Chapter 2: Building Tension
A few minutes past midnight, Bec slipped into the luxurious Tokyo hotel suite, the warm, luscious silkiness of her black dress brushing against her body. The Wellington boots were kicked off, carelessly tossed into a corner of the room. The stockings remained on. She glided over to the floor-to-ceiling windows with their softly illuminated view of the vibrant city below, which laid bathed in the warm glow of streetlights, cars, and neon signs.
The eroticism of the unfamiliar urban jungle invigorated her, sparking a surge of adrenaline, which then quickened her senses.
As she was taking in the view, she felt a set of strong hands wrap around her waist, “You're late, Bec,” a deep, soothing voice whispered into her ear. The faint scent of cologne tickled her nose, and she leaned back into Lewis' warm embrace. He wore a tailored black suit, which contrasted starkly with the vulnerability of his bare chest beneath the jacket.
The chill from the hotel room’s air conditioning caressed her skin as his fingers deftly started to unzip her dress. She shivered, relishing the sensation, her body begging for more.
“Goddamn, you’re even more stunning up close,” Bec sighed, her voice filled with desire and smoky want. Turning around to face him, she let the dress slide down her curves to puddle at her feet.
Lewis’ gaze dropped, taking in the sight of her black lace lingerie and stockings.
