After the Battle of Endor, Luke Skywalker continues his search for Jedi lore that could help him rebuild the order. But when his quest leads him and Leia to a Force-strong planet in the Unknown Regions that has been deliberately purged from public databases, but they are unable to find out why, they will get a lot more than they bargained for when they get stranded on a tropical island from that planet that houses a Jedi Temple. Unable to return home on their own or repair their ship because the world's inhabitants lack the necessary industry, the twins try to learn as many Force techniques as they possibly can from the holographic databases in the abandoned Jedi Temple, hoping they can either find an otherwise forgotten Force ability that could help them return to the New Republic or at least contact someone that could help them. And all the while, the twins have to rely on each other more than ever to survive the island, which has become their new, unexpected home for the foreseeable future as their bond grows.

Chapter 10: Chapter 10: Fate-shifting Vows

Princess Leia lost track of how long she kissed her beloved brother for, her naked breasts pressed against his chest as they wrapped themselves in a warm embrace. It made no difference in the end, though, for she was so happy. Not only did Luke return her strong feelings despite everything, but now, even the Force itself seemed to approve of their union. She smiled within the lip lock, her heart fluttering as she remembered what she had sensed and the conviction that followed. It seemed that even if it's considered taboo in many societies, to the Light side of the Force, love is love at the end of the day. So, she couldn't be more thrilled with the will of the Force granting them their blessing to be together.

And with everything she had lost and sacrificed in her efforts to oppose and overthrow the Sith-run regime of the Empire, she couldn't help but think that, in a way, this was the Light side's way of giving her a reward: to inform her that it won't judge or oppose her long-suppressed desires for her brother. That she had earned the right to pursue happiness for herself after putting the future of the galaxy first for so long and if it is within the arms of her twin that she feels she will find peace and joy, then she shouldn't feel guilty. And then, there was that other echo of a message she had felt deep inside her mind, the only actual sentence she heard during her communion with the Force:

"If you start a family, fear no genetic diseases, for the Light will protect your bloodline."

She didn't hear more actual words after that from the booming, and distinctively female voice but she had still teared up immediately as everything sunk in. Visions of a loving and nurturing future with Luke and their children flashed before her eyes and she couldn't tell if they were real echoes of a possible future or just her imagination. But in the end, it mattered not. For now, the Princess of Alderaan felt a long-lingering weight lifting from her shoulders.

And she could tell her future was going to be warm and full of possibilities.

Finally, Leia broke their lip lock and smiled widely at the love of her life. A smile that was returned as their faces remained just a few inches apart. Then she sighed in contentment.

"Are you imaging our future together too?" She asked softly.

Luke nodded, his eyes full of affection. "And if I had any remnant of guilt before sensing the presence of the Light side just then, it's gone now. I love you, Leia, and I promise to stand by your side come what may for the rest of my life."

Leia felt her throat swell with emotion at his loving commitment, feeling like all of this was a dream come true. But eventually, she found her voice again and gave him a knowing smirk.

"My dear brother, I believe that sounded suspiciously like a marriage proposal," She replied with an innocent tone.

Her Jedi twin paused at that and scratched his chin for a moment, clearly in deep thought.

"I guess it did," He admitted. "So, what now?"

Leia gave him a playful smack on his bare shoulder. "Now, you have to ask me properly."

Her brother chuckled at her words but his smile was as full of warmth as his gaze was full of longing. And with that, he knelt before her.

From his vantage point, Luke could easily look at her completely exposed body from his lower angle but if anything, that only made her heart race faster at the realization that this moment was actually happening. Her pussy lips dripped with anticipation as he gathered his thoughts.

"Princess Leia Skywalker..." Her brother said, the mention of her secret birthname making her inhale sharply again, "you have my heart, now and forever," He vowed. "So, when we return to civilization, will you do this former farmboy the greatest honor of his life?" He asked, devotion emanating from his eyes. "Will you marry me?"

She looked at her twin with tears of joy and sighed deeply.

"Of course, I will, you ridiculous fool," She promised with a wide smile as she sniffed. "I meant it when I said that nothing will make me feel safer than to be loved by you, brother. And you have my heart too, now and forever."

And with that, they embraced again, the kiss they shared sealing their vow as the light swelled in their hearts.

Deep Core: Planet Byss

Year 6 After the Battle of Yavin

Thousands of light years away, in the secret throne world of Byss, an old and evil spirit within a young man's body fell from his chair in sudden shock. The red-armored Imperial Guardsmen that were escorting him reacted immediately, moving to his side to steady him.

"My Emperor!" One of them, Kir Kanos, shouted in alarm. "Are you alright?"

For once, Darth Sidious wasn't sure how to answer that question as he got back on his feet. A first he had thought that the new clone body of himself that he had possessed was deteriorating even faster than the last one as it struggled to contain his vast Dark side energies. But it didn't take him long to realize that his abrupt collapse was not due to the issues with the health of his newest flesh, but because of the heavy disturbance in the Force that had just caught him off-guard right then and there. And so he stared ahead for a long moment, trying to make sense of the insight the Dark side was trying to offer him.

Frowning, Sidious waved off his Imperial Guardsman concerns and told him to leave him alone so that he could read the new schematics that Chief Superweapon Engineer, Umak Leth, had sent him in peace. He could easily sense that his loyal bodyguard felt concerned at the thought of leaving him alone after his fall but nevertheless hurried to obey. And once the Emperor was alone, he narrowed his eyes.

An extremely powerful connection to the Force and a long life using it had left him with vast experience in foreseeing glimpses of the future. He couldn't find out everything that mattered in advance, as he had now been painfully made aware through his Vader's murderous betrayal during the Battle of Endor but even with his spirit still recovering from his first death and his powers weakened within the clone body compared to his body of birth, his voluntary farsight was still second to none among any living Force users, he was sure of that.

So...why was it that as he tried to peer into the future to understand this disturbance, his powers weren't working properly?

Palpatine scowled, disliking unexpected surprises, particularly those that affected the Force in a significant way, and even more so when he couldn't find out immediately what had happened. And then he gritted his teeth as he realized that this must have been how the members of the Jedi Council had felt when he had conspired to cloud their vision with the power of the Dark side...only that instead of his own foresight being clouded, it felt more like he was blinded by intense light.

Snarling, the Emperor became convinced that this disturbance had made a profound shift in the Light side of the Force. Something powerful and aligned with the few surviving Jedi was starting to manifest, he could feel it. And now, the future had changed from its original path somehow....and he couldn't access Force Visions to start planning ahead!

Infuriated, the Dark Lord of the Sith looked down at one of the pages for the schematics of the new Superweapon he had commissioned, the Galaxy Gun.

Inhaling deeply, Palpatine started to calm down. His chief engineer had assured him that he could finish the construction of the superweapon in 4 more years; an impressive feat, given that it would have a range that would make the Death Star's pale in comparison even if it's firepower will be weaker. And between that and the cold reality that it would probably take him about that long before his powers would recover in full, Sidious knew that he was going to have to bid his time until he could announce his return to the galaxy, at the head of his growing Dark Empire, and get his revenge on all the traitors and rebels that plotted against him.

But still, he couldn't help but feel a little uncertain all the same, the vague echoes of insight he had gathered from the Light-sided disturbance making him think that he was missing something important.

But soon, the Emperor scoffed. He had conquered death itself in the end. He will finish putting the Light side in its place in due time.

"This galaxy is mine," He growled, daring the Force to contradict him. "And I will reclaim it once more."
