Chapter 5: The Lawyer's Claim
The elevator climb to Nia’s floor was a silent, pressurized ascent. The mirrored walls reflected a version of himself that was all sharp edges and controlled intent. He adjusted his red cufflinks which were a gift from her, platinum and “set a statement”, as she would say. The elevator doors parted onto a very quiet hushed lobby of minimalist art and the faint, expensive scent of lemon verbena.
Her assistant, a young man named with tired eyes name David nodded to him toward the corner office.
“She’s expecting you. Conference room two.”
The conference room was a glass box suspended over the city. The late afternoon sun slanted across a vast expanse of polished mahogany, setting the air ablaze with motes of dust. Nia stood at the window, her silhouette a powerful cutout against the skyline. She wore a very professional tailored black blazer and a matching skirt that hugged the dangerous curve of her hips. Her braids were coiled into an elegant crown.
“You’re late, Marcus.” She said, without turning.
“Traffic is a bitch.”
“Excuses. A king’s excuse is still an excuse.” She finally faced him. Her expression was all business, the warm lawyerly mask she wore like armor. A stack of documents lay neatly on the table. “Have a seat. We need to discuss the non-disclosure agreements for your… expanding team. Liability is a concern.”
He took a seat, leather sighing beneath him. She remained standing, circling the table like a prosecutor.
“Sasha informs me the twins are integrated. It’s messy, from the sound of it. Donna cried. Demi’s… processing. It’s inefficient. Emotionally sloppy.” She tapped a red manicured nail on the NDA. “This mitigates risk. They sign, or they’re gone.”
“They’ll sign.”
“They will. Because I’ll make them understand the consequences.” She stopped behind his chair. Her perfume, something dark and floral, wrapped around him. “You’ve been busy building your little empire. Distracted.”
Her hands came to rest on his shoulders. The professional distance evaporated. Her thumbs dug into the hard knots of muscle at the base of his neck. It wasn’t a massage. It was a reclamation.
“Sasha runs the gym. I run the law. Who runs you, Marcus?”
He didn’t answer the question. He merely leaned back, his head against the firm pillow of her stomach. He felt the slow, intentional release of her breath.
The click of the door lock was deafening in the quiet room. The blinds on the glass walls descended slowly with a soft, electric whir, sealing them in a private, sun-drenched cell.
The lawyer vanished. What was in her place was Nia, all fire and possession. She walked around the table, her heels ticking a final, decisive rhythm on the hardwood. She stopped before him, her thighs brushing his knees.
“You let those girls suck you off in your apartment,” she stated, her voice a low purr. “You let Sasha watch. You think I don’t know about your OTHER exploits?” She unbuttoned her blazer, let it slide off. The silk shell underneath clung to the full swell of her breasts. “This is mine. My domain. You come into my house, you pay your respects.”
She pushed him back, her hand flat on his chest. Then she sank to her knees, the supple leather of her skirt straining. Her fingers made quick, efficient work of his belt, his button, his zipper. She didn’t coax him out. She pulled him free, his eight inch cock was already thickening in the warm, confined air.
“Look at everything out there while I do this,” she commanded, her breath hot on the head. “Look at all that power. And remember whose mouth you’re in.”
She took him in, deep and sudden, her lips stretching around his girth. There was no tentative licks, no teasing. This was a statement. She hollowed her cheeks, her head bobbing with a ruthless, practiced rhythm. One hand cupped his balls, rolling them, applying a sweet, taut pressure. The other braced against his thigh, her nails biting through the fabric. The wet, obscene sounds of her oral work filled the sealed room. He groaned animalistically with his hands finding her head, tangling in the intricate architecture of her braids.
She pulled off with a slick pop, a string of saliva connecting her lip to his shaft. Her eyes were glazed, triumphant.
“You taste different. You taste like them.”
Before he could speak, she was on her feet, turning, bending over the immaculate mahogany, presenting herself. She shoved the legal documents aside. They fluttered to the floor like dying birds. She hooked her thumbs in the waistband of her skirt and her panties, dragging them down to her knees. The expanse of her ass was unveiled, full and round and breathtaking. She was already wet, her slickness gleaming in the sunlight.
“No foreplay. Just fuck me,” she gritted out, pushing her ample cheeks apart. “Fuck me like you’re punishing me for knowing. For caring. Do it.”
He was on her almost instantaneously. He guided himself to her entrance, nudged, and thrust home in one relentless drive. She cried out, a sharp, shattered sound that echoed off the glass.
“Ah! Oh my… FUCK!” She yelled. He clamped a hand over her mouth, muffling her. His other hand gripped the knot of her braids, holding her head down against the cool wood.
“You want to be remembered? Huh?” he growled, setting a brutal, piston-like pace. His hips slammed into her, the slap of skin on skin a rapid, staccato beat. The table rocked. “This is how you’re remembered. Bent over your own desk. Taking this dick. Taking this dick like a slut.”
She was so tight, a hot, clutching vise around him. The professional facade was annihilated. She was just animal need and furious pleasure. Tears leaked from her squeezed-shut eyes. She pushed back against him, meeting every thrust, her muffled moans vibrating against his palm. He could feel her climax building to her apex, a tremble that started in her core and radiated out through her shaking thighs.
“You come when I say to,” he ordered, his own control fraying. “Not before.”
He pistoned into her, the angle hitting a spot that made her eyes fly open, wide and unseeing. A guttural, trapped scream built under his hand. He felt her inner muscles flutter, then clamp down in a series of violent, rippling spasms. He held her there, impaled, as she rode it out, her body convulsing against his.
Only then did he let go. Of her mouth, of his restraint. He fucked her through the last waves of her orgasm, his pace becoming erratic, desperate. He skillfully pulled out at the last possible second, his release streaking across the small of her back and the perfect curves of her ass, hot and profane against her warm, brown skin.
They collapsed forward together, a heap of spent and sweating limbs on the legal documents. The smell of sex and her perfume was overwhelming. For a long time, the only sound was their ragged breaths and the distant hum of the city forty stories below.
Slowly, she pushed herself up. She didn’t look at him. She walked, a bit unsteady to a concealed minibar and pulled out a bottle of water and a cloth. She cleaned herself first with a clinical detachment, then brought the cloth to him. Her touch was gentler now.
“The NDAs are important,” she said with her voice hoarse but steady. She pulled her underwear and skirt back up, smoothed her shell. “But that’s not the only reason I called you here.”
He zipped his pants, watching her reassemble herself piece by piece. The lawyer had returned, but softer at the edges.
“What’s the other reason?”
She took a sip of water, leaned against the table. “A new candidate. I’ve been vetting her. She’s… exceptional. And potentially volatile.”
“Name?”
“Valerie. Twenty-six. Former MMA prospect. Blew out her knee two years ago. Now she trains fighters, does some underground security work. Her body is… a weapon. Her mind… is even sharper. She’s got a wild streak. A pain kink. And she’s bored.” Nia finally met his eyes. “She’s asking questions about you. Around the fight gyms. She’s intrigued by the rumor of a man who collects accomplished women.”
Marcus felt a new current of energy, different from the twins’ youthful rebellion or Sasha’s loyal discipline. This was a hunter’s interest.
“You think she’s a problem?” Marcus asked.
“I think she’s an opportunity… And a significant risk. She doesn’t need saving. She doesn’t need structure. She might just need a bigger cage.” Nia’s lips curved into a smile that was all strategy. “I want you to meet her. Tonight at a neutral location. The old Ironworks Gym, after hours. She trains there.”
“You’ve already set it up, huh?”
“Of course I have. I don’t waste your time.” She finished her water. “Sasha will be jealous. The twins will be intimidated. This one… she might look at Sasha and see a rival for your right hand girl. She might look at you and see a challenge, not a commander. You might want to tread carefully.”
He stood, crossing the room to her. He cupped her face, his thumb wiping away a smudge of mascara from her face.
“And you? What do you see, Nia?”
Her eyes, for a fleeting second, held the vulnerable, fierce truth.
“I see the only man who can make me feel this filthy and this powerful in the same afternoon.” She pulled away, the moment gone. “Now get your ass out of here. I have a four-thirty conference call with Singapore across the world. And you… have a fighter to meet.”
He left her in the glass box, already straightening her blazer, the afternoon sun gliding her as she gathered the scattered, shameful papers from the floor. The empire had its strategist. And now, it seemed, it was attracting its warrior. The trench was deepening, and the walls were getting stronger.
Later that night…
Ironworks Gym was a temple to a different god. It smelled of old sweat, iron dust, and the sharp tang of disinfectant fighting a losing battle. Marcus pushed through the heavy chain-link door into a cavernous space of concrete floors and exposed ductwork.
Heavy bags swayed like corpses from thick chains. A lone, caged ring stood empty under buzzing halogen lights. The air was cool, humming with the memory of impact. He saw Sasha first, leaning against a weight rack with her arms crossed. Her gaze was flat, analytical.
“She’s in the back,” Sasha said, not moving. “On the mats. Been warming up for an hour. She’s… ready.”
There was a new tension in Sasha’s posture. It wasn’t jealousy, exactly. It was the alertness of a soldier sensing a shift in the battlefield. Marcus walked past her, toward the open area of frayed blue mats.
Valerie was a silhouette of coiled potential. She was stretched on the floor, one leg extended in a slow, hypnotic splits, her torso folded flat over her thigh. She wore simple gray training shorts and a tight black sports bra. Every muscle in her back was a defined ridge, a map of tensile strength. Her skin, the color of a latte glistened with a light sheen.
She heard his footsteps and unfolded with a frightening, fluid grace. She stood. She was shorter than he’d imagined, maybe five-foot-six, but built with a dense, compact power. Her shoulders were sculpted concrete, her waist narrow, her thighs thick and corded. Her face was all stark angles, a sharp jaw, a slightly crooked nose that had been broken more than once. Her eyes were a striking grey.
They assessed each other in the buzzing silence.
“You’re Marcus,” she stated. Her voice was raspy, like gravel underfoot. “Nia talks. Sasha watches. The twins… they flinch when your name comes up now. Interesting... ecosystem you’re cultivating.”
“Valerie.” He didn’t approach. “Nia says you’re quite bored.”
“Nia’s a smart woman. Bored is a fucking understatement.” She rolled her shoulders, the joints popping softly. “I miss the cage. The clarity of it. One rule: hurt them before they hurt you. This…” she gestured vaguely at the gym, the world beyond, “…lacks definition.”
“My world has definition. It has rules.”
“I’ve heard the rules.” She took a step closer. Her movement was utterly silent. “Obey. Submit. Belong. Sounds like a cult for pretty, privileged girls who’ve never been hit before.”
“You think you’re different than the rest.”
“I know I am.” She was within arm’s reach now. She looked up at him, utterly fearless.
"I can see." Marcus replied, looking at her from head to toe.
“The others, they need something from you. Approval. Structure. An escape.” Her lips, pouted then quirked. “I just want to see if you can back all of that shit up. Or if you’re just another talker who gets his dick wet on obedience.”
The challenge hung in the air, thick and metallic. Sasha, watching from the shadows, went very still.
“Back what up?” Marcus asked, his voice low.
“The dominance.” Her hand moved, fast. It wasn’t an attack. It was a statement. Her palm pressed flat against the front of his trousers, feeling the thickening shape of him through the fabric. She squeezed, just shy of painful. “This is just biology. Any asshole with an actual working dick has this.” Her other hand came up, a finger tapping his temple. “This is the myth. I want to see the monster Nia whispers about. Not the man who fucks eager recruits over a coffee table.”
He grabbed her wrist, the one at his head. Her tendons were like steel cables under his grip. She didn’t pull away. She smiled, a flash of white in her stark face.
“Show me,” she breathed, her scent a mix of clean sweat and something wild, like ozone before a storm.
"Okay."
He showed her. He yanked her forward, twisting her arm behind her back in one brutal motion. She grunted, a sound of pure approval, and let him march her toward the padded wall near the mats. He shoved her against it, her cheek pressed to the vinyl. He kicked her legs apart with his foot.
“You want the monster?” he growled lustfully in her ear, his free hand tearing at the waistband of her training shorts. He yanked them down with her underwear, exposing the firm, muscular curve of her ass. She was already wet, her arousal a shocking, hot slickness against his probing fingers. “You want the clarity? Here it is.”
He didn’t wait. He freed himself, nudged his swollen head against her entrance, and slammed his entire length into her with a single, punishing thrust. The air left her lungs in a punched-out gasp.
“Fuck! Yeah… that’s it,” she hissed, pushing back against him immediately.
Her walls were a vice of tight, silken heat, but it was the way she took it that was different. There was no submission, only a furious collaboration. She met every driving plunge with a snap of her ample hips, her inner muscles deliberately clenching and releasing around him in a rhythm that felt like a challenge. It was a fight. A raw, physical argument.
He fucked her harder, his pelvis hammering against her ass. The sound was wet, meaty, obscene. He grabbed a fistful of her short, dark brunette hair, pulling her head back.
“You’re not in charge here,” he snarled.
“Aren’t I?” she gasped, her voice strained but triumphant. “You’re the one… fucking me on my terms… in my gym… because I asked for it.” She reached back, her hand clawing at his hip, dragging him deeper. “Harder. Don't you gentle fuck me.”
He obeyed. He pistoned into her, losing himself in the brutal, perfect friction. This wasn’t about conquest. It was about collision. She was coming, suddenly, with a silent, shuddering violence that gripped his cock like a fist. Her body went rigid against the wall, a low, guttural moan scraping from her throat.
The intensity of her climax ripped through his control. He pulled out, his cock jerking, and came in thick, urgent stripes across the small of her back and the tight muscles of her ass. His seed looked stark against her skin.
For a moment, they stayed there, braced against the wall, breathing in ragged unison. The humid air clung to them. Slowly, he released her hair. She turned, leaning her back against the wall, not bothering to pull up her shorts. She looked at him, her grey eyes clear and evaluating. She reached back, swiped two fingers through the mess on her lower back, and brought them to her mouth, tasting him without breaking eye contact.
“Okay,” she said, her gravel voice even rougher. “There IS a monster in there. Good.”
She pushed off the wall, pulling her shorts up with a wince. She moved with a new looseness, the ghost of a limp from her old injury more pronounced. “Nia’s paperwork is in my bag. I’ll sign it.”
“Just like that?”
“You passed the audition.” She stopped in front of Sasha, who hadn’t moved. The two women locked eyes. “I’m not here for your spot, alpha girl. I don’t do schedules or hand-holding.” She looked back at Marcus. “You need a problem solved, you call me. Someone needs to be convinced, or removed, I’m your tool. But I’m not a pet.”
She walked toward the lockers, leaving Marcus and Sasha in the echoing space. Sasha finally pushed off the rack.
“A tool,” Sasha repeated. “That’s what she wants to be. A weapon you keep in a box.”
“A weapon has its own will,” Marcus said, watching Valerie disappear. “It has its own edge.”
Sasha nodded slowly, the strategy shifting behind her eyes. The ecosystem, as Valerie called it, had just introduced a predator. The walls were stronger. And now, they were sharp.
