Write a long first person story with a slow build up about Ben. Ben is a good looking guy in his late 20s, works out often. He gets a minor squat injury and goes to a physio, Stu. Stu is also in his late 20s, and although slightly less muscular than Ben clearly works out. As Stu gradually pushes things further over their sessions, Ben starts pondering what it would be like to see Stu's prominent bulge free.

Chapter 3: Professional Boundaries

The three days between appointments passed in a blur of distracted coding and obsessive replay. My body felt different—looser, yes, the knife in my glute dulled to a vague thumbs-up—but my mind was a scrambled mess. Your body is responding well. I heard it on a loop, dissecting it over coffee, in the shower, during dead reps at the gym that I shouldn’t have been doing. Was it a wink? A clinical fact? My reflection in the clinic’s glass door offered no answers, just a guy in gray sweatpants and a tight tee, looking like he was walking to a verdict.

“Ben.” His voice again, that deep calm anchor in the sterile sea of the waiting room. He was in the same doorway, a silhouette against the soft light of the room. Today his t-shirt was heather gray, his athletic pants a dark navy that hugged his powerful thighs. A simple silver chain glinted at the base of his throat. “Right on time.”

I followed him in. The lemongrass and antiseptic smell was sharper today, or maybe my senses were just hyper-alert. The door clicked shut behind us, sealing us in the quiet.

“So,” he said, turning to face me, leaning back against the cabinet with his arms crossed. A casual pose. “How’s the feedback after our last deep dive? Any residual soreness?”

“A little. The good kind, though. The actual pain is maybe… eighty percent better?”

“Good. That’s what we want.” He uncrossed his arms and picked up his tablet, scrolling. “We made a big breakthrough on that medius. Today, I want to consolidate that, work on the surrounding stabilizers. It’s going to require some even more targeted pressure.” He looked up from the screen, his eyes meeting mine directly. They were a warm, clear hazel. “The fabric of your shorts, even loose ones, creates a drag. It interferes with my ability to isolate the finer layers of muscle.”

I just nodded, my throat dry.

“For today’s session,” he continued, his tone still utterly professional, “I’d recommend you remove your underwear. The towel draping will be completely sufficient for modesty, and it’ll allow me to work without that barrier. It’s a standard practice for this level of myofascial release.”

Standard practice. The words echoed. Logical. Clinical. Of course it was. My heart hammered against my ribs. “Okay,” I heard myself say. “Sure.”

“Great. I’ll step out for two minutes. Get situated face-down on the table, towel over your hips. Take your time.”

He gave a small, reassuring smile and slipped out, closing the door softly behind him. The silence in the room was immense. I stared at the closed door, then at the folded towel on the table. My hands felt clumsy as I pulled my sweatpants and underwear down in one hurried motion, kicking them off into a pile on the floor. The air was cool on my bare skin. I quickly lay prone on the table, yanking the towel up over my ass and lower back, tucking it securely around my hips. I folded my arms under my head, my face burning into the vinyl.

The door opened and closed. His soft-soled shoes made no sound on the tile. I heard the squirt of lotion, the familiar rub of his hands. The bed dipped near my hip.

“Alright, let’s see how those stabilizers are behaving,” he said. His hands landed on my bare lower back, just above the towel line. The touch was electric, a direct line of warmth. There was no fabric buffer now, just his skin, the lotion, and mine. He began working in slow, broad circles, warming the area. His thumbs pressed into the dimples at the base of my spine, and I couldn’t suppress a shiver.

“Relax, Ben.” His voice was a low murmur. “Just breathe.”

He worked downward, his palms smoothing over my skin, until his hands met the top edge of the towel. Without pause, he folded it down in a single, practiced motion, exposing my lower back and the upper hemispheres of my glutes. The air was cool, but his hands were hot. He poured more lotion, his hands slick and sure as they cupped the full curve of my ass.

A shocked breath left me. His touch was definitive, proprietary. He kneaded the muscle with a firm, knowing pressure, his fingers seeking and finding the exact topography of the injury. It was pain and pleasure fused into one indistinguishable signal. My body arched slightly, involuntarily, into his hands.

“There it is,” he whispered, more to himself. His thumb found a cord of tension deep in the glute, and he leaned his body weight into it. I grunted, my fists clenching. “Let it go.”

As he worked, his hands moved with a fluidity that was almost worshipful. He held, released, stroked, dug. My consciousness narrowed to the map he was tracing on my skin. When he needed to work deeper into the hip rotator, his fingers swept lower, dipping into the crease where my thigh met my buttock. The intimacy was breathtaking, absolutely literal. I was panting softly into the headrest.

“I need to address the piriformis now,” he said, his voice a steady beam in my spinning head. “This will require internal rotation of your hip. I’m going to move your leg. Try to stay loose.”

His left hand stayed planted on my back for stability. His right hand slid down my side, over my hip, and gripped the front of my right thigh. He lifted my leg, bending the knee, pulling it gently across my body. The movement opened me up, exposing a deeper, more vulnerable layer of muscle.

His hand returned to my bare skin, now positioned perfectly over the target. He began to press, a deep, insistent pressure into the very core of my glute. The stretch was intense, the pressure profound.

And then I felt it.

As he shifted his weight, leaning over me to intensify the work, his body came into contact with mine. Not just a brush. The hard, warm plane of his lower abdomen pressed against my elevated hip and thigh. And there, against the side of my bare leg, was an unmistakeable, thick firmness. It was nestled against me, a solid line of heat through the fabric of his athletic pants. He wasn’t wearing anything underneath them.

The realization was a lightning strike. My breath caught. He felt it too—he must have. He didn’t pull away. He held the pressure on my muscle, his body perfectly still against mine. The room was silent except for the hum of the air filter and the ragged sound of my own breathing. I could feel the steady rise and fall of his chest against my back. The hard proof of his arousal pressed into my leg was a fact as tangible as the table beneath me.

Time stretched, elastic. He maintained the pressure for another ten seconds, twenty, his body a furnace against my side. Then, slowly, he released the internal rotation, guiding my leg back down to the table. His abdomen slid away from me, that firm pressure retreating. But the ghost of it remained, branded onto my skin.

He placed a steadying hand on my lower back. His breath was a little less even than before. “Good,” he said, the word sounding rough. “That’s a stubborn one. Needed that.”

He didn’t explain. He didn’t acknowledge. He simply moved on, his hands returning to my skin with a renewed, almost fierce focus. He worked the other side with the same thorough, invasive intensity, but he was careful with his positioning now, maintaining a clear space between our bodies. The avoidance was its own kind of confession.

Finally, his hands stilled. They rested for a long moment on my bare lower back, heavy and warm. Then, he gently pulled the towel back up, covering me. His fingers brushed my skin as he did so, a fleeting touch.

“All done,” he said. His voice was back to its normal, even tone, but it felt like a thin veneer. “You can get dressed. Take it easy tonight. Hydrate.”

I was trembling as I pushed up to sitting, keeping the towel firmly wrapped around my waist. He was already at the sink, washing his hands, his back to me. The outline of his arousal was gone, or he had subtly adjusted himself. The room felt charged, the air thick with everything unsaid.

I dressed quickly, my back to him. When I turned, he was leaning against the counter, arms crossed again, watching me. A faint, unreadable smile played on his lips. There was a new weight in his gaze, an appraisal that went beyond the clinical.

“So,” I said, the word too loud in the quiet room. “Next week?”

“Yes. Same time.” He pushed off the counter and opened the door for me. As I passed him, stepping back into the brighter, mundane world of the hallway, he spoke again, his voice low, just for me.

“Your responsiveness is exceptional, Ben.” He paused, letting the double meaning hang. “Really exceptional. See you Wednesday.”

The door closed gently behind me. I stood in the hallway, my body humming, the memory of his weight, his heat, his unmistakeable hardness pressed against my bare skin, echoing through me with every beat of my heart.
