Chapter 1: Introduction
The dim glow of the laptop screen bathed Chin's face in a soft blue light as he sat on the edge of the bed, his slender fingers dancing over the keyboard with practiced ease. The room was quiet except for the faint hum of the fan and the occasional click of the mouse. He was a small man, barely five feet six inches, with black hair that was always a little too long and brown eyes that held a world of secrets. His clothes hung loosely on his frame, a stark contrast to the muscular, well-built men that danced across his screen.
The video was one he'd seen a dozen times before, but he couldn't look away.
The way the woman, with hair as dark as Mei's, arched her back as the tall, broad-shouldered white man trailed kisses down her spine. The way her skin flushed under his touch, the way her breath hitched when he entered her. Chin's own body responded to the scene, even as his mind screamed at him to look away, to shut the laptop.
But he couldn't. Not yet.
"Chin?"
The voice made him jump, the laptop nearly slipping from his lap. He spun around to see Mei standing in the doorway, her eyes wide and her mouth set in a thin line.
She was still dressed in her work clothes, a grey pencil skirt and a white blouse that accentuated her curves. Her long, dark hair was pulled back into a neat bun, and her almond-shaped eyes held a mix of confusion and hurt.
"Mei," Chin said, quickly closing the laptop. "I can explain--"
"Explain what, Chin?" she asked, her voice steady but trembling slightly. "Explain why you're watching... that?" She gestured to the now closed laptop.
Chin swallowed hard, his heart pounding in his chest.
He knew he should have been more careful, should have closed the laptop the moment he heard the front door open. But the sight of Mei standing there, her lip quivering slightly, made his stomach churn with guilt and fear.
"It's not what it looks like, Mei," he started, his voice barely above a whisper. He reached out a hand towards her, but she took a step back, her arms crossing over her chest.
"Not what it looks like?" she echoed, a hint of anger creeping into her voice. "Chin, I saw what you were watching. I saw...
those people... doing things. Together." She paused, her cheeks flushing a soft pink. "Things that we don't do, Chin."
Chin sighed, running a hand through his hair. He knew he couldn't lie to her, not anymore. "Mei, it's... it's a thing. A fetish. It's not that I don't want you or anything. It's just... I find it... arousing."
Mei's eyes widened in disbelief. "A fetish? Chin, we've been married for ten years. You never told me you had some...
weird fetish!" Her voice was rising, and Chin could see the hurt in her eyes. He tried to reach out to her again, but she took another step back, her body language shutting him out.
"I'm sorry, Mei," he said, his voice barely above a whisper. "I should have told you sooner. I just... I didn't know how."
Mei looked at him, her brows furrowed. "So, you like watching... white men with Asian women?" she asked, her voice laced with disgust.
Chin nodded, his eyes cast downwards. "Yes. It's called cuckolding.
It's a thing. Some people get into it," Chin added, his voice small.
Mei stared at him, her mind racing. She had heard of the term before, but only in passing. The thought of her husband finding pleasure in watching other men with women made her stomach churn. But as she looked at Chin, she saw the sincerity in his eyes. She saw the guilt, the fear, and the love that she had always known him to have.
"Why, Chin?" she asked, her voice softer now. "Why do you like this?"
Chin took a deep breath before answering. "I don't know, Mei.
I think it started when I was young, watching movies and shows. There was something about the taboo, the forbidden nature of it all. It was a secret I kept to myself, always feeling guilty. I never wanted it to affect us, I swear. I love you, Mei. You're my world."
Mei was silent for a long moment, her mind churning with a mix of emotions. She looked at Chin, his small frame, his shy demeanor, and she remembered the countless times he had brought her flowers just because, the way he always made her laugh, the warmth of his touch. She knew he loved her, but this...
