Chapter 2: Building Tension
Last night's rendezvous left Elina feeling lightheaded. She woke up that morning in the princess' chambers, yet Charlotte is nowhere to be found. However she found a note that says to meet her at the Royal Garden. So Elina quickly fixed herself and got dressed. As she made her way over to the Royal Garden.
She noticed the aroma of sweet, fragrant blooms filling her senses. The garden was exquisitely maintained with manicured hedges surrounding lush greenery and vibrantly colored flowers in full bloom.
Elina's senses were on high alert as she scanned the area for any signs of Charlotte or King William. The sun shone down brightly through the trees, casting dappled light over everything in its path and adding to the dreamlike beauty of this hidden gem within their kingdom.
Elina's eyes traveled over the vista before her, taking in every detail with a sense of reverence and wonder.
As she moved deeper into the garden, she came upon a small clearing where King William sat on a stone bench, reading from an old leather-bound book. He looked up as he sensed Elina's approach and smiled warmly at her. "Elina," he greeted softly. "You are looking lovelier than ever today."
"Thank you, your Majesty," Elina replied with a slight curtsy.
"I’m just happy to be here," she
thought, feeling a familiar mix of nerves and excitement. As always, King William's presence commanded attention and respect, yet there was also something about him that made Elina feel at ease. She admired his kindness and wisdom, qualities that were seldom seen in those who held so much power over others.
Her anxiety slowly faded as they shared a quiet moment in the garden, only interrupted by intermittent bird calls and the rustling of leaves.
Elina couldn't help but smile, feeling grateful for this rare opportunity to spend time with such an extraordinary man. As she turned to leave, King William spoke up once more: "I must confess that there is something about you Elina, I don’t know what it is but your presence always bring some sort of peace within me." He said with a hint of sincerity in his voice.
Elina was about to thank his Majesty, when princess Charlotte stepped out behind one of the trees. Greeting her father and Elina as she turns to her.
" You are special Elina, I can see it in your eyes.
There's a light, a spark that shines through you. I can feel it when we are together." Charlotte said with passion in her voice as she ran her hand down Elina's side and traced the outline of one of her breasts before gently squeezing it. The king has made his departure, leaving them both alone.
Elina couldn’t help but smile at the princess sweet words, feeling herself blush slightly underneath the compliments.
She could feel the princess’s warmth embrace her, Elina was grateful for having found someone so special in this world.
"I-I don’t know what to say," she stuttered "It's just a normal day like any other."
Charlotte chuckled and took Elina by the hand, leading her deeper into the garden as they continued their walk.
"I couldn't help but notice that you seemed a bit preoccupied earlier," she said, turning to Elina with a smile.
Elina looked up at Charlotte, feeling her heart race as the princess took hold of her hand once more. She didn't know quite how to respond; it was all still so new and overwhelming for her.
"What makes you think that?" she asked softly, trying not to let on just how much Charlotte had noticed about her thoughts and feelings during their walk through the garden earlier in the day.
Charlotte smiled warmly at Elina, her eyes twinkling with mischief. "You're quite easy to read," she teased gently.
Elina felt herself blush once more under the princess's gentle yet flirtatious touch. She couldn't help but feel a sense of relief and excitement as Charlotte seemed determined to take their relationship further despite anything that may stand in their way - including any potential disapproval from King William himself.
Elina knew that by loving the princess, she was also confronting her own desires and vulnerability, but it felt worth it for the sake of being with Charlotte.
Their walk through the garden had brought them to a small pond surrounded by lush greenery. The water rippled softly in response to a nearby breeze, casting dancing shadows across its surface as they sat down beside each other on an adjacent bench.
Elina couldn't help but feel at ease in Charlotte's presence, and she found herself lost in thought as they watched the ripples spread outward from their footfalls. The princess reached over to take Elina's hand once more, her touch warm and reassuring as if seeking approval for what was yet to come.
Elina couldn't help but take comfort in Charlotte's familiar touch, her heart racing with anticipation for what the future may hold.
The princess led them to a secluded spot within the garden, where they sat down beside each other on a soft patch of grass. The sun shone brightly above them, casting dappled light across their faces as they looked at one another intently.
Elina could feel her heart racing in her chest, and she wondered
if Charlotte felt the same way. Without thinking twice, they leaned towards each other and their lips met in a gentle kiss. It was soft and tender at first, but quickly grew more passionate as they deepened the connection between them.
Elina wrapped her arms around Charlotte's neck, pulling her closer as they explored each other's mouth with hungry urgency.
She could hear the sound of Charlotte's ragged breath as they parted, panting softly in the stillness of the garden.
Their lips locked once more, until their tongues tangled together eagerly and Elina felt her body begin to respond with a delicious warmth that spread from her core outwards.
Charlotte's hands moved down to Elina's hips, pulling her closer as they kissed with a passion that left them both breathless.
Elina felt herself tingling all over at the sensation of being so openly desired by another person for once in her life. She had always kept her feelings hidden away deep within, afraid of what would happen if anyone found out about how she truly felt. But now here she was, exploring these depths with Charlotte and embracing every moment of it without fear or shame.
Elina felt alive, and for the first time in her life she dared to hope that this might actually be more than just fleeting pleasure.
As they continued their walk through the garden paths, Charlotte's hand found its way back onto Elina's waist once again. The princess seemed almost nervous as she stroked the fabric of Elina's dress with feather-light fingertips, but it was a good kind of nervous – one born out of excitement and desire instead of anxiety or unease.
Her eyes were bright and alive as she looked up at Elina, a hint of mischief dancing in their depths.
"What do you want from me?" Charlotte whispered, her voice low and husky with need. "Tell me what to do – I'll make it happen."
Elina felt her own desire growing by the second, but something inside of her held back just enough to keep things between them on an even keel – for now.
She knew that Princess Charlotte was used to getting what she wanted, but Elina didn't want her to think that she could simply buy or command affections.
As they walked deeper into the garden, away from prying eyes and ears, Elina found herself becoming lost in the moment with Charlotte by her side. The princess seemed more relaxed than usual – almost carefree – as if nothing else mattered beyond their current surroundings and each other's company.
Elina found it hard to believe that the powerful and wealthy princess could feel so at ease with her, a mere maid. But there was no denying how comfortably their bodies fit together as they lay side by side in each other's embrace.
Elina closed her eyes and savored the feeling of Charlotte's soft lips pressed against hers once again, running her finger along the delicate contours of Charlotte’s face before tracing down her neck where she felt herself getting lost between the waves of pleasure coursing through them both.
