Chapter 2: The Inflation Begins
The air in Sally’s bedroom had grown thick and heavy, like the moment before a summer storm breaks—charged, electric, saturated with something that hummed just beneath the surface. The record player’s needle still traced lazy circles on the vinyl, the music now a low, pulsing thrum in the background, but Sally barely heard it. Her entire focus was turned inward, her body a landscape of new sensations, each one more intoxicating than the last.
She stood in front of the full-length mirror propped against the far wall, her reflection catching the dim glow of the string lights draped across her ceiling.
The lace of her panties dug into her hips with sudden, insistent pressure, the fabric stretching taut against her skin like a second heartbeat. She gasped, her fingers flying to the waistband, expecting to find it loosened—but instead, the elastic held firm, almost painfully so, as if the fabric itself had been reknit around her.
The music pulsed between her ribs, the bassline a physical force now, pressing against her sternum with every beat. She could feel the thrum of it in her teeth, in the way her pulse hammered against her throat. The singer’s voice slithered through the speakers, low and knowing: *"You’re mine now, doll. Let me see you swell."*
Sally’s breath came in short, sharp bursts as she tugged at the lace, her fingers slipping against the slick fabric. The panties didn’t budge—not an inch.
