Chapter 3: Teto's Observant Eyes
The harsh, unforgiving light of the dressing room felt like an interrogation. Miku pushed the door open, the weight of the closet’s darkness still clinging to her like a second skin. She expected emptiness, the quiet aftermath of her own private ruin. Instead, the air was thick with a new, cloying sweetness—cotton candy and vinyl—and the room was occupied.
Kasane Teto lounged across the plush violet couch as if she owned it, one leg draped over the arm. The pose was deliberately indecent, showcasing the impossible tightness of a new, cerise-pink bodysuit. The material wasn’t just fitted; it was strained, a second skin protesting the voluptuousness it contained. Teto’s body was a different proposition to Sonico’s staggering scale. Where Sonico was monumental, Teto was lushly, compactly bountiful, a figure carved from cream and soft curves, with a plumpness that seemed to invite squeezing. Her breasts, generously full and pushed high by the constricting suit, created a deep, shadowed valley that somehow seemed both playful and lewd. Her sharp eyes, a mismatched violet and red, tracked Miku’s entrance with feline interest.
“Well, well,” Teto drawled, her voice a sugary, knowing purr. “Look what the cat didn’t even bother to drag in. You’re looking a little… windswept, Miku-chan.”
Miku froze, her hand still on the door handle. The sticky residue between her thighs felt like a glaring brand. She forced her spine straight, summoning a shred of her old, haughty persona. “Teto. What are you doing here? This isn’t your assigned room.”
“Producer-san said I could use any free space.” Teto waved a dismissive hand, her gaze dropping to Miku’s chest, then back to her face with a smirk. “Seems most of the space is free these days. Unless you count storage closets, of course.”
The direct hit landed with surgical precision. Miku’s composure cracked. A faint, telltale flush crept up her neck.
Teto swung her legs down and leaned forward, her own considerable cleavage threatening to spill from the bodysuit’s deep plunge. “Oh, don’t give me that look. The walls are thin. And the soundproofing between here and the studio?” She whistled, a low, impish sound. “Nonexistent. Sounded like quite the… calibration session.”
Miku said nothing. She walked to her vanity, her reflection a mess. Her turquoise pigtails were slightly askew, tendrils of hair stuck to her damp temples. Her eyes held a hollow, hunted look. She focused on removing a stubborn eyelash glue, her hands trembling only slightly.
“It’s funny,” Teto continued, unabated. She stood and wandered over, her hips swaying with a confident rhythm that made her plump thighs rub together softly. She stopped behind Miku, their reflections a study in contrast in the garish neon-lit mirror. Miku, petite and tight with tension, her famous breasts seeming almost defensive in their hugeness. Teto, softer, rounder, an embodiment of indulgent flesh, her presence warm and invasive. “All that time, you were the queen. The one with the legendary tits. And then…” She gestured vaguely towards the door, in the direction of the shower Sonico was presumably using. “Poof. A new sun rises. And god, does it rise. I saw her measurements from last week. They’ve added another two centimeters. Around. Each. Can you imagine?”
Every word was a needle. Miku watched her own knuckles whiten around a makeup wipe. “Is there a point to this?”
“The point is, you’re losing.” Teto’s voice dropped, losing its playful edge, becoming conspiratorial. She placed her hands on Miku’s shoulders. Her touch was surprisingly firm. “You’re hiding in closets, jerking off to the sounds of your own obsolescence. It’s sad. Truly.”
“Get your hands off me.” The words were ice.
Teto didn’t move. Instead, she leaned closer, her breath warm against Miku’s ear. Her reflection showed a knowing, crooked smile. “What if you didn’t have to lose?”
Miku’s eyes flicked up, meeting Teto’s mismatched gaze in the glass.
“He loves magnitude,” Teto whispered. “He loves awe. Sonico gives him that. She’s a fucking natural wonder. But he’s a man. A veteran, like he says. He has… appetites. Variety is an appetite.”
“What are you saying?”
“I’m saying Sonico is his main course. But even a king likes a dessert tray.” Teto’s hands slid from Miku’s shoulders, down her arms, a slow, suggestive stroke. “You’re different. You’re not a growing goddess. You’re a masterpiece of engineering. Precision. That’s a different kind of worship. And me?” She squeezed her own breast through the bodysuit, the flesh spilling between her fingers. “I’m the fun-sized snack. The playful handful. Or two.” She chuckled. “We present a spectrum. A complete set.”
Miku’s mind, fogged with jealousy and shame, began to churn. A desperate, calculating logic emerged from the murk. “He only has eyes for her.”
“Because she’s the only one offering the spectacle he craves. It’s a feedback loop. He praises her, she blooms for him, he praises her more. You’ve removed yourself from the circuit. You’re sulking. It’s boring.” Teto finally released her and stepped back, examining her own perfect, plump lips in the mirror. “But imagine if the spectacle… expanded. If it wasn’t just Sonico on that leather couch, being admired. What if it was Sonico… and someone else? Sharing the spotlight. Sharing his attention.”
The image formed unbidden in Miku’s mind. Not the painful, solitary vision from the closet, but something else. The Producer’s gaze, divided. His hands, having more than one body to appreciate. His comparison, his judgment, happening right there in front of her. It was a terrible, degrading idea. And yet, it was a foothold. A way back into the room.
“You’re suggesting we… what? Gang up on him?” Miku’s voice was barely a whisper.
“I’m suggesting we collaborate,” Teto corrected, her tone turning businesslike. She spun around, leaning against the vanity, facing Miku directly. Her bodysuit strained audibly. “Look, I’m new. I’m cute, I’m curvy, I’m a novelty. But I’m not naive. I see the hierarchy. Sonico is untouchable. She’s the flagship. I’m not trying to sink her. I want to sail in her fleet.” Her sharp eyes glinted. “But you… you’re adrift. You’re a rival capital ship being decommissioned. I’m offering you a refit. An alliance.”
“An alliance for what? To be his… his secondary options?”
“To be his choices,” Teto insisted. “Men like him, they don’t want just one thing. They want to feel like they have access to a whole world of beauty. We give him that. Together. You get his attention back on your… assets.” She nodded pointedly at Miku’s chest. “I get a piece of the action. And Sonico… well, she gets to be the beloved centerpiece, none the wiser. Maybe she even enjoys the company. She’s sweet like that.”
The dressing room door hissed open before Miku could respond.
Sonico stepped in, a clean towel wrapped around her towering frame, another turbaned around her long, pink hair. Her skin glowed, flushed pink from the hot water. The towel was laughably small, barely containing the swell of her breasts and the majestic curve of her hips. Droplets of water traced paths down her collarbones and into the profound depths of her cleavage. She smelled of jasmine and warm, clean skin.
“Oh!” she said, her eyes wide and gentle. “Teto-chan, you’re still here. And Miku-chan! I thought you’d left.” Her gaze, innocent and concerned, swept over Miku. “Are you okay? You look… tired.”
The genuine kindness in her voice was the worst part. It was salt in the raw wound of Miku’s jealousy. Sonico wasn’t gloating; she was just… there. Oblivious. A force of nature in a towel.
“I’m fine,” Miku bit out, turning back to her mirror.
Teto, meanwhile, was all smiles. She bounced over to Sonico, the movement making her chest jiggle. “Just getting to know each other! And wow, Sonico-senpai, you look incredible. That shower really… highlights your growth spurt.” Her eyes were wide with what looked like genuine, worshipful awe as she stared at the visible tops of Sonico’s breasts where the towel gaped. “It’s really something to see up close.”
Sonico blushed, a soft pink that spread from her cheeks down to her chest. She clutched the towel a little tighter. “It’s… a lot sometimes. The Producer-san says it’s good, though.”
“I’ll bet he does,” Teto murmured, her voice dripping with implication that sailed right over Sonico’s head.
Miku watched the exchange, her stomach churning. Teto’s performance was flawless—the eager junior, the admiring fan. It was a mask, and it fit her perfectly. And Sonico, magnificent and meek, accepted the praise as her due, without a shred of guile.
“We have the Galaxy Pop interview in forty minutes,” Sonico said, moving to her own, larger vanity. The towel slipped as she sat, revealing the heavy, creamy slope of one breast before she caught it. “Producer-san said to be sharp. It’s a big feature.”
“A feature on the new dynasty,” Teto sang, perching on the arm of Sonico’s chair. She let her hand rest casually on the back of it, her fingers close to Sonico’s damp, bare shoulder. “The established legend and the rising star. And me, the shiny new accessory.” She winked at Miku in the mirror. “Right, Miku-chan?”
Miku forced a nod. Her mind was racing. Teto’s proposition hung in the air, a toxic, glittering lure. To share. To be part of the spectacle, instead of a spectator to it. To have his eyes on her again, even if they were comparing, even if she wasn’t the sole object of worship. The alternative was the closet. The silence. The slow fade into irrelevance.
The Producer’s voice echoed from the hallway, commanding and warm. “Ladies! Five-minute warning for hair and makeup. Let’s see some energy!”
The sound of him, so soon after what she’d heard, what she’d done, sent a jolt through Miku. She saw Sonico’s face light up, a simple, radiant response to his presence. She saw Teto’s sly, anticipatory smile.
As the Producer stepped into the doorway, his tall, muscular frame filling it, his sharp eyes sweeping the room, Miku made her decision. It wasn’t born of courage or cunning, but of a survival instinct that felt feral and filthy.
She caught Teto’s gaze in the mirror and gave a single, almost imperceptible nod.
The corner of Teto’s mouth quirked upward. Deal struck.
The Producer’s attention landed first, inevitably, on Sonico. “You look refreshed,” he said, his voice softening. His gaze was a physical caress, traveling over the towel’s precarious containment. “The colors are good on you.”
“Thank you, Producer-san,” Sonico demurred, looking down.
Then his eyes shifted to Teto. “Teto. The bodysuit works. Pushes the playful pin-up angle. We’ll highlight that in the interview.”
“Whatever you say, boss,” Teto chirped, striking a cute, busty pose that made him chuckle.
Finally, his eyes found Miku. They lingered for a second, assessing, professional. No heat. No memory of a thousand past sessions. Just a manager checking on an asset. “Miku. You’re wearing the sea-green corset for the shoot after. Make sure the lacing is precise. We need clean lines.”
He spoke to her about lines. To Sonico, he spoke about colors. The difference was everything.
“Of course,” Miku said, her voice flat.
He clapped his hands once, a sharp, dismissive sound. “Alright. Let’s move!”
As he turned to leave, Teto hopped off the chair. “Producer-san? A quick question about the lighting setup for the group shot?” she asked, brushing past Miku. As she did, her hand, hidden from Sonico and the Producer’s view, slid quickly over Miku’s ass, a fleeting, possessive squeeze. It wasn’t a gesture of solidarity. It was a brand. A claim.
Then she was past, linking her arm through the Producer’s in a boldly familiar way, chattering up at him about angles and focal lengths, steering him gently into the hall.
Miku stood frozen, the ghost of Teto’s touch burning through the fabric of her skirt. She looked at Sonico, who was humming softly, applying a sheer gloss to her lips, utterly content in her magnificent, oblivious world.
The plan was in motion. It was ugly. It was desperate. It was hers. She picked up her sea-green corset, its boning and satin cold in her hands. She would ensure the lacing was precise. She would present her clean lines. And then, she would help Teto expand the spectacle.
She was no longer just flesh that had been left behind. She was flesh entering a negotiation. The terms were humiliation, shared worship, and a fraction of his gaze. The price was her last shred of pride.
As she began to tighten the corset, the steel bones digging into her ribs, forcing her own famous breasts up into an exaggerated, familiar perch, she thought of the closet. The dark, the sticky shame, the solitary climax. That was the alternative. This, this conspiratorial degradation, was the only path forward she had left. She took a deep, constrained breath, and met her own eyes in the mirror. The hollow look was gone, replaced by something harder, colder. A brittle resolve.
The game had changed. She was back in it. Not as a queen, but as a pawn who had decided to claw its way across the board, one compromised square at a time.
