Maylee laughed and shook her head. She had been staring at the screen for so long that the pixels were starting to disappear. She noticed her body was giving all kinds of signals she ignored for too long. "I need to go to the bathroom," Maylee said, turning away from the computer, with her thin wrists crossed over her stumach, and the fingers of her right hand rubbing each other in nervousness. "I drank loads of thea and I think I ate too many beets this morning."
"Are you serious? You have less than 20 minutes to walk there and back. This domestic AI is not going to write itself, you know" said Lyla while exhaling a vape cloud.
"-yet!" Maylee answered, as she put on her combat boots to walk to the toilet in the frathouse lobby.
