Chapter 32: Gentle Concerns

The soft morning light filtering through the blinds did nothing to soften the reality facing Naruto in his room.

He stood before the full-length mirror, a gift from Ino that now felt like an instrument of brutal honesty. He held his favorite shirt, a faded orange polo with a subtle ramen logo embroidered on the chest. It had fit, snugly but confidently, just a month ago. Now, as he attempted to pull it over his head, the material emitted a thin, protesting whine.

It almost cleared his shoulders. Then it caught, suspended, pinned by the broad new expanse of his back and the rising, firm curve of his belly. He tugged. A seam at the side gave way with a sickening rrrip.

“Stupid… cheap…” he muttered, his voice strained, face reddening with effort and embarrassment.

The door, which was always left slightly ajar for them, pushed open. Ino filled the frame first, her 8‘9“ frame requiring a slight dip of her head to clear the doorway. She was dressed in a simple silk robe that clung to every inch of her toned, voluptuous hourglass, the belt cinching a waist that seemed impossibly small compared to the dramatic swell of her hips and bust. Her baby blue eyes widen in understanding.

“Oh, sweetie,” she breathed, the words a caress.

Hinata glided in behind her, her gentle face a picture of concern. At 8‘7“, her own lovely, chubby figure—the soft pouch of her belly, the exaggerated hourglass of her hips—seemed to absorb the light in the room, a warm, comforting presence. Her long dark hair cascaded over the impressive shelf of her bust. Sakura followed, and the room seemed to shrink. At nine feet tall, she was a sublime monument of curves. Her pink hair brushed the top of the doorframe. Her hips, the widest part of her by far, swayed with a physiological majesty that made the air move, and her chest was a breathtaking, towering landscape that blocked Naruto’s view of his own bed as she approached.

“What’s all the struggling about?” Sakura asked, her emerald eyes soft.

“It’s nothing,” Naruto grumbled, still wrestling with the trapped shirt, his arms stuck above his head. The movement made his belly, soft and full and straining against his boxers, jiggle. A low, involuntary belch escaped his lips. He flushed deeper. “Sorry.”

The girls exchanged a glance. It wasn’t the first time this week.

“It’s not nothing,” Ino said, stepping forward. “Let us help.”

They descended upon him not as a swarm, but as a gentle, loving tide. Their hands, so large they could each span the width of his back, found him. Ino’s fingers, nimble and sure, worked at the shredded seam. Hinata placed a steadying hand on his back, her touch feather-light. Sakura, leaning over from her tremendous height, simply took the collar of the shirt in both hands.

“On three, okay?” Sakura said. “Just relax.”

He couldn’t do anything else. He was enveloped. Standing before them, the top of his head didn’t even reach the bottom curve of their breasts. He was looking at a wall of soft, fragrant silk and terrycloth, at the fascinating terrain of their lower torsos and hips. The scent of them—Ino’s lilacs, Hinata’s vanilla, Sakura’s clean citrus—filled his senses.

“One… two…”

They pulled. The fabric, already compromised, surrendered completely. With a loud, echoing tear, the shirt split cleanly down the back and peeled away from his body like the skin of a fruit.

For a moment, there was silence. Naruto stood there, chest heaving, in only his boxers. The changes were undeniable. His chest was broader, heavier. His arms carried a new softness over the muscle. But the central fact of him now was his stomach. It curved outward in a firm, generous arc, pushing the waistband of his boxers down and creating a deep, shadowed navel. It was paler than the rest of him, a smooth, untouched landscape of gain.

The girls didn’t mock. They cooed.

“Oh, Naruto,” Hinata whispered, her lavender eyes shining. Her hand, large and warm, settled on the bare curve of his belly without hesitation. Her thumb stroked the soft skin just above his navel. “You’ve filled out so beautifully.”

Ino’s hands came to rest on his shoulders, kneading the new fullness there. “All that good cooking and happy living,” she murmured, bending so her chin nearly rested on his head. “It looks wonderful on you.”

Sakura simply knelt. Even on her knees, her eyes were level with his chest. She wrapped her arms around his waist and buried her face in the softness of his stomach. Her embrace was engulfing, her incredible bust pillowing against his hips and thighs. “So soft,” she sighed, her voice muffled against his skin. “My sweet, soft man.”

Naruto’s initial embarrassment began to melt under the warm wave of their unconditional affection. His hands came up, one sinking into Sakura’s thick pink hair, the other finding Hinata’s arm. A contented, rumbling sigh escaped him, followed by another, deeper belch he couldn’t suppress.

This one was louder. Longer. It vibrated through him.

The girls paused. The loving touches didn’t stop, but a new tension entered the room.

“That’s… quite the thank you,” Ino said, her tone light but her eyes scanning his face.

“Sorry,” Naruto muttered again, patting his stomach absently. “It’s just… sitting all day at the precinct. And Karin brought in those extra-cheese calzones yesterday. They’re just… sitting heavy.”

He tried to take a step back towards his futon, a simple movement. It was labored. A slight wheeze accompanied the shift of his weight. He lowered himself down, the futon compressing deeply under him with a groan of springs and stuffing.

The three women watched. They saw the effort. They saw the way he settled, his belly resting between his thighs, his breathing already returning to a slow, deep rhythm. They saw the discarded wrappers from late-night snacks peeking out from under his bed, a laziness that was new.

Ino sat beside him on the bed, the frame dipping profoundly. She pulled him effortlessly into her lap, his back against the incredible softness of her stomach and chest, his head cradled between her breasts. He vanished in the embrace, a perfect fit. She began to play with his blonde spikes.

“You know we love you,” Ino said softly, her voice a vibration he felt through his whole body. “Every single inch of you.”

“We do,” Hinata agreed, settling on the floor before them, her own immense form creating a warm wall at his feet. She took one of his feet in her hands and began to massage it. “You’re our world.”

Sakura remained kneeling, her face now level with Ino’s lap, with Naruto tucked there. She looked up at him, her emerald eyes serious. “But we need you to be our Naruto, too. The one who drags us to silly movies. The one who tries to beat me at medical trivia.” She leaned forward, nuzzling his knee. “You’ve been… very sleepy lately.”

Naruto looked from one beloved face to another, each a beautiful giantess gazing down at him with pure, undiluted love and a dawning, shared concern. He felt a pang of guilt, sharp and clear through the comfortable haze of his contentment.

“I’m still me,” he said, but the words were followed by a yawn so wide it made his jaw crack. A faint, gassy rumble echoed from his midsection, a low testament to the calzones and the inertia. He squirmed in Ino’s lap, a gesture that once was energetic but now was just a adjustment of his weight. “Just… a more comfortable version.”

He meant it as a joke. A deflection.

The girls didn’t laugh. Hinata’s massage slowed. Ino’s fingers stilled in his hair. Sakura’s embrace tightened, just fractionally.

The morning sun climbed higher, illuminating the dust motes and the torn fabric of the old shirt on the floor. It was a silent symbol, and in the quiet of the cozy, cluttered room, a new kind of worry took root, deep and quiet, beneath the mountain of their devotion.

The silence stretched, thick with unspoken agreement. Ino’s fingers resumed their motion through Naruto’s hair, but the touch was measured now, purposeful.

“More comfortable isn’t sustainable,” she finally said, her voice losing none of its tenderness but gaining a bedrock firmness. “That shirt was a warning sign we can’t ignore.”

Hinata’s hands stilled on his foot. She looked up, her lavender eyes glistening but unwavering. “We love you. That means we want you healthy. That means we want you with us, really with us, for a long, long time.”

Naruto shifted uncomfortably in the plush cradle of Ino’s lap. “I’m fine! Just… a little out of breath sometimes. It’s no big deal.” As if to contradict him, a soft, lengthy puff of gas escaped from beneath him, a direct result of the previous night’s indulgences. He winced.

Sakura stood in one fluid, daunting motion, her nine-foot frame unfurling to brush the ceiling. She looked down at the intimate scene in Ino’s lap, her expression a mix of profound love and iron-clad resolve.

“It is a big deal,” she stated, her tone leaving no room for his denial. “We’ve let things slide because it felt good to pamper you. Because we adore every new curve.” She crouched again, bringing her face close to his, her enormous bust settling against his legs like twin pillows. “But your breathing is labored. Your joints are straining. We’re putting you on a diet. Starting today.”

“A diet?” Naruto’s voice squeaked with indignation. He tried to sit up, but Ino’s arms, toned and strong as carved marble, held him gently, firmly in place. “You’re kidding! What about Karin’s lunches? What about our ramen Fridays?”

“Karin’s lunches are poison wrapped in pastry,” Ino replied coolly, her jaw set. “And ramen Fridays will now involve vegetable broths and lean proteins. We’ve already decided.”

“You decided? Without me?”

Hinata took his hand, her own hands so large they swallowed his. “You weren’t deciding for yourself, my love. You were just… accepting. We can’t accept this anymore.” Her shyness was gone, burned away by protective fervor.

Naruto felt a surge of petulant defiance, a childlike rebellion against this sudden change. “And what if I say no? What if I just… keep going as I am?”

The air in the room changed. It wasn’t hostile, but it became dense, charged with a new and formidable energy. The three women looked at each other, and a silent understanding passed between them. Their affection was infinite, but their patience with his denial had evaporated.

Ino’s arms tightened around him, not painfully, but with an immovable finality. Sakura placed a single, large hand on his stomach, not in a caress, but in a statement of possession and intent.

“You won’t say no,” Sakura said, and her voice was low, utterly dominant. “Because this isn’t a request. We’re not asking. We are keeping you. And to do that, we need to fix this.”

Ino nodded, nuzzling the top of his head. “We’ve already called in reinforcements, silly. We know we can’t do this alone.”

As if on cue, the bedroom door swung fully open. Tsunade filled the doorway, her 8‘1“ frame a magnificent monument of maternal. voluptuousness. Her over-500-pound weight wasn’t flabby, but solid and impressive, her massive bust and hips straining the silk of her doctor’s coat. Her blonde hair cascaded over shoulders that were both soft and powerfully broad. Beside her, Shizune stood.

Shizune made the others look almost delicate. At eight feet of sheer, distilled muscle, she was a breathtaking paradox—a feminine face atop a body carved from granite and cable. Her long black hair was tied back severely, highlighting the staggering width of her trapezius muscles, which flowed into biceps so thick and defined they strained her white tank top. Her quadriceps, visible beneath her shorts, were like sculpted thighs on a colossal statue, every separation stark and hard.

“I hear my favorite son is being stubborn about his health,” Tsunade bellowed, her voice warm but brooking no argument. She waddled into the room with a earth-shaking grace, the floorboards protesting softly. She reached down and cupped Naruto’s chin in a hand as large as his face.

“Mom! You’re in on this?” Naruto sputtered.

“In on it? I’m leading the charge, you knucklehead.” She turned his face side to side, her brown eyes clinically assessing. “Liver enzymes are probably singing a chorus from all that garbage. That ends now. Shizune’s designing your nutrition plan.”

Shizune knelt. The movement was like a mountain settling. She smelled of liniment and clean sweat. Her musculature was so extreme that even on her knees, she loomed over the scene, her shoulder width utterly obscuring the wall behind her.

“High protein, complex carbohydrates, precise caloric deficit,” she said, her voice a surprisingly soft counterpoint to her physicality. She poked his belly with a finger that felt like a steel rod. “We will convert this. Into useful mass. Starting with a mobility assessment this afternoon.”

Naruto was speechless, utterly surrounded and outflanked by a wall of concerned, dominant femininity that reached toward the ceiling.

“But…”

“No buts,” Ino, Hinata, and Sakura said in unison, their voices a harmonious, final wall of sound.

Tsunade grinned. “Temari is already setting up a modified circuit at the precinct gym. Low impact, high function. She’s thrilled to have a new project.” She leaned in, her immense bosom encompassing Naruto’s entire field of vision, smelling of perfume and authority. “You’re getting your energy back, my boy. Even if we have to drag you, kick and scream, into fitness.”

The intervention was absolute. It was love, writ large and uncompromising.

Later that day, in the precinct gym, the new reality solidified. Temari, her 7‘8“ frame a masterpiece of athletic vascularity, stood with her hands on her dense hips, overseeing as Naruto, puffing and red-faced, attempted a bodyweight squat.

“Lower,” Temari commanded, her green eyes sharp. “Your joints can handle it. I won’t let them fail.”

Beside her, Shizune observed, her arms crossed, making the unbelievable peaks of her biceps and deltoids push against each other. Sakura and Hinata stood guard on one side, Ino on the other, a phalanx of gorgeous, towering motivation.

Karin watched from across the room, slouched in a chair that groaned under her 500 pounds of pear-shaped, sweaty flesh. Her pretty face was a storm cloud. She let out a loud, deliberate belch that echoed in the space.

“Looks like torture to me,” she muttered loudly enough for them to hear.

Karui stood rigid by the weight rack, her spiky red hair a stark contrast to her darkened expression. Her mountainous muscles were tense, her wide, thick waist coiled with frustrated power. She watched Naruto struggle, watched his three giants gently correct his form, watched Tsunade call out encouragement. Her plan, her delicious vision of a soft, docile, controlled Naruto, was crumbling before her eyes. The jealousy toward the three girlfriends curdled into something colder, sharper.

She met Karin’s gaze. A silent, furious understanding passed between them. This wasn’t over.
