Chapter 2: The Blood Test Revelation
The numbers glared from the screen, black and white absolutes in a world that had turned a sick, thrilling gray. Litza sat alone in her office, the door locked, the hum of the clinic a distant murmur. Mark Martin’s bloodwork was open on her monitor. Everything was within range. Except one. Testosterone: 945 ng/dL. High. Not dangerously so, but sitting at the upper edge of normal for a man half his age. It explained the muscle, the vitality. It explained the sheer, aggressive potency of him.
It explained nothing.
Her own hands, usually so steady, trembled lightly over the keyboard. She could still feel the weight of him in her palm, the shocking heat, the way his flesh had twitched and surged under her clinical touch. She closed her eyes and saw it: thick, veined, monumentally erect, dripping onto her examination table. A week had passed. Seven days of cold showers, of biting her lip during patient consultations, of hearing Clara’s cheerful voice on a follow-up call about a rash and wanting to vomit.
She had touched herself in the dark, thinking of it, of him, her fingers frantic and insufficient, chasing a release that only left her more hollow, more frantic. The professionalism was a shell, and a crack had become a fissure. The fissure was now a chasm, and she was standing on the edge, peering into a dark, visceral hunger that shamed her.
She picked up the phone. Her finger hesitated over the buttons. This was the line. Once crossed, there was no return.
She dialed. It rang once. Twice.
“Hello?” His voice. That same pleasant baritone, now loaded with a memory that made her clench.
“Mr. Martin? It’s Dr. Petrova.”
“Doctor. Is everything alright?”
“Your bloodwork came back,” she said, forcing her voice into a flat, professional calm. It sounded thin, reedy to her own ears. “There’s a slight anomaly I’d like to discuss. Could you come back to the clinic? Today, if possible. After hours. Say, seven?”
A pause. It stretched, taut as a wire. She could hear his breath, slow and even.
“An anomaly?” he asked. There was no fear in his voice. Only a low, probing curiosity.
“Nothing alarming. Just something that warrants a follow-up physical assessment.” The lie tasted like metal on her tongue.
“I’ll be there,” he said. No further questions.
The clinic at seven was a tomb. The lights in the hallway were dimmed, the reception desk empty. Litza had sent her nurse home early. She stood in Exam Room Three, the same room, her hands clasped tightly in front of her white coat. She had re-applied her lipstick twice. She had taken her hair down from its professional bun, letting the dark curls fall around her shoulders. It was a small, wild rebellion.
The knock came. Solid. Assured.
He entered, and the sterile air evaporated. He wore a simple t-shirt and jeans, the casual clothes somehow more intimate than the paper gown. He filled the doorway, then the room. He brought a scent with him—clean soap, yes, but underneath it, that same dark, musky undercurrent she remembered. It flooded her senses, stripping away the last pretense of clinical distance.
“Mr. Martin,” she said, her voice barely above a whisper.
“Doctor,” he nodded, his eyes tracking her loosened hair, the slight tremble in her stance. “You said there was an issue?”
“Testosterone levels,” she blurted out, gesturing lamely to the tablet on the counter. “Elevated. It can sometimes… present with physical symptoms. I need to… re-examine.”
He didn’t smile. His gaze was steady, patient, knowing. “Alright. What do you need me to do?”
“Please. Remove your clothes. And lie on the table.”
No pretense of a gown this time. A sharp, electric silence hung between them as he obeyed. The soft rustle of denim, the whisper of cotton. Then he was naked, lying back on the crisp paper, his hands resting at his sides. He was already thickening, the sight of her, the implicit command, sparking that same terrible, magnificent response. It lay heavy against his thigh, a dormant beast stirring.
Litza approached, her legs weak. She pulled on a pair of latex gloves. The snap was obscenely loud. Her heart hammered against her ribs, a frantic bird in a cage.
“I need to check for… physical manifestations,” she said, the script she’d rehearsed dissolving into ash. “Elevated testosterone can cause… pronounced vascularity. Tissue enlargement.”
She began with his chest, her gloved hands pressing over his pectorals, feeling the hard muscle beneath. Her touch was supposed to be clinical. It was a shuddering caress. She moved lower, over his abdomen, the defined ridges of his stomach clenching under her fingers. Each touch brought her closer to it. The air grew thicker, hotter. She could hear her own breathing, shallow and quick.
Her hand descended to his hip bone. Then lower.
Her fingers, timid and trembling, brushed the coarse hair. Then the base of his shaft.
It jumped. A violent, full-body twitch that made him suck in a sharp breath. Heat radiated from him, scorching through the thin latex. She curled her fingers around it, her small hand barely encircling the incredible girth. It was already half-hard, a fat, hot weight pulsing in her grip. A low groan escaped his lips, a sound of pure, unrestrained reaction.
Her professional facade shattered.
With a desperate, choked whimper, she tore the gloves off, the latex snapping and flying away. She sank to her knees on the hard, cold linoleum floor. The perspective was devastating. He rose above her, a towering, fleshy monolith, thick veins snaking up the shaft, the head swollen and glistening with a bead of clear fluid. The musky, salty scent of him filled her nostrils, drowning out the antiseptic.
She didn’t hesitate. She didn’t think of Clara, of her career, of her life. She leaned forward, her lips parting, and took him into her mouth.
It was an impossibility. The breadth of him stretched her lips to a burning, delicious ache. She could only manage the head at first, her tongue flattening against the smooth, iron-hard underside. The taste was clean, salty, profoundly male. She whimpered around him, the vibration drawing a deep, guttural “Fuck…” from his throat.
Her hands came up, both of them, to wrap around the shaft she couldn’t hope to contain. Her fingers didn’t touch. She worked her mouth, sucking, her tongue swirling, while her hands pumped what she couldn’t take. She bobbed her head, taking another inch, her jaw screaming in protest, her throat convulsing as she fought her gag reflex. Tears welled in her eyes from the strain, from the sheer, brutal fullness.
“That’s it,” he growled, his voice no longer kind, but dark and ragged with need. His hand came down, not to guide her, but to fist tightly in her curls, holding her. “Take it. Take what you wanted, doctor.”
She did. She surrendered to it. She let him push her head down, forcing another impossible inch into her mouth, down her throat. She choked, sputtered, tears streaming down her cheeks, and she didn’t stop. She sucked him with a desperate, hungry greed, her nose buried in the coarse hair at his base, her world reduced to the pounding of her own blood and the salty-sweet taste of his pre-cum flooding her tongue. She was a thing of need, of raw, shameless appetite, kneeling on a doctor’s office floor, servicing a married man with a cock bigger than any fantasy she’d ever dared have.
He fucked her mouth. Not gently, not with the patient kindness of Mark Martin, Clara’s husband. He used her. He pulled her head forward onto him by her hair, then pushed her back, his hips rising off the table to meet her. The wet, obscene sounds of her sucking, of her gagging, filled the silent clinic. His groans became sharper, more urgent.
“Gonna come,” he warned, his grip tightening in her hair. “Gonna fill that pretty doctor mouth.”
The promise, the filthy vulgarity of it, sent a new shock of wet heat between her own legs. She redoubled her efforts, sucking furiously, milking him with her hands, wanting it, wanting the violation to be complete.
With a roar that seemed to shake the very walls, his back arched. The first pulse shot into her throat, a hot, bitter flood. She swallowed convulsively, but it kept coming, jet after jet, filling her mouth, spilling out over her stretched lips and down her chin. She drank him down, swallowing every drop she could, until he was spent, softening slightly in her abused mouth.
She collapsed back on her heels, breathing raggedly, her lips swollen and slick, her face streaked with tears and his release. She looked up at him, dazed, ruined.
He looked down at her, his chest heaving. His expression was unreadable. Then, slowly, he reached down. Not to help her up. He traced a thumb through the mess on her chin, then brought it to his own mouth, sucking it clean.
“The results,” he said, his voice rough but calm, as if commenting on the weather. “Were they truly abnormal?”
Litza, on her knees, could only shake her head.
He nodded, a small, satisfied smile touching his lips. He sat up, swung his legs off the table, and began to dress with a calm, terrifying normalcy. She stayed on the floor, a puddle of ruined professionalism and frantic desire, watching him.
He zipped his jeans, hiding the beast that had, just moments before, destroyed her. He looked down at her one last time.
“Let me know,” he said softly, “if you require any further… follow-up.”
Then he turned and left, the door clicking shut behind him with a finality that echoed in the hollow, fluorescent silence.
