Kennedy wants them to be dominant. They do this in an operating room. She wants them to tell her what they’re doing as they administer the anesthesia to make her unconscious in lots of detail. They’re very playful, flirty and horny during the whole thing. they explicitly consent.

Chapter 3: The Feedback Loop

The choked whimper tore through Kennedy’s taped lips, muffled and desperate against the rigid plastic of the breathing tube. Tears blurred the harsh overhead lights into smears of white agony. On the screen inches from her face, the relentless schlick-schlick-schlick continued, a grotesque soundtrack to the high-definition violation of her own helpless body. She saw Reece’s gloved fingers, impossibly large and clinical, pistoning deep inside the magnified image of herself – slack, unresisting, gone. The disconnect was a physical blow. That wasn't her. It couldn't be. Yet the phantom echo of that deep, invasive stretch pulsed low in her own belly, a sickening counterpoint to the horror unfolding before her eyes.

Daniel’s voice, warm and terrifyingly close, slithered into her drug-fogged ear. "See how open you were, Ken? Like warm wax. Just took you right apart." His finger tapped the glowing screen, emphasizing Reece’s penetration on the monitor. "Felt it, didn’t you? Deep down? That’s the rabbit hole, baby. Your rabbit hole."

Reece’s hand, real and gloved, settled high on her inner thigh. Not the recorded one, but the one attached to the man standing beside her in the sterile chill. His touch was heavy, possessive. Kennedy flinched, a violent spasm of pure terror that barely registered in her mostly paralyzed limbs. A strangled cry vibrated her throat, choked off by the tube. Her eyes, wide and swimming, darted from the screen to Reece’s masked face above her. His blue eyes, visible above the surgical mask, held no warmth, only a detached, predatory focus.

"We’re just syncing things up, Kennedy," Reece stated, his voice calm, conversational, but laced with an undercurrent of steel. He applied gentle pressure, his thumb finding the sensitive crease where thigh met hip. "The recording… it’s just a memory. Let’s make it real-time, yeah? So you feel it twice." His gloved fingers traced downwards, following the path his recorded self had taken moments before on the screen. Kennedy writhed, a frantic, pathetic twisting against the lingering paralysis and the restraints. Her movements were sluggish, weak, like fighting through deep water. She tried to kick, to buck him off, but her legs barely twitched against the padded table. The schlick-schlick from the speakers seemed to mock her feeble resistance.

"Easy," Daniel murmured, placing a restraining hand on her shoulder. It wasn’t gentle. It pinned her. "Don’t fight the meds, sweetheart. Makes it messy. You wanted visceral? This is visceral." He leaned closer, his breath hot against her temple. "Feel Reece’s hand? Feel it right there? Just like on the screen. Deeper now, maybe? Since you’re… awake enough to appreciate it?"

Reece’s finger breached her. Not slowly, no clinical examination this time. A deliberate, claiming thrust. Kennedy’s back arched off the table in a silent scream, muscles straining against the neuromuscular blockade. It felt like being ripped open. The sensation was immediate, brutal, amplified a thousandfold by the terror, the humiliation, the relentless visual echo on the monitor beside her. She could see it happening on screen and feel it happening now, the two experiences bleeding together in the Midazolam haze. Her body betrayed her, slickness welling in response to the violation, a humiliating physiological echo of the recording. Tears streamed freely, soaking into the paper headrest.

"Look," Daniel commanded, his grip on her shoulder tightening, forcing her head slightly towards the monitor. "Watch yourself take it. See how easy it was for us?" On screen, the recorded Reece maintained his rhythm. Beside her, the real Reece matched it, stroke for slick stroke. Schlick. Schlick. Reality and recorded horror merged. Kennedy’s vision blurred again, the screen swimming, the sensation below overwhelming. She gagged around the tube, desperate for air, for it to stop. Her mind screamed protests that died as choked gurgles.

Reece increased the pressure, curling his fingers inwards, seeking that deep spot with ruthless precision. A choked sob ripped from Kennedy, muffled and wet. Her body convulsed weakly, a tremor running through her paralyzed frame. "There it is," Reece observed, his voice tight with strain now, his own arousal undeniable. "Just like before. The body remembers, Ken. Even when the mind’s foggy." He glanced at the screen, then down at where his hand disappeared beneath the flimsy paper gown, then back at Kennedy’s tear-streaked, terrified face. "Better, isn't it? Feeling it for real while you watch? Makes it stick."

"Way better," Daniel agreed, his voice thick. He released her shoulder, his fingers drifting down her arm, ghosting over the IV line, then tracing the edge of the paper gown near her breast. His touch was exploratory, proprietary. "Thing about recordings… they’re static. This?" He squeezed her breast roughly through the thin paper. Kennedy flinched violently, a fresh wave of tears erupting. "This is live. Dynamic. We can adjust." He looked at Reece, a dark understanding passing between them. "Speed it up, Reecie. See if we can get a reaction she can actually feel properly. Before the paralysis wears off."

Reece didn’t hesitate. His rhythm became faster, harder, pistoning deep with punishing force. Schlick-schlick-schlick-schlick! The sound from the speakers and the sound beneath the gown merged into one relentless, wet percussion. Kennedy’s body was a battleground. The chemical restraints fought her terror, her shame, the overwhelming sensory assault. She felt every brutal stroke, the scrape of the glove, the impossible fullness, the sickening echo from the screen searing into her retinas. Her attempts to scream were reduced to frantic, bubbling whimpers around the tube. Her hips jerked in tiny, involuntary spasms, not of pleasure, but of pure, trapped desperation. She tried to close her legs, but the muscles wouldn't obey. Her hands clenched uselessly at her sides.

Daniel watched her face, enthralled. "There it is," he breathed. "Look at her eyes, Reece. Pure fucking panic. And… something else? Underneath?" He leaned in, his lips almost brushing her ear. "Is it hot, Ken? Knowing we can do anything? That you’re just… ours? To play with? Helpless?" His hand dipped beneath the paper gown, his fingers finding her other breast, pinching the nipple hard. She jerked, a silent shriek trapped in her throat, her gaze locking onto his with raw, animal fear. He held her stare, a cruel smile in his eyes. "Yeah. You feel that. You feel it all."

Reece grunted, driving his fingers deeper, knuckles pressing hard against her. Kennedy’s breath hitched, strangled. Her vision tunneled, the harsh lights, the screen, Reece’s intense stare, Daniel’s cruel smile swimming in a nauseating swirl. The sensations – the violation below, the painful pinch above, the visual horror, the suffocating tube – coalesced into a single, unbearable point of agony. A high-pitched, keening whine escaped her, thin and desperate.

Reece held himself deep, buried to the knuckles, his breath coming in harsh pants that fogged his mask. He looked down at her, at the utter wreckage of her composure, the tears, the terror, the complete vulnerability. "Remember this," he rasped, the calm facade finally cracking, revealing the raw hunger beneath. "Remember how deep we went. How completely we owned you. How fucking good it felt to be this powerless." He slowly withdrew, the drag agonizingly deliberate. "Every second. Burn it in."

Daniel abruptly pulled his hand from beneath her gown, leaving a throbbing ache. He moved towards the camera, which was still passively recording the OR scene – Kennedy sobbing, Reece standing over her, the monitor still playing its awful loop. Daniel tapped the camcorder. "Switch places with the screen, Ken," he said, his voice chillingly casual. He adjusted the angle, pointing the lens directly at her tear-streaked, terror-stricken face. The little red light glowed like a fresh brand. "Let’s capture the aftermath. The real prize. You, feeling every fucking thing." He hit record. "Okay, Reece. Hit replay on her."
