Chapter 2: Building Tension

Ethan shot him a look of warning, his jaw set firm.

The next day, Ethan was in his apartment, preparing a smoothie, when there was a knock at the door. He opened it to see Sam standing there, dressed in a suit that looked like it was about to burst at the seams, his belly straining against the buttons of his shirt. Ethan's eyebrows shot up in surprise. "Sam?" he asked, stepping aside to let him in.

Sam sighed, unbuttoning his jacket as soon as he entered. "Yeah, sorry about this," he said, looking down at his rounded belly. "I had a meeting with a client today and I couldn't resist the spread they had laid out. I must have eaten half of it."

Ethan chuckled, shaking his head. "No judgments here, man. We all have our moments.

Mine stared back at me from the mirror, a pathetic reflection of a man who had let himself go. "I'm sorry, Ethan," Sam said, his voice laced with embarrassment as he pulled at the fabric of his pants, already stretched tight across his belly. "I know it's silly, but I forgot my gym clothes. I guess I was too focused on the meeting." He looked down at his polished dress shoes, clearly uncomfortable.

Ethan leaned against the counter, his expression softening as he watched Sam struggle with his verbal apology. "Hey, it happens," he said, a reassuring smile playing on his lips. "We'll make it work. You can change here if you want." He gestured towards the bedroom, giving Sam some privacy to change into more comfortable clothes.

Sam nodded gratefully, disappearing into the bedroom.

A few moments later, he reemerged, his suit jacket and dress shirt discarded, revealing a form-fitting undershirt that struggled to contain his ample belly. His dress pants, however, remained, their fabric stretched taut across his bulk. He sat down on the couch, and with a sigh, his clothes ballooned out around him, the fabric straining against his body.

Ethan couldn't help but notice the way Sam's belly jiggled slightly as he settled into the couch, the fabric of his pants pulling tight across his thighs. He felt a familiar heat pool in his lower abdomen, but he quickly pushed it aside, focusing on the task at hand.

"So, how was your meeting?" Ethan asked, handing Sam a glass of water as he sat down in the armchair across from him.

Sam took the glass with a grateful nod, taking a sip before answering.
