Chapter 3: Rising Action
The stale, moldy air hung heavy in the air, wafting between us like a suffocating shroud. I glanced up at Klark, his gaze locked onto mine, intensifying the beat of my racing heart.
"I... I don't think we should be doing this," I stammered, my voice barely audible above the low hum and groaning of the elevator.
Klark inched closer, his warm breaths caressing my trembling lips.
"We're going to be here for a while, Emily. We may as well make the best of it."
My throat went dry. I knew I should fight against the sinister allure and arousal that had swallowed me whole, but I found myself unable to resist him. I nodded, lips parted, inviting him to close the distance between us. His hands traced patterns on the fabric of my school shirt; I sucked in a ragged breath as his fingertips skimmed over my sensitive breasts.
"Fuck," I whimpered, the word slipping easily from my mouth.
