Chapter 58: The Consultation
The sterile white of Tina’s clinic was a shock to the system after the hazy, pleasure-soaked weeks Anya had been floating through. Tiffany needed a lactation adjustment—a minor valve recalibration—and had dragged Anya along for moral support. Or, more likely, for an audience.
“It’s just a tune-up,” Tiffany said, lounging in the patient chair as if it were a throne, her robe open. “Think of it as an oil change for the fun bags.”
Anya smirked, leaning against a counter displaying holographic models of various ductal systems. Her body hummed its usual quiet song; she’d had two gentle climaxes on the walk over, sparked by the rhythm of her steps and the plug nestled inside her. “Just don’t let her turn the pressure up too high. I’m not wearing white, but still.”
Tina bustled in, her platform heels clicking on the polished floor. She was a vision of engineered perfection: D-cup breasts swaying under a tight pink synth-leather top, her hips dramatic, her makeup flawless. The subtle bulge at the front of her sequined shorts was, as always, soft and unobtrusive.
“Sorry, girls! Just finishing up a consult. You would not believe the artistry this one requires. It’s a dream.” Tina’s voice was a bubbly soprano, at odds with the sharp intelligence in her eyes as she activated a scanner above Tiffany’s chest. The blue light washed over her pale skin, mapping the intricate internal network.
“More interesting than milk management?” Tiffany asked, arching an eyebrow.
“Infinitely.” Tina’s fingers danced across a holopanel, calling up a new schematic. It rotated in the air: a pair of testicles, but with a complex internal structure. “Client’s name is Sloane. Gorgeous shemale, like, legitimately stunning. Married to another shemale, Helena. Top and bottom dynamics are everything to them. Sloane’s a total bottom, loves it, but she’s got these… inadequate little almonds for balls. Helena adores playing with them during, you know, but Sloane says they’re not satisfying. She wants the full, weighty, squishy experience for her wife. But—” Tina paused for dramatic effect, “—she never wants them to produce sperm or testosterone. She wants the aesthetic and the tactile joy, without any of the biological function. She wants to be more of a bottom, visually and physically.”
Anya whistled low. “So you’re giving her fake balls?”
“Saline implants, yes, but with a custom dermal matrix so they feel utterly natural. The sac will be restructured for optimal squish and jiggle. The existing testicular tissue will be dissolved and reabsorbed. It’s a nullification and an enhancement in one.” Tina’s eyes shone with fervent passion. “It’s not just surgery. It’s a love letter. She’s saying, ‘This part of me exists purely for your pleasure.’ It’s romantic.”
Tiffany was silent for a moment, the scanner humming. “No going back from that.”
“She doesn’t want to go back,” Tina said simply, finalizing the calibration on Tiffany’s valves with a soft beep. “All done. You’ll feel a deeper drain, but less sporadic leaking. Try it.”
Tiffany sat up, squeezed one breast experimentally. A steady, thin stream of milk shot into the basin Tina held out. “Efficient. Thanks.” She re-tied her robe. “You really see it as romantic?”
“Don’t you?” Tina powered down the equipment, turning to face them fully. “You took a network-mandated modification and made it your own. You finished the job. That’s a statement. Anya here turned a liability into a… a perpetual motion machine of joy.” She grinned at Anya. “How’s the new wiring holding up?”
“Spectacularly,” Anya said, her smile genuine. “It’s everything you said it would be.”
“Of course it is. I’m an artist.” Tina winked. “But Sloane’s procedure… it’s different. It’s not about fixing an accident or chasing a new high. It’s about codifying an identity within a relationship. It’s externalizing an internal truth. That’s next-level stuff.”
The door to the consultation room swished open, and Sloane emerged. Tina wasn’t wrong; she was breathtaking. Tall, with cascading bronze hair, graceful features, and a figure that balanced strength and softness. She moved with a quiet, unassuming grace. Her eyes, a warm brown, found Tina’s.
“The schematics look perfect, Tina. Exactly what I envisioned.” Her voice was a soft alto.
“We can schedule for Thursday,” Tina said, her professional bimbo affectation melting into something more genuine. “The prep is simple. You’ll be out for about an hour.”
Sloane nodded, a faint blush on her cheeks. She seemed aware of Tiffany and Anya’s presence, offering them a small, polite smile. “Thank you for understanding the nuance.”
“We were just admiring the concept,” Tiffany said, her tone uncharacteristically earnest. “It’s a bold gift.”
“It’s the truth,” Sloane corrected gently. “I’m just having the packaging match the contents.” She turned back to Tina, a silent understanding passing between them. “Thursday, then.” With another slight nod to the room, she left, the door sighing shut behind her.
The clinic felt different after she was gone. The air seemed charged with the weight of her decision.
“See?” Tina whispered, almost to herself. “It’s beautiful.”
Anya pushed off the counter. “It is. Kind of makes my mod feel… hedonistic.”
“No,” Tina said sharply, clicking back into her bubbly self. “Yours is self-love. Hers is partnered-love. Both are valid. Both are art.” She began sanitizing the chair. “Anyway, you’re all set, Tiff. Try not to get any fun new ideas before your five-year network contract is up. They’d sue you into dust.”
Tiffany’s green eyes glittered. “Who says I’m getting ideas?”
“I know that look. It’s the same look you had right before you asked me to numb your groin and hand you the laser scalpel.” Tina shook her head, but she was smiling. “Just be smart. Wait it out. Then we can talk.”
On the street outside, the city noise rushed back. Anya slipped her hand into Tiffany’s. “She’s right, you know. It was beautiful.”
“I know,” Tiffany said. She was quiet for a long block, her thoughts turning inward. “It’s just… watching her. It wasn’t about loss. It was about… precision. My castration was a reaction. A reclaiming. But that…” She gestured back toward the clinic. “That was a deliberate design from the ground up. No trauma. Just pure intent.”
“You thinking about a redesign?” Anya asked, squeezing her hand.
“When I’m legally allowed to?” Tiffany stopped, looking at the traffic blur by. “Maybe. This little guy,” she glanced down at the soft bulge in her pants, “is a souvenir from a game show. What if I designed something that was… entirely mine? Not a punishment, not a rebellion. A statement.”
Anya leaned her head on Tiffany’s shoulder. “I’d want to see the schematics.”
Tiffany laughed, the tension breaking. “You’ll be the first.” They started walking again, the future suddenly feeling less like a waiting game and more like a blank canvas, vast and full of terrifying, exquisite potential. The phantom weight of Sloane’s chosen, perfect balls seemed to hang in the air between them, a new standard of what was possible.
