Chapter 5: Falling Action
I was a fucking virgin, and I wasn't proud to admit it. I was twenty-five years old and had never once fucked a woman or even teased at the prospect. It wasn't for lack of trying, but rather an immense fear of failure that kept me a celibate man. The thought of losing my virginity with a girl I loved seemed like an impossible task.
My life had always been focused on academics and athletics—losing my virginity was the furthest thing from my mind. But that all changed on the night I met Susan.
I was taking the bus home after a night out with some friends, feeling more self-assured and confident in my newfound abilities. I had recently started a new job and was finally making some decent money, which gave me a newfound sense of self.
As I boarded the bus, I couldn't help but notice the woman sitting a few rows back from the entrance. She was beautiful, with long, curly brown hair and deep brown eyes that seemed to see straight through me.
Her lips were full and pink, and she wore a tight black dress that showed off her curves and made my heart race.
I took a deep breath and slowly made my way down the aisle, trying to be as inconspicuous as possible. But as I passed her row, she looked up and caught my gaze. I immediately felt a heat rise to my cheeks, and I stumbled over my words as I tried to say hello.
"Hi," she said, her voice as smooth and rich as velvet.
