It was the last day of school. The bell had rung, the last exam finished, and all that was left was the end of year play. A tradition as old as time. Or at least as old as the school's founding in 1599. And just like every year, it ended in tragedy. No, not tragedy. Tragedy implies some sort of justice.This was more like an unending nightmare.
As usual, the boys were the culprits. Two of them, anyway. The third, Lucas Lucky" Luciano, was nowhere to be seen. He'd skipped the last two rehearsals and was unlikely to turn up for the performance, which meant that there were only two boys in the cast.
