Chapter 4: Luke’s Lament

Luke let out a sigh as he stepped into his dorm room, the door clicking shut behind him. The tension from their encounter at The Grind still lingered in his chest, a heavy weight that refused to be dismissed. He tossed his coat onto the worn-out armchair in the corner, the one he'd picked up from a thrift store, and rubbed at his temples, his fingers tracing the lines of stress etched into his skin.

He shouldn't have gone to The Grind, shouldn't have confronted Abigail and Tilly, but he couldn't just stand by and do nothing. He'd seen the state Abigail was in, the dark circles under her eyes, the way she'd fidgeted in her seat, the way her breath had hitched when he'd mentioned the spell. He'd seen the panic in her eyes, the fear and the despair, and it had cut him to the core.

He'd wanted to help her, to make things right, but she'd been so defensive, so angry, that he hadn't been able to get through to her. He'd tried to be calm, to be rational, but she'd pushed him away, accused him of not caring, of leaving her to suffer. And in the end, he'd snapped, his own anger and frustration boiling over. He'd said things he regretted, things he wished he could take back.

He sat down at his desk, his hands still trembling with emotion. He knew he should let it go, should move on and forget about Abigail and Tilly and their little prank. After all, maybe they’d finally stop teasing him, tormenting him constantly. He’d hoped once they were out of gen ed courses that they’d leave him alone, put off by the increased effort needed to bother him, but they hadn’t. They were just as determined to bully him as ever. And now they really wanted to turn this whole situation onto him, make it his fault that they’d gotten into their own trouble. As if he’d somehow magically foreseen the consequences of their actions and decided to let them happen anyway.

He pulled out the once stolen spell book, flipping through the pages until he found the one with Lover’s Lament written in his own handwriting. He’d transcribed it from the original Aramaic, translating the ancient language into English. He’d never expected anyone to actually use it, let alone mess up the incantation to the point where it backfired.

The spell was simple, designed to bind two hearts together, regardless of their differences. It was supposed to bridge cultural and familial divides, to make love triumph over adversity. Instead, it had been used by Abigail and Tilly to try and make fun of him, to bring him down a peg, as though he had pegs to go.

He’d looked over the spell already plenty, after all, he’d been on the same department project as Janna, translating and studying it. That’s why he’d even offered the photo of it to Abigail, because he knew that he had classmates who could maybe genuinely help. But as far as he could tell, nothing in the text itself should have had an extreme result. The usual backfire result was a few weeks of uncomfortable dreams, usually centered around the intent of the spell’s use or misuse. Luke was fairly certain that Abigail and Tilly had fundamentally mixed something up, casting a spell that bore no resemblance to Lover’s Lament. The trained speaker knows ancient Aramaic had many elements of double speak and metaphor usage, meaning it wouldn’t take much for someone unfamiliar with the language to speak something completely different from their intended speech. Luke could only assume this is what happened with Abigail and Tilly’s casting.

He felt a little weird about it, but he knew he needed to understand exactly what had happened to Abigail when the spell was cast and she wasn’t going to tell him, so he needed to cast a sort of… voyeur spell in order to observe what was going on with her.

When he cast it, unbeknownst to him, he was standing in the exact part of the room Abigail had been when she cast her spell. Normally, this would have no impact on the average spell, but Abigail’s spell was almost a living thing, something with wants and needs, something that wanted to tie itself to a stronger caster, a caster like Luke.

“Fuck,” Luke mumbled under his breath, feeling the sensation of foreign magic wiggle its way into the spell he was casting. There wasn’t anything he could do about it, he couldn’t cast a defensive spell while casting the voyeur one, so he merely had to let it anchor itself to him.

Immediately after casting, Luke felt sick, he ran to the bathroom and threw up. “Holy shit, Abigail, what the fuck did you cast?” He whispered under his breath. Reaching out to the foreign magic, he spoke to it, “Gosh, you’re a nasty little thing aren’t you? I get why she’s so freaked out now. Can’t say I’d be any less stressed if I had you messing around with me.” The spell almost reacted physically to his words, as though a pet being praised by its master. It was an odd sensation, to be connected to something so foreign and yet so intimate. He didn’t like it one bit. He didn’t like the way it felt, like a worm burrowing under his skin, or the way it made his stomach churn with nausea. But he pressed on, determined to figure out what was going on.

“Show me what you did to her,” he commanded, gritting his teeth as the spell responded, images flashing before his eyes like a slideshow of horrors.

He saw Abigail, her cheeks flushed with an unfamiliar heat, her eyes wide with fear and arousal.

She was alone in her room, her hands roaming over her body, her breath coming in short gasps. He saw her touch herself, her hips bucking as she chased a release that seemed always just out of reach. He saw her cry out, her body convulsing with pleasure, only to have the sensation fade away, leaving her more desperate than before.

Luke felt a wave of nausea wash over him as the spell showed him more, scenes of Abigail in her dorm room, in the classroom, in the library, always alone, always desperate. Then, he saw what happens to her in the bathroom. He saw the desperation in her eyes, and the helplessness in her actions. He saw her struggling to control her own body, her own desires. He saw the fear and the confusion, the tears and the pain. He saw her body, writhing and bucking with pleasure, her breath coming in ragged gasps as she chased an elusive release. He saw her collapse against the wall, her body shaking with sobs as she cried out in frustration and despair.

Luke felt the foreign magic recoil, as if sensing his disgust and revulsion. He knew then what he had to do. He couldn't leave Abigail like this, not even if she deserved it. But he also wasn’t sure how to undo her spell. For now, he needed to keep it under his control, not let it get much worse, as much as he could.

“Hey, buddy, it’s okay. I’m not angry with you. It’s not your fault you do these things, you didn’t cast yourself,” he cooed to the magic, coaxing it back into relaxation. Scared magic was dangerous magic. “I will admit, I find you to be more than a little much, but, again, that’s not your fault.” He said, his voice soft but firm. “But I’m going to need you to listen to me very carefully now, okay?”

The magic seemed to relax, wriggling slightly but not fighting against him. Luke took a deep breath, his hands gripping the edge of the desk tightly. He had no idea what he was doing, but he knew he couldn’t let Abigail suffer like this. He had to do something.

“I need you to show me what you want. What you need. Show me how to undo this.” He said, his voice barely above a whisper. The magic pulsed slightly, as if considering his words.

After a moment, it began to shift, the images in Luke's mind changing from scenes of Abigail's suffering to swirling patterns and symbols. He recognized some of them from the spell book, but others were completely foreign.

"Alright, I see what you're saying," Luke murmured, his eyes tracing the patterns in the air. He reached out, his fingers brushing against the symbols, feeling their textures and shapes. He could sense the magic's eagerness, its desire to be understood, to be controlled.

He took a deep breath, trying to focus his thoughts. "Okay, listen. I need to know how to reverse this.” More symbols, more patterns. “Oh. What do you mean you can’t be undone? You can only be changed, adjusted. Hmm, that does complicate things a bit.” Luke muttered under his breath, his fingers tracing the patterns that hovered in the air. The foreign magic pulsed, as if reassuring him. It’s not all bad news, is it? There’s a way to at least make it better? Luke asked, his voice barely above a whisper. The magic seemed to nod, the patterns shifting and changing, forming a new set of symbols before his eyes.

Luke squinted at them, trying to commit them to memory. They were complex, with intricate lines and curves that seemed to dance and shift before his eyes. He could feel the magic humming with energy, eager to be used, to be controlled.

He knew he had to be careful, to keep his emotions in check, to maintain control over the spell. He didn't want to make things worse for Abigail, didn't want to cause her any more pain or suffering. He took a deep breath, centering himself, focusing on the task at hand.

"Alright, let's do this. Show me how to adjust this spell, make it... make it less painful for her," Luke said, his voice steady and calm. He felt the magic pulse beneath his touch, a sense of satisfaction and eagerness radiating from it.

Luke was a very skilled magic wielder but right now, he was handling completely unfamiliar and therefore unpredictable magic. While he did make the experience less painful for Abigail, it wasn’t quite in the way he’d planned. The magic understood both Luke and Abigail’s desire for discretion so it made it so no one would notice Abigail’s odd behavior and that she’d stop looking so stressed and exhausted. Because she’d stop being quite so stressed and exhausted. The magic, being an intelligent thing, didn’t make Abigail less ashamed, humiliated, or aroused, in fact, it anchored those in. Instead, it made it so Abigail didn’t feel the urgency to get out of this situation, it gave her a sense of resignation, of acceptance, that until a powerful magic user could figure it out, she was stuck like this.

Essentially, the magic acted as Luke had desired but in a manner that ensured its continued survival and comfort, continuing to play with Abigail’s body, now with the added benefit of having a master to show off for. Luke’s cheeks flushed as he realized what he’d done, what he’d unknowingly allowed. He couldn’t believe how foolish he’d been, so eager to help but so ignorant of the risks.

He took a deep breath, trying to calm the panic rising within him. He couldn’t undo what had been done, couldn’t take back the spell that had been cast. But he could try to make things better, could try to help Abigail in a way that didn’t involve magic at all.

He picked up his phone and dialed Tilly’s number. He had it from their freshman orientation week, before she’d decided to spend the next few years being terrible to him. He didn’t want to talk to Abigail right now, not after what he’d just felt and seen. But he could at least tell Tilly what he’d learned. He could at least give her some information, some insight into what was happening to her best friend. He could at least offer her some hope, some guidance on how to make things better.

The phone rang several times before Tilly picked up, her voice groggy and disoriented. “Hello?”

“Hey, Tilly. It’s Luke.”

There was a pause, and Luke could hear the shuffling of blankets and pillows as Tilly sat up in bed. “Luke? What time is it? What do you want?”

Luke glanced at his clock, wincing at the late hour. “It’s almost 2 am, Tilly.

I’m sorry to wake you, but this couldn’t wait,” Luke said, his voice low and urgent.

There was a beat of silence before Tilly replied, her voice thick with sleep. “Luke, I’m not in the mood for your shit right now. Go back to bed and we’ll talk in the morning.”

Luke’s grip on the phone tightened. “Tilly, this is serious. I’ve seen what’s happening to Abigail. I know what’s causing it, and I know how to make it better.”

There was a long pause before Tilly spoke again, her voice tinged with concern.

“What do you mean you know what’s happening to her? What did you do?”

Luke sighed, running a hand through his hair. “This is complicated, Tilly. I don’t want to get into it over the phone. Can you meet me somewhere? We need to talk.”

Another pause, then Tilly said, “Fine. I’ll meet you at the park by the lake. It’s the one near the old mill. Give me half an hour.”

“Thanks, Tilly. I appreciate it,” Luke said, his voice softening.

He ended the call and quickly got dressed, grabbing his jacket on his way out the door.

The night air was crisp, and the campus was eerily quiet, save for the distant hum of the city. Luke jogged down the path, his breath visible in the cool night air. He pulled his jacket tighter around himself, hugging it close for warmth.

The park by the lake was dimly lit, the moon casting long shadows across the grass. Luke spotted Tilly huddled on a bench, her arms wrapped around herself, her breath coming out in puffs of white. As he approached, she looked up, her expression wary.

"You didn't have to come all the way out here, you know," Luke said, sitting down next to her.

"I could have just told you over the phone."

Tilly glanced at him, her eyes narrowing. "I figured if it was important enough to call me at this time of night, it was important enough to warrant a face-to-face conversation. Besides, I didn't want to risk you feeding me some line of bullshit."

Luke nodded, understanding her perspective. "Fair point. And you're right, I couldn't just tell you this over the phone. It's... complicated."

Tilly crossed her arms, her eyes searching his face. "So, what's going on with Abigail?

You said you know what's happening to her, and how to make it better. I need to know everything, Luke. I can’t just sit here and watch her suffer,” Tilly said, her voice a mix of concern and frustration.

Luke took a deep breath, looking out at the moonlit lake before turning back to Tilly. “When you and Abigail tried to cast that spell on me, you guys messed it up. You didn’t incorrectly cast Lover’s Lament, it didn’t backfire. She simply didn’t cast that spell at all.” He sighed deeply, determining how to best explain magical theory. “Basically, whatever she spoke wasn’t Lover’s Lament but was close enough to being magic that the spell sort of… created itself. So unfortunately, there isn’t anything currently written about this spell that could help. It’s brand new, made by you guys.”

Tilly’s eyes widened in disbelief. “What? That’s not possible. How can a spell just… just exist without being written down? That doesn’t make any sense.”

Luke nodded, “I know it sounds insane, but that’s exactly what happened. It’s a rare occurrence, but not unheard of. When someone who doesn’t fully understand the language or the intricacies of the spell tries to cast something, sometimes the magic itself steps in and creates something new. It’s like... like a mutation.”

Tilly’s jaw dropped. “You can’t be serious.

You’re telling me that my stupid little joke turned into some kind of freak accidental spell monster? And Abigail’s the one who has to deal with the consequences?” Tilly’s voice rose in disbelief and anger.

Luke held up a hand to calm her as his body lurched in sudden discomfort, the spell he’d inadvertently bonded with upset at being spoken about in such a way. “Please… don’t do that.” Luke groaned, not in pain but just sheer discomfort at the unfamiliar sensation of wild magic within his body. “It’s kind of… sensitive.” He murmured cryptically.

Tilly's eyes widened even further, but she kept her mouth shut this time. Luke took a deep breath and continued, "I'm sorry, Tilly. I didn't mean to frighten you. I need you to understand how serious this is. This spell is... alive, in a sense. And it's feeding off of Abigail's emotions, her desires."

Tilly's face paled, her hands clutching at her stomach. "Oh god, Luke. What do we do? How do we stop it?"

Luke sighed, running a hand through his hair again. "I don't know, Tilly. I did something with it, something to tame it a bit but now it’s anchored to me instead. Which sounds weird, I know, but it means it isn’t feeding off of Abigail directly.” Luke attempted to reassure Tilly, attempting to ease her fear. “I mean it’s still not great, it’s still affecting Abigail, but at least it’s not getting worse.”

Tilly’s eyes were wide with fear and confusion. “Okay, Luke. I get that it’s not getting worse, but there’s a way to make it better right? To fix this.”

Luke nodded, his gaze focusing on the lake, gently lapping against the shore. “I don’t know how to undo it, Tilly. I wish I did. But I was able to ease the strain by tying it to me. She won’t be so stressed or exhausted, nor will she feel so anxious to get it undone, given that I don’t yet know how to do that.” He explained. “But I also gave her some protections. People won’t be weird to her about it, won’t discover her secret unless she deliberately tells them.” Luke’s eyes met Tilly’s, his expression somber. “But she will still feel those emotions, still have those desires. The spell will just be more... discreet.”

Tilly's shoulders slumped in defeat. "But that's not good enough, Luke. She can't just... live like this. She's my friend. I can't just sit back and watch her suffer."

Luke nodded, understanding her concern. "I know, Tilly. That's why I'm here. I need your help to make this right."

Tilly looked up at him, her eyes searching his face.

"What do you mean, you need my help?"

"I need someone to watch over her, keep her safe," Luke explained. "And I need someone to help me research. This spell... it's not something I can just undo on my own. It's going to take time, and a lot of it."

Tilly bit her lip, her eyes filled with determination. "I'll do it. I'll help you. I can't just sit back and do nothing, not after what we did."

Luke nodded, a sense of relief washing over him. "Thank you, Tilly. And just so you know, I won’t tell Abigail how you really feel about her. The spell told me, since you were there with her when she cast it, but I didn’t let it involve you like that.” Luke murmured, revealing to Tilly that he knew she wished she and Abigail could be more than best friends, that that was why she’d been quite so upset by the disruption to her friend’s life. Tilly’s face flushed with mortification, her cheeks turning a bright shade of crimson, as she realized how much the magic had divulged.

“Damn it, Luke, I can’t believe you know that. You can’t tell her, she’ll never talk to me again,” Tilly blurted out, her voice laced with panic.

Luke held up his hands in a placating gesture, “Hey, don’t worry. I won’t say anything. I just wanted you to know that I understand. And I need you to understand that I’m not doing this to punish Abigail. If I could undo the spell right now, I would. But it’s just going to take a while. And I didn’t want you to be weirded out or worried when tomorrow, you find Abigail isn’t nearly so anxious to fix the situation and immediately undo it. She’ll be weirded out by that too, but I felt weird telling her directly.” Tilly let out a sigh of relief, her shoulders slumping as she resituated herself on the bench. “Thank you, Luke. I… I appreciate it. I’m sorry for how we treated you. I never meant for any of this to happen.”

Luke nodded, understanding her sentiment. “I know, Tilly. And don’t worry, I won’t hold it against you. We’re in this together now, and we’re going to fix this. For Abigail.”

Tilly nodded, her determination renewed. “So, what do we do now?”

Luke took a deep breath, his gaze returning to the lake. “Well, I keep researching and working with the spell, you keep Abigail calm, and she keeps… doing what the spell is having her do.” He shrugged lightly. “I’ll admit, I’m a little nervous about being connected to the magic once Abigail wakes up. It told me it would show me what it’s done to her, to clarify it to me. If you want…” he cleared his throat. “I can have it show you as well. I- I mean, just so you have a clear idea of what you’re working with.” Luke quickly mumbled, realizing midway through that he was essentially asking Tilly to watch live porn of her best friend and crush and his long term bully. He winced at the awkwardness of it all. “Sorry, Tilly, that came out wrong. I just mean, maybe if you saw what the spell is doing, it might give you a better idea of how to help. We still need to be careful with it though, that's why I was hesitant,” Luke trailed off, not sure how to phrase his meaning correctly without sounding even more pervy than he already had.

Tilly’s eyes widened, her jaw dropping. “Luke, are you kidding? You want me to watch... Abigail? Like, like I don’t know, like some freaky voyeur?

No way!” Tilly exclaimed, her eyes wide with disbelief and shock.

Luke flushed, looking away from her. “I’m sorry, that came out... really inappropriate,” he muttered. “I just meant, with the spell anchored to me, I can see what it’s doing. I thought maybe that could help you understand what she’s going through. So you could... help her better.”

Tilly stared at him for a long moment, her expression unreadable. Finally, she said, “That’s... that’s seriously messed up, Luke. I don’t think I can even look at you right now.” Tilly stood up abruptly, her breath coming in short gasps.

Luke quickly stood as well, his hands held out in a placating gesture. “Tilly, I’m sorry, I didn’t mean it like that. I was trying to help, I swear.”

Tilly scoffed, wrapping her arms around herself for warmth. She rolled her eyes before she actually looked at how sincere Luke’s expression was. He really didn’t mean to be quite so pervy, that he really did want to help. “Fine. I believe you. I can see your reasoning and, well, it makes sense. I think you’re right and I need to see what’s going on.” She said firmly, trying not to betray the arousal she felt at the idea of watching her hot best friend, the girl she was crushing on, turn into some out of control sex deviant. “But please, don’t make this weird. I know you mean well, but it feels… fucked up. I don’t want to violate her privacy like this.”

Luke nodded, understanding her sentiment. “I get it, Tilly. It’s not a fun situation, nor is it something I’m enjoying. I’m just trying to find a way to help her, to fix this. And the more I know, the better equipped I am to do that.” He reassured her, trying to make her see his intentions were pure.

Tilly took a deep breath, trying to calm her nerves. “Okay, fine. But do this quickly.

I don’t want to linger on this any longer than necessary."

Luke nodded, understanding her discomfort. "Okay. Let's do this."

He reached out, his fingers brushing against Tilly's, his magic wrapping around their joined hands. He focused on the spell, on the images it had shown him, and willed it to share those visions with Tilly.

Tilly gasped, her eyes widening as the images flooded her mind. She saw Abigail, her cheeks flushed with an unfamiliar heat, her eyes wild with a mixture of fear and desire. They were actually watching Abigail live, exactly as she was right now, in the middle of the night.

Abigail wandered to the bathroom, locking it behind her, steeling herself for what was about to happen. She didn’t know why, but she felt less stressed about it, a sense of acceptance she couldn’t fathom the day before. She stripped off her pajamas, finding she preferred that touch of control over the situation by folding her clothes off to the side.

She took a breath of preparation and approached the toilet. She sat down, her body tensing as she knew what was to come.

As she had done countless times the past few days, Abigail let her fingers trail down her thighs, her eyes fluttering closed as she began to touch herself. Softly at first, her hands shaking with the hesitancy of the unknown, but as the familiar feelings began to overtake her, she grew bolder, more confident in her movements.

Tilly watched in stunned silence, her eyes glued to the images Luke was showing her. She couldn’t believe what she was seeing, couldn’t believe that her best friend was doing this, that she was watching her friend like this.

It felt so wrong, so invasive, but at the same time, she couldn’t look away. She saw Abigail’s breath quicken, saw her hips buck against her own touch, saw her back arch as she chased a pleasure that seemed always just out of reach.

Tilly felt her own breath hitch in her chest, her heart pounding like a drum in her ears. She felt a warmth spread through her, a heat that made her squirm in her seat.

After Abigail edged herself once, she relieved her bladder, knowing she was about to clean the toilet with her tongue, edging herself once more. Tilly watched in stunned silence as Abigail shuddered with pleasure, her whole body convulsing as a wave of ecstasy washed over her.

Luke felt Tilly's rising arousal through their connection. He knew Tilly was tempted by what she'd seen, he hadn’t intended for this to be about lust, for either of them, but the spell seemed more than happy with this outcome.

Abigail moaned into her hand as she peed, shoving the fingers that had just been in her pussy into her mouth. She tasted herself and it was intoxicating, making her moan again, her hips bucking as if someone was fucking her deep and hard. Tilly watched, her own body responding, her panties dampening as she watched Abigail bend down to the ground and clean the toilet with her tongue. She was mesmerized by the sight, by the sounds Abigail was making, by the way her body moved and contorted. Tilly felt a twist of jealousy in her stomach, a longing to be the one making Abigail look like that.

Abigail was determined to get every single nook and cranny of the toilet, to get every taste of the flavor she’d come to crave, to be addicted to. Once she was confident she’d cleaned the whole thing with her tongue, she alternated between each hand in her legs, getting the excess urine and pussy juice, slurping and licking each hand as she swapped them. The flavor of her pussy mixed with her urine was so intoxicating, so addictive. It drove her mad with desire, but also made her feel so good. Tilly watched in stunned silence, her body humming with arousal as she watched Abigail pleasure herself in ways she’d never imagined.

Luke could feel Tilly’s arousal through their connection, could feel the way her body responded to Abigail’s actions. He could feel his own body responding as well, his cock growing hard against his will. He took a deep breath, trying to keep control of himself, trying to keep his emotions in check.

Luke was worried about letting the spell feed off of him, tying him any further to the spell, anchoring it to not just him but his arousal. But it needed something, so somewhat selfishly, he tapped into Tilly’s arousal, drawing it out further as she watched Abigail.

The magic pulsed in satisfaction, feeling the feedback loop of pleasure and desire being cycled between the three of them. He had to be careful here, this spell was live and hungry. It wanted to wrap itself around them, to pull them in and keep them there.

Tilly shivered, her body responding to the mixture of pleasure and fear that coursed through her. She felt Abigail's desire, her own desire, and something else, something alien and hungry. It was frightening and exhilarating all at once. She felt Luke’s presence, his longing, his worry. She knew he was trying to help, trying to find a way to make this right. But this was so fucking hot. Watching the high and mighty Queen Bee Abigail lick her pussy juice and piss off her own hand, seeing her slobber all over and worship a communal toilet with her tongue, it was absolutely filthy but none of the three of them could deny that it wasn’t also incredibly arousing. Tilly’s panties were soaked by the time the spell showed them Abigail finally satisfied, her body collapsing in exhaustion against the bathroom wall.

Luke, feeling both the arousal of the two girls and his own, was flushed and hard, his breath ragged. Tilly was glazed over with sweat and had an exquisite, pained look on her face. He could see it all over her, the mix of desire and disgust and jealousy, hot, primal, imperfect emotions that were as intoxicating as they were terrifying.

He knew he should break the connection, knew he should pull away before things went any further, but he couldn't bring himself to do it. Not yet. He needed her to understand, needed her to see what they were up against.

Tilly's breath was coming in short gasps now, her body trembling with unfulfilled desire. She looked up at Luke, her eyes filled with a wild, desperate hunger. "Luke... I need... I need you to... to help me."

Luke hesitated, his heart pounding in his chest. He knew what she was asking, what she needed. It was the last thing he wanted to do, the last thing he should do.

But he could see the desperation in her eyes, could feel the arousal pulsing through their connection. He knew she was asking for release, for satisfaction, and he knew he could give it to her.

But he also knew the risks. He knew the spell was still alive, still hungry, still feeding off of their desires. He knew that if he gave in to Tilly’s request, he could be tying himself even further to the spell, could be anchoring it even more firmly to his arousal.

He took a deep breath, trying to clear his mind, trying to think rationally.

He knew he couldn’t let the spell control him, couldn’t let it use him to fulfill its own desires. But he also knew that Tilly needed release, that she was in pain, that she was desperate.

“Tilly,” he said, his voice soft but firm. “I can’t. Not like this. Not with the spell feeding off of us. We need to be careful, we need to be smart. We can’t just indulge in our desires, not with the spell still active.”

Tilly’s eyes widened, her breath hitching as she realized the truth of his words. She had been so caught up in the moment, so lost in the pleasure, the heat and the hunger, she hadn’t considered that. Unfortunately, while Luke was experienced enough to resist such urges and Abigail had significant incentive to try resisting her desires, Tilly had no such defenses, immediately shoving her hand down her tight skirt and leggings, right inside her panties, in order to get off, even though she understood what the consequences might be. Luke made a move to stop her, but the spell was faster, surging through Tilly as it fed on her arousal. She moaned, her head falling back as her body convulsed with pleasure. Luke could feel the spell’s satisfaction, its hunger, and he knew he had to end this now, before things went from bad to worse.

“Tilly, stop!” Luke shouted, his voice barely audible over Tilly’s cries of ecstasy. He grabbed her wrists, trying to pull her hands away from her body, but she was too lost in the moment, too consumed by the spell’s influence.

He could feel the magic pulsing, eager and hungry, feeding off of Tilly’s pleasure.

“Tilly, you need to stop,” Luke pleaded, his voice barely above a whisper. “You’re making it worse.”

Tilly’s eyes fluttered open, her gaze meeting Luke’s. For a moment, she seemed to understand, to see the danger she was in. But then, with a moan, she pressed her hand harder against herself, her body arching as she chased her release.

Luke gritted his teeth, his grip on her wrists tightening.

He could feel the magic pulsing, growing stronger with each surge of pleasure that coursed through Tilly. He knew he had to act quickly, had to stop this before it was too late.

He reached out with his other hand, his fingers tracing the faint patterns of the spell that still lingered in the air. He forced himself to focus, to push past the arousal and the desire and the fear, to tap into the raw power of the magic itself.

“Tilly, please,” he begged, his voice ragged with desperation. “You have to fight it. You have to resist. Just like Abigail.

Tilly was lost in the spell's grasp, her body convulsing with pleasure as her mind was consumed by desire. Luke's heart pounded in his chest as he struggled to maintain control, to keep the spell from consuming them both.

He focused on the spell, on the patterns and symbols that danced before his eyes. He could feel the magic's pulse, its hunger, and he knew he had to use that to his advantage. He had to fight fire with fire, magic with magic.

He reached out, his fingers tracing the patterns in the air, his voice low and steady as he whispered the incantation. The spell had Tilly now, whether he liked it or not. His only option now was to not just be the spell’s anchor, but to be its master, to take claim over its influence. He'd been so caught up in his own fear and desire, he hadn't even considered the option of trying to take control. He’d simply been trying to keep the spell at bay, but now he knew he needed to be more forceful with it.

Tilly's moans grew louder, her body convulsing as the spell intensified its hold on her. Luke felt a surge of protectiveness, a fierce determination to save her from this fate. He tightened his grip on her wrists, his eyes scanning the patterns in the air as he sought the right combination to wrest control from the spell.

“Yield,” he commanded, his voice firm and authoritative.

The magic pulsed, pushing against his control, but he held fast, refusing to let go. “I am your master now. You will obey me.”

The spell seemed to pause, as if considering his words. Then, with a sudden shift, it acquiesced, its influence over Tilly waning slightly.

Luke took a deep breath, his heart pounding in his chest. He knew he had to act quickly, before the spell could regain its strength.

“Tilly, listen to me,” he said, his voice gentle but insistent. “You need to step away from the pleasure, don’t just chase the release, cum and then be free of it. Cum and release the spell.” Luke’s grip on her wrists loosened, allowing her to take control of her own body. He could see the struggle in Tilly's eyes, the war between her desire and her understanding of the danger she was in. He reached out with his other hand, gently cupping her cheek, his thumb brushing away a stray tear. “You can do this, Tilly. I believe in you.”

Tilly took a deep breath, her eyes fluttering closed as she focused on controlling her body. She was panting hard, her breath coming in short gasps as she fought against the spell’s influence. With a whimpering moan, she came, her mind dwelling on the images of Abigail’s humiliation. Her body shuddered and convulsed, and the spell seemed to almost sigh in satisfaction as she released her pent-up energy, disconnecting from her for the moment. Tilly’s eyes fluttered open, her chest heaving as she gasped for breath. She was drenched in sweat, her whole body trembling. She looked up at Luke, her eyes filled with a mix of relief and shame.

“Well done, Tilly,” Luke said softly, his voice filled with pride and concern. “You were incredibly brave. I’m sorry you had to go through that.”

Tilly shook her head, her cheeks flushing with embarrassment.

"I can't believe I let myself go like that. What must you think of me, Luke?"

Luke smiled softly, his thumb brushing away a tear that had escaped from her eye. "I think you're definitely a major pervert now.” He joked quietly. “But we’re both stuck with this spell now. Abigail is impacted by it, we both charge it, and I’m anchored to it, owning it. Until I figure out an alternative, we’re going to have to be like this.” He murmured, trying to sound serious but unable to hide the lust in his tone.

Tilly flushed red, her chest heaving as she tried to catch her breath. “You can’t just say things like that, Luke. Not after what just happened.”

“You think I don’t get it, Tilly? You’re not the only one who has to deal with controlling themselves now.” He blushed, hoping she wouldn’t glance down to see his rock hard bulge. She’d gotten her release but he hadn’t. “We're all in this together, and just like Abigail isn’t likely to stop slobbering on toilets anytime soon, we aren’t going to be able to… to not find it fucking hot watching her like that.” Luke groaned out softly. “It’s like I said, we’re stuck with this.” Luke sat back on the bench, his heart still pounding in his chest as he tried to regain control over his own desires. He couldn’t believe what had just happened, couldn’t believe that he had let things go that far. But he knew that he had to keep moving forward, had to keep trying to find a way to fix this mess.

Tilly shivered, her body still trembling slightly as she tried to process what had just happened. “I can’t believe you just made me do that. I can’t believe I let you. God, I feel so dirty.” She wrapped her arms around herself, her eyes downcast as she avoided Luke’s gaze.

Luke chuckled under his breath despite himself. “Ahem, um, sorry. I don’t mean to downplay your feelings on this but I can tell you’re… playing up that guilt a little bit. You might not like it but you really *like* it.” Luke murmured, lightly teasing. He couldn’t help but notice the way Tilly’s cheeks darkened, her eyes flashing with a mix of embarrassment and annoyance.

“I can’t believe you,” she muttered, but her voice lacked any real heat, and her gaze flicked back up to meet his. “What are we going to do now, Luke? We can’t just leave Abigail like this. And I can’t… I can’t just pretend like I wasn’t just turned on by watching her. I feel like I’m betraying her.”

Luke sighed, running a hand through his hair. I wish I had all the answers.

I'm just a guy who got caught up in something way over his head," Luke admitted, his voice laced with frustration. "But here's what I know: this spell is unique, and it's powerful. It feeds off of desire, off of the darker urges we all have. And it's not going to go away overnight. We're going to have to be smart, we're going to have to be careful, and we're going to have to work together if we want to figure this out."

Tilly stared at him, her expression serious. "You're right. I know you are. I just...

I don't know how to do this, Luke. I'm not like you. I don't know anything about magic or spells or any of this stuff. I'm just a sorority girl, not some... some magical genius." Tilly said, her voice filled with frustration and uncertainty.

Luke sighed, reaching out to pat her on the shoulder. "You don't have to be a magical genius, Tilly. Really, I don’t need you to know anything about magic whatsoever." He assured her, trying to ease her nerves. “I just need you to help keep Abigail and I sane. You’re tied into the spell but I’m the anchor of it, I’ll need someone on my side sometimes.” Luke explained. “When I’m researching, when I’m dealing with the spell directly, you’ll need to be with Abigail, making sure she doesn’t do anything too crazy or stupid.”

Tilly scoffed, crossing her arms and looking away. “Why would I do that? Why would I help you? After what you just did? After what you made me do?”

Luke winced, knowing he deserved that, but not wanting to make things worse. “Tilly, you’re right, I’m sorry I let things go that far. But the spell, it feeds off of that kind of thing.

It feeds off of the darker urges, the shame, the guilt, the desire for control and power. I'm sorry, Tilly, but we're in this together now. We have to help each other, or else... or else things are going to get a lot worse for all of us."

Tilly looked at him, her expression softening slightly. She knew he was right, knew that they were in this together whether they liked it or not. She sighed, uncrossing her arms and looking back at him. "Fine. I'll help. But only because I want to help Abigail. And because... because I know you're right. We need to work together if we're going to figure this out," Tilly said, her voice filled with resignation. She looked down at her hands, wringing them together in her lap.

Content with her response and understanding, Luke stood up briskly, trying to ignore that his pants still felt absurdly tight in the crotch. “Well then, that’s it for the night. I- I’ll let you know as I know more. Be careful, Tilly. You and Abigail both.” He said quickly, aware of their situation’s awkwardness, and moved to leave. Tilly watched Luke walk away, her mind a whirlwind of thoughts and emotions. She couldn’t believe what had just happened, couldn’t believe that she had let Luke use her like that. But she also knew that it was necessary, that they needed to understand what they were up against.

She took a deep breath, trying to calm her racing thoughts. She knew what she had to do, knew what her first step should be.

She pulled out her phone and dialed Abigail’s number.

“Tilly?” Abigail’s voice was groggy as she picked up the phone, the sound of her breath coming in soft gasps.

“Tilly? Why are you calling me so late?”

Tilly took a deep breath, trying to gather her thoughts. “Hey, Abs. I’m sorry to wake you up, but I need to talk to you. It’s important.”

There was a pause on the other end of the line, and Tilly could hear Abigail yawning. What’s going on? Is everything alright?”

Tilly bit her lip, trying to find the right words to say. “I’m not sure how to explain this, Abs. But something happened tonight.

Something... weird." Tilly tried to keep her voice calm, not wanting to alarm Abigail, but also knowing that she needed to tell her the truth.

There was another pause, and then Abigail’s voice was filled with confusion. “Weird? Like... what do you mean, Tilly? Did something happen with the spell?”

Tilly’s heart pounded in her chest as she remembered the images Luke had shown her. She took a deep breath, trying to steady herself. “Yes. Something happened with the spell. It... it’s connected to Luke now, Abs.

He’s the anchor for it now, so it’s not feeding off of you as intensely. That’s why you don’t feel as driven to... to undo it as what you were feeling before.” Tilly explained, careful to keep her tone gentle and soothing.

There was a silent pause on the other end of the line before Abigail spoke again, her voice a mixture of relief and confusion. “The magic is connected to… Luke? Why would he do that? And why do you know about it, Tills?”

Tilly winced at the hurt in Abigail’s voice, the disbelief and betrayal. She wished she could take it all back, could undo the spell and make everything right again.

But she knew that wasn’t possible. She knew she had to face the consequences of her actions, had to accept the new reality she had helped to create.

“I’m sorry, Abs,” Tilly said, her voice filled with genuine regret. “I didn’t mean for any of this to happen. I swear. But Luke, he’s the one who tamed the spell, made it so it’s not as intense now. He’s the one who’s helping to fix this.”

There was a long pause on the other end of the line, and Tilly could almost hear the wheels turning in Abigail’s mind.

Finally, Abigail spoke, her voice barely above a whisper. “Luke... helped? Why?”

Tilly hesitated, not sure how much to reveal. “He... he cares about you, Abs. He wants to help. He told me what he did, how he made things better. And... and he needs my help too. He needs me to help keep you safe, to make sure you don’t do anything... regrettable.”

There was another long pause before Abigail finally responded. “I see. Well, I guess I owe him a thank you, then.” There was a hint of bitterness in her voice, but also a hint of gratitude. “Is that why he told you? Because he didn’t want me to do anything ‘regrettable’ or something?” Abigail’s dislike for Luke was evident in her tone, and Tilly couldn’t blame her. Not after what had happened, what she’d had to witness.

“No, not just that.” Tilly hesitated, trying to find the right words. “He also showed me what the spell is doing to you, Abs. He showed me how it’s affecting you, how it’s changing you.”

Silence greeted her words, a heavy pause that seemed to stretch on forever. Tilly could practically hear Abigail’s mind racing, and she felt a pang of guilt for putting her best friend through this.

“You saw it? You saw what I was doing?” Abigail finally asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

Tilly swallowed hard, knowing there was no easy way to break the news. Luke showed me. He needed me to understand what we’re up against, what the spell is doing to you. And… and I’m sorry, Abs. I really am,” she said, her voice catching with emotion.

Abigail was silent for a moment, and Tilly could almost feel the weight of her friend’s thoughts. “So, what now?” Abigail finally asked, her voice devoid of emotion.

She knew Tilly wouldn’t lie to her, but the thought of her best friend seeing her that way, seeing her at her most intimate and vulnerable, was mortifying.

Tilly hesitated, unsure of how to answer. “I don’t know, Abs,” she admitted. “I just know that Luke is trying to help. He wants to find a way to break the spell, to make everything right again. But until he can figure out how to do that, we need to keep you safe. And... and we need to keep the other girls from finding out about this. They can’t know what’s happening to you. He told me people will stop paying attention to things related to the spell, strange noises, long trips to the bathroom, stuff like that.” Tilly said, giving Abigail as much information as she could without making the situation seem any worse than it already was.

There was a long pause before Abigail spoke, her voice a little shaky. “I don’t want anyone to know, Tilly. I don’t want anyone to see me like this. I wish I could just… make it all go away.”

Tilly felt her heart break for her friend. She wished more than anything she could make everything better, but she knew that wasn’t possible. At least, not yet.

“I know, Abs. I wish that too. But for now, we just have to deal with it, okay?

You and me, together. And I guess, Luke now, too. We’ll figure this out. We have to.” Tilly’s voice was firm, determined. She wasn’t going to let her best friend down, no matter what.

Abigail sighed, her voice coming out in a soft whisper. “Okay, Tilly. I trust you. If you say Luke is trying to help, then I believe you.”

A few seconds of silence passed between them before Abigail broke it. “Thank you, Tilly. For being here for me. For everything.”

Tilly felt her eyes well up with tears. “Of course, Abs.

That’s what best friends are for, right?” Tilly replied, her voice thick with unshed tears. “You don’t have to thank me. I’d do anything for you.”

Abigail snorted softly. “I know you would. You’re a pain in the ass, but you’ve always got my back.”

Tilly let out a watery laugh, grateful for the change in subject. “You’re not so bad yourself, Abs. Now, get some sleep. You’re going to need it. We’ll figure this out, I promise.”

“Okay, Tilly.

Goodnight, Abigail,” Tilly’s voice was soft, filled with unspoken promises and empathy.

“Goodnight, Tilly,” Abigail replied, her breath already beginning to slow as she gave in to the tiredness that had been plaguing her since the spell had taken hold.

Tilly hung up the phone, her eyes closed as she leaned back against the bench. She was exhausted, both physically and emotionally, but she knew she wasn’t going to be able to sleep anytime soon. She sighed, her mind racing with the events of the night. She couldn’t believe what had happened, couldn’t believe the position she found herself in.

She was a sorority girl, not a magical problem solver. She wasn’t meant for this kind of life. But here she was, tangled up in a mess of her own making, trying to save her best friend from a spell that was making her do things she’d never have imagined.

Tilly shivered, pulling her coat tighter around herself as she headed home, back to the sorority house. There, and in Luke’s dorm, the other two members of the magically linked trio were pleasuring themselves. Luke, to the power he didn’t want to admit he had over Abigail, and now Tilly, too, to the intimate scene of Abigail he’d watched, all the moments of her burning arousal. Abigail on the other hand, was absolutely mortified that Tilly had seen her in the bathroom. This one had been particularly obscene, driven by the new sense of acceptance and privacy that came with Luke’s changes to the spell. She pictured the horror on Tilly’s face, the disgust in her voice, and maybe, if she was lucky, a smidge of burning desire too. She’d been so lost in the moment, so overwhelmed by the magic, that the thought of anyone watching had barely crossed her mind. Now, it was all she could think about.

Abigail’s body throbbed with a mix of humiliation and arousal as she hurried back to her dorm room. She knew she shouldn’t have done it, shouldn’t have given in to the magic like that. But it felt so good, so right, in a twisted kind of way. She shuddered at the thought of Tilly watching her, but she also felt a strange thrill, a dark excitement that she couldn’t quite shake.

She knew it was wrong, knew that she should be disgusted by her own actions, but she couldn’t deny the pleasure that coursed through her body, the heat that made her skin flush with anticipation.

Abigail pushed open the door to her room, her breath coming in short gasps. She could feel the magic pulsing within her, could feel the dark desires it stirred to life. She wanted to resist, to fight against the spell, but she also knew that it was a losing battle. She was drawn to the power, to the forbidden thrill of it all.

She knew she should be disgusted, should be ashamed of her actions, but all she felt was a pulsing need, a hunger that demanded to be sated. She was a slave to the magic, to the dark desires it had awakened within her. She didn't know how to fight it, didn't know how to resist.

Abigail locked her door behind her, her heart pounding in her chest as she made her way to her bedroom. She could feel the magic's influence, its insistent whispering in the back of her mind, urging her to give in, to surrender to its dark will. She hadn’t gotten to cum since the start of the spell, always being interrupted or under the influence of the spell. But she knew she could now, she felt how close she was, how humiliated and aroused she felt. She laid down on the bed and pulled out her vibrator immediately. She knew exactly what she needed, exactly what her body was craving. She turned it on to its highest setting, the buzzing filling the room as she slipped it inside her already eager and soaked pussy. She moaned softly, her body arching off the bed as waves of pleasure crashed over her. She could picture Tilly watching, could almost feel her eyes on her body, could imagine the disgust and the desire in her friend's gaze. The thought sent shivers down her spine, a mix of humiliation and arousal that made her stomach clench.

She pictured Tilly, her eyes widening as she watched Abigail pleasure herself.

She could see the outrage, the disgust, but she could also see the heat in Tilly's gaze, the way her breath quickened as she took in the sight of Abigail's body writhing in ecstasy.

The vibrator hummed against her sensitive flesh, sending shockwaves of pleasure through Abigail's body. She could feel the magic, its dark tendrils wrapping around her, whispering in her ear, urging her on. She wanted to resist, to push it away, but the pleasure was too great, too consuming. She was a slave to the sensation, to the heat that coursed through her veins.

She knew she shouldn't be doing this, knew that she should be fighting against the magic, against the desires it stirred within her. But it felt too good, too right, to resist.

Abigail’s body tensed, her breath coming in short, sharp gasps as she chased her release. She pictured Tilly, her best friend, her enemy, her... observer. The thought of Tilly watching her, of Tilly seeing her like this, sent a shock of pleasure through her body. She moaned, her hips bucking against the vibrator as she sought her release.

The pleasure built within her, a fire that burned hotter and hotter, threatening to consume her entirely. She could see Tilly in her mind's eye, her best friend's eyes wide with shock and arousal as she took in the sight of Abigail's debauchery.

Abigail imagined Tilly's hand slipping between her legs, mimicking her own movements as she watched. The thought of Tilly pleasuring herself while watching Abigail sent a jolt of pleasure through her, and Abigail moaned loudly, her body convulsing as she came.

The vibrator still hummed against her sensitive flesh, but Abigail barely noticed. She was lost in the pleasure, lost in the darkness of the magic.

As the waves of ecstasy passed, Abigail lay panting on her bed, her body drenched in sweat. She felt a deep sense of shame and humiliation wash over her, but also a twisted sense of satisfaction. She had given in to the magic, had allowed it to control her, but she had also experienced a pleasure unlike anything she had ever known.

She turned off the vibrator and set it aside, her body still trembling with the aftershocks of her orgasm.

She felt a mix of shame and relief, knowing that she had given in to the spell but also that she had finally found release. She couldn't believe she had done that, couldn't believe that she had allowed herself to be so consumed by the magic. But she also knew that she couldn't deny the pleasure that it had brought her, the dark thrill that had coursed through her veins.

She lay there for a moment, her breath slowly returning to normal as she tried to process what had just happened. She knew that she should feel disgusted with herself, should hate herself for giving in to the spell.

But she couldn’t shake the lingering pleasure, the dark satisfaction that clung to her like a second skin. She sighed, her eyes fluttering closed as she tried to sort through her tangled emotions.

Across campus, Luke was seeking his own release, stroking his hard cock. He had been drawn to the power he held over Abigail, forcing her to cum, to obey. He had never experienced anything like it, the raw, primal control, the way she had succumbed to his will. It was intoxicating, addictive, and terrifying. It was wrong. He knew it was wrong, knew he shouldn't want it, shouldn't crave it, but he did. He couldn't deny the thrill that coursed through him, the dark excitement that made his body hum with anticipation.

His hand moved faster, his breath coming in short gasps as he chased his own release.

He could see Abigail in his mind's eye, her body writhing in pleasure, her eyes glazed over with a mix of humiliation and desire. He knew he shouldn't want this, shouldn't crave the control he held over her, but he did.

He remembered the way she had succumbed to his will, the way she had given herself over to the magic. It was a heady feeling, one that he couldn't quite shake.

He felt a pang of guilt, knowing that he was taking advantage of Abigail's weakness, her surrender to the spell. But there was a part of him that reveled in the power, that craved it like a drug.

He groaned, his body tensing as his orgasm approached. He could see Abigail in his mind, her body convulsing, her mouth parted in a silent scream of ecstasy. It was the final push he needed, and he came with a shuddering moan, his body trembling with the force of his release.

He lay there for a moment, his heart pounding in his chest as he tried to catch his breath.

He felt a deep sense of shame and guilt wash over him, but also a lingering sense of satisfaction and pride in his ability to control Abigail and the situation. He knew what he was doing was wrong, but he also knew that he couldn’t help himself. The power was addictive, and he was hooked. Especially not now that he could have Tilly under his control as well. He had watched her watching Abigail with a mix of disgust and arousal, and it had turned him on like nothing else. He knew it was wrong, knew he shouldn't be enjoying this, but he couldn't help himself. He was drawn to the power, to the dark thrill of it all. He couldn't deny the excitement that coursed through him, the heat that made his skin flush with anticipation.

He quickly cleaned himself up, trying to push away the lingering thoughts of control and power. He needed to focus, needed to figure out a way to break this spell before it consumed all of them.
