Julie, a tattooed redhead, wins a trip for two for an island getaway. She invites her childhood best friend Cody. Upon arrival, she discovers that she left her bathing suit in a different suitcase. After trying to see if the resort somewhere she could buy a swimsuit, she discovers that it is clothing optional. With a bit of willpower and a little prep, she decides to spend the trip naked.

Chapter 4: Climax

Julie pushed the bathroom door open, the cooler bungalow air hitting her bare skin. She stood in the doorway, hand resting confidently on her hip, wearing only the pale blue lace panties, holding her free arm over her tiny breasts to cover them. "Well?" she demanded, a slight challenge in her voice. "No more fiery beacon down there, right?"

Cody’s gaze snapped up from his phone, landing on her. He scanned the panties, the smooth skin where her landing strip used to be. Then his eyes stopped, frozen for a split second lower down. The sheer lace did its job too well now; the distinct outline of her vaginal slit was clearly visible beneath the delicate fabric. A bright, unmistakable flush instantly crept up his neck and flooded his cheeks. "Uh," he stammered, his voice catching slightly. "Yeah. The, uh… the hair’s definitely gone."

He quickly looked away, focusing intently on a spot on the floorboards near her feet. The blush deepened. He cleared his throat, trying to sound nonchalant and failing miserably. "Mission accomplished on that front. Definitely solved the neon sign issue." His knuckles were white where he gripped the edge of the bed.

"But...?" asked Julie, seeing his embarrassment.

"But your uh... slit... is now completely visible." he said.

Julie spun towards the mirrored closet door, twisting sideways. The afternoon sun blazed through the window, transforming the pale blue lace into near transparency against her skin. Cody was right. The smooth, hairless skin did nothing to obscure the distinct, dark pink outline of her labia beneath the delicate fabric.

"Shit," she muttered, tugging the panties slightly. The movement just made the outline shift, not disappear. She glared at her reflection. "Seriously? It's like the fabric just melts." Frustration tightened her voice. The solution for one problem had created another stark vulnerability.

She stomped back into the bathroom, emerging moments later in a different pair – black lace this time, slightly thicker. She struck a pose by the window. "Better? Darker fabric?"

Cody, still perched on his bed edge, took a deliberate breath. His gaze flickered down, then snapped back up to her face, a faint flush returning. "Uh, Jules? Still visible. Maybe even more... defined, actually? Like a silhouette." He gestured helplessly. "The sun’s just brutal through any lace."

Julie groaned, vanishing again. Next, she tried a barely-there thong in nude mesh. Same result under the intense light. A deep red string bikini bottom offered marginally more coverage but still clearly delineated her shape. Each attempt felt like losing ground. "This is impossible!" Her voice echoed from the bathroom. "Everything sheer shows everything!"

Returning one final time, she wore the original pale blue lace panties, hands on her hips defiantly. "Okay, screw it. Maybe no one will notice. Or care." She shrugged, a forced nonchalance in the gesture. "It's just anatomy, right? Everyone's got one." She met Cody's eyes, daring him to disagree, a flicker of her usual fire returning despite the underlying uncertainty. "Focus shift: tops." She grabbed one and went to the bathroom and threw it on. It was the flimsy white silk camisole she’d first considered.

She stepped out into the bedroom, frowning. "This'll get wrecked instantly. Stained, stretched, soaked..." She tossed it dismissively onto her rumpled bed. Her fingers trailed over a thin, ribbed knit tank top – too hot and heavy for the beach. A silky chemise? Utterly impractical.

"None of these are beach," she declared, exasperation rising again. The sheer impracticality of her packed wardrobe felt like a personal insult. The freedom of 'clothing optional' whispered again, louder now, tangled with the lingering self-consciousness about the panties. Sunlight glinted off her delicate collarbone tattoo.

Finally, staring at the useless pile of fabric, a decisive spark ignited in her green eyes. "Sunscreen is messy. Saltwater ruins everything fine."

Then, without hesitation, she grabbed the hem of the thin tank top she still wore. In one smooth, bold movement, she pulled it up and over her head, tossing it aside. She stood facing Cody, clad only in the pale blue lace panties. Her small, round breasts were bare, nipples tightening instantly in the air-conditioned room, a scattering of freckles dusting her upper chest. "Problem solved," she stated, her voice steady, chin lifted, though a faint flush crept up her neck.
