Chapter 5: Poppy's Programming
The gray dawn light did nothing to soften the edges of the room. It merely revealed it in cold, clinical detail. Sera—or the hollow vessel that had once contained her—lay still as Kai’s weight left the bed. The ghostly ache between her legs was a constant, low thrum, a metronome keeping time with his control.
He stood over her, his silhouette blocking the weak light from the window. “You’re sticky,” he observed, his voice devoid of anything but fact. “The Doll is messy. Poppy was messier. We need to clean the slate before we begin again.”
He didn’t wait for a response. His hand clamped around her wrist, pulling her upright from the bed. Her body obeyed, moving on the remembered instructions of his touch. He led her, naked and silent, past the bathroom door. The cleansing chamber’s offer of sterile absolution was denied today.
Instead, he took her to the walk-in closet.
The door sighed open, releasing the familiar scent of stale perfume and latent electricity. The mannequins stood in their silent congregation. Today, their blankness felt accusatory.
“Stand here,” Kai said, positioning her in the very center, on a small, circular dais she hadn’t noticed before. It was like a pedestal. “Don’t move.”
He moved to a different rack, not the one holding the pink mesh or the imagined leather. This one held garments shrouged in clear garment bags. He unzipped one with a sharp sound that echoed in the quiet. From within, he drew out a single piece. It wasn’t fabric. It was latex, the color of a sickly-sweet bubblegum.
It was a bodysuit, designed to cover from neck to mid-thigh. As he held it up, she saw the intricate details. The front plunged in a deep V between the breasts. Built into the chest, where the nipples would be, were two small, steel-rimmed holes connected by a fine chain. Inside each hole, she could see a vicious little adjustable clamp, waiting.
The back of the suit had a zipper, but more notably, there was a subtle, raised bulge at the base of the spine, from which a thin, almost invisible wire trailed. At the suit’s crotch was another opening, a perfectly placed, reinforced hole.
“Poppy’s true skin,” Kai murmured, more to himself than to her. He laid the suit over a velvet chair and returned with a small bottle of clear fluid. “Shiner,” he said, unscrewing the cap. The smell of chemical cherries filled the air.
He poured a generous amount into his palms and began rubbing them together. “Arms up.”
Mechanically, she raised her arms above her head. He stepped close, his body heat a stark contrast to the room’s chill. Starting at her fingertips, he began slicking the shine onto her skin. His hands were impersonal, efficient, coating every inch of her: her arms, her shoulders, the sides of her breasts, her stomach. He knelt and worked the lubricant down her legs, between her toes, up her inner thighs. He was thorough, his fingers sliding through her pubic hair, coating her labia, spreading the cold, sticky gel over her most sensitive skin. She shivered, but didn’t speak.
“Turn around.”
She did. He smoothed the shine over the backs of her legs, her buttocks, the dimples at the base of her spine. When he was finished, her body gleamed under the closet’s downlights, a statue anointed for a profane ritual.
He picked up the bodysuit. It hung from his hands like a shed, pink pelt. “Step in.”
She lifted a foot, and he guided it into one leg, then the other. He pulled the suit up, the cold, rubbery interior clinging instantly to her shiny skin with a tacky, intimate pull. It was a second skin, tight and constricting. He worked it up over her hips, her stomach. He paused at her breasts, carefully aligning the holes over her nipples.
“This will hurt,” he said conversationally. “Poppy likes that. Poppy needs a little pain to feel real.”
He took her left nipple between his thumb and forefinger, pinching it hard, pulling it taut. Through the hole in the latex, he fitted the cold, steel teeth of the clamp. He screwed the tiny adjustment dial. The pressure increased, a sharp, biting pain that made her gasp. He stopped when the nipple was a throbbing, dark peak, the clamp a cruel jewelry. He repeated the process on the right side. The two clamps were connected by a fine chain that lay against her sternum. Every slight movement would send a jolt through her.
He continued pulling the suit up. The neckline sealed high on her throat, a smooth, inescapable collar. He walked behind her. She felt him gather the back of the suit, then the cool pull of a zipper. He zipped it from the base of her spine to her neck. The sound was deafening. The suit sealed her in, the pressure uniform and inescapable. It compressed her ribs slightly, hugged the curve of her waist, flattened her belly. The opening at her crotch was a shocking vulnerability, a window onto her slick, shiny folds.
He attached the wire from the bulge at the small of her back to a small, black remote control he produced from his pocket. Then he knelt behind her.
“Now for the final piece,” he said. His voice was close to her ear. “Poppy is never empty. She’s always ready. And she’s always on.”
She felt the cool touch of more of the shining gel. Then something hard and smooth, thicker than two fingers, pressing against her entrance. She knew what it was. Her body clenched in involuntary protest.
“Relax,” he commanded, his hand on her hip. “This is what you are now.”
He pushed. The plug, tapered and unforgiving, breached her, stretching her open with a slow, inexorable pressure. It was larger than she expected. She whimpered as it sank deeper, filling her up, a solid, invasive weight inside her. She heard a faint click as it seated fully.
Kai stood up. He walked around to face her, holding the remote. His thumb hovered over a dial. “Look in the mirror, Poppy. See how perfect you are.”
She turned her head toward the endless reflections. The woman there was a pink latex mannequin. The suit shone under the lights, highlighting every curve, every indentation. The steel clamps on her nipples were bright, cruel anchors. Her face was pale, her eyes wide with a confusion that was rapidly being drowned out by a rising, buzzing awareness in her body. The plug inside her felt enormous.
“Poppy is a good girl,” Kai whispered, stepping close behind her, his body not touching hers but his presence enveloping her. He placed the remote against her lips. “Aren’t you?”
A tiny part of her mind, a last, desperate fragment of Sera, screamed no. It was a silent, shredded thing. Her mouth opened. Her tongue touched the cold plastic. “Yes,” she breathed.
“Poppy wouldn’t struggle. Poppy knows this is her purpose. To be pretty, and pink, and full. To be used.” His voice was hypnotic, a low chant against her ear. His thumb moved on the remote.
A gentle vibration began deep inside her. It was a low hum, almost pleasant, a constant, teasing stimulation. She let out a shaky breath.
“Stronger,” he murmured.
The vibration intensified. It was no longer a hum. It was a buzz, a focused thrumming directly against her swollen clit from the inside and teasing her tender inner walls. Her knees buckled slightly. A moan, low and unbidden, slipped from her lips.
“Look at yourself,” he commanded, his hand tangling in her hair again, forcing her gaze to the mirror. “Watch what you become.”
He turned the dial further.
The buzz became a powerful, insistent drone. It was relentless. It wasn't about pleasure anymore; it was a direct assault on her nervous system. Her body arched, trying to escape the sensation, but the latex held her rigid. The chain between her nipple clamps jangled with her jerking movements, sending fresh spikes of pain through her chest that somehow amplified the electric storm between her legs.
“Fuck,” she gasped, the word ripped from her. Her cunt convulsed around the hard plastic, trying to grip something, anything. Slickness, aided by the shining gel, soaked the inside of her thighs.
“That’s it,” Kai coaxed, his eyes locked on her reflection’s tortured expression. “That’s Poppy. She’s a dumb, aching hole. She comes from being turned on like a lightswitch. Watch her.”
He pushed the dial to its maximum setting.
The vibration exploded into a violent, juddering brrrr. It was unbearable. It was everything. It obliterated thought. Her vision swam. A raw, screaming sound tore from her throat, but it wasn’t a scream of protest. It was a sound of shattering. Her orgasm crashed into her with the subtlety of a truck. It was a seizure, a brutal, mind-melting series of contractions that clenched viciously around the invading plug. Her juices gushed out around it, making a wet, shameful sound. She sagged in his grip, held up only by his hand in her hair and the unyielding suit.
He didn’t stop it. He let the brutal vibration continue, dragging the orgasm out into a plateau of excruciating sensitivity. She sobbed, her body twitching uncontrollably, her reflection a blur of pink and pale flesh contorted in unbearable release.
Finally, with a soft click, he turned the dial down. The vibration subsided to its original low hum. The sudden drop in intensity was almost as shocking as the peak. She hung there, panting, dripping, her body singing with aftershocks.
“Good girl,” Kai purred, his lips against her temple. “See how easy it is? You don’t need to think. You just need to feel. Poppy feels so good, doesn’t she?”
The words slithered into the blank spaces the orgasm had left behind. Poppy feels good. Yes. That feeling… that was Poppy. Not the pain, not the humiliation. The explosive, mindless release. That was her.
“Y-yes,” she slurred, her voice thick.
“Who are you?” he asked, his tone gentle, coaxing.
She stared at the pink-clad, debauched woman in the mirror. The woman with the clamps and the chain and the plug that still hummed softly inside her, a constant promise of more. That woman was real. The one who had existed before… that was the ghost.
“Poppy,” she whispered, and the name felt like a key turning in a lock deep inside her soul.
“Thank who?”
“Thank you,” she said, her eyes closing. “Thank you for making me Poppy.”
He smiled then, a real, chilling smile of perfect satisfaction. He lowered the remote. “You can stay in your skin for a while. Get used to it. The vibration will stay on low. A reminder.” He patted her latex-clad hip. “I’ll be back.”
He left her there, standing on the dais, vibrating faintly, staring at the endless reflection of her new, pink reality. The hum between her legs was a cradle. The ache in her nipples was an anchor. She was Poppy.
And Poppy was always, always ready.
And Poppy was always, always ready. She stood on the dais, encased in her humming pink skin, and watched the mirror-woman breathe. The low, constant vibration in her cunt was a fact of existence now, like a heartbeat. It kept her simmering on the edge of something, a persistent need that hollowed out her thoughts. Kai had been gone for what felt like hours, maybe minutes. Time had melted into the steady buzz between her legs.
The closet door opened silently. He entered, changed into dark trousers and a simple black t-shirt. He looked clean, refreshed, like a man returning from a casual errand. In his hand, he held a slender tablet.
He stopped before her, his eyes scanning the latex sheath, the chain between her clamped nipples, the slight, trembling tension in her thighs. A small, approving smile touched his lips. “Comfortable?”
The Poppy-persona, buoyed by the afterglow and the constant stimulation, answered instantly. “Yes, Master. Thank you.”
“Good.” He tapped the tablet screen, and it illuminated. He swiped a few times, then held it up for her to see. It was a photo, vivid and full of life. A woman with bright blonde hair, wearing an elaborate, hand-crafted costume of a popular video game warrior, was laughing. Her face was alight with genuine joy, her arms around two other cosplayers at a convention. The badge around her neck read ‘SeraBell’.
“Who is this?” Kai asked, his voice devoid of inflection.
Poppy looked at the photo. The woman’s smile was wide, her eyes crinkled at the corners. A vague, distant ache pulsed behind Poppy’s eyes, unrelated to the clamps or the plug. She frowned. “I… don’t know.”
“Look closer.”
She stared. The vibrancy of the image was offensive. The colors were too bright. The woman’s confidence was a physical blow. Poppy felt small, cheap, a pink toy in a closet. The humming plug inside her seemed to grow louder.
“She’s nobody,” Poppy whispered, but the words felt weak.
“Her name is Seraphina Bell,” Kai said, lowering the tablet. His green eyes pinned her. “But you can call her Sera. She’s the ghost in this machine. Say hello to her.”
The command was bizarre, nonsensical. Poppy shook her head, the chain jingling softly. “There’s no one here but you and me, Master.”
He reached out and touched the remote in his pocket. The vibration inside her ceased completely. The sudden silence was a shock, a yawning emptiness. The sore, overstimulated nerves screamed for the buzz to return. More than that, the silence let other things in. It let in a memory: the feel of a hot convention hall, the weight of a prop sword, the sound of a crowd cheering her name.
“Sera,” Kai said, his voice sharp, a scalpel. “I know you’re in there. Buried under all the pretty pink. Say something.”
The silence in her body was agony. The empty, aching void where the vibration had been felt like a loss. The memory of the crowd flickered, a dying ember. She opened her mouth. “I…”
“Who are you?” he demanded.
“Poppy,” she insisted, but it sounded like a question.
“Wrong.” His thumb moved on the remote. Not the dial. A different button.
A sharp, brutal zap of electricity shot through the chain connecting her nipple clamps. It wasn’t the deep, full-body vibration of the plug. This was a white-hot, searing line of pain that connected her breasts and lanced straight into her spine. She screamed, a raw, unfiltered sound that tore through the perfumed air. Her body convulsed, the latex straining.
The pain was a window. For one crystalline, horrific second, she was Sera. She was Sera Bell, a woman trapped in a pink latex nightmare, her nipples being burned, a violation humming in her core. Terror, pure and undiluted, flooded her nervous system.
“STOP!” she shrieked, her voice her own, cracked with disuse and panic.
Kai released the button. The pain vanished, leaving behind a deep, throbbing burn. He watched her, utterly calm. “There she is.”
Sera gasped, tears springing to her eyes. The clarity was devastating. She was kneeling, she realized. She had collapsed onto the dais. The suit was a disgusting second skin. The plug was a foreign object lodged inside her. “Oh god,” she sobbed. “Oh god, please.”
“Please what?” Kai asked, tilting his head. “Should I turn the vibration back on? Make it nice for Poppy again?”
“No! Yes! I don’t—” Sera choked. The memory of the orgasm he’d forced from her was a dark, slick fingerprint on her mind. The pleasure had been total, annihilating. The pain was just pain. She could endure pain. The pleasure unmoored her.
“Make up your mind, Seraphina.” He knelt in front of her, the tablet forgotten on the carpet. “Do you want the pain? Or do you want the pleasure?” His hand cupped her jaw, his thumb stroking her cheek. “Poppy knows what she wants. She’s simple. She’s strong.”
Sera shook her head, tears tracking through the residual shine on her face. “I’m not her.”
“Aren’t you?” His other hand went to the remote. He didn’t press the shock button. He turned the vibration dial.
The soft, teasing hum returned deep inside her. It was a gentle thrum against her oversensitive flesh, a promise. After the searing pain, it felt like a caress. A pathetic, grateful sigh escaped her lips. Her body, treacherous and trained, responded instantly. Her hips gave a tiny, involuntary roll, seeking more of the sensation. Wetness, new and shameful, seeped around the plug.
“See?” Kai murmured. “Poppy is so much stronger. She doesn’t fight the good feelings. She embraces them.” He increased the dial one notch.
The vibration intensified, climbing from a hum to a steady, insistent pulse. Sera gritted her teeth. She could fight this. She was Sera. She had a life, friends, a personality. She was a fighter. She focused on the burn in her nipples, on the disgust of the latex, on the terrifying reality of her situation.
The vibration buzzed against her G-spot with a maddening precision. It was a skilled, relentless torment. Another notch. Her clit was a live wire now, sparks firing up into her belly. A low moan vibrated in her chest, betraying her.
“Poppy would just come,” Kai whispered, his face close to hers. “She wouldn’t waste energy fighting it. She’d just let go and fuck herself on that nice, thick plug. She’d scream her thanks.”
“Fuck you,” Sera spat, the words fierce but her voice trembling.
“Wrong answer.” He turned the dial to its midpoint.
The force of the vibration stole her breath. It was a deep, internal massage, a ruthless simulation of penetration. Her abdominal muscles clenched. Her resolve wavered, crumbled at the edges. The pain was a sharp, defined thing she could hate. This… this was a tide, pulling her under. Her body was arching, pushing back against the plug, begging for more friction, more pressure.
“Who are you?” he asked again, his voice a seductive rasp.
“Sera,” she gasped, but it was a plea now.
“Liar.” He twisted the dial to its maximum setting.
The juddering, violent brrrr from earlier erupted inside her. It was an avalanche of sensation, a neurological override. Her vision whited out. “FUCK!” she screamed, and it was a war cry of surrender. All thought of resistance, of her name, of her past, was obliterated in the frantic, animal scramble for release. Her hips pistoned uselessly against the air, her cunt spasming around the unyielding plastic. The chain on her nipples jangled a frenzied rhythm.
She came with a force that felt like her skeleton was trying to escape her skin. It was a roaring, helpless convulsion that left her shuddering and gasping, soaked in her own juices, her mind wiped clean.
As the aftershocks faded, Kai dialed the vibration back to its gentle, constant hum. He smoothed her sweat-damp hair from her forehead. “And who are you now?” he asked softly.
The answer floated up from the warm, buzzing blankness he’d created. It was the only name that fit the void where a person used to be. “Poppy,” she sighed, the word dripping with spent satisfaction.
“Good girl.” He stood up, looking down at her ruined, blissful form. “You see? Every time I pull Sera out, she’s weaker. More scared. She only knows pain and fear.” He nudged her thigh with his foot. “But Poppy… Poppy knows ecstasy. Poppy gets rewarded.”
He pocketed the remote. The hum continued, a perpetual low-grade arousal. “Poppy is resilient. Poppy is hungry.” He leaned down, his voice final. “And Poppy is going to win.”
He left her there, crumpled and humming on the dais, the ghost of Sera Bell a faint, fading scar beneath layers of engineered pleasure. The pink latex felt less like a prison now and more like a sanctuary. It was the skin of the winner.
