After the Battle of Endor, Luke Skywalker continues his search for Jedi lore that could help him rebuild the order. But when his quest leads him and Leia to a Force-strong planet in the Unknown Regions that has been deliberately purged from public databases, but they are unable to find out why, they will get a lot more than they bargained for when they get stranded on a tropical island from that planet that houses a Jedi Temple. Unable to return home on their own or repair their ship because the world's inhabitants lack the necessary industry, the twins try to learn as many Force techniques as they possibly can from the holographic databases in the abandoned Jedi Temple, hoping they can either find an otherwise forgotten Force ability that could help them return to the New Republic or at least contact someone that could help them. And all the while, the twins have to rely on each other more than ever to survive the island, which has become their new, unexpected home for the foreseeable future as their bond grows.

Chapter 8: Chapter 8: A Much Needed Talk

Once the Holocron shut itself down after delivering such an enormous proposition, Luke turned to look at his fully naked sister and realized he had never felt more conflicted in his entire life.

He couldn't help but look at every inch of her front as the gatekeeper's plan resonated in his mind and blood kept flowing to his cock. And since she made no effort to cover herself despite what they had just heard, he had to assume a big part of Leia wanted this as much as he did. And then he swallowed hard when he noticed that her pussy lips were dripping at that very moment, which was further proof she was seriously considering jumping over the taboo line.

And yet...

As Leia started taking slow, tentative steps toward him with a growing smile, he tried his best to calm his flaring emotions down. Not at all the easiest thing to do with such a vision of beauty approaching him so he moved his gaze from her magnificent lower lips to the upper side of her body.

His mouth went dry once she was close enough for him to notice that her nipples had hardened and the thought crossed his mind that they look good enough to eat...

He physically shook the thought out of his head. "Look, Leia, I..."

"Wait, please, let me go first," She asked of him, a hint of begging in her tone.

The Jedi Knight stared deep into her eyes and sighed before nodding. Leia took a deep breath and locked her gaze with his.

"We have always had a deep connection, Luke, you know that," The Princess began. "Even before we knew we were siblings, there was just something about you that made me feel safe and cared for. And trust me, coming from a girl who had lost her homeworld, that means a lot. Still, for nearly three years, on the moments where I allowed myself to contemplate what I wanted in a relationship, the thought of you reached my mind more than once."

"True, I also thought of Han that way while I felt conflicted," She admitted. "And when I was terrified that he would die alone after all he had done for me, I made my choice between the two of you and told him I loved him."

Then she shook her head. "There is a part of me that will always miss him. But he has been gone for over two years, Luke. He can't help us anymore. And our experiences together since arriving on this world have dug up deep feelings I have been trying to suppress since I learned we were related. But...if I am honest with myself, I don't want to keep them buried anymore," She confessed, her lips quivering. "And it's not just because of the practicality of the Force bond plan either. It is because, incest or not, I can't keep lying to myself."

His wonderful twin started tearing up at that point and placed her hand on his cheek. And, against his better judgment, Luke let her.

"I love you, Luke Skywalker," She whispered. "And now I know for sure that I always will."

Luke inhaled sharply as he listened to the words he had fantasized about for so long, his heart swelling. He stared at his sister and for a moment, he could feel the promise of a future together etched in her face. As if the echoes of a Force vision had hit him with full force.

So, when Leia closed the distance between them, he couldn't do anything other than kiss her back with all the passion he has been bottling up.

Time felt meaningless as Luke Skywalker embraced his beloved sibling, her naked breasts pressed into his chest. He could have been kissing her for hours and he wouldn't have known. But he could feel her presence as their bare bodies pressed together in the throes of passion. Her breath, her warmth. And from her tears, he could sense the joy inside them through the Force.

Luke didn't want this moment to stop. He wanted to keep kissing his sister and yes, even penetrate her without even breaking their liplock. And it was really, really hard to bring himself to care for the taboo consideration anymore. In fact, if he had sensed a handful of fellow Jedi survivors close by about to be murdered, he wasn't sure he would have been able to stop himself and rush to help them.

It was that epiphany that made his eyes snap open. Slowly and painfully, he broke away from the kiss, his breath ragged.

Leia was also breathing hard, her face flushed. Still, before long, the most radiant smile he had ever seen crossed her face as she stared at him with an adoring expression.

It almost made him flinch but he still nodded to himself almost imperceptibly, understanding he needed to speak his own mind now. Tenderly, he caressed the right side of her face as he looked at her deeply.

"I love you too, Leia," He admitted. "By the Force, I well and truly do."

Her lovely smile widened even further for a moment but then she must have noticed the hesitation in his face because it faltered on her own.

"Then...what is the problem?" She whispered, her lips quivering.

Luke sighed heavily. "That I am afraid I love you too much. Or at least, too much to be the proper Jedi I have dreamt to be."

His sister didn't seem to know how to respond to that, her mouth opening and closing repeatedly for a few seconds. So, he went on. "Most importantly, while Master Belaerys may have our best interests at heart, we just don't know much about her yet. And this Force bond ritual...sounds incredibly tempting, which is a problem on its own. I was taught by my Jedi Masters that taking shortcuts where the Force was concerned is usually a path to the Dark side, especially if the path seemed seductive to you."

Then he shook his head. "And believe me, I really, really want to be with you now. In fact, I don't think I have ever desired anything more. But I am also afraid, Leia, of where this could lead. Our father fell to the Dark side at one point, after all, and we still don't know why. So, I believe I could use a second opinion before deciding to cross the point of no return."

Leia's eyes widened in dawning realization. "You want to speak with the ghosts of your old Masters and seek their advice."

Luke nodded, grimacing. "Assuming they answer me, yes. I am sorry, sister, but if we do this, I need to find a way to stay true to myself, and being a Jedi is a big part of who I am."

Leia sighed and placed her forehead in front of his, the warm touch and sensation of closeness feeling pleasant to him. They stayed like that for a long moment but then she broke away herself and nodded to him.

"Very well, I understand," The princess responded. "And I will wait outside the pyramid for as long as takes. Once you have made a decision you will be able to find me in the plateau down below."

Then she turned around and headed outside. When she reached the top of the stairway, however, she hesitated for a moment before turning back to look at him, her hair flowing across her naked back with the wind.

"Still, I feel like I should remind you," She added, "that with our parents, both biological and adoptive, uncles, mentors, and the Sith all dead, there is no one alive that knows we are twins. That means that when we eventually return to the New Republic, no one will be able to know enough to have a problem with our relationship, despite the fact we are brother and sister."

And with that, she headed down the Jedi Enclave, her nude ass shaking with every step until she left his line of sight. Luke swallowed hard for a moment. He knew that he was doing the right thing.

Then why did watching her go made his heart ache?

He shook his head in an attempt to calm himself down. It didn't help much so he closed his eyes and took countless deep breaths for several minutes. Once he felt focused enough and his cock had softened, he sat down cross-legged on the floor and opened himself to the Force as much as he could, and fell deeper into his meditation; trying to communicate with the spirits of his old mentors, Obi-wan and Yoda.

And if need be...his father.

---

Half an hour after Luke had entered his meditative state, he opened his eyes, feeling distraught. No matter how hard he opened himself to the Force, no matter how much he tried to project his presence like waves through the Force, the spirits of his old mentors wouldn't answer him. In fact, he was fairly certain that the strange composition of the planet's atmosphere was actually producing some sort of interference with his senses somehow because, eventually, he discovered a pattern: his mental calls for help were blocked as if hitting a barrier when he tried to reach out outside the planet itself. After that attempt had failed he decided to try and contact his father's ghost that he had only seen once during their victory celebration at Endor, despite the inherent awkwardness of the topic he would have had to discuss with him if it worked. But not even the metaphysical essence of Anakin Skywalker could answer his call.

Luke sighed, not sure what to do with his torn feelings without some guidance from his previous masters but he realized that he clearly wasn't going to get it. So, he decided to think about their old lessons and see if he could gain some new insight there.

Immediately, his memories turned back to Yoda's lessons about the Dark side being more seductive than the light side. On paper, it made sense. Still, the thing that confused him, taboo nature of such a relationship aside, was the fact that he couldn't sense any Dark side influence or effect from Leia's attraction to him. He just...sensed her love. And it was such a wonderful sensation that it made him want to reciprocate it all the more.

"How could something like that be wrong or dark in and of itself?" He muttered to the empty chamber of the temple, his thoughts reeling.

Then he thought of another lesson: how Yoda told him that he would be able to distinguish the good side from the bad by being calm and at peace when using his senses to analyze the situation. Deciding he didn't have any better ideas at the moment, he sat down on the floor again, cross-legged, and employed some of his meditation techniques to empty his thoughts as much as possible.

Eventually, he zeroed in on Leia's Force presence just outside the temple. It felt brilliant in the Force, full of raw, untamed power. That alone should have been taken as proof that Luke should help his sister grow into her abilities while advising her enough to give her the insight needed to stay away from the Dark sided path, especially now that they were going to need to work together through the Force to find a way to escape.

But beyond that, he could feel her emotional state. And she radiated love and acceptance at the moment, as she looked at the core of her being and made peace with her feelings...

...Her feelings for him...

Luke opened his eyes and couldn't help but smile slightly. The path may be very unorthodox but he couldn't sense anything inherently dark about it when reaching out with his senses following Yoda's instructions. It was with that thought in mind that he felt the truth fully sink in within his bones.

"My sister truly loves me," He whispered to himself. "And Force help me, I really love her too."

He remained in that sitting position thinking long and hard about his next course of action. The more time he spent taking stock of their situation and contemplating the Force bond plan, the more pragmatic and ultimately beneficial to the New Republic it sounded. And beneficial to them for that matter, since they would be able to return to civilization much sooner. Not to mention, it would allow them to take their loving relationship to the next level and they both clearly wanted it by now.

Still...there were a few, final questions he needed to ask for his own peace of mind. Because if he were to decide to go through with all of this, he knew it was only a matter of time before things would...escalate. And there was only one other extra source of Jedi wisdom close by that he could tap into.

And with that, the Jedi Knight stood up and waved his hand. Soon, the mechanism within the Holocron clicked and the gatekeeper's projection illuminated the chamber again.

"I see Leia is not here with you," She said after a moment. "I take it that means you have questions for me before making up your mind?"

"Correct," Luke said with a nod. "To begin with if I were to...get my sister pregnant," He paused for a moment to swallow at the thought, "do you know if there is a Force technique that can be used to make sure our children are not born with health defects?"

After a long moment, the silver-haired Jedi Gatekeeper gave him a small smile; looking at him with fondness.

"I am pleased to hear you love your sister enough to not only consider the possibility of starting a family together but to also be mindful enough of your situation to seek what's best for your future children's health," She told him. "A strong sense of responsibility is certainly important for a Jedi, especially for one of the last few left that intends to rebuild the Order as much as he can. So, to answer your question, yes there is a way."

Luke exhaled the deep breath he hadn't realized he had been holding, unable to suppress his feelings of relief.

"I am truly pleased to hear that," He admitted. "That has been a big part of my misgivings towards starting a relationship with my twin ever since such thoughts...became hard to ignore yesterday. Can you please share your knowledge on the topic?"

"Of course," The Jedi Master's holographic projection said in agreement. "You see, based on all the research I have made, it appears that at least for most humans and near-human species, Force-sensitivity has a way of weakening most of the negative effects of incest if both parents of the child that were related were also Force-sensitive."

Luke's eyes widened, as hope surged inside him. "Really?"

"Well, as long as both parents hadn't become so immersed in the Dark side of the Force that their bodies' health had become compromised," She clarified. "But when it comes to the Light side in particular or just not using an overabundance of Dark side techniques in general, a connection to the Force has a way of making anyone healthier than if they were the exact same person but without the Force. I managed to test that with some...exiled Jedi individuals from my time that the Council had punished by using a rare technique called Sever the Force which does exactly as the name implies. Their health didn't exactly deteriorate quickly compared to my biological samples from the time they were still connected to the Force but it was noticeable enough to my scientific instruments to tell that a stronger Force presence had made their cells healthier."

"I see..." Luke said slowly as he took everything in. "Interesting to know. I didn't know it was possible to sever someone's connection to the Force, though."

Maester Belaerys's expression actually turned into mild distaste, the first time he had seen a properly negative emotion on her holographic face.

"It is a rare technique and not to be used often or lightly, at least back in my time," She replied with a frown. "Even if a Jedi had turned to the dark and had started committing heinous crimes after betraying the Jedi Order, severing someone's connection to the Force is a terrible thing. But some councils throughout our history approved of the technique since using it made it far more possible to capture a Dark Jedi alive and contain him in prison properly instead of being forced to take their life. When pressed though, some jailed Dark Jedi cried out that they would have preferred to be killed than disconnected from the Force and I am inclined to believe them."

Luke shivered involuntarily. Ever since he truly opened himself to the Force, he couldn't truly imagine life without it. His ordinary senses simply felt incomplete now without adding his psychic connection to the mystical energy field that bound the galaxy together.

Silently vowing to never use such a technique lightly if he ever were to learn it, he looked back up at the holographic gatekeeper.

"So, to be clear are you telling me that your research has led you to believe it should be safe to have kids with my sister one day as long as our bodies are not saturated with Dark side energy?" He pressed.

"More like safe enough," The silver-haired Jedi amended. "While having two Force-sensitive parents would diminish most health problems in a child to the point the odds of major issue could be considered negligible, there is still a minor chance of trouble. But what a lot of people sometimes don't truly get about this topic is that, for mostly human biology anyway, a lot of the potential problems that could emerge as a result of incest depend on whether or not the related parents already had some genetic problems, to begin with," She stressed. "It's just that the fact their DNA is closely related, such as in the case of twins, means there is a higher than average chance of those potentially problematic health issues manifesting in the kid. But if Leia and you lack any significant recessive gens that could negatively impact your health later on then any future offsprings you may have would be quite healthy and that's not even considering the extra benefits of being connected to the Force, which, in the case of Force-sensitive twins as parents, would be all but guaranteed for a child."

Then she paused and her eye widened slightly, as in realization. "That last part would be most important, come to think of it, now that you mention that the Jedi Order has been hunted to near extinction. If you intend to rebuild the Order when you return to this New Republic then, the fact any children you might have with Leia would almost certainly be remarkably strong in the Force would clearly help secure more solid foundations for the future of the Jedi."

Before he knew it, Luke started daydreaming of a future he hadn't thought possible before that day. A future where he would rebuild the Jedi Order to help the New Republic overcome the challenges yet to come, with his dear Leia at his side, a lightsaber at her belt, and her belly swelling with their child...a child that could one day follow in their footsteps and help make the galaxy a better place.

It was at that moment that he realized the mental image had made his heart swell with joy and he had started tearing up. He smiled, rubbing his eyes as he thought further.

He had desired Leia for a long time now, even after they realized that they were related. Luke couldn't deny it to himself anymore. But while he had also sought out the taste of adventure for a long time before meeting his first Master, Obi-Wan Kenobi, the Jedi Knight had always known as well that he wanted a family of his own one day, wishing to give his children a great childhood with a father and mother to be there for them, since the same couldn't be said for his upbringing.

And while he was still a bit surprised at himself that he was seriously contemplating starting a family with his sister, he now truly believed that loving her would make his life and dreams feel more complete. More, after their last conversation, he knew for sure that Leia felt the same way.

It was with that thought in mind that he realized he was very nearly convinced. But one question yet remained for his peace of mind.

"Does the ritual required to accelerate Leia's training by increasing the strength of our Force bond need to use Dark side techniques or elements to do it right?" He needed to ask.

The interactive memory of the Jedi Master didn't hesitate to answer.

"Not in and of itself," She replied. "Like I said dark side energy in large quantities has a way of damaging a Force user's health and by extension, that of their kids to a degree so I wouldn't recommend this too much if you are truly interested in starting a family with your twin sister. However, part of the ritual will require you two to delve deep into each other's minds and memories. Until that process is finished, there might be some tension and negative emotions that are generally associated with the Dark side of the Force, particularly around memories of deep trauma. But based on past experience, I can honestly say to you that overcoming those painful memories together has a way of making Force-sensitive twins much closer and not just through the strengthened bond. So speaking for myself, at the very least, no, I wouldn't call it a Dark side ritual."

Luke sighed in relief at that before his mind caught up with her words. "Wait!" He said rapidly, his eyes widening. "You...did this ritual before?"

Master Belaerys's face turned nostalgic all of a sudden, fondness written on her features. "With my own twin, yes. Aurion, was his name. He left his own Holocron on another temple on a different island of this archipelago but back when our physical bodies still walked this world, we loved each other very much. But that's a story for another day, young Jedi. And right now I have my own question for you.

Luke shook his head slightly and focused his thoughts back on the silver-haired Jedi after the latest revelation had sent his mind spinning. "Yes?"

The holographic form stared at him for a long moment before she opened her intangible mouth again.

"When you close your eyes, do you see a future with your sister that you believe you would come to cherish?"

The direct question took him off-guard for a moment but soon, Luke realized he didn't need to keep his eyes closed for long. Not after he already had done exactly as she had asked before she had even posed the question and in such a way that it had made his heart swell.

"I do," Luke admitted aloud. "By the Force, I well and truly do."

At that, the gatekeeper grinned at him, her eyes taking a look of understanding and delight.

"Then, what are you waiting for?" She asked simply.

At that, Luke's gaze effortlessly turned back, to the stairway that lead to the plateau below the Jedi enclave. And it was then and there that he knew there was wisdom in the Jedi's words.

He turned back to her and smiled back. "Thank you for telling me what I needed to know to put my mind at ease and take this next step, Master Belaerys. I don't know how to thank you."

"You can thank me by being a great Jedi and by sharing the good news with your sister," She responded, her eyes sparkling through the reflection of the holographic light. "Now, go to her and speak from your heart. Take your time, trust in the Force and do what feels right. Then, when you both seek to learn how the ritual itself works, you know how to find me."

With that, the holographic light shut down and the holocron closed itself on the stone table.

Luke Skywalker allowed himself a moment to stay in silence with his thoughts. But soon, he turned his naked form to the entrance and headed down the stairs. He knew that his life stood at a crossroads now. But also knew that, now, there was only one road he truly wanted to take.

And so he smiled on the way down.
