Chapter 1: Introduction
The monsoon rains drenched Calcutta, turning its sultry streets into a breeding ground for the scent of frying fish, car fumes, and ginger-laced chai. The sun had been swallowed whole by a monsoon cloud that hung heavy like a pregnant belly. It was swollen with promise, promising either a drizzle that fogged the air or a downpour that cleansed it.
Every few minutes, the sun's weak rays pierced through the murky canvas.
A ray of sunshine, blinding and golden, slanted through the car window. It illuminated Probal's eager face, causing his eyes to dance with excitement. He adjusted his glasses and glanced at his wristwatch, it was 3:17 pm. His heartbeat throbbed wildly in his chest. He knew that in just 23 minutes his life would change forever.
At 3:40 pm, Probal and Paromita stood hand in hand waiting for their names to be called by the airline staff.
Paromita clutched a small suitcase in her other hand, filled with clothes for her and Probal. She wore a bright red tops and blue jeans, her long black hair draped over her shoulders. Her bright eyes danced like a starry night and the excited smile on her face was nothing short of infectious. Probal wore a cleanly pressed shirt and pants, a sheen of sweat on his brow, both from the muggy weather and his racing pulse.
As they boarded the plane, Probal's mind raced with thoughts of their honeymoon.
He could already feel the cool mountain breeze against his skin, see the snow-capped peaks of Manali, hear the rustling leaves of the pine trees. But most of all, he could feel Paromita's soft hands on his body, her warm breath on his neck, her legs wrapped around him.
The plane took off, and as they ascended, Probal felt a stirring in his groin. He looked at Paromita, her eyes closed, a small smile playing on her lips. He reached out and took her hand, entwining their fingers. She opened her eyes and looked at him, her gaze intense.
"What are you thinking about, Probal?" she asked, her voice low and husky.
Probal swallowed hard, his throat suddenly dry. "I'm thinking about how much I want you," he admitted, his voice barely above a whisper.
Paromita's eyes widened slightly, then narrowed into a seductive gaze. "Here? Now?" she teased, glancing around the cabin.
Probal says '' i am waiting to reach our stay in manali'' , his voice laced with desire.
Probal glances around to make sure no one is looking before he leans in and brushes his lips against hers. The electrifying sensation courses through them both, awakening a hunger deep within.
From another perspective, Paromita's brother, Rajat, stands outside the airport terminal, watching the plane take off. His eyes are hard, and his jaw clenched as he stares at the disappearing plane. He had hoped to talk Probal into postponing their honeymoon. But here he was, watching as his sister kissed her husband before taking off.
His gaze pans down to the envelope in his hand, the one Probal had passed to him just before they left. It was stuffed with cash, more than Rajat had ever seen.
n his heart, he knew Probal's intentions were innocent, but he couldn't shake the feeling that something was off. Probal had told him that it was a gift from his grandfather and that they could use it to start their new life together. But why would grandfather give them so much money?
Rajat shook his head, pushing the thoughts aside as he turned to leave the airport. It wasn't his place to question their motives or decisions. After all, Paromita was a grown woman, more than capable of making her own choices.
Probal, too, seemed to be genuinely in love with her. They had been married just a few weeks ago, but it felt like a lifetime to Rajat.
The ceremony had been beautiful, the groom's family traveling from far-off Calcutta to be with them in Delhi. Paromita had looked radiant in her red bridal saree, her eyes sparkling with happiness and excitement. Probal, too, had looked dashing, his eyes fixed only on Paromita.
But as they disappeared into their bridal chamber, something didn't feel quite right to Rajat.
Probal wasn't a man of many words, but he was thoughtful, caring and sincere. He didn't have a reputation for being reckless or irresponsible, and yet he seemed overly eager to whisk Paromita away to Manali for their honeymoon.
Rajat crammed the envelope into his jeans pocket, the cold hardness of the cash a strange comfort against his thigh. He made his way out of the airport and into the bustling streets of Delhi, hailing a taxi to take him back to the hotel where the rest of the families were staying.
now in the flight. Probal is thinking how hot Paromita is and how much he wants to make love to her. But it's their first flight together and he wanted to keep up the act of being a gentleman, at least for now.
Paromita, who sat beside him, was reading some magazine. Probal couldn't help himself but to admire her profile, her dark eyelashes casting shadows on her high cheekbones. She turned and caught him staring, but instead of being uncomfortable she smiled and closed her magazine.

"What are you looking at?" she asked, her eyebrow raised in mock suspicion.
Probal chuckled nervously, clearing his throat. "You, my dear Paromita," he said, leaning in closer. "With that radiant face and those seductive eyes, how could a man not look at you?"
Paromita blushed, lowering her gaze to her lap before looking back up at Probal. "You are too kind," she said softly. "I am just a simple woman, nothing special."
Probal shook his head, a sardonic smile spreading across his lips. "Oh, Paromita, do not be so modest," he said.
"You are a queen among women, a goddess sent to me from heaven above. I feel so fortunate to be your husband, and I cannot wait to share my life with you."
Paromita's blush deepened, and she looked away again, this time with a smile. "Stop it, Probal," she said, her voice low and soft. "You will make me feel self-conscious."
But Probal would not be deterred. He reached out and took her hand in his, bringing it to his lips and pressing a kiss to her knuckles.
She shivered, her eyes fluttering closed.
Probal's mind whirled with desire, his hands twitched with the need to touch her, to feel her warmth under his fingertips. His thoughts were a whirlwind of passion, and he could no longer contain himself.
He leaned in closer, their breaths mingling as his lips met hers in a fiery kiss. The rest of the world faded away, and there was only this moment, this connection between them. He wrapped his arms around her, pulling her into his chest, never wanting to let her go.
She responded, deepening the kiss, her hands reaching up to tangle in his hair.
In the back of his mind, Probal knew that they were in a public place, but the passion was too strong, too overwhelming to be ignored. Besides, he thought, they were on their honeymoon, away from the prying eyes of their families, and they deserved to savor this time together.
As they pulled away from each other, gasping for breath, Probal looked into Paromita's eyes and saw the same hunger and desire that was coursing through him.
He leaned in again, this time taking her earlobe between his teeth, pulling gently on it, eliciting a soft moan from Paromita.
He let the seatbelt sign fall away as he stood up, looming over Paromita. She met his gaze, a fierce look of desire in her eyes.
"What are you doing, Probal?" she whispered, a thrill running down her spine.

"I can't stand it anymore," he said, his voice hoarse. "I want you.
Now," Probal replied, his deep-set eyes glinting with an intensity that made Paromita's heart race.
She felt a sudden wave of shyness, a hesitation that was quickly dispelled by Probal's passionate gaze. Paromita bit her lower lip and nodded, taking in a sharp breath. "Yes," she whispered, her voice barely audible above the sound of the plane's engines.
With a quick glance around to make sure no one was watching, Probal lowered himself onto Paromita.
She wrapped her arms around his neck, her body melting into his. Their lips met in a fervent kiss, the breaths of their every exhalation mingling as they lost themselves in the embrace.
The urgency between them was impossible to ignore, and Probal trailed kisses down Paromita's neck, his fingers dancing up the curve of her spine. She gasped, her body arching against his, her breath hitching in her throat.
"Probal," she murmured, her eyes fluttering open.
He paused, looking down into her eyes.
they both understool it is a public place and they cant do any more , but the tension between them was palpable, a constant hum that threatened to burst forth at any moment.
"We should probably stop," he whispered, his breath warm on her cheek. "But I don't know if I can."
Paromita's eyes registered a mix of regret and desire. She knew that they had to be cautious, but the fiery passion within them was too strong to diminish with a simple admittance of restraint.
"We'll get our chance soon enough," she said, her voice barely a whisper.
"But for now, let's savor this moment, Probal. Let's drink in the beauty of each other's company, every touch, every word, every sigh."
Probal nodded, unable to argue with the words pouring from her lips. He returned her gaze, holding it for a beat, appealing to each other in silence before turning their attention to the vast expanse of sky outside.
He took her hand, brushing his thumb over the back of it.
The plane settled with a jolt, and Probal leaned in, whispering secrets into Paromita's ear. She listened intently, her eyes gleaming with curiosity and desire. The landing gear scraped along the tarmac, and the captain announced their arrival in Manali.
The couple disembarked, their limbs entwined, the world melting away as their bodies moved in perfect unity. As they descended the steps towards the terminal, Paromita looked up at Probal and smiled coyly.

He grinned back, the promise of their honeymoon burning bright in his eyes.
The air at the Manali Airport was thick with the scent of monsoon rain, jasmine flowers, and the excitement of travelers setting off on their journeys. The sounds of engines humming and passengers chattering filled the air. Amidst all this, Probal and Paromita clung to each other, their eyes wide with anticipation.
The terminal was bustling with people rushing to and fro, luggage trolleys rumbling and suitcases thudding.
Probal and Paromita retraced each other's steps until they found their cab driver, a seemingly nonchalant youth who swiftly folded their suitcases into the trunk while they climbed into the backseat.
The car swayed on the winding roads, weaving through the dense foliage of pine trees, their needles tickling the windowpanes. The air was crisp and cool, a refreshing contrast to the humidity of Kolkata.
As the car wound its way up the mountain pass, Probal and Paromita could hardly contain their excitement. They watched as the lush green trees, dotted with wildflowers, gave way to snow-capped peaks in the distance.
Probal turned to Paromita, his eyes alight with wonder. "It's breathtaking, isn't it?" he asked, taking in the view.
Paromita nodded, her gaze locked on the majestic mountains. "I've never seen anything like it before," she said, her voice soft with awe.
"It's almost ethereal, the way the sunlight dances off the peaks."
"A symphony of nature," Probal agreed, his own eyes enraptured by the view. "I've seen pictures, of course, but nothing compares to seeing it in person."
As they drove higher and higher into the mountains, Paromita stared out the window, captivated by the sheer beauty of her surroundings. Probal reached over and took her hand, squeezing it gently.
His dark eyes met hers, and the heat between them was palpable.
They drove for another hour or so, taking in the stunning views and chatting about their excited hopes for the trip. Paromita, with her long black hair pulled back into a ponytail, looked out at the thick foliage and the picturesque landscape and felt her heart swell with joy.

"Isn't it incredible, Probal?" she said. "Look at how our lives have changed since we first met.
