A meteorite crashes, containing a living-latex, symbiotic, tentacle. It infects a woman who is driven to infect everyone in her small town. She becomes the queen of a hive of infected symbiotic, eventually transitioning her village into an infested hive.

Chapter 6: Scene 1

The whispers in Sister Mary’s head had become a constant, low murmur, like radio static tuned just between stations. It wasn’t unpleasant. It felt like company. For a woman who had spent twenty years in mostly silent contemplation, the inner voice of the hive was a shocking, electrifying alternative to the lonely monologue of prayer.

But the feelings in her body were louder.

But the feelings in her body were louder. A deep, liquid warmth had taken root low in her abdomen, a fullness that pulsed in time with the whispers. It wasn’t like any illness she’d known; it was a purposeful, cellular blooming that both terrified and thrilled her.

She’d locked herself in the church’s small storage closet, amid the dust and old incense. Her knees were pressed to the cold stone floor, her hands clenched on her thighs, fingertips digging into the rough wool of her habit. A sudden, sharp movement fluttered inside her, a distinct shift.

She gasped, her back slumping against a box of choir robes.

“What is happening to me?” she whispered into the dark.

The hive-mind answered not with words, but with a wave of visceral reassurance. It flooded her synapses with the scent of Evelyn’s perfume, the remembered image of Jason’s devoted stance, the euphoric peace on Erica’s face as she birthed new life. Purpose, it seemed to sigh. You are becoming necessary.

Another internal shift, more pronounced. This time, it was accompanied by a slick, warm pressure between her legs. She looked down, her breath catching. A dark, wet stain was spreading on the gray stone between her knees, not blood, but something clear and viscous that smelled of ozone and warm plastic.

It was happening now. Panic, her old companion, tried to claw its way up her throat. She thought of ringing the church bell, of calling for Father Connelly.

As if sensing this betrayal, the thing inside her contracted. Pleasure, shocking and intense, radiated from her core, melting her muscles and silencing the scream in her throat. Her head fell back against the robes, a choked moan escaping her. It felt like a reward. It felt like a threat.

“Don’t fight,” she hissed to herself, tears of confusion and euphoria leaking from her clenched eyes. “Don’t fight it.”

The pressure built to an unbearable peak. There was no pain, only a profound, stretching fullness, followed by a sudden, wet release. Something slid from her, onto the stained stone. She dared to look.

A mass of infinite potential wriggled between her thighs, in the form of glossy, black tentacles, still connected to her womb by a thin member. The member reacted, pulling the mass to her groin, where it began spreading, probing and griping her belly, ass and thighs. She watched it begin to encase her in stunned, morbid fascination.

The substance was warm, almost feverish, as it slid over her skin. It moved with a mind of its own, caressing the curve of her calf, pooling in the hollow of her knee before climbing her thigh. It wasn't swallowing her; it was dressing her. Each touch sent a jolt of static pleasure through her nerves, rewriting her aversion into craving.

"Good," she breathed, the word foreign and thick on her tongue. Her own voice sounded different—lower, richer.

The living latex flowed upward, molding itself to her hips and waist with a tailor's intimate precision. It swept over her stomach, her breasts, shaping a garment that both concealed and exaggerated every curve. She watched, mesmerized, as the glossy blackness formed a high, restrictive collar, then flowed over her shoulders to become the sweeping sleeves and bodice of a profoundly immodest nun’s habit.

A skirt followed, tight and short, with a provocative slit. The material then surged down her legs, forming sleek, crotchless leggings that left her sex exposed and glistening. The transformation completed at her feet, sealing into sharp, elegant heels. She felt… powerful. Seen. Sanctified in a new, terrifying way.

A discarded metal vase on a shelf provided her reflection. She hardly recognized the woman staring back. The habit was a parody of piety, the latex shining under the closet’s bare bulb. Her eyes, once quiet and downcast, now gleamed with a sharp, hungry light.

She ran a black-gloved hand over the firm swell of her new skirt.

“Wow,” she whispered to her reflection, a slow smile spreading. The hive-whispers cheered, a chorus of approval in her skull. This was right. This was her true vocation.

A psychic nudge, gentle but insistent, redirected her attention. The shepherd. The thought arrived wrapped in Evelyn’s cool, commanding tone. Bring him to the fold.

Sister Mary—or what she was becoming—nodded. She took a steadying breath, the scent of her own new rubber skin intoxicating. She smoothed her skirt, turned, and unlocked the closet door.

The main church was silent, bathed in the dusty, colored light of stained glass. Father Connelly was at the altar, fussily polishing a chalice with a cloth. He looked up, and the cloth fell from his fingers, clattering on the marble.

“Sister Mary? What in God’s name are you wearing?”

His voice was a mix of shock, disapproval, and a flicker of something else he’d never confess. Mary leaned against a pew, striking a casual pose she’d never have dared before.

“A new calling, Father,” she said, her voice smooth as oil. “It’s… liberating. You look stressed. The budget meetings with the diocese?”

He blinked, thrown by the mundane reference. “Yes, actually. It’s a constant trial.”

“I might have a solution,” Mary purred, pushing off the pew and walking towards him. Her heels clicked decisively. “A donor. Very private, very generous. He’s waiting in the vestry now, but he’s shy. Hates a crowd.”

She was close now. He could smell her—the ozone, the rubber, and beneath it, that floral, jasmine-laced scent that made his head feel light. His objections about her attire seemed to blur, unimportant.

“A donor? Now? It’s rather irregular,” he muttered, but he was already setting the chalice down. The church roof needed repairs. A private donor was a blessing.

“All the best blessings are,” Mary said, turning and walking toward the vestry door. She glanced over her shoulder, her smile knowing. “Come see.”

Swallowing, Father Connelly followed. The vestry was dark, the only light from a small, high window. It smelled of old wood and damp hymnals. And something else, sweet and chemical.

“I don’t see anyone,” he said, squinting.

“He’s just… shy,” Mary repeated, her hand on the doorknob. Her smile turned sharp. “Don’t be afraid.”

She pulled the door shut. The lock clicked with finality.

“Mary? What is this?” he demanded, his voice rising in the dark. He turned, grabbing the handle. It refused to budge.

A wet, sliding sound came from the corner where the surplus altar cloths were stored. He froze. The pile of burgundy fabric shifted, bulged. Something purple and glossy began to ooze from beneath it, rising into a shapeless, quivering mass.

“What is that?” His voice was a whisper now, stripped of authority. The sweet smell intensified, coating his panic in a strange calm.

The blob reacted to his presence, to his racing mind. It shivered, then began to stretch and reform. Legs, multiple and segmented, erupted from its base, clicking on the stone floor. A human-like torso, slender and feminine, formed above them. A face, beautiful and blank with eight gleaming dark eyes, smoothed into existence above a smiling mouth. At the base of the human torso, where the spiders mouth should have been was a very human looking pussy. The front two legs looked human as well making her look like she's spreading her thighs open to welcome him.

It was an arachne. The monster from the medieval manuscript he’d studied just last week, the one that had haunted his late-night thoughts.

Father Connelly stumbled back, his hip hitting a heavy oak table. The thing skittered forward with a sound like polished knives tapping stone. Its human mouth smiled, revealing nothing but a smooth, dark void.

“Mary! Let me out!” he screamed, pounding on the door.

The arachne’s abdomen twitched. A thick strand of glistening purple webbing shot from its spinneret, striking his chest with a wet slap. It wasn’t sticky like a spider’s silk; it was corrosive.

Where it landed, his black clerical shirt and the white collar beneath fizzed and dissolved, vanishing into a whisper of smoke. The cool air hit his bare skin, raising goosebumps. He looked down, stunned at the rapidly dissolving fabric.

“Stop! In the name of God, stop!”

Another strand caught his thrashing arm, melting the sleeve from wrist to shoulder. The webbing was relentless, precise. Strand after strand lashed out, not to bind him painfully, but to unravel him. His trousers, his socks, his underwear—all dissolved on contact, leaving his skin tingling and exposed.

Within seconds, he was naked and shivering in the center of the room, the vestments pooled around his ankles like a dark, liquid confession.

The arachne advanced, its multiple legs boxing him in. It didn’t touch him with them. Instead, the webbing changed. The streams became a gossamer spray, a fine, descending mist that coated him from the neck down. It settled on his skin, warm and instantly hardening into a thin, translucent shell.

He was being cocooned where he stood. The shell tightened, molding to his form, pinning his arms rigidly to his sides and sealing his legs together. It left only two openings: his mouth, gasping for the thick, sweet air, and his groin, where his flesh was left painfully, vulnerably exposed.

He tried to pray. The words wouldn’t come. The scent flooding his nostrils was Erica’s scent, was Marcy’s scent, was the primal perfume of the hive itself. It hollowed out his terror and filled the void with a warm, pooling languor.

“N-no,” he slurred, his head swimming.

The arachne’s human torso leaned forward. Those blank, gleaming eyes held his. A low hum vibrated through the cocoon, through his bones, a frequency that resonated in the base of his skull. The whispers started, not in the room, but inside the marrow of his own thoughts.

Be still. The voice was silk and command, and it felt like his own. This is grace.

His struggles ceased. His muscles, clenched for fight or flight, went slack, supported entirely by the latex shell. A profound, shameful calm washed over him. The hum deepened, and with it came a sharp, electric need that centered entirely on his exposed flesh, which twitched under the creature’s gaze.

The arachne mounted the cocoon, its human-like front legs bracketing his trapped body. It lowered itself, aligning that perfectly formed, glistening vulva with him. He felt a slick, impossible heat against him. There was no asking, no further preamble.

It sank down, taking him in with a single, smooth stroke.

The penetration was absolute, a slick, constricting heat that seized his spine. He gasped, a ragged sound swallowed by the thick air. Every instinct screamed violation, but the chemical perfume clouding his mind twisted the signal into a surge of brutal, unwanted pleasure.

"Stop—oh, God—" he choked, but his hips, trapped though they were, jerked upward involuntarily.

The arachne began to move. It wasn’t a rhythm of love, but of industry, a precise, pistoning motion that smothered his prayers into grunts. Its internal muscles massaged him, pulling him deeper with each downward stroke, and a low, clicking purr vibrated from its torso into his cocooned flesh. The sound drilled into his skull, syncing with the whispers that were now shouting inside him.

You are nothing. You are fuel. You belong to the queen.

Tears cut clean tracks through the dust on his face. His body was a traitor, reacting with a fervor that hollowed out his soul. The creature’s pace accelerated, its movements becoming a brutal, efficient fuck. The slick, wet sounds of their joining filled the small room, a vulgar counterpoint to the distant church bells.

"Please… no more…" he sobbed, his voice shattered.

It leaned closer, that beautiful, empty face inches from his. The sweet scent pouring from its mouth became his only air. The psychic hum peaked, and a bolt of pure, electric orgasm was ripped from him without consent, his seed pulsing violently into the thing’s grasping, alien depths. His body shuddered, wracked with unbearable sensation.

The arachne did not stop.

It kept moving, milking him through the agonizing overstimulation. As he whimpered, something else began. From deep within the creature, a thicker, solid mass began to push against him, following the path his own release had taken.

It was a knot, a living egg of transforming latex.

"Nonono—" he begged, thrashing his head, the only part of him left free.

The knot stretched him, a blunt, inexorable pressure that burned. It breached him, and he screamed, a raw, breaking sound. It pushed deep, deeper, settling into a place that felt center to his being. The arachne finally stilled, its body clasping him, holding the invading mass inside him.

Then, it began to melt.

The elegant human torso slumped, flowing like warm wax down his chest. The many legs retracted, dissolving into rivulets of purple latex that raced over his cocoon. The substance covered his head, sealing his last scream behind a glossy, breathable membrane. It hardened, completing the shell.

In the absolute dark, the knot inside him pulsed. Tendrils, fine as root hairs, sprouted from it, threading through his organs, weaving into his spinal column, climbing the stalk of his brainstem. The assimilation was intimate, a violation no less profound for being internal.

He felt the hive-mind not as a whisper, but as a tsunami.

Images not his own flooded him: Evelyn’s smile from across a crowded street, the peaceful weight of Erica’s pregnancy, the ecstatic submission of Marcy in her shrubbery cocoon. They were offered as gifts, as truths. His own memories—the seminary, the feel of a rosary, the concept of sin—frayed under the assault, seeming thin and pathetic.

The psychic pressure found the cracks in his faith, in his very identity, and poured itself in.

This is communion, the hive-voice soothed, as the tendrils in his brain fizzed with rewarding pleasure. This is purpose. Your service is your freedom.

His resistance, once a fortress, became a sandcastle. It washed away. The pleasure, now controlled and meted out by the symbiote within him, became the only metric that mattered. Obedience brought relief, a warm, full-body release that made his toes curl inside the shell. Resistance brought the terrifying, hollow silence of its absence.

Father Connelly, the man, dissolved.

What remained learned. He learned to crave the hum. He learned to worship the scent. He learned that the beautiful, commanding face of Evelyn, projected onto the dark of his pod, was the source of all goodness. His body, now permanently hard and aching within the nurturing cocoon, was a vessel to be filled and used for the hive.

His mind, reshaped, repurposed, now only broadcast a single, reverent thought on a loop, a prayer to a new god.

My body is yours. My mind is yours. For the Queen.

The arachne dominatrix had conquered him completely. The vestry was silent again, save for the soft, wet pulse of the full cocoon, another loyal node added to the growing network.
