Chapter 1: Chapter 1
Justine rubbed at her eyes as she woke up from her usual noon power nap. It was honestly the most important part of her day, absolutely essential in ensuring that she was suitably recharged, ready to take on whatever high-level business strategy meetings and presentations awaited her after lunch. Speaking of lunch—she reached out to her desk intercom to call up her assistant for her usual keto protein salad order from the salad bar down the street. Curiously, however, she found that the intercom wasn't there on her desk. In fact, as she looked around her desk to see if it somehow had been moved, she realized that she had not woken up at her desk at all.

As she thought further, a door behind her opened, and she turned to see who had entered the room.
There stood her assistant, Michael—though he was dressed completely incongruously in an old-fashioned suit jacket and tie, and had slicked back his hair. "Good afternoon, Justine," he said cheerfully. "I'll be out for my usual martini lunch—cute outfit, by the way." He smirked at her in a way that made Justine doubt it was even him, and set her instantly aflame with rage.
"What do you mean, cute outfit—" Justine looked down at herself for a moment, and was stunned to see that her usual executive pantsuit was gone, replaced with an absolutely ridiculous, girly outfit:
