Chapter 1: Chapter 1

I was sitting at the bar, watching the people dance. I was drinking a Margarita, trying to relax after a long day when a girl about my age came up and sat next to me. Her name was Lyla and she was stunningly beautiful. Long legs, chestnut hair, porcelain skin- she was the epitome of a fairy. She had the perfect figure, too- small breasts, flat stomach, and a cute little ass that she was willing to show off in a thong Lyla didn't waste any time getting to know me. "So, what do you do?" she asked, leaning over me. "I'm a photographer," I said, flashing her a smile."And what do you shoot?" "I mostly shoot fashion." "Fashion? I thought you said you were a photographer!" "I am, I said, raising my glass to prove it. "But I also shoot people having fun. You know, parties and stuff." "That sounds fun. What kind of parties? BDSM parties with whips and chains- fun like that?Or just regular old-school parties with beer and shots?" "Just regular old-school parties with beer and shots." "Cool. I'm a photographer, too. I love taking pictures of people having a good time. It makes me feel like I'm part of something- a community, you know?" "I know. It's so cool being part of this gay-bisexual-lesbian community. Everyone is so supportive of each other. It's like a big sisterhood of women who love women- no matter their size, shape, or color." "Yeah, it is kind of like that. Except there are men, too.And they are all gay." "Gay? I thought you said you were a photographer, not a gay photographer." "I am. But I also shoot gay men having sex with men. It helps pay for my rent in this expensive city." "How do you know they are gay? They could be straight men having sex with men for money- you know, like you said, for rent. It's not like you can tell just by looking at them." "You're right. But I've been around the block a few times, and I know when a man is lying. He has that look in his eye- the kind that says he is desperate to be believed. And those men are always gay.
