Chapter 5: Chelsea 5 rev
“Aight, ma. Customer heard the master plumber.”
Tyrone let the answer settle and stayed where she had left him. The latched toolbox hung from his right hand at the kitchen threshold. Noon light spread across the repaired cabinet, counter, and Chelsea’s cream turtleneck, turning the fitted knit luminous against her porcelain skin. The most beautiful woman he had ever seen had taken his dirty service language into her mouth and made it sound like authority. The luck of it nearly broke his composure. Pride pressed through his arousal, but both boots stayed planted. She had claimed the next move. He intended to let her prove it.
Chelsea watched him for several slow breaths. Her chin remained lifted, yet her fingers tightened once at her sides before she pointed toward the sink.
Chelsea kept her chin lifted while her hand remained aimed toward the sink. “Stay there until I call you back. I want the customer exactly where I left him.”
Tyrone held his position with the toolbox hanging from one hand. “Ain’t movin’, ma. I’ll wait right here until my master plumber calls for me.”
She looked from his face to the toolbox and back again. “Bring that to the repaired cabinet. Set it beside the old towel and keep both latches shut.”
“Aight, ma. Real tools done earned they break.” He raised the box a fraction. “This call ’bout different equipment now.”
Color climbed into her cheeks, but she did not look away. “Bring it here.”
Only then did Tyrone cross the threshold. He walked at an ordinary pace instead of making her wait for a performance, stopped at the spot she had chosen, and bent to place the toolbox beside the cabinet. Both latches remained fastened. When he straightened, Chelsea’s gaze followed the pull of his black T-shirt across his shoulders.
Chelsea stopped beside the counter and pointed to the place she had selected. “Come to the counter and face me. I want to see the customer while I decide how this inspection proceeds.”
Tyrone acknowledged the order without moving ahead of it. “Yo, ma, customer go where his master plumber place him. I hear you—you run this call.”
He moved in front of the counter and turned. Its edge touched the backs of his thighs. Chelsea approached until only a narrow strip of tile remained between their shoes. Two inches taller, she could hold his eyes without lifting her chin. Her covered chest filled the space below her face, extraordinary breadth and forward weight reshaping the conservative sweater with every breath.
She circled him once without touching. Tyrone felt her attention pass over the black cotton at his shoulders, the leaner line of his waist, the belt, and the denim hiding everything she had studied before stopping him at the door. When she returned to his front, she placed her hands behind her back as though denying them an impulse.
Chelsea finished her circuit and held his gaze. “I run this call from here forward. If you rush my inspection, I will send you straight back through that doorway.”
Tyrone kept his arms loose and answered without testing the distance between them. “Aight, ma. You run a strict call, and the customer understands the terms.”
Her blue-green eyes sharpened at the ease in his voice. “You understand the terms, yet you are already testing my patience.”
Tyrone’s grin softened without disappearing. “Yo, the customer ain’t tryna take over. He just proud his master plumber called him back.”
That answer landed. The corner of Chelsea’s mouth moved before she controlled it, and she restored the firmness to her voice. “Then prove you can follow directions. Keep your hands at your sides.”
Tyrone let both arms hang loose where she could see them. “Ain’t gon’ make you repeat it, ma. My hands stay down while you do the work.”
Chelsea stepped close enough for the clean scent of her hair to reach him. Her palms came to rest on his covered chest, one over each pectoral. The contact was light at first. Then her fingers spread and pressed into the muscle beneath his shirt, testing the firmness with a slow outward sweep. Her wedding band made a small, hard point through the cotton.
Chelsea pressed her palms more firmly into his covered pectorals and considered what she felt. “You are carrying far more tension through this housing than I expected.”
Tyrone held still beneath the slow sweep of her hands. “Aight, ma. I been backed up since before I got here, and every pass from those hands keeps adding pressure.”
Her fingers paused against his chest. “The customer keeps blaming his provider for a condition he brought through my door.”
“Nah, ma, I’m giving you the cause report.” Tyrone’s gaze dipped toward the tremendous covered weight inches from him, then returned to her face. “I know my specifications—a big black main line, long in the run and wide in the bore, with twin reservoirs hanging heavy beneath it. Your body loaded every chamber the moment I walked in.”
Chelsea resumed her outward sweep, refusing to let his certainty hurry her. “The customer sounds suspiciously confident about equipment his provider has not inspected.”
Tyrone met her skepticism without moving beneath her hands. “It ain’t advertising when I live with the equipment every day, ma. You can decide how long you keep doubting that black iron.”
She slid her hands outward again, across his shoulders and down his upper arms. Her thumbs found the firm division between muscle groups through the shirt. She squeezed his biceps, first one and then the other, watching his face as though waiting to see whether he could remain still.
Chelsea kept her hands on his upper arms as she compared the density she had found. “The outer housing is compact, but there is more weight here than its size suggests.”
Tyrone watched her test the second arm. “Yo, ma, a compact housing don’t mean the equipment inside was built to standard.”
Her eyes dropped toward his belt even as her hands remained high. “I am inspecting the exterior first. I will decide whether I get anywhere near the black pipe the customer keeps advertising.”
Tyrone left the pace entirely to her. “Aight, ma. Them white hands inspect whatever they decide they got access to.”
She traced from his shoulders down the sides of his torso. At his waist, her fingers curved around him without approaching the front of his jeans. Tyrone felt the slight tremor she tried to hide. He could not know whether it came from guilt, fear or want, but it did not look like a simple check of muscle built through manual labor.
Chelsea kept both hands at his waist and the front of his jeans untouched. “Tell me something, customer. Do you arrive at every service call carrying this much pressure?”
Tyrone kept his answer on her rather than the pressure she had asked about. “Nah, ma. I don’t meet a provider built like you on every call, so this one loaded the system differently.”
Chelsea tightened her hold by a fraction. “That tells me what you think of the provider. It does not answer what I asked about the customer.”
Tyrone held her gaze instead of retreating into another boast. “Yo, I’m tellin’ you this call different ’cause you different. That’s why the pressure feel different here.”
Chelsea looked at his face for a long moment. “Has anyone ever run a call like this for you?”
The question sent another throb of pride through him. “Nah, ma. Ain’t nobody ever looked at my equipment like they needed to prove me wrong.”
Her fingertips tightened at his waist. “I’ve never inspected a black system.” She glanced once toward the doorway. “Repairmen and delivery men have tried to make their visits personal before.”
Chelsea’s voice stayed quiet. “They were all white. I sent every one away before they got this close.”
Her thumb pressed into the black cotton at his side; her gaze held his.
Tyrone let the significance of her admission reach his face. “Aight, ma. Whatever you thought about the others, I’m the one you chose to call back.”
Chelsea kept her thumb pressed into the black cotton at his side. “Yes. You are the first service worker I wanted back badly enough to let him stand this close.”
The admission stripped the joke from him for a beat. Pride rose through the pressure in his clothes, but his hands remained loose at his sides.
Tyrone’s voice lost its joking edge while his hands remained at his sides. “Then I ain’t gon’ waste what you chose, ma. I’ll stay inside every limit you set.”
Her immense chest rose once between them. She gave him no verbal answer. Her thumb stayed flexed at his waist, and when her eyes dropped toward his belt again, her lips parted before she caught them.
She withdrew one hand from his waist and touched the trimmed edge of his goatee. Her thumb moved along his lower lip. Tyrone kept his hands down even when her immense covered chest came close enough to brush the front of his shirt. She stopped before contact, holding that last breath of distance.
Chelsea’s thumb remained at his lower lip as she studied his restraint. “Does this customer always talk through a pressure test, or is that another condition I need to correct?”
Tyrone kept his mouth close to her hovering thumb. “Yo, this customer talks until his provider finds the right way to shut him up.”
Chelsea watched his lips for another beat before giving him the answer. “I know exactly how to correct that problem.”
Chelsea closed the distance.
Her first kiss pressed softly against his mouth, more measured than timid. She held his jaw between her pale fingers and set the pressure herself. Tyrone answered only within what she offered. When her lips parted, his did. When she slowed, he matched her. His arms stayed at his sides while her other hand traveled from his waist to his shoulder, anchoring him where she wanted him.
Chelsea broke the seal after several seconds but kept her hand at his jaw. “Are you still holding the position I gave you, customer?”
Tyrone’s breath reached her parted lips, but the rest of him remained fixed. “Aight, ma. Customer ain’t moved from where you put him.”
Satisfaction steadied Chelsea’s expression. “Good. Then keep holding it, because I have not finished testing the seal.”
The second contact belonged to the same controlled inspection, deeper now. Her tongue touched his lower lip and slipped into his mouth when he opened for her. The weight of her massive white breasts settled against his chest at last, soft and astonishing through two layers of fabric. They spread high and wide across him, their natural movement turning each breath into a fresh press. Tyrone’s covered weight settled more insistently inside his jeans, but he kept his hips away from her and let her decide how much of their bodies met.
Chelsea drew back with flushed lips. Her breathing had changed.
Chelsea stayed close enough that the dampness of their mouths remained visible between them. “Well, customer? What did that second pressure test tell you?”
Tyrone drew a careful breath without letting his hips answer her. “Yo, ma, it made the customer forget every smart answer he planned to give you.”
“That is an improvement.” Chelsea’s gaze dipped once before returning to his face. “Keep the pressure controlled. Nothing breaks in my kitchen while I am running this call.”
Tyrone let a fuller grin reach her before schooling it again. “Aight, ma. One more seal test might be enough to settle the customer completely.”
Her eyes flashed. She kissed him once more, shorter and firmer, as if answering the challenge without surrendering the pace. When she released him, she inspected the dampness on his lower lip and smoothed one thumb over it.
Chelsea left her thumb resting against the dampness on his lower lip. “After following every pressure change I set, do you still believe the customer runs this service?”
Tyrone looked from her thumb to her eyes. “Nah, ma. I ain’t taken a thing. You set the flow, and I followed every change you made.”
Chelsea withdrew her thumb only when she had accepted the answer. “Then we understand each other. The inspection continues on my terms.”
Chelsea lowered her hands to the hem of his black T-shirt. She gathered the fabric in both fists, but before lifting it she looked directly into his eyes.
Her fists remained gathered in the hem of his shirt as Chelsea gave the next instruction. “I need the outer cover removed. Raise your arms and leave the rest to me.”
Tyrone kept his hands away from the fabric gathered in her fists. “Aight, ma. You want the installation uncovered, your hands strip away the jacket.”
The corner of Chelsea’s mouth curved when he obeyed without reaching for the shirt.
Tyrone raised his arms and did nothing else. Chelsea pulled the shirt upward herself, exposing his stomach first. The cloth dragged across the ridges of his abdomen, then over his chest and shoulders. She had to come closer to work it past his lifted arms, her hair spilling forward and her covered breasts pressing briefly against his bare stomach. She drew the shirt over his head, freed it from his hands, and laid it on the counter without looking away from what she had uncovered.
Her stillness made him feel larger than any boast could have.
Chelsea’s gaze traveled slowly over his compact, work-built frame: rounded shoulders, defined pectorals, dense arms and a very hairy chest covered in dark curls. Lighter hair crossed his stomach before thickening beneath his navel into a trail aimed at his waistband. His deep ebony-brown skin made her hovering hands almost colorless.
Chelsea took in the work-built frame she had uncovered before looking back at his face. “You kept all of this hidden beneath an ordinary black shirt?”
Tyrone allowed her to study him without posing. “Aight, ma. This is work-built housing, not some soft showroom model dressed up to look useful.”
Chelsea gestured with two fingers while her attention followed the line of his shoulder. “Turn slightly for me. I want the next angle.”
Tyrone glanced toward the angle she had indicated. “Yo, ma, you need every angle before you believe the housing?”
Chelsea kept her gaze fixed on the line she meant to inspect. “The provider decides how many angles the inspection requires. Turn only as far as I indicate and hold there until I am finished.”
Tyrone turned only as far as she indicated. Chelsea studied the sweep from his shoulder into his back, then told him to face her again with a small motion of two fingers. The order, and his immediate obedience to it, brought more color to her face.
Chelsea waited for him to follow the instruction she had already given. “I want to understand how the entire front of this housing is built.”
Tyrone returned to face her and let his arms settle. “Aight, ma. You uncovered it, so inspect everything you wanted to see.”
Her palms settled against his bare pectorals. Skin met skin for the first time. She inhaled sharply at his heat and pressed more firmly, testing the muscle with both hands. Her thumbs followed the lower edges of his chest while her fingers moved through the curled hair, separating it and letting it spring back.
Chelsea kept both palms spread across his pectorals. “Your skin is much warmer than I expected through that shirt.”
Tyrone held still under her cool touch. “Yo, ma, them fingers cold against me, but customer ain’t complainin’ about the contrast.”
Chelsea moved her hands down his sternum, her pale fingers vivid against his dark skin. “My hands look so white against your chest.”
Tyrone watched her pale fingers move against his dark sternum. “Aight, ma. Is that black-and-white contrast what has the provider breathing so short?”
Chelsea continued downward rather than surrendering the question. “Your provider conducts the inspection and asks the questions. The customer supplies answers.”
Tyrone glanced at the hands that had not left him. “Then tell me why those hands keep learning more every time the provider avoids an answer.”
Instead of answering, Chelsea returned to his shoulders. She kneaded the firm muscle there, traced the curve of each arm, and turned one of his large hands palm-up without lifting it from his side. Her own hand looked delicate against his. She ran a fingertip along the calluses built by physical work, then placed his hand back where she had found it.
Chelsea looked from the calluses she had traced to the frame they helped build. “Did manual labor build all of this, or is the customer giving his work too much credit?”
Tyrone left his hand where she had returned it at his side. “Aight. Lifting, hauling and fixing built it, ma. None of this equipment was made only for display.”
Chelsea looked slowly down the body her hands had been testing. “No, it was not made for display. I can feel exactly how much work shaped it.”
Her hands returned to his abdomen. She explored each ridge with the flat of her fingers, then traced the dark stomach trail until it disappeared behind his belt. There she stopped. She did not touch the buckle or the denim. Her wedding band rested against the bare skin just above them.
Chelsea kept her ringed hand at the boundary above his belt. “This black feed line runs directly into a service chase that is still sealed from me.”
Tyrone kept his hands down while her fingers hovered at the boundary. “Yo, ma, the route disappear behind that belt. Rest of the report stay covered till you decide to open it.”
Her wedding band pressed against the strip of bare skin above the denim. “I know where the route leads. What I do not know is whether anything behind that cover is as oversized as the customer claims.”
Tyrone met the doubt in her raised gaze. “Aight, ma. Keep doubting it if that makes the inspection sweeter. The equipment will still be there when you decide to verify it.”
Chelsea’s gaze lifted from his stomach to his face. “Some inspections need more than hands.”
Tyrone’s attention settled on her flushed lips without moving the rest of him. “Yo, ma, I been wondering what that soft white mouth would do if the provider uncovered the big black pipework she keeps questioning.”
Chelsea held his gaze as the choice became hers again. “Then remain still and let me decide how thoroughly that mouth tests the response.”
She leaned forward and pressed her lips to the center of his chest.
The first contact was a closed-mouth kiss against his pectoral. The next opened slightly. Chelsea moved with the same deliberate control she had used on his mouth, testing his skin with soft presses along one side of his chest, through the curls of hair, and back across his sternum. Her tongue appeared for one warm stroke. Tyrone’s muscles tightened beneath it before he forced them loose again.
Chelsea kept her lips close to his skin as she measured the tension beneath them. “Does the customer have any complaint about the way his provider is conducting this test?”
Tyrone answered through a controlled breath. “Yo, ma, only complaint is how long the provider waits between readings when every one feel like that.”
She lifted her face just enough for him to see the challenge in it. “Then the customer can wait.”
“Aight, ma. Been waitin’ all week.”
Chelsea moved to his other pectoral. She kissed the muscle, drew a short line with her tongue, and let her lips close around one tight point before releasing it. Tyrone drew air through his teeth. Her eyes rose immediately to measure the reaction.
Chelsea kept her eyes on the reaction she had drawn from him. “That control valve is more sensitive than the outer housing suggested.”
Tyrone drew air through his teeth and held his position at the counter. “Yo, ma, your mouth found the trigger. Whole supply answered under that belt the moment you worked it.”
Chelsea traced the response with her eyes rather than looking away. “Then the buried line appears to have very poor pressure control around its provider.”
Tyrone let the accusation warm his grin. “Aight, ma. Or maybe the technician know exactly how to work the valve she found.”
The hint of a smile crossed her wet lips. She followed the center line of his chest downward, mouth moving through coarse curls and over the hard plane of his upper abdomen. Her lower‑back‑length hair spilled around her shoulders, golden strands sliding over his dark skin and brushing his sides. At each new ridge she paused, kissed, and tasted before continuing.
Chelsea paused against his skin and listened to the change in his breathing. “Does the customer always react this strongly when a provider puts her mouth on the housing?”
Tyrone looked down at her white mouth against his dark upper abdomen. “Yo, ma, this customer reacting to your mouth on him. You found the valve, and you know you got it.”
Chelsea held his eyes while lowering her lips toward the next ridge. “Then I intend to make every remaining part of this inspection count.”
Tyrone quieted his grin and stayed loose beneath her hands. “Aight, ma. Customer done askin’ questions now. I’m letting the provider work.”
Chelsea tasted warmth and the faint salt of Tyrone’s skin. Dark curls brushed her lips as she followed the plane of his abdomen, and each breath brought his scent closer. This was no fantasy flattened behind a screen. Her pale hands were spread across a black man’s bare body, her mouth was on him, and Grant’s band pressed into his side with every movement. Love for her husband arrived as an ache rather than an argument. She could still stop. The thought should have brought relief; instead it made the choice ahead feel sharper. Tyrone had not taken the kiss, the shirt or a single touch from her. He had waited while she chose each one. The old warning about crossing this forbidden interracial line rose inside her again, but it could not erase his heat beneath her palms or the hunger gathering lower in her body. Chelsea kissed the next ridge slowly. Whatever happened next would remain fully her decision, and she was not ready to end the call.
Tyrone felt the pause without knowing what had filled it. Her lips had stilled; her band pressed harder into his side; her eyes closed for one long breath. Then she resumed firmly, telling him only that she had made some private decision. For one unguarded beat, heaven was exactly this: the most striking housewife he had ever seen choosing him, setting her own pace and putting her mouth back on him. Wonder struck first, pride behind it. She had taken the plumber language he started and made it sound like hers.
Once her mouth moved again, Tyrone kept his voice low enough not to push her. “Yo, ma, did the inspection find a problem the customer needs to know about?”
Chelsea lifted her lips from his abdomen and restored the authority to her expression. “The only problem is that the customer keeps interrupting his provider with questions.”
Tyrone stayed still while her band remained pressed into his side. “Aight, ma. Customer asked ’cause his plumber went quiet and left him wonderin’ if the call stopped.”
Chelsea’s gaze held his as she lowered her mouth again. “I did not stop the call. I was deciding where the inspection went next.”
She proved it by kissing the next ridge lower. Her mouth traveled across his abdomen in an unhurried path, sometimes soft, sometimes open and wet, always staying above his belt. The lower she went, the more the strain inside his jeans pulled his attention downward. He refused to shift against it. Chelsea’s hands held his waist, and he gave her a still frame to work around.
Her tongue traced the narrowing trail of hair. “The route is obvious.”
Tyrone watched her tongue follow the narrowing trail. “Yo, it lead straight to the black line the provider keep claimin’ can’t fit beneath that cover.”
Chelsea let the visible route guide her without touching the belt. “I can read a service route perfectly well without opening its final cover.”
Tyrone let her answer stand while the pressure crowded the denim. “Aight, ma. Then you know exactly where everything you caused is waiting.”
Noon light had crept from the cabinet face onto the tile by the time she pressed a long kiss above his belt. Tyrone looked down over the crown of her golden hair, past the pale hands gripping his dark waist, and watched the cream sweater shift around the impossible weight of her chest as she bent over him. The view made the covered mass feel heavier, warmer and more insistent.
Chelsea drew back just far enough to inspect the damp path she had made. “Tell me honestly: does the pressure rise every time my mouth moves lower?”
Tyrone answered while she waited below him. “Yo, every time that hungry white mouth move lower, the black line crowd the cotton and both reservoirs ache heavier underneath.”
Chelsea followed his answer toward the still-covered lower access. “Then the provider should reach that access before the outer cover fails under all this pressure.”
Tyrone kept his weight balanced and his hands away from her. “Aight, ma. Customer trust the pace you chose, and he gon’ wait for you to get there.”
She removed her hands from his waist. For a moment she remained bent before him, face near his belt, eyes fixed on the denim below it. Then she straightened only far enough to meet his gaze.
Holding his gaze from that lowered position, Chelsea said, “The lower access comes next, and I will decide how it is opened.”
Tyrone watched the determination settle into her face. “Yo, ma, you really finna kneel for a black line you still say you don’t believe?”
Chelsea held his gaze rather than letting the challenge redirect her. “I go wherever the service call requires, and I believe only what my own inspection proves.”
Tyrone gave her the space to make that proof her own. “Aight. Customer know what he brought, but you get to decide what it mean after you see it.”
Chelsea’s eyes stayed on his belt. “And if the cover says you exaggerated?”
“Yo, ma, then send me home. But I don’t think them hands gon’ call it ordinary.”
Chelsea held his gaze. Her thumb pressed once at his waist, and the silence stretched around everything still hidden.
Tyrone finally answered the look she held on him. “Aight, ma. Customer wait right here while his provider reaches her own verdict.”
Chelsea kept her attention on the belt. “Waiting does not give the customer permission to predict what that verdict will be.”
Tyrone followed the direction of her eyes without shifting his hips. “Nah, ma. I’m only noticin’ where the provider keep lookin’ while she tell me not to predict it.”
Chelsea placed her palm against the bare strip of his waist above the belt. “Correct. My choice.”
She used that palm to draw him half a step away from the counter, clearing the space behind his thighs. Then Chelsea began lowering herself. The cream turtleneck followed the long line of her body; her hair poured down her back and over one shoulder. When both knees reached the kitchen floor, her face settled level with his belt. She looked up at him from beneath her lashes, still fully clothed, wedding band bright against his skin.
Chelsea remained level with his belt and held his eyes. “Keep the exact position I gave you. Your master plumber runs the call from down here.”
Tyrone kept his balance above her and made no move to assist. “I ain’t confused, ma. Customer know exactly who in charge of every part of this call.”
Chelsea touched the outside of his right boot. He shifted his weight from the cue, and she reached for the laces.
Tyrone set his balance and stayed silent.
She loosened the laces, opened the tongue and drew the boot off with both hands. The black sock followed immediately. Chelsea settled his bare foot on the tile, placed boot and sock beside the latched toolbox, then reached for his discarded shirt and added it to the same floor pile.
Her gaze lifted once, confirming that he had not reached down.
“Aight, ma. Customer right where you left him.”
A faint smile answered him before she reached for the left boot.
The second removal required no spoken instruction.
She repeated the slow removal on his left boot and immediately peeled off its sock. Both joined the pile beside the toolbox. Tyrone now stood barefoot and shirtless above his still-fastened belt and jeans. Chelsea sat back on her heels and looked up the full length of him before her attention returned to the buckle.
Chelsea held her hands just short of the buckle and looked up. “Leave the belt entirely to me. I am opening this brace myself, and I do not need the customer’s help.”
Tyrone kept his hands loose beside his jeans. “Aight, ma. Hands stay where you put ’em while yours open whatever you choose.”
Her fingers settled on the buckle. The white hand and gold band looked almost delicate against dark leather. She pulled the end free, loosened the prong, and drew the belt through each loop in one long, controlled motion. Tyrone heard the leather whisper through denim while her covered chest shifted below him.
Chelsea listened to the leather whisper through the loops. “This belt has been doing far too much work to contain all the pressure the customer brought me.”
Tyrone watched her ringed hands draw the leather free. “Yo, ma, that brace has been holding a big black main under load with two low reservoirs hanging beneath it.”
Chelsea paused with the freed belt extended between her hands. “You genuinely expect your provider to believe every hidden part of this system is excessive?”
Tyrone held her gaze over the space she had uncovered. “I ain’t asking you to believe a sales pitch, ma. I know the load I carry, and you still the one guessing.”
Her hands stopped for half a beat. She folded the belt once and placed it with his boots. When she faced him again, her cheeks were deeper pink and her breathing was no longer even.
Chelsea’s eyes returned to the fastened denim. “For all the customer’s promises, I still have not touched the equipment he keeps describing.”
Tyrone let her hand approach on its own timing. “Aight, ma. You closer to finding out, and I ain’t gon’ take the discovery away from you.”
Chelsea touched the metal button with one fingertip and fixed him with a warning look. “Do not help me with this cover. I want to open every part myself.”
Tyrone kept his arms visibly still. “Yo, ma, hands stay exactly where you put ’em. This part of the inspection belong to you.”
She opened the button herself. The denim relaxed by a fraction. Her finger hooked the zipper tab and pulled it down in a measured line, exposing only the cotton beneath. The fabric remained a barrier, but the opened jeans let the unresolved pressure push more freely against it. Chelsea inhaled through parted lips.
Chelsea touched his right knee. He eased that foot forward without reaching down.
Tyrone kept his foot where her touch had guided it and acknowledged the cue without reaching down. “Aight, ma. I’m following your hands.”
Her approving glance lasted only a second before her hands returned to the denim.
With his right foot already forward, Chelsea slid both hands inside the loosened sides of the jeans, touching fabric and hip rather than the covered shape in front. She drew the denim over his hips, worked it down his thighs, and paused at his knees.
A tap at his ankle told him when to lift his right foot.
He obeyed. She repeated the cue on the left, never surrendering the garment to him.
The jeans cleared his bare feet and joined the clothes beside the latched toolbox. Chelsea looked back—and froze. His underwear stayed fully in place.
With his jeans finally gone, the shape beneath Tyrone’s boxers stole Chelsea’s breath. Cotton strained around one immense, unresolved weight that extended lower than her imagination had allowed. For a moment she could only stare. The interracial videos she had watched alone returned in flashes: black performers labeled eight or nine inches, made distant and manageable by a screen. Nothing on that screen had prepared her for this heat inches from her face—or for not knowing where the apparent length ended and the lower weight began. Grant’s four inches surfaced with their dark bedroom, his urgency and the love that remained genuine despite how often her body went unsatisfied. Shame followed the comparison. It did not cool her. She had never wanted anyone this fiercely, and the wanting frightened her almost as much as the size hidden from her. Fabric could distort; arousal could deceive. She still had no proof. Her hands would earn it slowly. Chelsea kept him covered, let anticipation tighten and chose not to look away.
Tyrone could not hear the comparison or her private decision. He saw only shock: her eyes widened, her lips parted, and breath stopped high in her chest. Then color warmed her face, her breathing deepened, and her gaze retraced the lump twice. He knew what the cotton concealed; his service report had been restrained. Chelsea knelt before him in that cream sweater, wedding band bright in daylight, answering him in the dirty plumbing language he had started. Each time her words acknowledged what his clothes concealed, pride struck through him as hard as arousal. He could not know whether she would uncover him now or wait. Her stare, breathing and hovering hand were all he had. He wanted the reveal, but wanted this too: Chelsea owning the call, making him hold still and taking her time with the mystery.
Tyrone broke the charged silence carefully. “Yo, ma, the inspection got quiet again. Tell the customer what his provider is seeing.”
Chelsea’s first answer failed to come. Her gaze followed the covered outline from the waistband downward, then returned to the start as color deepened across her face.
Chelsea found her voice without lifting her gaze from the covered outline. “The line runs much farther than the outer housing ever suggested, and the cover still refuses to show me where it ends.”
Tyrone kept his hips fixed while her attention measured him. “Aight, ma. Does the service report sound more believable now that you can see the covered run?”
Her voice remained unsteady as she studied the lower weight. “It is much longer than I thought, and whatever hangs beneath it looks far heavier than I allowed for.”
Tyrone let pride enter his voice without moving toward her. “Yo, ma, tell me how badly you want to pull that last cover down and see the whole black pipe for yourself.”
Chelsea’s cheeks darkened, but she did not retreat from the question. “Badly enough to keep kneeling here. That answer still does not put the customer in charge.”
Pride struck through Tyrone as he watched her remain in place. “Aight, ma. Hearing you admit that got the whole black line aching under that last cover.”
Chelsea held his eyes over the covered weight. “It has me kneeling in my own kitchen and staring at it. Is that finally an honest enough answer for the customer?”
Tyrone’s reply came softer than the earlier boasting. “Yo, ma, that answer is plenty. Your breathing and those wide eyes are telling me everything else.”
Chelsea steadied one hand on her thigh and restored purpose to her voice. “Then stop reading ahead and watch me inspect this properly.”
Tyrone quieted immediately. “Aight, ma. Them hands look ready to do the believing, so customer gon’ let ’em work.”
Chelsea leaned closer and settled her palm over the strained cotton. Her eyes widened as her fingers reached, reset and traced again. She changed her hand’s angle, but the fabric shifted beneath her grip and kept the outline indistinct.
Chelsea leaned to one side and then the other, searching for a clearer view without asking him to move.
Tyrone watched her search for a clearer angle without offering one. “Yo, ma, did changing the angle answer anything for the provider?”
She shook her head. The cotton shifted beneath her hand and kept its answer.
Chelsea kept her palm over the cotton while it shifted beneath her. “No. It only proved how much more I want to know than this cover will tell me.”
Tyrone kept the mystery where she had left it. “Aight, ma. The customer ain’t gon’ spoil what you chose to uncover yourself.”
Her gaze rose from the outline to his face. “I believe there is far more here than I imagined, but I still cannot tell what these hands are actually holding.”
Tyrone kept his hands at his sides while she held the blurred shape. “Aight. The cotton has the provider guessing, but the customer already knows what is underneath it.”
Chelsea let the covered weight settle more fully into her hands. “There is so much of it that I cannot find the end without opening the cover.”
Tyrone looked down at her pale fingers spread around him. “Yo, ma, those white hands look like they have no intention of quitting before they find it.”
Chelsea adjusted her grip. Cotton bunched between her fingers, and her brow drew tighter as the covered shape shifted with it.
Chelsea held the bunched cotton without tightening further. “Tell me whether all this pressure is normal, customer, or whether the provider caused what she is holding.”
“Nah, ma, your insane body loaded the whole setup.” Tyrone’s gaze moved over the massive white chest straining her sweater before returning to her face. “The black main is crowded under cotton, and both reservoirs have been aching beneath it since I walked in.”
Chelsea followed the direction of his glance and lifted her chin. “The customer can stop staring at my sweater while his provider is examining him.”
Tyrone brought his eyes back to hers without apology. “Aight, ma. I can follow that, but it’s hard to ignore the part of the provider that caused all this pressure.”
Chelsea glanced down at her fitted turtleneck. The extraordinary breadth and projection of her covered chest filled the space above Tyrone’s hidden pressure. When she raised her eyes again, color still warmed her face, but her chin had lifted.
Chelsea kept her hand around the covered shape as she set the boundary. “You will get access to my body only if and when I decide the call goes there.”
Tyrone remained still above her. “Aight, ma. I ain’t rushing you or claiming anything you ain’t chosen to give.”
Her attention returned to the lower weight hidden by cotton. “And the reservoirs beneath this line are supposedly every bit as excessive as the customer claims?”
Tyrone answered with the certainty her hand had begun to believe. “Aight, ma. They are full, low and heavy, built to match the main above them. The entire installation runs past standard.”
Her lips parted. Her palm tightened over the covered weight, and her next breath came noticeably deeper than the last.
Chelsea kept her palm around the covered weight as it shifted. “I do not think the customer exaggerated anymore, even though the last cover is still closed.”
Tyrone let approval warm his voice. “Aight, ma. You believe the report before opening the cover. That sounds like real progress from my provider.”
Chelsea’s ringed hand closed around what the boxers allowed her to gather. Cotton compressed and shifted beneath her grip. Tyrone felt one pulse move through the same lax, unresolved weight without changing its shape. Her eyes widened; her fingers loosened, reset and followed a contour the fabric still blurred.
Chelsea kept her ringed hand around the blurred contour. “Hold the entire system steady while I decide what this fabric is hiding.”
Tyrone planted his feet and kept his hips motionless. “Aight, ma. I ain’t movin’. The call and every answer belong to you.”
Chelsea leaned in without lowering the waistband. She kissed the clothed lump’s highest point, followed its outline with her lips, then darkened the cotton with one tongue stroke. Her eyes widened before she looked up. “This master plumber is about to open the last cover on her first big black service pipe.”
Tyrone looked down at her damp mouth and the hand poised at the waistband. “Yo, ma, your hand has reached the last cover now. Neither of us can call this a routine service visit anymore.”
Chelsea held the waistband without lowering it. “Then be quiet and give me one uninterrupted look before I decide what happens next.”
Tyrone went still beneath her gaze. “Aight. I ain’t telling you what you ’bout to find. I wanna watch you choose it.”
Color deepened in her face but she steadied. Chelsea straightened on her knees, lips damp, wedding band against the cotton. Her face, hair and sweater looked impossible against Tyrone’s dark torso and the huge covered lump. She looked from his face to the waistband.
Chelsea kept her hand at the waistband and steadied her voice. “Is the customer ready for his master plumber to service every bit of the pressure she caused?”
Tyrone kept both hands at his sides while she held the last cover. “I been ready, ma. You the one takin’ your time, and I’m lettin’ you own every second of it.”
Chelsea held the waistband at its edge without lowering it. “Then I will verify the equipment and the work with my own hands.”
Tyrone fixed his gaze on her steady white fingers at the waistband. “Aight, ma. Those hands at the black line’s last cover now, and the customer ain’t gon’ interrupt.”
Chelsea hooked her fingers beneath the strained waistband and looked up at him. “Hold still. Your master plumber’s ready to inspect the main line.”
