Chapter 6: The Surgeon's Inspection

The ache in Sara’s chest had settled from a sharp, screaming protest into a deep, constant throb. The bandages were off, replaced by a stiff surgical bra that felt like a cage. She stood before her bedroom mirror, Charly beside her, his hand resting lightly on the small of her back. The reflection showed a stranger. Her silhouette was radically altered, the curves pronounced and heavy, a permanent weight that pulled at her shoulders and her sense of self.

“They’re… monumental,” Charly whispered, his voice a mix of awe and something else—a nervous excitement.

“They’re what he wanted,” Sara said, the words automatic now. A mantra. She touched one through the stiff fabric, flinching at the lingering tenderness. The skin felt tight, foreign.

Her phone buzzed on the dresser. A single message from Jake: Private follow-up. 3 PM. Dress for the camera.

The surgeon’s office was quieter than the hospital, the sterility more deliberate. The before-and-after photos on the wall seemed to leer now. Dr. Evans was all business, a man in his fifties with impeccably groomed hands and a detached demeanor Jake had clearly paid well to compromise.

Jake and Tyler were already there, a bubble of casual chaos in the clinical space. Tyler was fiddling with a small, high-end camera mounted on a tripod, a laptop open on the glass coffee table displaying a live chat that scrolled too fast to read. Jake leaned against the examination table, grinning.

“Look at you,” Jake said, his eyes sweeping over Sara’s simple, tight black dress. “All healed up and ready for inspection. You look like a walking dream. A very expensive, very specific dream.”

“Hi, Jake,” Charly said, his voice a little thin. He held Sara’s hand, his grip damp.

“Charly, my man. Front row seat as always.” Jake clapped him on the shoulder. “Tyler’s got the goals set up. Audience is already going wild. They’ve been waiting two weeks to see the final product.”

Dr. Evans cleared his throat. “Shall we proceed? I have a full schedule.”

“Your schedule is us for the next hour, doc,” Jake said, his smile not wavering. “Just follow the prompts. It’s like a video game. Better prizes.”

Sara’s heart hammered against her ribs. She felt the cool air of the room on her legs as she reluctantly followed the doctor’s gesture to sit on the edge of the examination table, the paper crinkling loudly under her.

“Okay, chat, listen up!” Tyler said, his voice a calm, tech-focused monotone that contrasted with the frenetic chat scroll. “Tier one goal: Five hundred bucks for the first official reveal and circumference measurement. We’re at four-eighty. Almost there.”

The numbers on the laptop ticked upward. A donation notification flashed. User ‘CuriousGeorge’ has donated $20.

“Goal met,” Tyler announced.

Dr. Evans, with the air of a man reading a parts manual, spoke. “Remove the top garment, please.”

Sara’s hands trembled as she reached behind her to unzip the dress. She let it pool at her waist, the cold air hitting her skin, and then carefully unhooked the front clasp of the surgical bra. It fell away.

The room was silent except for the soft whir of the camera lens focusing. Sara stared at a spot on the wall past Tyler’s head. She felt utterly objectified, a specimen. Her new breasts felt impossibly large, high and round and rigid on her chest, the pink scars still visible beneath the areolas.

“Impressive projection,” Dr. Evans said clinically. He produced a soft measuring tape. “Initial requested size was a significant augmentation to 1000cc implants. Due to tissue compliance and the requested… aesthetic, we achieved 1050cc per side.” He looped the tape around her. “Current circumference is 42 inches.”

A low whistle came from Jake. “Chat, you getting this? Forty-two inches. That’s not a measurement, that’s a statement.”

Charly was filming on his phone, his other hand clenched at his side. Sara could see his Adam’s apple bob as he swallowed.

“Tier two,” Tyler called out. “A grand for a manual examination and firmness assessment. We need five-twenty more.”

The donations came quicker now, flashing on the screen with usernames like Titfan69 and CuckTracker. Sara closed her eyes. This was the price. This was the path she’d chosen, they’d chosen. The vibration from the toy Jake had made her wear, dormant now, seemed to echo in her memory.

“Goal met.”

Dr. Evans’s hands, cool and dry, touched her. He cupped each breast, his fingers pressing firmly into the tender flesh. Sara hissed, a sharp intake of breath.

“Significant firmness, consistent with submuscular placement and recent healing,” he narrated, his voice flat. He squeezed, his thumbs brushing over the sensitive nipples. “Edema is minimal. Capsular contracture risk is present but within normal parameters for this stage.”

“He’s copping a feel for science, chat,” Jake laughed, moving to stand beside Charly’s camera view. “Worth every penny, right? Look at her face. That’s the face of a woman understanding her purpose.”

Tears welled in Sara’s eyes, not from pain, but from the profound, degrading exposure. She was a thing being assessed. Charly’s breath was coming faster; she could hear it.

“Final tier,” Tyler said, his voice gaining a slight edge. “Big one. Two thousand dollars. Unlocks the ‘post-op function test.’ You know what that means. We’re thirteen hundred away.”

The chat exploded. The donation counter began to climb in frantic, uneven jumps—$50, $100, $200. Sara looked at Charly, pleading without words. He met her gaze, his own eyes dark with a tortured arousal, and gave a tiny, almost imperceptible nod. Go on. It was the same look he’d had in the hospital room.

User ‘Jake’sLieutenant’ has donated $500.

User ‘CharlysReplacement’ has donated $500.

The final $300 was a flood of smaller donations, a digital roar of approval.

“Goal achieved,” Tyler said, closing his laptop with a definitive click. “The floor is yours, doctor.”

Dr. Evans stepped back, his professional detachment finally cracking into a sliver of discomfort. “The agreed-upon ‘test’ is outside standard—”

“The agreement,” Jake interrupted smoothly, pulling his wallet from his jeans and extracting a thick stack of bills, “is whatever I say it is. You’re already knee-deep, doc. Might as well enjoy the swim.” He placed the cash on the instrument tray.

A long silence stretched. The doctor looked at the money, then at Sara’s exposed, heaving chest, then at Jake’s impassive face. He gave a curt, resigned nod.

“Very well. For… anatomical assessment of implant positioning under motion.”

Jake grinned. “See? Science.”

Sara’s mind went blank, a white noise of shock. She didn’t resist as Jake guided her off the table. “On your knees, sweetheart. Right here on the nice, clean floor. Doc, you just stand there.”

The linoleum was cold and hard against her knees. The scent of antiseptic was overwhelming. Charly’s camera angle shifted, dipping to capture her from the side. She looked up at Dr. Evans, his white coat, his expression now a blend of shame and keen interest. She reached for his belt with numb fingers.

“Use what we paid for, Sara,” Jake murmured, crouching beside her, his voice for her alone. “Show the good doctor your gratitude. Show everyone.”

Her hands fumbled, but she managed. As she leaned forward, the immense, soft weight of her new breasts settled against him. She began to move, a slow, awkward rhythm, the act utterly devoid of pleasure, purely mechanical. The doctor’s hands hovered, then settled tentatively on her shoulders, before gripping her black hair.

Charly made a small, choked sound from behind the phone. The only other sounds were the rustle of clothing, Sara’s ragged breathing, and Jake’s soft, approving hum.

“Look at that,” Jake whispered to Charly, his tone conversational, light. “She’s a natural. You married a natural-born cocksleeve, man. You just never dug deep enough to find her.”

Sara closed her eyes, the world narrowing to the smell of starch and latex, the ache in her knees, the crude reality of the act. This was her now. This was the product. This was the happiness she’d been ordered to find. And in the swirling darkness behind her eyelids, a terrifying part of her, the part that had whispered to her at the festival, agreed.

The doctor begins to pant, starting to get lost in the feeling, getting rougher as Sara jerks him off with her new massive tits. His clinical detachment shattered, his hips stuttered forward in tiny, urgent thrusts. His fingers tightened convulsively in her hair, a sharp pain that anchored her to the moment. The sterile room filled with the raw, wet sound of skin on skin and his ragged, escaping breaths.

“That’s it,” Jake encouraged, his voice a low, pleasant hum beside Charly’s recording phone. “See how well they work, doc? Perfect form, perfect function.”

Sara focused on the rhythm, a mechanical piston of flesh, her mind floating somewhere near the ceiling tiles. She watched herself from above, a detached observer of this obscene calibration. The implants, these foreign objects inside her, were performing their first assigned task flawlessly. A strange, hollow pride flickered and died.

Charly’s breathing was a loud, shaky counterpart to the doctor’s. “God, Sara,” he whispered, the phone in his hand trembling slightly. “You look… you look incredible.”

“Tell her what you’re doing, Charly,” Jake said, not taking his eyes off the scene. “For the audio. Be a good narrator.”

“I’m… I’m filming my wife,” Charly stammered, then his voice steadied, dropping into a conspiratorial tone. “She’s testing them out. For the guys who paid. They look so big on him.”

The doctor’s movements became frantic, his polished loafers scuffing on the linoleum. A guttural sound tore from his throat, a profound breach of professional decorum. He shuddered, his body going rigid, and Sara felt the warm spill against her sternum and the undersides of the new, tender curves.

He froze, appalled, his hands falling from her head as if burned. The silence was immediate and absolute, broken only by the hum of the fluorescent lights.

“Whoops,” Jake said, his laughter bright and utterly out of place. “Forgot the towel part of the service, doc. My bad.”

Sara stayed on her knees, head bowed, the warmth cooling on her skin. She felt spent and empty, a tool that had been used. The doctor hastily rearranged his clothing, his face a mask of flushed horror and sated shame. He couldn’t look at any of them.

“The… positioning appears adequate,” he muttered, striding to the sink and scrubbing his hands with violent intensity.

“Adequate?” Jake scoffed, helping Sara to her feet with a firm, impersonal grip. He grabbed a handful of paper towels and dabbed at her chest, his touch clinical. “Chat’s calling it a masterpiece. Right, Ty?”

“Metrics are through the roof,” Tyler confirmed from his corner, already packing his camera. “Clip is already trending. Donation portal is still pinging.”

Jake turned to Charly, who finally lowered his phone. “You get all that? The money shot?”

“Yeah,” Charly said. He walked over to Sara, his eyes soft with a confusing mix of love and fervent arousal. He kissed her forehead, ignoring the mess. “You were amazing. So brave.”

Sara leaned into him, her anchor in the surreal storm. The familiar scent of his detergent was a small, desperate comfort.

Jake peeled the remaining cash from the stack on the tray and tossed it to the doctor. “Bonus for performance. Keep the file open for her. We might need adjustments.”

He then slung an arm around Charly’s shoulders, pulling him away from Sara into a side-huddle. “Listen, the response is insane. They want more. They want… definitive proof of ownership.”

Charly blinked. “What does that mean?”

“It means a proper brand,” Jake said, his tone light, as if suggesting a new coffee spot. “Nothing crazy. Just a small, tasteful mark. My initials, maybe. Right on her. Where she can always see it.”

The air left the room. Sara wrapped her arms around her own body, the cold finally seeping into her bones.

Charly stared at Jake, then looked back at Sara—at her pleading, exhausted eyes, at the foreign landscape of her chest, at the love of his life he’d just filmed being used in a doctor’s office. A slow, dawning realization of a threshold about to be crossed forever settled on his face. He swallowed hard.

“When?” he asked, his voice barely a whisper.

Jake’s smile was wide and genuine. “Now.”
