A few days go by, and Vi decides to check back on the swingset at the park. When she arrives she sees a large man carring a hammer and tools towards the swing set area. She says, "Hello, there sir!"

Chapter 1: Chapter 1

Everyday after work, Vi makes a 2 mile walk to her local park where there is a swingset that she likes to relax on. For over 3 years, she has been going to this swingset everyday after work because it is so peaceful and quiet.

One day, upon arriving to the park as usual, she quickly noticed something was off. The swingset had been moved!"What the heck?" she thought as she stared at the empty space where the old set had been. "Why would someone do that —and more importantly, where did the wood go?"

The question niggled at her mind until she gave up figuring it out. On her way home, she stopped at the local bookstore to get a book to read while she relaxed on the porch. I used to come here all the time when I was in high school. Back when I had time to read, that is. Now it's all work and no play, as they say.
