

He looked up at Chel, searching her eyes for any hint of doubt or deception, but found none. Instead, he saw a glimmer of love and hope, alongside a certain shade of mischief that he could feel in his stomach.

Chel put a hand on the back of his neck and raked her fingers through his hair, gently teasing him. "You know, there is this old myth about futas. Some people say that if they fuck someone they truly love they can improve their sexual lifestyle. My mom once said that after she railed my dad that he grew half an inch down there, though since he rarely uses it it's not useful." Chel said with a laugh as she traced circles on Rein's neck.

This time, Rein met her laughter with a chuckle of his own. "Your mom sounds wild. I'm guessing you have the same genetics?"

Chel shrugged. "My mom did tell me when I was younger that they were experimenting with some natural methods to increase their libido, and it just ended up in me. I was born this way," she smiled sadly, remembering her mother telling her the truth many years ago, face full of guilt.

"That's insane.

I always thought you were just naturally confident," Rein replied, a slight laugh escaping his lips.

Chel shrugged, her hand still absentmindedly playing with Rein's hair. "Well, I guess it's true that I've always been confident, but having this extra little thing definitely helps. It's like having an unfair advantage, you know?

She went on. But I digress, Rein. I have a proposal for you, and it involves me helping you achieve your goal, so to speak.

Rein gulped, feeling the anticipation building. "Um, what do you mean?"

And with that, Chel rose from the couch and walked toward Rein. He watched as she moved gracefully, one hand holding onto the back of the couch for balance as she strutted closer. Her posture was confident, and she seemed to be getting into character, her previously relaxed demeanor replaced by an air of playful seductiveness.

Rein couldn't help but feel a little nervous as she came closer, but at the same time, there was a spark of curiosity and excitement that made his heart race.

"Rein," Chel murmured as she moved towards him, her voice low and seductive. "I'm offering to help you with your confidence issues in a very practical way, by having sex with you. It's a longshot, but maybe what I'm feeling for you will make it work. I want to believe it'll work, and I want to try it."

She stopped right in front of him, so close that he could feel the warmth radiating off her body. Her eyes were locked onto his, and he could see the intensity in her gaze.

Rein couldn't deny the fact that Chel's proposition was intriguing. He had never even considered the possibility of having sex with a futanari, let alone someone he had known for so long. The thought alone made his head spin, but at the same time, it was a chance to become more confident in his body.

"Chel, I don't know what to say," Rein confessed. "I've never even thought about something like this before."

"I know, Rein. I didn't think I'd want this either, but... I can't deny that what I'm feeling is true. I want to help you, and if that means that we should fuck, then I'll do it. I'll do it with you, for you, and we can just see how this goes."

Rein felt a tightness in his chest that demanded that he take action now, to make a statement that would decide everything. Before he knew what he was doing his arms had wrapped around Chel and pulled her into a kiss, which she unthinkingly leaned into and began to reciprocate. Their tongues danced with one another as soft moans came from their lips, the contact of their skin and heat of their breath causing arousal to ignite within them.

Before things could get too advanced, Chel pulled back slowly and panted for air, her eyes hungry with lust that she kept tempered at the moment. "Alright, that settles it then. Let's go to my bedroom, it's a lot cozier than this old couch." her voice was thick and lurid, but tinged with pure happiness as she looked into Rein's eyes.

She stood up and extended a hand, and once taken pulled Rei up and began to lead him towards her den.
