Daniel and Reece are 24 year old anesthesiologists. Kennedy is their 22 year old friend. Kennedy wants them to fuck her mouth and rub their cocks on her feet while she’s under anesthesia. Kennedy wants them to be dominant. They do this in an operating room. She wants them to tell her what they’re doing as they administer the anesthesia to make her unconscious in lots of detail. They’re very playful, flirty and horny during the whole thing. they explicitly consent.

Chapter 1: Under Her Skin: The Prelude to Submission

The cold bit through the thin paper gown. Kennedy shifted slightly on the unforgiving metal table, the crinkling sound absurdly loud in the vast, silent operating room. Above her, the surgical lights blazed like miniature suns, bleaching the color from everything except the stark stainless steel carts and instruments laid out with chilling precision. The air tasted sterile, metallic, almost brittle, thick with the ghosts of countless cleanings. A low, omnipresent hum vibrated through the floor – the building’s pulse, or maybe the refrigerators storing things she didn’t want to think about.

Her breath hitched, shallow and quick. Not fear. Anticipation. A restless, electric thrumming beneath her skin. She focused on the rhythmic beep of the heart monitor she was hooked up to, a steady counterpoint to her own racing pulse displayed on the screen nearby. Green lines danced.

A door hissed open. Daniel and Reece strode in, already gowned and masked, moving with the unnerving quiet efficiency of predators. Only their eyes were visible above the pale blue fabric. Daniel’s, dark and dancing with that familiar, mischievous glint. Reece’s, a cooler blue, assessing, already cataloging the room, the equipment… her.

"Comfortable, sweetheart?" Daniel’s voice, muffled slightly by the mask, was pure velvet charm. He leaned over her, adjusting a strap on the blood pressure cuff with casual intimacy. His fingers brushed the inside of her wrist, sending a shiver that had nothing to do with the cold. "Ready for your little nap?"

Reece moved to the IV stand, checking the clear bag hanging there. His movements were economical, powerful. He didn’t lean in. He simply loomed. "Vitals look good," he stated, his voice deeper, calmer. "Strong heartbeat, though." A flicker of something unreadable in his eyes as he glanced at the monitor. "Nervous excitement, Ken?"

Kennedy swallowed, trying to project the boldness she felt inside. "Just excited. You guys better not chicken out." Her voice sounded smaller than she wanted it to.

Daniel chuckled, low and rich. He picked up a syringe, holding it up to the light. Propofol. Milk of Amnesia. The clear liquid shimmered. "Chicken out? Nah. We’re professionals, Kenny. We just want you… comfortable." He tapped the syringe gently. "Deeply, deeply comfortable."

Reece finished priming the IV line, the fluid snaking through the clear tubing. He picked up the needle cap. "Arms are prepped. Good veins." He ran a gloved thumb over the crook of her elbow, where the antiseptic felt cool and sticky. "Nice and accessible."

Daniel drifted closer, the syringe now poised near the IV port Reece had just uncovered. His masked face hovered inches above hers. She could smell the faint, clean scent of his soap beneath the antiseptic. "You remember how this works, right Ken? The propofol goes in…" His voice dropped to a conspiratorial whisper, intimate despite the sterile setting. "…and the lights go out. Just like flipping a switch. One second you're here, with us…" He trailed the cool plastic tip of the syringe along her jawline, making her gasp. "...and the next? Nothing. Utter blackness. Total surrender."

Reece’s hand settled firmly on her shoulder, a grounding weight. Or was it an anchor? "Completely helpless," he added, his tone conversational, almost detached. "Muscles loose. No reflexes. Breathing steady and shallow, all machine-assisted." He nodded towards the ventilator waiting nearby. "Just… peaceful."

Daniel’s eyes crinkled above his mask. Smiling. "Peaceful for you, sweet thing. For us?" He leaned even closer, his breath warm through the fabric as he whispered right into her ear. "That’s when the real fun starts. When you’re so beautifully… vacant. A blank canvas."

Kennedy’s heart hammered against her ribs, the monitor beeping faster. The cold air couldn’t touch the heat flooding her face, her neck, pooling low in her belly. Helpless. Vacant. The words resonated with a dark thrill.

"Imagine it," Daniel murmured, his gaze locked on hers, intense. "Totally unaware. Completely at our mercy. We could do… anything." He emphasized the word, letting it hang in the antiseptic air. "Check your reflexes… thoroughly." His gloved finger traced a slow line down her throat towards her collarbone, disappearing under the edge of the gown. "Explore… anatomy." His hand moved lower, resting lightly, possessively, on her hip bone through the thin paper. "Make sure everything’s positioned… just right."

Reece’s grip on her shoulder tightened fractionally. "Every inch. Systematically." His calm voice was a counterpoint to Daniel’s teasing intensity, somehow more potent in its certainty. "No squirming. No objections. Just… compliance. Pure, perfect stillness." He adjusted a dial on the monitor, his eyes never leaving her face. "Vitals spiking again, Ken. You like the thought that much?"

She couldn't speak. Her mouth was dry. The stark white room, the blinding lights, the humming machines – they all seemed to narrow down to the feel of Daniel’s hand on her hip, Reece’s grip on her shoulder, and the terrifying, exhilarating promise in their voices. The absolute certainty of her own impending oblivion, and the unknown landscape of what would happen within it. Her trust in them was absolute, a bright, fierce flame that somehow made this terrifying vulnerability feel like the ultimate thrill. Her submission wasn’t forced; it was a gift, wrapped in anticipation and laid bare on this cold table.

Daniel chuckled again, the sound vibrating through her. "Eyes getting a little heavy already? Just wait." He tapped the IV port with the syringe tip. "This little cocktail hits fast. Like falling off a cliff. One moment, the bright lights, our handsome faces…" He winked. "…the next? Oblivion. And you won’t remember a thing. Just… sensations. Maybe."

He paused, letting the implication sink in. The hum of the room seemed to swell. The scent of antiseptic clawed at the back of her throat.

"Ready to go under, Kennedy?" Reece asked, his voice a low rumble. It wasn't really a question. It was a command disguised as courtesy. His blue eyes held hers, unblinking. "Ready to just… let go?"

Kennedy took a shaky breath, the paper gown rustling. She looked from Daniel’s dark, glittering eyes to Reece’s steady, commanding gaze. The monitor beeped a frantic tattoo. The cold metal pressed against her back, a stark contrast to the heat blooming inside her. The anticipation was a physical ache, a delicious tension coiling tight.

"Yeah," she breathed, the word barely audible. "Do it."

Daniel’s masked smile widened. "Sweet dreams, Kenny." With a practiced, smooth motion, he connected the syringe to the port.

Reece’s hand remained firm on her shoulder. "Count backwards from ten," he instructed, his voice devoid of inflection now, purely professional. Clinical.

Kennedy opened her mouth. "Ten…" The world already felt softer at the edges. Fuzzy. The harsh lights bloomed into halos.

Daniel depressed the plunger. The cool rush flooded her vein, immediate and invasive.

"Nine…" The numbers felt thick, foreign on her tongue. Daniel’s eyes seemed to be the only clear point in the blurring room.

"Eight…" The humming grew louder, enveloping her. Reece’s grip was the last tether to solid ground.

"Sev…" The word dissolved. The light became everything, bleaching thought, bleaching fear, bleaching everything except the deep, resonant timbre of Reece’s final words as the darkness surged up to claim her, velvet and absolute:

"Perfect. Now… she’s ours."
