Chapter 2: Building Tension
The sun began its slow descent behind the trees, casting a warm amber glow over Caroline's room as they gathered to commence their pre-game festivities. The posters on the walls seemed to dance in the changing light, while the sweet scent of vanilla filled the air with an intoxicating allure.
Liv sprawled languidly across Caroline's bed, her lithe body invoking images of boundless possibilities.
Her heart raced as she anticipated the coming night, trading heated glances with Cami and Caroline.
"Alright, ladies," Caroline said, her voice thick with anticipation. She gestured towards the pile of alcohol on the nightstand. "I've got some good juice here. Any preferences?"
"Fuck it," Cami said, her accent thick and seductive, "I'll have whatever you're having."
Liv laughed and clapped her hands together.
"I think we're going to follow Cami's lead tonight, and have whatever you've got."
Caroline poured out three generous glasses, the liquid glinting a vibrant magenta in the soft glow of the room. She handed each glass to Liv and Cami, raising her own glass in a toast to their weekend at the lake house.
"To us, and our wild adventures," Caroline proclaimed, her voice dripping with anticipation.
