Emily sighed no worries we all make mistakes I still love you Lilly and I still have my worries about Alexa when she is no longer a baby she is your pet for a week but she bonded to you she might not want it to end mistress.
Lilly nodded I know I have been thinking about that a lot I just hope she will be okay when the week is over I love her so much and I don't want to see her hurt in any way.

Lilly gasped, her eyes widening in shock. I hadn't even thought of that. That's a good point. We have to be extra careful around other dogs for the next week.

Lilly smiled sadly, watching Bella play.
"She does seem happy, doesn't she? I just hate that I'm the reason she's like this."
Emily placed a comforting hand on Lilly's shoulder. "You can't blame yourself, Lilly. You didn't know this would happen. And even if you did, I'm sure Bella would still want it. She's always loved being your puppy."
Jamie nodded in agreement. "Besides, it's not like she's suffering. She seems perfectly content with her new life. Maybe it's not so bad after all."
Lilly looked at her two friends, her eyes filled with gratitude. Did she want to be left inside Lilly in the doghouse? That might not be good for her health. She certainly wants to sleep with me.
Emily agreed. "You're right, Jamie. We should find a balance between keeping her happy and safe. And remember, she's still Bella underneath all that fur and tail wagging. We just have to be patient and understanding."
Lilly nodded, determination in her eyes. "I promise to take care of her, no matter what. And I'll make sure she knows she's loved and cherished, even if she can't understand me right now."
As if on cue, Bella bounded up to the group, a stick in her mouth, her tail wagging with excitement.

Lilly nodded, a small smile playing on her lips. "That sounds like a good idea. We can make sure she's comfortable and safe, and I can still be close to her."
Jamie looked up at the house, his gaze lingering on the dark windows. "We should probably check on Alex and Sara before we head back inside. Make sure they're settling in okay."
Emily agreed, "I'll go with you. Lilly, you stay here with Brandi and get the doghouse set up. We'll be back in a few minutes."
Lilly nodded, watching as Emily and Jamie walked back towards the house.
She turned her attention back to Brandi, who was still wagging her tail excitedly, waiting for her next command. "Alright, Brandi, come on. Let's go find a good spot for your new home."
Lilly led Brandi around to the back of the house, towards the basement entrance. She opened the door and flicked on the light, revealing a large, unfinished space filled with boxes and old furniture. Lilly made a mental note to clean up the basement sometime soon, but for now, she just needed to find a spot for Brandi's doghouse.
She spotted a small, empty corner near the back wall and led Brandi over to it.
"Alright, Brandi, this is where your new home is going to be. Let's go get your doghouse set up."
Lilly left Brandi in the corner while she went to fetch the doghouse from the garage. It was a simple wooden structure, with a slanted roof and a small door. Lilly had picked it up at a pet store earlier that day, along with a pillow and a blanket to make it more comfortable for Brandi.
She brought the doghouse back into the basement and set it up in the corner, making sure it was stable and secure. She added the pillow and blanket, along with a few of Brandi's favorite toys and stuffed animals.
"There you go, Brandi," Lilly said, leading her into the doghouse. "This is your new home for the next week. Do you like it?"

Lilly made her way back upstairs, her mind racing with thoughts of Brandi and the week ahead.

Lilly looked up from adjusting the leash runner and smiled. "She's doing great. I got her a doghouse set up in the basement and a crate for the car. She seems really happy, actually."

Just then, Phillis brought Sara Lee and Alexa Ann as babies they are ready to go out their last night as babies as she walked down the stairs. She was wearing a short, black satin dress with a plunging neckline and a high slit up the thigh, her blonde hair cascading in loose curls down her back. She held Sara Lee and Alexa Ann, both dressed in white baby gowns with lace trim.
Phillis cooed, "Here are your littles, Mistress Lilly. I hope you don't mind that I dressed them in white. I think it looks so sweet on them."
Lilly smiled, taking Sara Lee and Alexa Ann from Phillis. "They look adorable, thank you.
