Chapter 3: Hancock's 7'2" frame dominates the waterfall as she effortlessly lifts boulders to redirect the flow, her muscles bulging with each movement while the others watch in awe at her sheer physical dominance.

The aftermath of the beach left the Thousand Sunny in a state of damp, sandy disarray, but it was a different kind of wreckage that prompted the next crisis. It happened in the cramped bathroom, a space never designed for inhabitants whose shoulders now spanned doorframes. Nami had turned the shower dial, a simple, mundane action. The resultant groan of stressed plumbing was the only warning before the fixture sheared clean from the wall, unleashing a torrent of seawater that soaked the nearby quarters.

Zoro, clutching a soggy towel, glared from the corridor. “Could you not break the ship?”

“It wasn’t me!” Nami snapped, wringing out her orange hair. The motion made the muscles in her arm cord and flex, a testament to the strength that now resided in her simplest gestures. “The fittings are too weak. Everything’s too… fragile now.”

A quick inspection by Franky confirmed the worst. “The whole system’s busted, sisters. The pipes can’t handle the pressure, and the stalls are too small anyway. You’d have to squat just to get your shoulders under the spray. Not super!”

Usopp peered around the doorframe, eyes wide. “So… no showers?”

“Not until I can rebuild everything with reinforced steel,” Franky said, scratching his chin. “Might take a week.”

A week without proper washing in the tropical humidity was unthinkable. Chopper, consulting a map of the island, suggested a solution. “There’s a freshwater cascade about a mile inland. The water flow is strong and deep. It should be… adequate.”

The trek through the jungle was a procession of giants. They moved with a new, ground-shaking deliberation, no longer able to weave silently through the undergrowth. Nami and Vivi took the lead, using their sheer mass to bulldoze a clearer path where necessary, snapping thick vines like thread. Robin followed, her heightened perspective allowing her to spot the best route from above, her long legs covering great distances with each stride. Hancock brought up the rear, her presence so vast and imposing it seemed to quiet the surrounding fauna. Luffy bounded ahead, unaffected, his rubbery form looping around tree trunks and laughing at the spectacle behind him.

The air grew cooler, laced with the mineral scent of fresh water and the rich, dark smell of wet stone. The sound reached them first—a deep, thunderous roar that vibrated through the soles of their feet. They emerged into a hidden cove, a cathedral of stone draped in emerald moss. A colossal waterfall, at least a hundred feet high, plunged into a wide, deep pool of crystalline water that shimmered in the dappled jungle light. Mist hung in the air, catching rainbows.

“SUPER!” Franky yelled, impressed.

For a moment, they just stared. The power of the falls was immense, a natural force that finally matched the scale they now inhabited.

“Well,” Nami said, hands on her hips. The fabric of her borrowed tunic—one of Franky’s old shirts—pulled tightly across her latissimus dorsi. “It’ll have to do.”

The men tactfully retreated upstream to a smaller cascade, leaving the women to the main pool. There was a brief, unspoken awkwardness, a final ghost of their old selves hesitating before they committed to this new, monumental reality. Vivi broke it first.

With a decisive motion, she pulled the tunic over her head. The sunlight fell directly on her bare skin, highlighting every defined contour. Her shoulders were broad and capped, her deltoids like sculpted armor. Her abdomen was a complex map of layered muscle, her once-soft lines now etched in firm, golden flesh. She waded into the pool, the water sluicing over her quadriceps, and sighed in relief as she stepped fully under the punishing cascade. The water hammered her back, running in rivulets through the deep channels of her muscular definition. She tipped her head back, the muscles in her neck standing out like cables as the force pummeled her chest and stomach.

“Incredible,” she shouted over the roar, her voice resonating with newfound power. “It’s like a full-body massage!”

Nami followed, shedding her own clothes. Her physique, while slightly less towering than Vivi's, was arguably more sharply etched from years of navigating and brawling. The water crashed onto her, and she braced, her feet digging into the sandy pool floor. She watched the water flow over the hard curve of her bicep, fascinated. “It doesn’t even sting. My skin feels… tougher.”

Robin disrobed with her usual calm, but her eyes were analytical. As she stepped into the pool, the water level rose noticeably. At well over seven feet, she was a titaness. The waterfall didn’t just cascade over her; it seemed to embrace her form, contouring to the massive swell of her back, the profound width of her shoulders. She lifted a hand, watching the droplets cling to the dense forest of muscle on her forearm. “Fascinating. The dermal layer has likely thickened in tandem with the musculoskeletal development. A perfect, integrated adaptation.”

Then came Hancock.

She unclasped the makeshift cloak, letting it fall. Her nudity was not an act of vulnerability, but a declaration. She stood at the water’s edge, a living monument carved from pale gold. Every muscle group was hyper-developed, a masterpiece of impossible proportions. Her trapezius muscles rose like mountainous slopes to her ears, her pectorals were vast, etched plates, and her arms were as thick as tree trunks, veined and defined. She was not just tall; she was dense, a being of condensed power. She walked into the pool, and the water displaced around her thighs as if making way for a queen.

Luffy, having gotten bored upstream, suddenly catapulted himself from a high tree branch, shrieking with joy. He plunged into the deep center of the pool with a colossal splash, sending a wave over everyone. He surfaced, sputtering and grinning.

“This is awesome!” he yelled, treading water. He looked around, his gaze openly admiring. “You all look so cool! Like… like statues that can move! Hancock, your muscles are huge! You’re like a mountain!”

Hancock, who had been tensing under the brutal, wonderful pressure of the falls, immediately flushed a deep crimson. The commanding Pirate Empress vanished, replaced by a flustered giantess. She brought her massive hands to her cheeks. “L-Luffy! You shouldn’t look so directly! It’s… it’s indecent!” But her protest was hollow, betrayed by the way she subtly flexed her biceps, making them leap into even more astonishing relief under the streaming water.

Nami rolled her eyes, scrubbing at her scalp. “He doesn’t care about indecent, Hancock. He only sees ‘strong.’”

“And it’s great!” Luffy affirmed, swimming over to where Robin stood like a bedrock island. He poked her calf, a muscle as hard and unyielding as seasoned oak. “Robin, you’re so hard! Can you lift the whole ship now?”

“Perhaps not the entire ship,” Robin said, a small, genuine smile touching her lips. “But the anchor chain would pose no issue.” She extended a hand, and dozens of gigantic, muscular arms blossomed from the surrounding rock faces, mimicking her movements under the waterfall’s spray. The sight was breathtaking and slightly terrifying—a goddess exercising her power.

Vivi swam closer to Luffy, her confidence buoyant. “What about me, Captain? Do I look strong enough to protect everyone?”

Luffy beamed at her. “Yeah! You were always strong, Vivi, but now you look like you could punch a hole through a battleship! It’s perfect!”

The casual, earnest praise washed over them, more cleansing than the waterfall. It was permission, absolution, and celebration all at once. Nami found herself smiling, leaning into the crushing flow of water, letting it pound the last vestiges of her old anxieties away. Her strength was a tool, a weapon, and now, an aesthetic she owned. She cupped water in her hand, watching it trickle through the powerful grooves between her fingers.

The moment of peace was shattered by a low, guttural roar from the jungle. The trees at the edge of the cove shuddered, and a massive creature, a native predator the size of a galleon with hide like knotted wood and tusks like scimitars, burst into the clearing. Its small, angry eyes fixed on the figures in the water, seeing intruders in its territory.

Before Luffy could even coil to spring, a blur of motion erupted from the waterfall.

Hancock moved.

It was not the graceful, serpentine motion of her old techniques, but something far more direct and devastating. The water exploded around her as she launched herself from the pool with a force that sent a secondary wave across the cove. She crossed the distance in one colossal stride, her body a projectile of pure muscle and intent.

The beast swung a clawed paw at her. Hancock didn’t dodge. Her own hand, fingers now like steel pillars, shot out and caught the paw mid-swing. The impact echoed like a cannon shot. The creature’s momentum died instantly. Confusion flashed in its eyes.

Hancock’s other fist drew back, every muscle in her arm and back firing in a symphony of raw power. She didn’t utter a word. The punch, when it landed on the beast’s jaw, was not a martial arts technique. It was a force of nature.

The crack of bone was sickeningly loud. The creature’s head snapped to the side, its body lifting clean off the ground before crashing into the jungle wall, where it lay still.

Silence returned, filled only by the roar of the waterfall. Hancock stood over the fallen beast, steam rising from her wet, monumental shoulders in the humid air. She slowly unclenched her fist, looking at it as if seeing it for the first time. The power had been so absolute, so easily unleashed.

She turned back to the pool, where the others stared, stunned. Her eyes immediately found Luffy’s. He was beaming, stars practically shining in his eyes.

“SO COOL!” he screamed, pounding the water with his fists in excitement. “Hancock, that was AMAZING! You didn’t even use your powers! You just… BAM!” He mimicked the punch, his own rubbery arm snapping forward.

The flush returned to Hancock’s cheeks, deeper this time, mingled with something else—a dawning, profound realization. Her size, her overwhelming strength… it didn’t push Luffy away. It drew him in. He wasn’t intimidated; he was enthralled.

She walked back to the pool, the ground trembling slightly with each step. She slid into the water beside him, the surface now rising to her midriff. “It was… nothing,” she murmured, but her voice lacked its usual imperial dismissiveness. It was soft, almost shy.

Nami let out a low whistle. “Remind me never to make you angry.”

Vivi laughed, the tension broken. “I think we’re all going to have to get used to this. To what we can do now.”

As the sun began to angle through the trees, they finished washing, the strange fruit’s transformative power now as clear and undeniable as the water flowing over their monumental forms. They dressed in their makeshift clothes, the fabric clinging to damp, impossibly defined musculature. The walk back to the Sunny was different. There was a new unity in their steps, a shared understanding. They were no longer women coping with a change. They were something new, something formidable, and their captain couldn’t have been happier. Luffy chattered excitedly about Hancock’s punch all the way back, his voice a constant, admiring soundtrack to their world-altering return.
