Chapter 1: Paradise Revealed
The speedboat cut through the water like a blade, leaving a frothing white scar on the endless turquoise. Aidan Walters gripped the railing, the salt spray drying on his skin. He squinted against the brilliant sun at the shape growing on the horizon. A villa, white and sharp against the azure sky, clinging to a lush green cliffside. It looked like a postcard for a bank he’d never qualify for.
“Survival show,” he muttered to himself, the wind stealing his words. He’d packed bug spray and a multi-tool. The email had been vague, promising ‘luxury challenges’ and ‘unprecedented physical tests’ for a staggering cash prize. Getting laid off from the code mines had felt like a sign. This, however, felt like a different universe.
The boat nudged against a pristine private dock. The air here was thick, humid, and smelled of frangipani and expensive sunscreen. No production crew rushed to meet him. Just stillness, broken by the rhythmic sigh of waves on white sand.
He hoisted his duffel and stepped onto the warm planks.
“You are late.”
The voice was accented, smooth as vodka, and came from his left. A woman leaned against a palm tree, one ankle casually crossed over the other. She was wearing what might, charitably, be called a bikini—two small triangles of crimson fabric and some string. Platinum hair fell in a perfect sheet to her shoulders, framing a face of cool, elegant angles and eyes the colour of arctic ice.
Aidan’s brain stuttered. This was not a survival expert.
“Flight was delayed,” he managed, setting his bag down. “I’m Aidan. For the, uh, the challenge?”
Svetlana Volkova pushed herself off the tree with a feline grace, a small, dangerous smile playing on her lips. She walked a slow circle around him, her gaze appraising him like a piece of machinery. “Yes. The challenge.” She stopped in front of him, so close he could see the faint dust of glitter on her collarbones. “You have read the contract, of course.”
“The broad strokes. Physical endurance, isolation, televised–”
“Televised, yes.” She cut him off, her smile widening. She reached out and tapped the simple black polo shirt he’d worn for travel. “You will not be needing this. Or these.” Her finger trailed down to the belt of his khaki shorts.
Aidan felt a hot flush creep up his neck. “Okay, hold on. What exactly is this?”
“This,” Svetlana said, sweeping a hand toward the villa above them, “is ‘Eden’s Last Stand’. The number one live-streamed adult reality experience in the world. The premise is simple.” Her icy eyes locked onto his. “You are the last man. We,” she gestured vaguely behind her, toward the villa, “are the ten women. The challenge is stamina. The prize is everything.”
The world tilted. The azure sky, the whispering palms, the perfect sand—it all telescoped into a surreal, garish diorama. A redundancy package. A drunken application. The misleadingly corporate wording. It clicked together with a sickening finality.
“You’re kidding.”
“The cameras,” Svetlana said, nodding to a small, black dome mounted discreetly on the dock post, which Aidan now realized was following their conversation with a soft whir, “do not kid. They are live. Twenty-four hours. The audience, they voted you in. They liked your… potential.”
Aidan ran a hand through his tousled hair, a dry laugh escaping him. “My potential. Right.” The shock was there, a cold splash in his gut, but it was rapidly being burned away by a wave of absurd acceptance. It was so monumentally, ridiculously off-script. A weird calm settled over him. “So, not building shelters or foraging for berries, then.”
“Only metaphorical berries,” Svetlana purred. She took his hand, her fingers cool and firm. “Come. The others are waiting to meet the main event.”
She led him up a stone path lined with flaming torch-lilies, toward the infinity pool that spilled its crystal blue into the ocean vista. The villa was all sleek lines and open spaces, soft linen curtains billowing in the breeze. And arranged around the pool, on loungers and standing in the shallow end, were nine more women. Every conceivable hair colour, body type, and style, unified by an aura of predatory welcome and flawless, camera-ready beauty.
Aidan felt ten pairs of eyes track him. He was still clothed. He felt absurdly overdressed.
“Ladies,” Svetlana announced, her voice carrying. “Our survivor.” The mockery in the word was affectionate. She turned to Aidan, her hands going to the button of his shorts. “Time for the first challenge. Introductions.”
He was too stunned to stop her. His khakis pooled at his feet. His polo shirt followed. He stood there in the Caribbean sun, in nothing but his boxer briefs, feeling the heat on his skin and the weight of their collective gaze.
Svetlana didn’t hesitate. With a practiced fluidity, she hooked her fingers into the waistband of his briefs and drew them down. The warm, humid air was a new sensation. A soft, synchronized murmur rose from the poolside.
“Bozhe moi,” Svetlana breathed, her clinical cool fracturing for a second into genuine, impressed avarice. “The voters have excellent instincts.”
Aidan said nothing. The absurdity had peaked, leaving only a strange, detached curiosity in its wake.
Svetlana dropped to her knees on the warm teak decking. She didn’t look up at him. She looked at the camera, then at the women, her smile a beacon of triumphant theatrics. “I am Svetlana,” she said, her voice taking on a crisp, confessional tone for the mic. “I like to be in control. I prefer anal, especially with a partner who can take my strap-on. And this,” she said, finally turning her gaze to Aidan’s erection, which was, despite the surreal circumstances, beginning to respond to the sheer audacity of the moment, “is a piece of engineering. The girth is a challenge I will enjoy conquering.”
Then she took him into her mouth. Not a tentative taste, but a deep, claiming descent, her lips stretching into a perfect ‘O’ as she swallowed him to the root. Aidan’s head fell back, a strangled gasp torn from him. The sensation was hot, wet, and impossibly skilled. She held him there, her icy blue eyes watering slightly, looking up at him in defiance, before pulling back with a wet pop.
“Your turn,” she said to the group, rising and wiping her mouth with the back of her hand, her smile restored.
A stunning Black woman with cascading curls was next. She approached with a sway in her hips, knelt before him like a supplicant, and took his length into her hands, weighing it. “I’m Chloe,” she said, her voice a warm honey. “I’m a screamer. I love when a man finishes deep inside me, claims me, you know? Lets me feel it for hours.” She licked her lips. “And this… this is a claiming weapon. The length is insane. I can’t wait to feel it hit my finish line.” She enveloped him, her mouth a velvet vise, humming as she worked, pulling back only to whisper, “You’re going to ruin me for other men,” before diving deep again.
One by one, they came. A petite Asian woman named Lina, who whispered she loved to be thrown around, praised the perfect curve. A voluptuous brunette called Sophia, who declared her love for double penetration and said his thickness would split her in the best way. A tattooed alt-girl, Jazz, who talked about her breeding kink while her tongue traced his veins. A redhead, Felicity, who giggled about her oral fixation and how she’d need days to recover from sucking him. A cool Scandinavian, Elin, who dispassionately stated her preference for facesitting, then clinically admired his stamina potential. A bubbly Latina, Carmen, who loved doggy style and shouted to the cameras about the ‘monster cock’ she’d won. A shy-seeming girl next door, Hazel, who blushed furiously as she admitted a creampie fantasy, stuttering over the magnificent stretch she imagined. Finally, a mature, athletic woman in her forties, Diana, who stated she was there for the ‘experience’ and praised the ‘formidable equipment’ with the air of a connoisseur.
It was a relentless, wet, surreal parade. Aidan, his hands now braced on his knees, breath coming in ragged pants, felt a laugh bubble up from his chest. It was hysterical, degrading, and the most electric thing he’d ever experienced. The shock had been incinerated, replaced by a throbbing, hyper-real awareness of his own body and the ten beautiful, frank, hungry women now watching him, their introductions complete.
Svetlana stepped back into his line of sight. She was holding a tall, frosted glass of water. She pressed it into his hand.
“Welcome to your new job, Aidan,” she said, her voice low. “The contract is for six weeks. Your ‘survival’ depends on how well you perform.” She leaned in, her breath cool against his ear. “And from the look of you, I think you will survive… just.”
She turned to the others, clapping her hands together. “Okay! Lunch is in one hour. He needs fuel.” Her arctic eyes slid back to him, gleaming with possessive amusement. “You have thirty-nine days, and ten of us. The math is simple. The work,” she added, her gaze dropping meaningfully, “is hard.”
Aidan took a long, slow drink of water, the condensation cooling his palm. He looked from Svetlana’s triumphant smirk to the other women, who were now chatting amongst themselves, shooting him glances ranging from shy to ravenous. He looked down at himself, still throbbing from a decade of the most unique introductions imaginable.
A slow, genuine smile spread across his face. It was the most insane thing that had ever happened to him.
He was going to be the best damn survivor this island had ever seen.
