Chapter 1: Chapter 1

Kafka was a beautiful lady full of confidence and enjoyed being mysterious. She was a red head and her hair was long and red as the wind whips through the trees. She wore a long red dress that reached the tops of her thighs and had a slit up the side that displayed her suspenders and garter belt. The dress was cut off at the knees, leaving her in her stockings and high heels. Her skin glowed in the dark, and her pale cheeks" were flushed with rosy cheeks even in the dim light of the moon. Her eyes were sparkling with mischief and her lips parted in a smirk. I am the dom now,' she whispered to herself and walked with purpose down the stairs and out the door. It was a beautiful night with stars twinkling above and silvery dew clinging to everything. She stopped for a moment to gaze at the full moon as it peered down at her from its perch high above. It was a sign of strength and virility, she thought, to be able to conquer the moon and all its secrets. The world was hers and she was its queen. She walked swiftly down the stone steps and out the door, past the fountain and into the meadow. She stopped for a moment to look back at the house, towering imposingly and casting a long shadow across the meadow. A man stood at the door, silhouetted against the wall and watching her with intent. His chest puffed with pride and his jaw was squared off as he stared at her. She knew that look. It meant that he was waiting for her to do something, anything so that he could prove his dominance. He wanted her to play his game, whatever it was, and it seemed that she had to do everything in her power to avoid that.As she walked towards him, the breeze picked up and carried the chirping of a nearby cricket. She stopped for a moment to listen as the song echoed through the meadow and was swallowed up by the night. It was a lullaby to soothe the baby, she thought, as she plucked the insect from her dress and crushed it under her boot. She walked on, past the lake and up the nearest hill. She stopped for a moment to rest her hand on her breast, feeling the coolness of the night against her skin. She could see the reflection of the moon on the water, and it looked like a sea of tranquillity. That was what she wanted, wasn't it?To feel safe and protected. So, she walked towards the man and stopped just short of him. She gazed up at his face, his eyes gle ing evilly in the dark, and smiled mischievously. He reached for her, but she dodged his grasp and sat cross-legged on the ground, her back against the tree she had been resting under. She gazed up at the stars, her eyes sparkling with the same mischief she had seen in the man's eyes. She was playing with fire, but it was exhilarating. The more she did it, the more she wanted to do it. It was like a drug, and she wanted more and more of it.
