Chapter 2: Building Tension
The first shoot is always a little like a first date, tentative, guarded. However they shared a few hearty laughs near the end and Pierre could see her guard coming down a little. He felt himself relax too.
It was only right to share some wine after. They sat opposite each other in front of the fireplace, sipping on glasses of Cabernet Sauvignon. The liquid danced between their mouths, leaving a trail of heat that echoed their mutual attraction. Ava gazed at Pierre, taking in everything—from his strong jawline to his probing green eyes. She knew that he desired her, just as much as she wanted him.
"So tell me, Ava, what inspired you to become a model?" Pierre asked, breaking the silence.
She leaned back in her chair, crossing her legs.
Her sapphire blue dress clung tightly to her body, accentuating her curves. The material hugged her hips, showcasing her hourglass figure. She glanced down at her glass, admiring the way the crimson liquid shimmered in the flickering candlelight.
"I suppose it started when I realized how powerful my appeal could be," Ava confessed, her voice dropping to a sultry whisper. "I discovered early on that my beauty made me stand out, but it also created barriers.
"People think modelling is about being gorgeous but it is not, though it helps of course. It is really about being tenacious and collaborating with the photographer to make something together. " Pierre said in rebuttal.
His tone was filled with conviction, a quality that Ava found herself drawn to. "We can both benefit from this partnership.
" Pierre replied, looking deeply into Ava's eyes. He admired her determination and ambition. It wasn't easy finding models who understood the essence of his artistry and could embody it with their unique charm.
As the conversation continued, a sense of connection bloomed between them. The atmosphere became charged with desire, a silent understanding that lay beneath their playful banter. Ava couldn't help but feel excited by the prospect of working more closely with Pierre, a man whose passion resonated so intensely with hers.
The intimacy of their collaboration began to stir feelings within her that she hadn't experienced in years. As she finished her glass of wine, she noticed the glances that Pierre cast her way, his eyes smouldering with desire.
"Ava, I have an idea for a photo and I want you to trust me," Pierre murmured, his voice low and seductive. "Let's take things to the next level."
"What do you mean?" Ava asked, unable to suppress the thrill that coursed through her veins.
"Lets book another shoot day in, maybe two days back to back?" he said.
Pierre, I don't understand. What kind of photo do you want to capture?" Ava questioned, curiosity dancing in her eyes.
Smiling mysteriously, Pierre rose from his seat, approaching Ava with deliberate intent. His hands trembled slightly, betraying the nervous energy surging through him. "Something that requires complete trust and vulnerability," he whispered, lowering his voice to a hushed rumble.
Ava gazed at him with wide-eyed wonder, her pulse quickening in response to his intimate approach.
She could feel the electricity crackling between them, a tangible energy that seemed to draw them together like moths to a flame. "Of course," she breathed, the word escaping her lips on a sigh of anticipation. "I trust you completely, Pierre."
With a mischievous grin, Pierre reached out to gently tuck a loose strand of Ava's hair behind her ear. His eyes locked onto her, their depths shimmering with a potent longing.
