Chapter 26: Medical Emergency
The fluorescent lights hummed a flat, angry note, bleaching all color from the room. Every surface was hard, cold, and wipe-clean. Anya’s world had shrunk to the vinyl padding of the exam table, the crinkle of paper beneath her thighs, and a pain so precise it felt like a scalpel carving its way through her nerves. She clutched the edges of the table, her knuckles white, trying to anchor herself against the waves of nausea and a deeper, more shameful throbbing that pulsed in time with her heartbeat.
“Almost done with the irrigation, just try to relax,” a nurse said, her voice mechanically pleasant as she flushed the torn flesh with a cold, stinging solution.
Relax. The word was a joke. How could she relax when half her anatomy felt like it had been through a mechanical shredder? The weights were gone, carefully removed and placed in a sterile tray nearby, their cold metal gleam a mockery of her current state. Without them, the torn labia felt bizarrely light, yet the absence of the familiar pull was its own kind of agony. The real focus, the epicenter of both trauma and a horrifying, persistent arousal, was her clit. The monstrous ring had been cut away by the EMTs, but the flesh itself was a swollen, purple beacon, a solid, throbbing length of pain that seemed to have a pulse of its own.
A male doctor with a tired face and glasses peered over the nurse’s shoulder. “Significant lacerations to the labia minora. Edema is substantial. And… that,” he said, nodding toward the swollen protrusion, his clinical tone failing to mask a flicker of disbelief. “We’ll need to assess the nerve damage after the swelling reduces.”
Another wave of pain crested, and Anya whimpered, a pathetic sound that echoed in the sterile silence. As she shifted, the nurse’s gloved hand, dabbing gently at the area, brushed against the base of the swollen clit.
It was like touching a live wire to gunpowder.
A sound tore from Anya’s throat, a choked gasp that was half-sob, half-moan. A gush of warm fluid, impossible to control, spilled from her, trickling over the torn skin and onto the stainless steel table beneath her. It wasn’t urine. The sheer, mortifying volume of it was unmistakable.
The nurse flinched back, her professional composure cracking for a second. The doctor’s eyes widened marginally before he snapped his mask back into place. “Involuntary response to nerve trauma,” he stated, too quickly, as if trying to convince himself. The air in the room thickened with unspoken shock and a thick, coppery-sweet smell.
The humiliation was a fire in her cheeks, hotter than the pain. They thought she was a freak. They were right.
The door hissed open, and Tiffany burst in, her face pale under the harsh lights. “Anya! I came as soon as I got your text. What the hell happened?” She stopped short, her eyes taking in the scene: the blood on the gauze, the tools, the visible, brutalized flesh. “Oh, god.”
“The patient is being stabilized,” the doctor said, a clear warning in his voice.
“I’m her emergency contact,” Tiffany shot back, not taking her eyes off Anya. She moved to the side of the table, her hand finding Anya’s. Her grip was firm, real. “Hey. Look at me. Breathe.”
Anya clung to her hand, tears finally spilling over. “The weights… I added more… I was just walking and I felt something… tear.”
Tiffany’s grip tightened, her own knuckles turning white. “Jesus, Anya. How many more?”
“I lost count,” Anya whispered, the words thick with shame. “It just felt… necessary.”
The doctor interrupted, his voice cutting through their hushed exchange. “We need to take her into surgery now. The tissue is necrotizing.” He gestured to the nurse who began prepping a syringe. “We’ll do everything we can to preserve function.”
Anya’s eyes widened in panic, searching Tiffany’s face. “Don’t let them cut it all off. Please.”
“You heard her,” Tiffany snapped at the doctor, her voice trembling with a ferocity that surprised even her. “Save what you can.”
Then the cold pinch of the needle pierced Anya’s arm. The world softened at the edges, the harsh lights blurring into a warm, welcoming haze. Tiffany’s worried face was the last thing she saw before the darkness swallowed her whole.
Time became a sticky, disjointed thing. She floated in a void punctuated by distant pressure and the murmur of masked voices. There was the cold swipe of antiseptic, the bright glare of a lamp above, and the vague, tugging sensation of hands working between her legs. It felt like they were rebuilding her from the ground up, or taking her apart piece by piece. She couldn’t tell which.
The doctor worked at it for a while, his focus absolute. He and his team meticulously debrided the shredded, unsalvageable flesh of her labia, their movements efficient and practiced. They managed to save her clit, the core structure, but it was a Pyrrhic victory. Without the surrounding tissue, and with the traumatic swelling, the clit was now an 18 cm bloated pink monstrosity, a raw, prominent shaft of flesh standing utterly alone.
Consciousness returned not with a jolt, but as a slow, painful seep. The first thing she registered was a profound, aching emptiness between her legs, a void where there had once been weight and substance. Then a different sensation intruded: a thick, persistent throb centered on one specific point. It was a deep, congested pulse.
She was in a different room now, softer, the lights dimmed. Tiffany was slumped in a chair beside the bed, asleep. Anya’s hand moved slowly, hesitantly, down her own body, over the stiff hospital gown, toward the bandages. Her fingers found the shape beneath the gauze.
There was nothing to the sides. No fleshy folds, no familiar rings. Just a flat, sore landscape. And in the center, a single, solid, towering presence. It was massive. It was obscene.
A soft, broken sound escaped her. It was half a sob, half a disbelieving laugh.
The sound woke Tiffany. She blinked, leaning forward. “You’re back. They said it went… as well as it could.”
Anya just stared at the ceiling, her fingers still pressing lightly against the massive, throbbing form under the bandages. “It’s gone, Tiff. All of it. It’s just… this thing now.”
“But they saved it,” Tiffany said, her voice tentative, trying to find a silver lining. “The main part. Right?”
Anya finally turned her head, her green eyes wide with a storm of horror and a terrifying, dawning curiosity. “You don’t understand. It’s all there is.” She let her head fall back against the pillow. “It’s all I am now.”
Tiffany’s chair scraped against the linoleum as she stood. She didn’t offer empty platitudes or look away from the raw truth on Anya’s face. Instead, she moved to the side of the bed, her movements deliberate and calm. Her eyes, usually sparkling with mischief, were now pools of fierce, unwavering loyalty.
“No, it’s not,” she said, her voice low and steady. Her hands, cool and sure, went to the ties on Anya’s hospital gown. “Let me see.”
Anya’s breath hitched, a protest forming and dying on her lips. She was too hollowed out to resist, too captivated by Tiffany’s intense focus. The gown fell open. The bandages were a stark white contrast to the swollen, angry pink flesh they barely contained. Tiffany carefully peeled the gauze back, her expression unreadable as the full, shocking extent was revealed.
The 18-centimeter length of tissue, now utterly isolated without its labial frame, was a raw, prominent shaft. It was grotesque, a medical anomaly, a monument to her recklessness. Tiffany didn’t flinch. She simply observed it, her head tilted slightly, as if studying a complex piece of art.
“It’s still you, Anya,” she murmured. Her fingers, incredibly gentle, hovered just above the hypersensitive skin. “And you’re still in there.”
Then she touched it. Not a clinical probe, but a slow, firm caress from base to tip with her thumb. A bolt of pure, undiluted sensation, so sharp it was almost painful, ripped through Anya’s core. Her back arched off the bed, a strangled gasp catching in her throat. Every nerve ending, every raw and traumatized cell, was suddenly screaming to life under that single, knowing touch.
“See?” Tiffany whispered, her thumb making another slow, confident pass. “It’s not gone.”
The sensation built with terrifying speed, a freight train of pleasure she couldn’t derail. It wasn’t the deep, structural pulling of the weights. This was sharper, more concentrated, a brilliant, white-hot wire of feeling focused entirely on that one massive organ. Her hips bucked involuntarily against Tiffany’s hand, her own fingers clutching at the stiff hospital sheets.
“Tiff… I can’t…” she choked out, but it was a lie. She could. Her body was already hurtling toward the edge, the pleasure so intense it blurred the lines with pain.
Tiffany leaned closer, her breath warm against Anya’s ear. “Just let it happen.”
A third, slower stroke did it. Anya’s world dissolved into a silent, shattering convulsion. Her mouth opened in a soundless scream as the climax seized her, a raw, electrical storm that left her trembling and spent. Waves of release pulsed through the massive, isolated clit, each throb a confirmation of life, of feeling, of a twisted kind of wholeness.
She collapsed back onto the pillow, breathing in ragged, shuddering gulps. The throbbing was still there, but it was different now—a warm, satisfied hum instead of a congested ache. She looked at Tiffany, her vision blurry with unshed tears, not of horror, but of overwhelming, dizzying relief.
A slow, wobbly smile touched her lips. “It still works.”
“Damn right it does,” Tiffany said, her own smile finally breaking through, sharp and brilliant. She carefully retied the gown, her task complete. “You’re still you. Just… a more streamlined model.”
Anya let out a wet laugh, the sound strange and wonderful in the sterile room. The crushing despair had receded, replaced by a fragile, burgeoning curiosity. She could still feel pleasure. The path forward was terrifying and unknown, but it was no longer a dead end.
